I had a wonderful experience at this guesthouse! The accommodation was nice, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s excellent value for the price, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great location! Very spacious room…But you get what you pay for. We needed a cheap place to stay before departing Thailand and this served the purpose! Unfortunately, the shower did not provide hot water and there were little amenities. Only two pillows on the bed. Very, very loud noise all day/night which is to be expected being near a busy road. Plus side - very convenient to get to the train stations and nearby malls.

We have the very comfortable stay. Room is clean. Price is very reasonable. Staff is responsive and helpful. Location is nice. Overall very satisfy. Recommend

Great location, just a 5-10 minute walk to MBK Mall and other nearby shopping centers. However, I didn’t see much of the staff and had little interaction with them until the last day when they came to clean the room.

Nothing wrong with property. I didn’t know when I booked it that staff only at front counter from 11am to 8pm. Otherwise you WhatsApp someone however they responded immediately. Expedia said 24/7 reception which is deceiving. But no fault of hotel. Girl at the front counter was excellent. Next time I would just move up to a 4 or 5 star. Depending on the price u get the hotel for it could work for you.

Hotel was in a good location. It’s only got 7 rooms. It’s unstaffed the entire time we were there. But overall it was ok. It’s a good location but very noisy with traffic. They provide ear plugs so they are aware of it. Can walk to all the major shopping centres within 10-15 minutes.

. This is a beautiful stay, and the bed is comfortable. T Easy to walk to good food and good coffee. Very cute. Very clean. It has everything you need for a trip. Altogether I had a great stay and I hope to book again.

This place is very nice! Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities attractions. The room is clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bangkok. The room was quiet, clean and very cozy. Nicely furnished. Check-in was super easy.

The hotel is in a good location, however, there is no service from the hotel as there is no reception, you do your self-check-in and check-out, also there is no lift in the hotel, so it would be not convenient for the family if they got large luggage as you need to bring them all up yourself (so heavy).

DO NOT stay at this hotel. You will regret!! street Noise, AC drip all night but not cold. shower clog. Paid for a room for 3 people, hotel forced us to pay extra for the 3rd person in order to add the extra bed that was supposed to be there already. They added a child mattress on top a sofa bed. The WORST ever. DO NOT STAY here.

Brutal!!! I would never have imagined this hotel to be on your site. There is no one working in the hotel for any assistance at all. I reserved a double queen room with a sofa bed but was denied bedding for the sofa bed and told by someone on the phone I needed to pay extra for sheets or call Expedia. We had no one to cal for a taxi to the airport. My daughter had to sleep without a blanket or sheet on a dirty sofa bed. This ruined our night in Bangkok and I expect a full or partial refund .

passes off as a boutique hotel. do me a favour.... it's an old house with zero charm. no staff on site, no reception, no kettle in room, no hot water in shower. I left early and wasn't refunded

For entire 4 nights stay, there's no staff in sight. Only 1 cleaner appeared in the morning. To enter the premise, we use a password to key in and auto door open. But if someone is smart, he/she can guess the password from the door front's stickers. Room not in good condition, paint on wall and ceiling falling off. First and last time for my family.

I booked this place for late night stay . When I arrived 1 am. I found out they lock the properly. No one in the hotel. Even security or house keeper. I phoned them from number which showing outside that any problem just phone that number. But nobody answer . Do not stay this place if you want somewhere to stay safe . At night they just leave guest stay on their own . If anything happen. They not gonna help or you cannot contact them . Cheap but not safe.

The hotel isn’t staffed so you need to contact them via text when you arrive and get instructions. The hotel is very run down now and not like the pictures. The room was basic for the cost.

Decent budget hotel. There is no one at the front desk. Self check in and out. The room was nice and spacious. The location is ideal if you are using public transportation. There are lots of options for restaurants and great street food near by.

Quiet and Cozy, great place to stay!

My room is beautiful. The air con is a god send and the staff are lovely and helpful. The restaurant are was closed due to the restrictions which are very understandable, but there was hot and cold water and a microwave. I cannot fault the hotel for anything. I would recommend them and stay here again myself

I left this hotel as I did not feel safe in it. There was no staff (had to call to get a code for the front door). Once inside the room keys/cards were layed out on the front desk. The locks on the doors did not function. I booked another hotel immediately and I am currently fighting Expedia for a refund. I won’t use Expedia again, this ‘hotel’ should not be listed on their website.

Except for slight complications on check in, everything went extremely smooth. A little hard to find but if you know, you know. Would definitely stay here again.

Got a room on HIDDEN HABITAT side, very private spacious but no elevator and steps are very steep

A very relaxing stay in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Siam Square . A 2-3 minute walk will get you to the Racahtewi Station, The apartment is beautiful, and very much lives up to the photos. The room is so perfect when you come with the family. We will definitely come back again for sure, highly recommend

I had a wonderful time in Bangkok! The Hotel is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. The room is comfortable and spacious. Location is great! one of the best in the area, close to Siam Square and Sky Train. When I am coming back to Bangkok I will definitely book with This Hotel again.

