Nerva Accommodation Cavour

Sarebbe bello se ci fosse una bottiglia d'acqua minerale e una bottiglia d’acqua naturale in frigo ogni giorno, come nell'altro ostello di Nerva in cui ho alloggiato l'anno scorso.

Fantastic location on Via Cavour in the heart of the Monti district. We almost chose a Trastevere location due to reviews but enjoyed this location much more due to the walkability to the main local sites. Room was a very generous size considering standard EU room sizes that most Americans are surprised by. They offer a nice continental style breakfast in the lobby area, we didn't use it much but mostly due to us forgetting about it and our desire to enjoy the local places. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again, don't forget to enjoy the bar right downstairs on the street and say hi to Fabio, great caffe and cornetto!

Po wejściu do pokoju, unosił się zapach stęchlizny, działał osuszacz powietrza, wzbudziło to w nas niepokój, po czym zauważyliśmy grzyba w łazience na ścianie. Grzyb zauważyliśmy również w sypialni oraz w przedpokoju na ceglanych ścianach, ciągnących się po całej długości. Sugerowało to, że pokój był kiedyś zalany. Udokumentowaliśmy to na zdjęciach i został poinformowany Booking oraz recepcja. Na następny dzień, grzyb z łazienki został zmyty, lecz grzyb w sypialni oraz przedpokoju został, osuszacz negatywnie działał na nasz pobyt w pokoju. Zauważyliśmy również w ścianie gniazdo mrówek, zbitą lekko szybę o czym też poinformowaliśmy recepcję. W pokoju zauważyliśmy dużą ilość robaków, każdego dnia zabijaliśmy kilka robaków dziennie, ich wygląd dodajemy w zdjęciach, były one na ścianach i w łazience. Samo mieszkanie było przytulne, lecz słychać z niego było każdy dźwięk otwierani i zamykania drzwi głównych oraz rozmów na zewnątrz, a także brak odpowiednich zasłon przy otwartych oknach, dlatego słabo oceniamy prywatność w tym mieszkaniu. Jednej nocy usłyszeliśmy drapanie po ścianie myszy i na zewnątrz jednej ze ścian zauważona była mysia dziura, poinformowaliśmy o tym również recepcję, było to ostatniego dni naszego pobytu. Należy zwrócić uwagę również na śniadania, gdyż jedzenie było bardzo przetworzone, nieświeże, mały wybór, w kuchni pozostałości brudnych naczyń po innych gościach.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. Comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent. It was very easy to get around, with Cavour Metro station just a short walk away, while many of Rome’s main sights were also accessible on foot (10min from Colosseum). The air conditioning, water and ice, and slushies at reception were especially appreciated during the very hot weather! The elevator was definitely a life saver after walking all those steps! The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything about the stay felt easy and well organised. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller. The combination of the great location, comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly service made it an excellent base for my time in Rome. I would happily stay here again.

Η τοποθεσία , ήσυχο ,άνεση χώρου η αίσθηση του κρεβατιού. Και η εξτρα παροχή του τζακούζι έδωσε μια ρομαντική νότα στις διακοπές μάς.

Το μόνο πού μάς χάλασε ηταν το πρωινό πού ήταν ελλιπές.

Śniadanie, które absolutnie nie było satysfakcjonujące. Dodatkowo dopiero od ok. 8.30 więc jak się zwiedza wcześniej to nie ma na co liczyć, nawet lodówka z mlekiem do kawy jest zamknięta na kluczyk. Na śniadanie nie było co zjeść. Bardzo skromne, nawet w hostelach bywało lepsze. Pokój przecietny. Szafa otwarta , piecioma wieszakami, półek brak- Trudno rozpakować ubrania. Bardzo ciasna lazienka- wydzielona część z pokoju ścianka działowa - ale jest. Trzecie piętro z dojazdem malutka winda.

Excelente ubicación y muy cómoda estancia La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Roma a pie. Estamos a poca distancia de los principales puntos de interés, lo que nos permitió visitar muchos lugares sin necesidad de transporte. La cama es grande y muy cómoda, dormimos genial todas las noches. El desayuno también estaba bueno y variado. En general, una muy buena opción para quien quiera disfrutar Roma caminando y descansar bien. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

The facility, the slushy machine, the breakfast and the service was very good.

