STAFF: They are all absolutely INCOMPETENT. Sorry not sorry. They don´t speak a word of english, but they also don´t have common sense. Talking with them is hopeless, they can´t anwer basic questions like "do you have taxi service". Restaurant. Breakfast is every day the same, just 1 kind of fruit (papaya), bad coffee, only fried rice and noodles to choose from. Room was VERY dirty, sheets with blood stains, even the "clean" towels smelled like shit! Also just avoid coming to Manado if possible. Ugliest city I have ever been to.

Bei Ankunft waren meine Laken dreckig - nach Nachfragen wurden diese erneuert und ich habe mich wohler gefühlt. Generell eher in die Jahre gekommen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber absolut ok.

Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Le personnel est adorable et cherche à vous aider. La salle de bain était propre et bien équipée. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont bons et bien pratique! Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits.

Well it was really noisy. Bikes racing on the street all night. Not complaining due to price but I couldn’t believe how loud it was.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Centraal gelegen en alles is makkelijk te regelen via grab. Lekker ontbijt met westerse en Aziatische opties en diner was ook goed. Comfortabele en sfeervolle kamer.

This is a super little hotel for stopping off from the airport before going to the dive sites of the islands. The bedroom was perfect spacious and clean with an excellent bathroom and beautiful tiles. Full transparency there is no view - which is fine if you are after a long flight. There is a great little restaurant and a good breakfast included. The staff as everywhere we have found in I domes is were absolutely lovely and very helpful - thank you!

If you were expecting a view you would be disappointed but for the price and location this was excellent.

Bathrooms are old and need a renovation.

Es gibt Raucherzimmer, wenn zu viel geraucht wird zieht es in die Lobby, wobei in der Nichtraucheretage keine Rauchbelästigung war.

The rooms are very comfortable, modern, and a nice spot to recharge. The rooms are also quiet and you can sleep comfortably.

It is a busy part of town but you don't notice it too much once inside.

Nicely designed although a little tired. Staff were delightful. Fresh fruit platter on arrival in room.

Breakfast was Indonesian style only and location was not great for foreign tourists like us. There is a large reception hall beside the hotel with pumping music on Friday night. Didn't go all night long fortunately. Hotel is aimed at needs of locals attending functions more than international tourists.

I stayed in Sloft the first day I arrived to Manado. I wanted to check in earlier, which was possible with an extra surcharge. The room was spacious, with comfy bed and a good breakfast. After the stay and trying out another accommodation around I can tell the price is rather higher and you can find better accommodation for a lower price.

I expected more for the price. Also the rooms on the pictures looked newer and better than in reality...it has been bit more rusty and worn out than on the pics.

Quand j'ai réservé on me donne à choisir entre chambre fumeur ou non fumeur. Je choisis non fumeur et terminé la réservation qui n'est pas remboursable. Mais quand j'arrive à l'hôtel on me dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre non fumeur de disponible ! J'ai donc dû me contenter d'une chambre fumeur qui, bien sûr, sentait la fumée. Je ne sais pas si la faute vient de l'hôtel ou de booking.com, mais on se sent pris au piège dans ce cas là.

Wij verbleven 1 nacht, als tussenstop na een lange reis van ruim 30 uur. Voor deze nacht vinden wij het prima. We kwamen halverwege de avond aan en checkte uit om 10.00 uur.

Voor 1 nacht vonden wij het prima. Persoonlijk niet voor meer nachten. Kamer was te klein en het uitzicht verschrikkelijk.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, wo sich rechts und links Läden und Restaurants befinden, auch ein ATM. Viel mehr ist zu Fuß nicht zu erreichen. Zimmer nach hinten heraus sind recht ruhig. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist zwar stylisch aber recht abgenutzt. Frühstück ist landestypisch, Eier je nach Wunsch. Es gibt einen Trinkwasserspender im Restaurant. AC und WLAN funktionieren.

Die Sauberkeit läßt an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Warmwasser gibt es mit Unterbrechungen.

