Beatriz la mejor anfitriona! Muy acogedora, amorosa y se preocupó por nosotros en todo momento. Hermoso hostel con todo lo necesario para descansar :)

Solo una recomendación, quizás dejar una almohada más bajita para quienes no duermen con almohadas tan grandes pero todo lo demás súper bien

De kamers zijn netjes en schoon, het ontbijt was lekker en Beatriz is ontzettend aardig! We konden extra vroeg ontbijten toen we vroeg (6:00) werden opgehaald voor een excursie. Aanrader!

Buen lugar y estaba abierto hasta tarde para hacer check in, lo que no es común en Puerto Natales. Rico desayuno.

Estaba muy fría la pieza y la cama no era tan cómoda

The rooms were spacious and clean and the shower water pressure was amazing. We also loved the heated towel racks. The breakfast buffet was a great spread and we were able to fill up ahead of our hike days. The staff were so friendly and flexible, due to a flight cancellation we arrived at 2:30 am, and they were able to accommodate the check in. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Hostal America!

Excellent breakfast spread. Clean rooms, with hot water showers. Staff were really friendly and helpful as well. There is also a luggage storage service offered if you need to leave behind some items while doing multi-day treks in TdP.

We enjoyed our stay, it is close to the bus terminal and staff are super nice. The stored our luggage while on the W.

A bit of a walk to town, but an enjoyable walk...

Tudo perfeito. Instalacao, recepcao. Atencao com os hospedes. Gerente eficiente e comprometida em atender os hospetes da melhor forma possivel. Bom cafe da manhã. Boa localizacao.

Os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos, e o hostel fica a 10min de caminhada da parte mais turística da cidade. O banheiro é bem limpo e parece ser tudo novo e organizado.

Tive um pequeno problema com o aquecedor do quarto.

Minha estadia no Hostal America foi excelente. Os funcionários são muito solícitos, me ajudaram com várias dúvidas que tive ao longo da viagem. A estadia é ótima, chuveiro e quarto bem aquecidos e a limpeza e troca de toalhas foi realizada todos os dias. O café da manhã também é muito bom. Simples, mas completo. Nota 10 para tudo.

Cercano a la terminal de buses. Muy buen ambiente, personal super atento. Camas cómodas, bien calefaccionado, desayuno correcto y posibilidad de tomar café o té en cualquier momento del día. Un plus poder dejar equipaje mientras te vas de trekking por unos días. Excelente y muy recomendable.

因為離巴士站比較近，所以定了這間，但是實際上來回機場根本不需要住在巴士站附近，甚至計程車直接來回機場也很方便。總結還是住在市中心比較好，離景點和海邊都比較近。雖然提供早餐，但是比較簡單。冷氣不知道他們是怎麼調整的，有一天晚上熱到爆炸，一直流汗，有一天晚上直接暖氣被關掉，冷到發抖。最無法接受的是旁邊有很多隻狗，整個晚上都會不停地叫，非常吵，如果要住這間一定要準備好耳塞。

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location is safe and convenient. Definitely recommend.

Small but very clean and cozy rooms. ​Great location – you can easily reach both the city center and the seaside, as well as nice restaurants and the central bus station. ​The breakfast is not very extensive, but it is more than enough for a good start to the day. ​The staff is very helpful and friendly. ​Having stayed at other places in Puerto Natales during previous visits, I can 100% recommend this one.

This hostel exceeded my expectations. The room, which was tastefully appointed, had a private bath with heated (!) towel bars. The bed was comfortable and warm when temperatures outside were windy and cold. The shower had good hot water pressure. The hostess recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was good and the morning hostess was kind enough to accommodate those of us who wanted an early (0600) meal.

Breakfast was great, wifi worked well and the room was clean and tidy. We could store our bags there for the entirety of the W Trek free of charge and its really close to the bus transfer terminal.

Todo muy limpio, toallas como nuevas a diario, muy cómodo. Baño nuevo bien equipado y amplio. Algo lejos del centro pero bien ubicado igualmente, 10 minutos a pié.

Hostal America was excellent. We were really comfortable during our stay here before and after hiking in TDP national park. The beds were comfy, the location was great for early morning buses and there was a laundry and cafe very close by. We were happy to walk a little way into town for dinner. The staff were friendly and they arranged early breakfasts when we were heading off for the W trek.

It was mostly good actually. The only small thing was that if you planned to sleep in, you might be woken by the noise of others moving about.

Muito bem localizado para quem vai de ônibus para Torres del Paine. Bom café. Quartos limpos. Bom chuveiro. Não é luxuoso, mas são bons quartos.

Só um pouco distante, para quem vai a pé , do centro comercial da cidade.

Wi-Fi rápido, funcionárias educadas, quartos confortáveis e limpos, e quentes, café da manhã legal.

Zimmer in Ordnung, Frühstück war ok (Instantkaffee, Stück Kuchen, Salami+Käse, Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Joghurt)

Brutal hellhörig und laut, nachts kamen viele Gäste an um 23.30 Uhr und trampelten sehr laut mit ihren Rollkoffern durch den Gang, morgens 5 Uhr das selbe. Liegt wohl daran, dass der Bus Bahnhof in der Nähe ist. Keine gemütliche Hostel-Atmosphäre
