The reception team was very helpful and welcoming Mohamed at the reception was especially helpful and gave us great recommendations and useful advice during our stay. We also had a very positive experience with everyone in the breakfast area, rooftop, and other hotel services The breakfast was complete, fresh, high-quality, and had a good variety of options. We also really enjoyed the rooftop events in the evenings, which added a nice atmosphere to our stay Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also large and very clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and we had no problems with hot or cold water. Room service and housekeeping were excellent as well. The lady who took care of our room was particularly kind, friendly, and always welcoming Having parking available was also a great advantage for us

Aza at the front desk Handled my check-in and was extremely rude and Did not introduce me or inform me about anything in the hotel. I asked her to send someone helping me with my luggage and she refused. I laid around found out there are four bell boys and security/captains who are waiting to serve guests with luggage Most importantly there is a nightclub on the top level of the hotel that kept me awake every single night. Loud music was rattling the whole building until 4:00 a.m. every night. That was never disclosed about the hotel nor does it fit the facility and specifically the name of it. I did not sleep throughout my entire stay. I spent the last night sitting in the lobby wide awake until check out time The rooms are much smaller than the pictures on sites and very claustrophobic.

Nous étions deux personnes, nous avons demandé deux cartes car mon père voulait rester dans la chambre pour dormir sauf que si on retire la carte, il n’y a plus la clim, ils m’ont dit que normalement il donnait pas de carte et qu’ils allaient me les donner plus tard, j’ai attendu et je suis retourné plusieurs fois à la réception et à chaque fois on me disait qu’il fallait encore attendre. Finalement j’ai lâché l’affaire. L’hygiène de la chambre n’était pas au rendez-vous. Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux sur le lavabo et la salle de bain n’était pas très propre. Très compliqué aussi de se garer.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. We arrived very late at night with our young children, and the team made sure our check-in was incredibly quick and efficient so we could get to our room without any delay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference after a long journey. A special thank you to Manaa at reception. He was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, considerate, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even arranged for an electrical adaptor in the middle of the night so we could charge our phones. His professionalism and hospitality are outstanding—he is truly a master of his trade and a real credit to the hotel. The room was excellent: spacious, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds that ensured we all had a great night’s sleep. Early the next morning, the hotel delivered an excellent breakfast to our room right on time, which was perfect for our early departure. They also arranged transport to the airport at a very reasonable price, making our journey completely stress-free. The location is another major advantage—only around 10 minutes from both Tunis Airport and the city centre, making it ideal whether you’re travelling for business or with family. Thank you to everyone at Business Hotel for your exceptional hospitality. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis.

Camera curata, spatioasa si frumos aranjata. Micul dejun a fost exceptional - omleta picanta a fost foarte buna. Raport calitate / pret excelent. Recomand!

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, pulizia buona, camera non molto grande ma sufficiente per un breve soggiorno e letto con cuscini molto comodi. Colazione ottima e varia, buono anche il caffè della macchinetta in camera. Parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti davanti all’hotel.

Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben arredate, offrendo un ambiente confortevole. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile; in particolare, due membri del personale sono stati particolarmente disponibili, cordiali ed impeccabili di efficienza durante la mia permanenza: Manaa e Achref. Inoltre la colazione è molto buona e fornita sia di dolci tipici che di cose salate, ho adorato! Nel complesso, la struttura è diventata il mio punto di riferimento qui a Tunisi, sono venuta già tre volte e la consiglio volentieri
