Etna Suite Group

A sala do café do pequeno almoço é excelente. O hotel fica perto do centro histórico.

Very clean friendly staff

A/c a little noisy

Location, breakfast and very large and clean rooms.

Troppe scale senza ascensore!

Ottima colazione e staff cortese.

The location was very good and the room was spacious

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, although it may have been related to a more general issue in Catania, as the odor was noticeable throughout the city

Pulizia ottima Staff eccellente. Posizione eccellente x chi come noi ha un evento a Villa Bellini.

Konumu cok iyi, oda buyuktu

Odamizdaki banyodaki priz bozuktu defalarca soyledikten sonra donmemize 1 gun kala yaptilar. Kahvaltisi cok yetersiz bunun icin para odemis olmamiz komikti. Cok gurultulu ayrica sabah 7de gurultuden defalarca uyandik.

Great location, neat room, hood value for money

Very Central

Nothing

It was a nice room with kind service and a big comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious and the recepcionist were helpful and kind when I needed help or I had a question.

Everything was perfect!

Salteaua.

Colazione Super !

Stayed for 3 nights from June 1st. Instead of a mountain view, our priority is a quiet room as we are extremely light sleepers, Alfredo was kind enough to fulfil our request and we had very good sleep throughout the stay! We feel safe in the area even at night. There is a supermarket a few minutes away, on the other side of the park. The airport bus stop is right across the street. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean. The buffet breakfast has different varieties including boiled eggs. very good cappuccino as good quality of coffee beans was used ! Marcello who is in charge of the breakfast was very attentive esp. in small details. The setup of the breakfast room is far beyond a 3 star hotel. Thank you for making our stay so delightful!!

Chambre familiale avec un lit en mezzanine

Lit d'appoint un peu moins confortable

It s in the centre

Emplacement et petits déjeuners

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet

A szállás céges kirándulásra megfelelő, a személyzet kedves, előzékeny, kiváló az elhelyezkedés.

A szobák egymástól távol esnek, nincs közösségi tér.

If you're looking for a great location - this is the best place to stay. The hotel is located in the heart of the city center. What made our visit really special is a kind and professional help of Alfredo Russo. You can ask him every question about places to visit or to eat in the city and he'll warmly recommend you the best

It would be nice to have an elevator however the staff of the hotel was very welcomed to help us with the luggage

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles perfekt

Struttura di charme. Posizione perfetta.

Great central location. Alibus from the airport stopped outside Etna Suite. Breakfast was good. Alfredo arranged for some breakfast items in our room as we had to leave early for a tour. Very kind of him to sort that out. Room was great, bonus with a separate room which had a cupboard, desk and chair, iron and ironing board, suitcase storage. Overall a good stay.

Breakfast maybe should start at 7am.

It was clean and the breakfast was excellent

That there was no lift cause i have 2children with special needs

Esmorzar,habitació,lloc,amabilitat del personal.

Soggiorno perfetto! Staff gentilissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

The hotel Etna Suite Group, is in an old, beautiful building, with renovated interiors. It is located in the historic center of Catania on the most central street of the city with many shops, pizzerias, cafes, super market etc. Before our arrival, we received an email with the code for the main entrance. There is a reception from morning until 19:00 in the afternoon. It is a twenty minute walk from the train station but has a bus stop right in front for both, the train station and the airport every twenty-five minutes (flix-bus). Our double room was clean and spacious. The staff is really very kind (reception and breakfast) and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is very good, has a variety such as coffee, milk, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, pastries, etc. If the variety was wider (omelets, almonds, walnuts) breakfast would really be wonderful! The WiFi signal was very good. It was a wonderful stay.

Everything was really great.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, schöne grosse Zimmer, sehr empfehlenswert

Location , clean, comfortable, nice breakfast

20 steps to go up with luggages

Lokalizacja, bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Brak windy

Huge comfortable bed in a huge room. The bathroom was also huge with a spacious, powerful shower. Perfect location, and the room was so quiet. It’s nothing high end but it’s perfect for a 2 night stay in Catania. Clear instructions to enter the property if you check in late.

The staff was eccelant and friendly

the property policy could definitely be rewritten.
