Arte Brisa Hostal Boutique

Very close to bus station Wilburn is why I booked. About 15/20min walk to town centre. Room was comfortable, staff very friendly, limited English but helpful, packed breakfast for early departures are very basic, I never had the regular breakfast.

The floor is the squeakiest floor ever to walk over and the bed is also very squeaky, you can hear everything in the whole property. I had to keep the bathroom door closed and window open all the time as the drains smelled sewage.

We loved the stay, it was very cosy and had a warm home feeling. The beds were super comfortable, nice linen, we had a good sleep. The breakfast was also very tasty. The hostel is close to the bus station, only 5 min away, so perfect before going to the national park. We also got sandwiches for takeaway before our trip. We would definitely come back

Personnel charmant

Dommage des remontées d’odeurs d’égout

Muy limpio y gente amigable.

No podría decir nada

The owners are the nicest and most helpful people. The location is perfect for those doing the W and getting to the bus station. Breakfast included and they stored our extra bags for us during our trek.

Muy simpáticos todos

Dichtbij busstation. Schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.

De kamer stinkt heel erg naar riool. Geur is zeer intens.

Hostel is close to the bus station, but not in an otherwise very appealing neighbourhood. We only stayed for one night, so the location was not that important to us. Breakfast is basic, but fine. The beds were comfy!

The lady at the reception was nice and friendly. We left early for an excursion and she prepared pack lunch sandwiches takeaways .

Bathroom shower stalls and fixtures are not properly working, off track, cover was off

Good location and good rooms.

Great location, beautiful breakfast and clean, comfy rooms. Felt like a homely and comfortable base to return to after a few days camping and hiking in Patagonia.

Walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking - problem easily solved with ear plugs though so would just recommend having them if needed.

The owners of Arte Brisa are the nicest and most helpful people! We stayed here both before and after our W trek. We arrived on New Year's day and almost everything was closed, so the owner helped us find a place to eat dinner. They let my daughter borrow a phone charger with adaptor since we somehow didn't have the right one and they let us store our luggage while we were on our trek. Arte Brisa is only a 5 minute walk to the bus station where we went to start our trek journey. Location, location, location. Breakfast was simple but did the job. They even packed us a to go breakfast the day we left on our trek since we had to leave very early. They also helped us arrange a shuttle back to the airport on our final day.

The room was a bit small with not a lot of space for our bags, but with all the pluses this place has to offer, that wasn't a big deal.

Clean and simple room, with good breakfast. Very hospitable staff that will help you with what you need. They will keep your bags for you for a fee when you go out hiking for a few days

The room itself was comfortable. Although I had booked a city-view room, I forgot about this and did not request it; in any case, there is very little view to speak of. The women working at the hotel were very kind and helpful, and the internet connection was fast.

The breakfast could be improved (very very basic), and the bathroom interior was very basic. While not a disadvantage, it is worth noting that the hotel is close to the bus station, which was convenient, but it is therefore slightly further away from the town centre.

Zabrakło mi ok 3 USD w gotówce i chciałem dopłacić różnicę w chilijskich pesos - zrobiło się nieprzyjemnie i mogłem zostać bez noclegu.

Close to busstation, to be able to take the early bus to torres del paine Breakfast box was ready when we left early

Quite noisy.

Lovely room. Helpful staff

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great service and amenities, fresh-cooked eggs for breakfast. Trustworthy, reasonably priced bag storage. Short walk to the bus depot. What more could you want?

Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable

Nice staff and good heating

Let us check in early. Prepared lunch for hiking. Very nice staff.

Blizko autobusovej stanice. Cisty priestor, velka izba pre 4 osoby a osobne veci

Fantástico, limpio y correctamente ubicado, precio/calidad OK.

Cortesia dello staff, posizione

Bagno leggermente piccolo

Doccia piacevole.

Odore sgradevole dall’esterno.

Location close to bus terminal

Bfast was meager and purchased bag lunch left a lot of room for improvement.

Friendliness of the staff, Tea and coffee facilities were great, and the packed lunch as we missed breakfast on both days.

Rooms were cold especially after the heating went off. The blinds didn't stop any of the outside light or the wind whistling through the windows. The road is also quite noisy.

Camera spaziosa e letto comodo.

Veramente troppo caldo in camera