Everything was great. However, there was a whirlpool in the back room but no information about how to use or rent.

O quarto que comprei não era bem o que me foi disponibilizado. Além disso, agendei um transfer com o hotel e o motorista não apareceu.

Excellent location in Monti, within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Metro station and Roma Termini. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops on the surrounding streets, and the nearby mini market was reasonably priced. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with effective air conditioning, blackout blinds and windows that blocked most of the street noise. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of items to choose from each morning. The lift worked perfectly, which was appreciated after long days exploring Rome, and both reception and our room were conveniently located on the third floor. Overall, a great base for sightseeing in Rome.

Only a few minor points. There was no fridge in the room, and although we were told we could help ourselves to the snack area and coffee machine, the communal fridge was locked outside breakfast hours, so we couldn't access milk for tea during the day. This wasn't a major issue during our two-night stay, but guests staying longer may find the lack of refrigeration inconvenient. There was also no safe in the room. Access to the property and rooms was via keypad codes rather than physical keys, which wasn't a problem, although we would hope the codes are changed regularly for security. Finally, our room was near the entrance, so there was occasionally some noise from guests coming and going.

We really liked about the Accomodation the good Location and the nice people. The breakfast and the available snacks and coffee at any time was a nice incentive. I also really liked the mattress.

When we arrived the room was not very well cleaned. On the wall of the whole bathroom was still hair from other people. I walked around and stepped into cut toe nails. Beside the bed there was this small piece of fake grass on the floor which seemed like it was never cleaned before because it was beyond dusty.

El personal era encantador. Nos explicaron todo y siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. Al llegar para hacer el check-in, no podíamos acceder al hotel, así que les escribí por WhatsApp y, al segundo, ya estaban abajo abriéndonos la puerta. Además, solucionaron todas nuestras dudas. Nosotros llegamos a las diez de la mañana y tuvieron la habitación lista lo antes posible, algo que agradecimos mucho.

A la hora de llegar, no sabíamos cómo acceder al edificio porque no teníamos ningún código ni ninguna indicación. Llamábamos al portero automático, pero no nos abrían. Tampoco sabíamos si estábamos llamando al piso correcto.

Mi sono resa conto dopo il check out che la stanza prenotata era “suite con vasca idromassaggio “ ci hanno dato il loft con la vasca ok quindi diversa opzione senza rendermene conto prima del check out 2. Vasca idromassaggio inagibile, uscivano formiche dalla vasca idromassaggio e se le provavi a buttare giù con l’acqua ne uscivano altre galleggianti… e non abbiamo usato per niente queste vasca, si sono scusati dicendo che è il caldo ma in una vasca che faccia caldo o freddo non dovrebbero uscire dalla vasca! Dalle bocchette dell’idromassaggio. Foto che descrive situazione formiche. 3. Sulla colazione consiglierei più cornetti freschi presi da qualche bar perché si sentivano che erano messi in frigo dal giorno prima. 4, consiglierei un arredamento o tovaglie più moderne, e soprattutto più luce con dei faretti sul soffitto, altrimenti troppo cupo. 5. Con ciò che paghi x due notti e sapendo di non utilizzare la vasca x evidente motivo mi sarei aspettata una proposta di parziale rimborso perché se sapevo sceglievo altra stanza o altro posto dove dormire:)

Good location, short walk from Termini Central Station. Large room with very comfortable bed. Lots of character in the rooms and bathrooms.

Abbiamo alloggiato 4 giorni in questa struttura in una camera bellissima, molto pulita, accogliente, letto e cuscini comodissimi, di notte c’è sempre stato silenzio sia nella struttura sia dalla strada non si sente nulla. È in una posizione ottima in quanto sei vicino alla metro ed anche a diverse fermate degli autobus, e con un po di organizzazione puoi andare ovunque.

Goede locatie om van daaruit Rome te voet te verkennen. Overigens op 200m is er een metro station. In directe omgeving veel leuke restaurants.

