Cambridge Top 10 Holiday Park

The shared kitchen had everything we needed and very clean.

Woke with a back ache.

The bed was nice and comfy. The toilet/showers were very clean for a shared zone. The room also had a fridge, kettle and staples for making hot drinks. The staff were also lovely and helpful.

Všechno bylo skvělé, moc se nám tam líbilo.

Horší dosah WiFi.

Staff was very helpful with recommendations to local parks, walks, clean facilities, pool & spa was a great addition!! Loved all the recycling as well.

A couple of hooks for jackets inside room.

The place was quiet, clean and the staff were super nice. Definitely recommend the place

It was clean and good facilities

Nil

Polite service clean tidy area's also cabin was quiet and warm perfect for a quiet getaway 👌

Only things that would be better would be shelves or something for towels and clothing by the spa and a hand rail to make it easier to get in and out of spa for less capable people

The Spanish girl at the reception was very nice anf helpful

Price and room

Nothing

Josh stays here a lot for work and likes it. It is convenient, tidy and clean.

This last stay he said there were ants in his room and when he woke up they were all over the bed which was disappointing as this has never happened before.

Beautiful place to stay

The bed was one of the worst I've stayed, the king bed is just two singles zipped together and both sides where concaved in. Very disappointing

Everything

Clean excellent customer service fast and efficient

Had to buy own bedding and towels if needed

Facilities, staff and property

Our room was a little run down compared to other rooms we have had

The heated pool during winter

Everything was immaculately clean and well looked after. The pool and spa are great.

The only thing is that the bathrooms are freezing in the middle of winter

The pool, spa & outdoor kitchen were awesome

Really enjoyed all the facilities, the pool, spa, jumping pillow for the kids and the go cart hire. Its also really close to a big playground so lots to entertain the kids without leaving.

Nothing, everything was good

Great facilities, very clean and tidy. Lovely campground

Great for kids

I stayed in a quadruple bunk room (1 adult, 3 kids) and it was great. Simple but very clean and comfortable. The pool was warm, on a 17 degree day the kids hardly got out! Communal areas also very clean.

Personally I'd prefer if Youtube wasn't available in the tv room!

The location of the cabin

Great Top 10! Amazing facilities - super clean

Not a huge number of bathrooms and showers - so in peak summer with all the campers it would be a bit of a wait

Great facilities and was clean

Kids got told off for pretty much breathing! The staff werent friendly! Our crew got told off for everything but yet the kapa haka group were noisier and doing just as much as our kids and didn’t even get in trouble.

Cambridge Top 10 is well run and has good facilities. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to deal with any problems you may have.

Everything is well thought out and is maintained in very good condition.

Very clean. Smaller site which I think is more manageable. Lovely amenities.

Great location, great room and facilities. Cool pool and spa

You can’t watch tv in bed

So clean, new, comfortable bed and all the amenities you could need for a short stay.

Pool and spa

Small cabin

시설이 잘 관리되어있고 깨끗한편. 수영장도 좋았음

벙크베드 매트리스가 중간부분이 패여서 불편했음

Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Great facilities. The swimming pool and spa area are awesome 👌🏾and coffee cafe was a bonus

Wonderful Facilities. Comfortable Bed. Shower had great pressure, and the toiletries first class. Friendly helpful staff. Perfect for a solo traveller as it is safe and secure.

FYI The step into the unit is high. It was a challenge for me as I am of short, and in the 60 plus age group.

Bit of a walk to the toilets at night

Facilities were great and tidy, staff very friendly

More options for tea and coffee in room.

The room was so clean and organised, honestly was such a nice experience. 100% converted to using top10 now!

Great campsite excellent pool tv room and kitchen. cabin had comfy beds and showers clean. Great place for kids away from the road and very safe. Only thing that let it down lots of cobwebs all over cabin walls and dusty so lacking on the clean factor.

Bathroom and kitchen were lovely and clean at all times.

The floor in the room is chipping away in parts and I got a splinter in my foot, not ideal when I had a running even the next day.

The spa and pool area was amazing

Next time I will book a bigger cabin

Kids love everything

Clean and tidy - friendly staff and so helpful! Amazing poo area for kids

I was impressed by the beautiful ambulance service; the place was clean and wonderful. I'm very happy with my stay and I recommend everyone to book with them; they will be delighted with their stay. I am very happy.

Everything about it is beautiful

Great location, clean, tidy and great staff

The pool

Accomodation had a smell on entry

Beautifully looked after site, wonderful warm pool and spa for those chilly days, all clean and friendly.

Staff were wonderful! Lovely friendly and helpful! And it was clean and tidy!

Our first room wasn't valued for money much smaller than expected for.the price. We moved rooms and was much better for not much more money

Modern facilities

It was great. Just what we needed. Lovely owners comfy and clean. Great shower too

Comfortable cabin. To sleep only.

Cabin too far from toilets. I am too old to walk 100metres in the night

Warm welcoming feeling

Bigger windows or fans in cabins

location was handy to where we needed to be. To be fair we didn't spend a lot of time at the property but was good for what we needed.

Could have had a couple of extra communal showers, we did have to cue for the showers.

Neat and comfy cabins which was perfect for us on our quick stopover. Staff were very accommodating with late checkin and gave clear directions. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the pools

Room floors were a creeky and could here our neighbors walking around

We arrived early as had an early tour of Hobbiton and met a lovely woman (didn't get her name unfortunately) who accommodated our early check-in and was so kind and helpful

Central to places visiting in Waikato. The pool was really nice and enjoyable to relax on a hot day. Coffee was nice at the wee cafe too.

Cabin with no bathroom so remember to check that when booking. Definitely more like camping when using camp facilities.

Excellent facilities - Room was incredible and pool is amazing. Feels like you are in a resort!

Children were constantly told off by staff who were constantly watching them - felt like they weren’t even able to make a small splash. A 4 y/o jumping into their dad in the pool was told not to. When advertising as a family friendly venue - it would be good to know you allow kids to be kids!!

Loved that it was child friendly and so much for them to do, the pool and carts were a big hit with the kids. Nice Tidy facilities and big covered BBQ area with seating.

Our cabin was very hot and we had trouble sleeping. The small fan didn't do much. A small Aircon machine would've been great!

Tout était parfait. L’accueil. Les aménagements, cuisine, douche, piscine.

Rien à signaler

Really inviting and clean ! So cozy !

Everything was great!

The Pool, it was Bliss 💦

That we had to leave to come home 😕

It was clean and tidy, the grounds were very well kept, and a pleasant stay

No Bathroom in the cabin