The first room, and the most expensive one that I received was horrible. The curtains were all broken, the wifi was really bad, I gladly paid for a better room and early check in. So the first night I paid much more for a really bad room

Very nice property with great design. Clean and tidy, nice beds and a wonderful shower room. Restaurant open much of the time and breakfast has a very wide choice. Friendly and helpful staff can’t do enough for you.

The interior is good and smart. The cleaning service good and the room therefore clean.

It was impossible to check in even one hour earlier without paying an unreasonable fee of 300,000 rupiah, which is equivalent to the cost of an entire day’s stay. The location is far from any places of real interest. The breakfast was rather disappointing, with no proper coffee provided.

S Loft Manado té un bonic disseny chic-industrial. Les habitacions són modernes amb les comoditats necessàries com aigua calenta i un bon llit. El personal és molt amable. La propietaria s'interessava per la nostra satisfacció i el personal de recepció sempre es va mostrar molt amable i disposat a resoldre els nostres dubtes. També vem contractar amb ells un tour privat de snorkel per Bunaken que va resultar ser una gran experiència.

Al ploure un dia, s'escoltava el repicar de l'aigua a la repisa de la finestra, si es pogués arreglar seria genial.

Personeel is top, excursies zijn top geregeld vanuit hotel. Kamer is schoon en ontbijt prima. Activiteiten kun je prima via het hotel boeken.

Zou fijn zijn als er ‘s avonds iets van een “bar”-gelegenheid zou zijn. Je kunt je biertje/frisdrank bij de receptie kopen maar gezellig plekje om het op te drinken ontbreekt. Geen extra faciliteiten maar dat wisten we van te voren.

Für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, die betten waren sehr bequem! Wir haben uns sehr gut behandelt gefühlt. Auch bei Touren oder unserer Weiterreise wurden wir effektiv unterstützt. Rollervermietung wurde ebenfalls organisiert.

Es war nachts etwas laut, mit Ohropax war das aber kein Problem.

The staff were always very polite and friendly and gave the place a good vibe. Nice breakfast buffet. The rooms have nice decor. Good value for money overall.

The shower remains hot for only about 5 minutes. The AC is weak and never gets the room nicely chilled.

Wir haben ein schönes, geräumiges, und gepflegtes Zimmer vorgefunden, das wir für 3 Nächte gebucht hatten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und konnte all unsere Fragen beantworten. Zudem war das Frühstück sehr lecker!

Lovely modern rooms with clean comfy bed. Clean WC & hot water showers - limited to 6mins of warmth at a time - so brief but efficient. Free water top up in restaurant - super helpful! Wifi was NOT good - and I had to hotspot myself whilst there atleast 60% of the time. Very on/off. We were a little frustrated when it was only reaching 1 bmps download at times. Aside from this, and assuming most don’t have to work whilst holidaying they’ve got a good breakfast options, a nice and slightly overpriced restaurant on site (but I’d say go out to Sun Bae and other local options instead). All styled in a very trendy European aesthetic it’s nice on the eye and functions well. They have all services required - bike rental, day trips and tour guides etc. Airport service is expensive if arranged in advance. Rather connect with them on whatsapp and ask for them to arrange BLUEBIRD taxi service which is really cost efficient. Much better. - Nice little place friendly staff - Nice massage house across the road (Family Relax) - ATM and shops close by - Visit SUN BAE area after 1700 for sundown

De douche was moeilijk te stellen qua warm water, wat geluidsoverlast van de straat en lang wachten eer je diner klaar was.

S Loft became a wonderful respite from much more basic accomodation. It was lovely to have such a large room with stylish amenities and a king size bed. Staff are very well trained and go out of their way in a natural way to be helpful and friendly. The food was good. It was walking distance to the Immigration Office which was helpful for me for my Visa Extension.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, the food is tasty (outstanding breakfast with a lot of choice!), and the staff is very kind. We stayed one night at the beginning of the trip and we came back to stay again at the end of it because we had a very good experience.
