Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Service staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were fine to share a king bed with 3 of us, but the staff provided an extra bed at no additional cost which we were very appreciative about. Rooms were clean and smelled pleasant. Toiletries and mineral water provided. Restaurant staff were so cheerful and the food was great. Decent selection of options for ala carte dining even for vegetarians. We enjoyed the Rojak Kita in particular :) Buffet spread for breakfast was plentiful and varied with both western and local delights. Love the pool and jacuzzi! I like that there was no overwhelming chlorine smell unlike normal swimming pools. Water was warm and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Pool towels and lockers near the changing rooms are such thoughtful amenities. Free parking in the building. Noticed an EV charger available. Overall, a great stay in Puchong area. We would love to come back next time.
Found ourselves wishing for a bit more space/hooks to hang up towels and wet swimsuits. Air cond was so cold 😂 but I'm generally less tolerant to the cold anyway so a reminder to pack some thicker lounge wear.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Breakfast was overall good, but more options across different days would be appreciated. 80% of the buffet spread was the same, on all the 3 days. Great grab and go section by Hilton, near reception for last minute grabs. Was delighted to be given a complimentary bedding for the third person, without requesting from our side. Overall, a great experience. Thank you for the lovely hospitality !!!
Longer than usual wait times for room service, housekeeping, at times multiple calls had to be placed in order to remind them.

There was a certain moldy smell in the corridor and in the room which would not go away even with the AC on, and the toilet would smell bad from time to time. The pool towels were a little thin and some had unwashable stains.

The staff is not to the Hilton standart, the lift is terrible slow, and this is a first time I have stayed in a room where I can listen to rain sounds hitting the window so clearly. The bath room and shower is totally unacceptable. This hotel is totally not Hilton standart but charged at Hilton rate.
