The room was always cold - this was the main reason what we didn't like about this place . They should heat their rooms always and heat it good to the point, that their customers would fell more comfortable! The water was all of a sudden cold , when my wife has been taking a shower- which is absolutely not appropriate!

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026El Hostal es maravilloso, tiene todo lo que necesita un viajero. Es calentito, limpio, cómodo y nos recibieron con mucha calidez. Nos sentimos como en casa! Además, queda cerca del terminal de buses para ir a Torres del Paine o Punta Arenas y tambien, nos guardaron algunos bolsos para ir a Torres del Paine mas livianos, y eso se agradece mucho. Y el desayuno es delicioso.
La verdad es que todo estuvo perfecto.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English and even Polish 🙂 The location is very good, about 8 minutes from the bus terminal. It’s an ideal place for a short stay in Puerto Natales, for example on the way to or from Torres del Paine. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Everyone was really helpful during our stay. We arrived earlier on the day of the check in and they had no problem with us leaving our stuff at the reception for a few hours. And on the day of the check out we had booked the full day tour , and again we left our stuff with them for about 12 hours. The room was comfortable and really clean. Breakfast was good and although you can’t use the kitchen , there is a refrigerator in the communal area to use.
