L'abbondate colazione, la comodità della camera ampia e spaziosa, gli spazi comuni molto attrezzati, la vicinanza al Centro di Catania, la grande gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario a suggerirci locali e posti da visitare della città, ci ha permesso di scoprire zone di Catania molto belle (via filomena in primis)

Praticamente mi è piaciuto tutto, non ho trovato difetti nella camera dove ho alloggiato in quanto era attrezzata con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.

L'accoglienza da parte di Luca, super disponibile e caloroso, ma al contempo discreto e non invadente; Mantiene la struttura in maniera impeccabile, prendendosi meticolosamente cura dei dettagli e della pulizia. Torneremo sicuramente

Purtroppo pareti di cartongesso praticamente si sentiva tutto quello che facevano i vicini. Cosa più assurda ogni qualvolta che il vicino di camera apriva l'acqua si azionava la pompa di tiraggio dell'acqua del water .. per farvi capire il vicino si faceva la doccia alle 01.00 di notte.. abbiamo dormito poco ..

A fantastic apartment with a wonderful atmosphere, fully equipped with everything you need. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is a real highlight, too. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Fantastica esperienza, onestamente più di quanto mi aspettavo, locali puliti e muniti di tutti i confort, ad appena 600 metri dalla Villa Bellini praticamente al centro della movida e qualche centinaio di metri in più per piazza duomo ed il centro storico di Catania, per non parlare dell’accoglienza di Luca, come in famiglia dal primo minuto con indicazioni precise e preziosissime su come spostarci e dove MANGIARE, eccellente.

C'est pas très loin du centre à pied. La chambre était correcte (qq petits rafraîchissements à faire) Le petit déjeuner est bien ( il manque une cafetière classique pour les touristes 😁) Luca nous a bien accueilli.

Le bruit... de la clim 🤷🏻‍♀️ et aussi en début de nuit il y avait comme des pas à l'étage, on est allé voir mais ça ne venait pas de la personne qu'on imaginait car ça a encore duré un moment après...

Nos ha encantado el apartamento en un edificio antiguo en el centro de Catania, muy buen ubicado para ir andando por la ciudad y tiendas y restaurantes en las inmediaciones. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien dotadas y, además, se podía hacer uso de las zonas comunes (cocina, terraza y jacuzzi), en las que había comida para el desayuno (yogures, zumos, café, leche, pan, dulces, cereales...) pero que se podía comer a lo largo del día. Luca ha sido un anfitrión encantador: nos ha acogido en persona explicándonos las instalaciones, los restaurantes y bares que nos recomendaba, las mejores zonas para visitar, etc.; hemos tenido contacto diario con él para resolver dudas y para preocuparse por cómo iba todo. Mi madre ha estado enferma allí y él se ha preocupado especialmente por ella. Y cuando a la vuelta nos dimos cuenta de que mi padre se había dejado el móvil en la habitación, él se encargó de enviarlo a España por correo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Wonderful property and great location

It was a very comfortable room, with beautiful decoration and facilities. Our host Luca was very helpful, he gave us useful information about Catania and he let us use a fully equipped kitchen on the terrace of the building.

Luca is an exceptional host. The property is ideally located in the city center. We had a wonderful time during our vacation in Italy. I highly recommend it.

Tout était super, l’accueil de Luka a été parfait et ses conseils aussi. Les chambres étaient très confortables, la jacuzzi un vrai plus et le petit déjeuner à volonté une heureuse surprise!

Luca is an amazingly welcoming and professional host. Wewere greeted lateat night and equiped with a variety of recommendations on best places to visit in the area, good restaurants, safety precautions. We were also offered taxi booking service, trips etc. The rooms are of good quality, equiped with everything we could think of, starting from soap and shampoo finishing on some light snacks in the room. Breakfast is self service at any time of the day with a selection of sweet and sour option, chilled fruit etc. Jaccuzzi was refreshing and overall it was a superb stay. Overall it was an amazing choice!

Un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L'accoglienza calorosa, la camera impeccabile e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La colazione con prodotti freschi è stato il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata: ci tornerò sicuramente!

A due passi dalla via etnea, la camera era pulitissima e l'host estremamente cortese e disponibile.

La struttura è molto pulita e munita di ogni sevizio. La posizione è ottima. Luca è stato davvero molto accogliente e gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Location is amazing- can easily walk into the city centre. Great for the nightlife of Catania, and not far from other towns and attractions. Room and everywhere else in the b&b is extremely clean and tidy. The housekeepers clean the rooms everyday if you wish, and change the sheets often! Though in the city, rooms are really quiet and you can’t hear much. Great amenities like water, yogurts, snacks in the room. Luca (host) is so lovely and extremely helpful, and provides many suggestions for restaurants, excursions etc. The terrace is really pretty and calm, it’s so nice to go up there in the evening and have a little drink!

Luca was een superhost! We mochten de dag van uitchecken de hele dag nog blijven om te wachten op onze vlucht. Ook wil hij alles voor je regelen en kregen we een uitgebreide uitleg ovef alle mooie plekken van Catania. De ligging van de B&B is ook super, je zit erg dichtbij het centrum. Kan het iedereen aanbevelen!