Douchecabine heel klein. Verder nauwelijks opbergruimte voor kleding of haakjes waar je spullen aan kan ophangen. Hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijtfaciliteit. Op 200m is er een bar met heerlijke koffie en croissants.

Väldigt trevlig personal, frukost tillgänglig från klockan åtta - kaffe, juice, några kakor, sylt - värt 5 euro, enl mig. Badrummet nyrenoverat, dusch- schampo, tvål tillgänglig. Jag var nöjd med sängen också.

A cím a háztömb másik oldalára vezet, a Via Cavour, 150, 00184 Roma RM, Olaszország cím vagy a NervaAccomodation Cavour néven pontosabb lesz. Nem volt egész alakos tükör és ha a szomszéd szobába megérkeztek, akkor nagyon hangos volt az ajtó.

Ottima posizione (letteralmente 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo) e stanza spaziosa (dotata di Jacuzzi) con carattere e un suo stile, anche se con dei difetti...Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo

La stanza in cui ho soggiornato è sita al pian terreno all'interno di un cortile, il cui accesso è codificato. Il problema è che dall'interno non vi è un sistema meccanico con cui chiudere la porta e con i rumori provenienti dal di fuori della finestra, non ho avuto sensazione di totale sicurezza. Nel bagno non c'erano contenitori liberi di bagno/docciaschiuma, quindi ho dovuto attingere agli erogatori a parete nel box doccia, il quale ha ben due scalini alti... Essendo scoordinato di mio e non essendoci alcuna barriera o segnaletica a terra, sono caduto rovinosamente verso il piatto doccia, fortunatamente senza provocarmi gravi danni (qualche contusione). Inoltre, la stanza essendo al pian terreno, aveva un odore di umidità al suo interno abbastanza forte. Erano presenti diversi poi diversi difetti come una cunetta scavata al di sotto del muro, piena di polvere e un camino sbarrato non nel migliore dei modi.

Our room was great and we had plenty of room. They had the best hotel pillows I've ever used. The staff was friendly and there were snacks of fruit, some packaged pastries, and yogurt in the lobby available 24/7.

Staff was helpful. Shared kitchen provided but we didnt use it. Dont think many people will be able to use it in one go.

Bathroom too small to stand and could barely move. Only head shower, no hand shower. Quite a lot of sound from other rooms.

Hotelul este aproape de gara centrala este foarte usor de ajuns pe jos. la 5 minute distanza de coloseum si 10 minute pe jos pana la principalele atractii turistice ale Romei Antice. Camera foarte frumoasa, spatioasa si curata. Personalul super de treaba. Ne-au oferit pana si micul dejun gratiss! super ok !

A localização é ótima fica bem próxima da basílica de Maria onde está os resto mortais do papa franciscano e te um relíquia do berço do Jesus .

Trotz der genannten Probleme gab es auch ein paar Dinge, die mir gefallen haben. Das Jacuzzi war wirklich angenehm und entspannend. Außerdem liegt das Hotel sehr zentral, sodass man direkt vor der Tür schnell etwas zum Frühstücken oder Mittagessen finden konnte, was wirklich praktisch war. Auch der Reinigungsservice alle zwei Tage war positiv – die Putzkräfte haben ihren Job gut gemacht und das Zimmer regelmäßig in Ordnung gehalten.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht so angenehm, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig – man hört wirklich alles. Egal ob andere Gäste sprechen, duschen oder intime Aktivitäten ausüben, es ist durch die dünnen Wände deutlich zu hören. Das sorgt für sehr wenig Privatsphäre und kaum Ruhe. Die Heizung wurde nur an einem einzigen Tag eingeschaltet. An allen anderen Tagen war sie komplett kalt, sodass ich das Zimmer notgedrungen mit der Klimaanlage aufheizen musste – was weder komfortabel noch effizient war. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Es wirkte zum Großteil weder frisch noch besonders hochwertig. Das einzige wirklich frische Element war das Obst. Zusätzlich fand ich es sehr unpraktisch, dass man nirgendwo rauchen konnte, außer direkt vor der Tür an der Hauptstraße. Das war laut, ungemütlich und überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich gelöst. Insgesamt gibt es hier deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf, was Komfort, Ausstattung und Qualität betrifft.