Siam Nitra place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the Siam Square, MBK and Platunam Center. Location is very convenient, near shops and public transport BTS Rachatewi and Airport Train! The whole place made us feel at ease. Reception and Staff was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations the minute I checked in - definitely a great place. the room are sparkling clean, cozy and very comfortable. Location is great, 7-11 was 1min walk away, convenient street food just outside of the alleyway and SIam Square, MBK, Siam Paragon fashion mall 5mins walk away :) had an awesome time here

The shower is really unpleasant with mold around the edges. The shower is broken and always drop from the wall. The drain is a bit blocked that my feet are soaked in an inch of dirty water during my whole shower. It’s unacceptable.

The people who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. It's like staying at an aunt's house. A little rough on the edges, but well loved and cared for. It's in a perfect location for shopping and the Jim Thompson house. There is excellent food choice, including street food.

It is too much too call the property as a "boutique hotel" where you expect a beautiful & culture hotel with fance facilities, this is more like a motel or homestay. It is recommended for budget traveler, this is where you can leave you luggage & hang out for whole day, it also situated at the central area and variety of street food stalls around. However, it is a "no" for me this round, I didn't really enjoy the stay because I expected more from its title: "Boutique hotel", the walls are not acoustically done, so it is damn noisy at night due to the train & surroundings.

Wonderful place and service, very personal and at a great location too. PS: Reception is not 24 hours 09:00-02:00 only.

Siam Nitra was a fantastic hotel. Staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We very enjoyed his very comfortable room, which is in the most convenient location. If you are in Bangkok, you must stay at Siam Nitra in the heart of the center.

We had a great time at Nimit Boutique. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures.The room is sparkling clean and so function. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood ! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Siam Nitra place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Reception was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

The apartment was perfect for our first trip to the city! Its a short walk from BTS Skytrain, Siam Square and MBK. The room was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!

The Hotel was absolutely what was promised. The bed was super comfy and clean. And Reception was an excellent. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Bangkok

Siam Nitra is the nicest, best located, and the real value of all the places we have stayed for Boutique Hotel in Bangkok. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful .boutique hotel

Convenient location must book when best deals or else is bit over price

Wonderful and clean . Staff was attentive to our needs. Away from reception area but we love the privacy . A major setback. We were on the 1st floor . All was quiet until 2nd floor guest checked in with children . The noise was unbearable but as it was our last day , we tolerated . Hotel should remind the guest especially those with children to be more Mindful of the jumping around and stomping around

The best location in our opinion; pretty central, next to train lines and ferries. The staff were attentive and helpful.

The room is so bare. Can understand there is no toiletries, but don't even have TV. Nothing to entertain the kids when we stay in. No a single writing desk, must use a tiny coffee table. No room service for the 4 days, we had to clear the garbage ourselves as the bin overflowed with rubbish. Half a roll of toilet paper given for 5 people to share, must go to the main building to get more toilet paper. No phone in the room as well, so when we need anything, must make a trip to the next building. Room is not sound proof, it was extremely noisy when another room had a wild party until 3am. Security issues; twice when we came back, the main door to our building was left ajar, meaning anyone could have come up, and human traffic is haevy because it is a shophouse. Also, past patrons could also use the password to enter the building.

Amazing little place. It's tucked away off the main street in a perfect location. Close to the BTS, shops, and malls. We had a Duplex room that fit four people properly and there was plenty of room. Definitely would recommend!

This Boutique hotel place is spacious, sparkling clean & strategically located just right next to BTS Rachatevee and SIam Square. Walking distance to Siam Paragon, MBK and Pratunam area is awesome. BTS was definitely closer than I thought and this made travelling so much easier! Hotel is located in the very good location - just 2-4mins walk to BTS. The room is spacious, sparkling clean and well-design. We have the very pleasant stay here

The room was comfortable & clean. Nicely decorated though condition was a bit old. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Siam Square & nx to BTS Station. Staff was helpful & helped us log out of the Netflix account after we checked out & forgot to do so. Not the best for family with young kids as the surroundings were a bit dark. Downside was no daily housekeeping. Otherwise, if you only need a place to lay your head, it’s highly recommended as the location & price is good.

The main problem was the shower. The water didn't freely drained. It was backed up. Need to fix that because for us it is an important thing. It's disgusting to stand on water that backed up when you are showering.

The room or A/C smell bad. A stale, Humidity smell. This can and must be fixed. Poor service overall. Hotel and room are siding a busy street so it is noisy. Bathroom is small, shower not comfortable. overall expensive for the quality, not a good bang for the buck ! Only good thing, really fast wifi, internet.

Plus points: location, location, location. Minus pointd: noise, climbing stairs, no daily room cleaning service.

The hotell is great for the price. You walk to MBK in 5 min if you like to shop.