Italienisch Frühstück auf dem Zimmer und ganztägig in der Küche. Kaffee satt und frisch gebackener Kuchen jeden Tag. Ganz besonders war die Gastfreundschaft und was ich persönlich wirklich hervorheben möchte ist der hohe Wasserdruck in den Duschen, was in Süditalien nicht Standard ist. Einfach ein hervorragendes B&B.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce B&B, tout y est fait pour qu’on se sente bien. La cuisine partagée et la terrasse avec jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Luca est un hôte chaleureux et prévenant qui donne de nombreux conseils et recommandations sur Catane et qui se montre très arrangeant. La chambre était propre et très confortable, avec boissons, biscuits et café offerts.

Prima locatie, binnen 10-15 minuten was je lopend in downtown. Er is vaak goede parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. De host, Luca is ontzettend vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Kan je prima tips geven wat te zien en waar te eten. De apartementen zijn ruim en mooi. Er is een lift, dus makkelijk bereikbaar, ook met koffers. Ze hebben een prachtig terras op de bovenste verdieping met een Jacuzzi. Ontbijt is Italiaans, brood, cakes en zoet beleg, Nutella en Jam. Maar ook melk, jus d' orange en koffie en thee

Eigenlijk niets, was een erg goed verblijf. Luca doet ontzettend zijn best om je een prettig verblijf te geven. We hebben niets gevonden wat tegenviel.

Great concept with choice of breakfast in the room or in a very well stocked communal kitchen area. Lots of communal space that could be used if wished. A very warm welcome and full explanation of the property and the surrounding area was extremely helpful. Good position near botanical gardens and an easy stroll into the historical centre.

A bit disconcerting when you find the property as there is only a small discrete sign on the wall but as soon as I made contact with Luca he was there, opening up, even though we were early. Luca was very responsive and all the staff were lovely.

Przestronny pokój Jacuzzi i taras dostępny cały czas Luca, właściciel był ponad standard pomocny. Pozwolił zostawić bagaże dłużej bez problemu, otworzył drzwi zdalnie przy późnym przyjeździe. Zorganizował taxi z lotniska i innym razem przy prośbie ad hoc. Lodówka w pokoju z produktami na śniadanie zapełniona już w dniu przyjazdu bardzo się sprawdziła przy późnym przylocie.

The host was extremely helpful and accomodating nothing we asked was too much! Terrace area was beautiful and lovely to relax after a day sightseeing. Our room was massive with washing machine, hob for cooking,fridge freezer etc and a lovely terrace. The fridge was stocked with juice,milk,water amd we had plenty of fruit and snacks.

A atenção e a disponibilidade do "host" Luca. A localização também é ótimo, ótimo supermercado perto, ótimos restaurantes também nas proximidades, centro histórico, Duomo, etc. a uns 15 minutos de caminhada, possibilitando fazer quase tudo a pé.

Très bien situé et l’indépendance des lieux. Chambres spacieuses et literie confortable.

Bruit entre les salles de bains et lorsque les voisins utilisent l’eau. Douche mériterai de refaire les joints et l’écoulement. Alimentation dans le frigo commun de moyenne qualité.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. Luca our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to reply if we had a problem. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was fantastic after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast was provided in the room and fresh bottles of water were left in the fridge each day which was very welcome. The terrace, hot hub, and kitchen were great additions to this well-located property. Great value for money, we loved our stay and will definitely recommend to family and friends who are visiting beautiful Catania.

Phantastische Wohnung mit riesen Terrase, Gemeinschaftsküche zum mitbenutzen. Der Knaller ist der große Whirlpool auf der Terrase, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Luca ist ein toller Gestgeber, kümmert sich sofort um alles, gibt Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr zentral gelegen es sind ca. 15 Min zu Fuss in die Altstadt.

In der Wohnung war alles top - Parken mit dem Auto auf der Straße ist kostenpflichtig

Très agréable et proche du centre-ville. Les hôtes sont très sympa et attentifs. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Jacuzzi et cuisine sur la terrasse, à partager avec les autres clients. Beaucoup de produits à disposition.

Nous étions juste à côté de la porte d'entrée donc nous avons entendu certains clients rentrer très tard.

We enjoyed staying 4 nichts at Luca's place. The room was very clean. It is located pretty central and not difficult to move around. We had our own terrace but having the big terrace on the top was also nice, where we could have breakfast and jacuzzi as well. Most of all, the host Luca was highly responsive and kind. We thank you again for everything!

Okolica bezpieczna, niedaleko od głównego deptaku i centrum. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry (Pozdrawiam Luca!). Gospodarz pomocny i troskliwy. Polecam serdecznie.

Great location in city centre, close to botanical garden, local shops, and 10 minutes away from historical centre by walk. Great service and support with tips from owner Luca. We very much enjoyed the private terrace and also the common kitchen area and roof top terrace.
