Cua Dai Beach Homestay

I had a really nice stay here! The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day, which was a great plus. It’s a lovely homestay and the people are absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The nearby beach is currently under construction, so you have to walk a little further to reach a beach where you can actually swim, but it wasn’t a big inconvenience for me. The breakfast was also quite good, especially considering the price. Overall, a great value for money and I’d definitely recommend staying here! ✨

I stayed at Cua Dai Beach Homestay for 3 months. During that time I found all the staff friendly and approachable The facilities are excellent and the whole building is kept exceptionally clean. I would recommend it to any of my friends who were thinking of visiting the area. The Homestay is only a 2 minute walk to Cua Dia Beach, a quiet picturesque location with friendly restaurants and bars.

Run by the most lovely family and my room was just perfect. Comfy, great air conditioning and lovely location. I rented a bike from them and cycled around for hours - to the beach, rice fields, A Bang and so much more. Highly recommend!!!

They are really welcoming and help you with everything you need. The room is small but has all you need, comfortable bed, good AC, breakfast was good. They have a tiny kitty cat that brightens your stay!

Die Lage ist super.Keine 5Minuten zum Strand. Ein tolles Restaurant Ann Restaurant direkt drei Häuser weiter. Und ein ganz tolles Frühstückkaffee HoCo Café direkt zwei Straßen weiter. Alles was man braucht.:-) Zum Städtcheb benötigt man mit dem Roller schon seine 15-20 Minuten.Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr einfach. Die Zimmerwände sind mit PVCBoden beklebt, die Dusche hat leider auch schon die besten Tage hinter sich. Zum schlafen war es für uns ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Für den Preis erhält man wirklich das einfachste. Dies sollte einem einfach bewusst sein, wenn man bucht. Wir sind am Ende aufgrund der Lage und den Gegebenheiten drumherum geblieben. Die Klimaanlage läuft vernünftig.

Really nice place to stay out of the town of Hoi An but still with easy access to everything. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach which was so nice. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. The property itself was lovely with a very welcoming family living here. They had two beautiful dogs we also loved. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. They helped with bike rental as well. I would definitely recommend for those not wanting to be in the centre of town but close enough to enjoy it. It took us 10 mins to get to town on the bike.

The family was so kind, warm and helpful throughout my stay! Super close (5 minutes) to the beach. The room was very comfortable for solo travel as a female.

What a fantastic place to stay whilst visiting Vietnam, Cam and her family are so kind and welcoming, helpful and lovely to chat to. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants, shops, beach and even a Yoga class near by.

I would say it’s not suitable for a family as the room is very small and not much of a hangout area for small once.

Perfect stay for Hoi an. Away from the bustle of the centre but only a short grab ride away. Right next to the beach (<3min walk). Staff are lovely, rented a motorbike with no issues, rooms big and clean, great value and highly recommend!

The owners were super kind and lovely, we felt very welcomed. The rooms were cleaned every day and you could hand over your laundry for washing. Also the location was perfect, only a few metres to a beautiful beach and in the old town it is only about 10-15min by car.

Vicina alla spiaggia e lontana dal caos di Hue, la camera è silenziosa e spaziosa, molto pulita. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Ottimo anche il servizio di noleggio bicicletta, con cui si può andare a Hoi An, altrimenti ci sono anche i motorini.

The place is simple but cozy and the staff is super friendly. The apartment is very close to the beach and close to the old town by bike. You can rent bikes or scooters there and they also offer laundry service.

The owner and her family were lovely and the room was cozy. There was some mold in the bathroom but otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfy!

It didn't bother us, but the room didn't have a TV when it said it did.

Hors saison il n’y a pas grand chose à faire autour. En haute saison ça doit être super d’être à côté de la plage! Mais là il fallait forcément un grab ou louer un scooter pour aller ailleurs. Pas grand chose à faire à pied… Les restaurants autour sont aussi très chers !

Actually everything was super fine. The hosts are lovely and speak fluent English. There are cat and dog to pet. Air-conditioning works. Warm water in the shower. Short walk to the beach.

Lovely, large, bright room with a wardrobe and balcony! Cam, the owner and her family are an absolute delight - she booked several activities for me and gave me some great recommendations for restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble - had my washing done and enjoyed a tasty breakfast. Lovely location just 5 mins walk to a quiet beach - would highly recommend this very chilled homestay.

Bathroom was a little tired but had hot water and great shower pressure.

Super sweet lady running the place, gave us everything we needed and helped us book a ferry. The room was nice and clean with AC and the cutest dog lucky comes to hangout outside in the patio

This property is only 100 m to the beach the lady that owns the property is outstanding as far as good English help me with many difficulties went over and beyond anyone else I've ever stayed with there are many restaurants nearby and small convenience stores ,air conditioning is good hot water is good ,my room was a cheaper room which was a little bit dated but clean ,but other rooms are very good ..breakfast is simple three choices eggs and bread coffee fruit 50,000 the hotel is very well maintained and clean and lady will help you with taxis boat trips and other tours cheaper than anywhere else you can find but do your own homework , they have rental motorbikes and bicycles and surrounding areas are relatively flat

Breakfast was good and thank you for looking after us. We felt right at home. The area and its people are very kind and friendly towards tourists. I even got a hug from the corner restaurant owner opposite the homestay. It is easy to reach the market, walk to the beach for a swim or eat at the many open beach restaurants.

The room had a really strong musty smell...maybe from mould! If someone values their health, it would be better to stay somewhere else!!!

The locating is very close to the beach and the sunrise is beautiful. The owners are lovely and very welcoming and accommodating. I asked if I could change beds as my original mattress had springs sticking out of it and they hauled a whole new and very comfortable mattress in for me. I loved having the 2 dogs and cat around after travelling for so long and missing animals. They installed new air conditioners while I was staying too, even though the older ones worked well. There is a local café around the corner that has fair prices for anyone who wants to get a good breakfast or work on your laptop. Embi's coffee cart close by is great, I went there most mornings to get a coffee or a matcha and she has many options!

I booked this place specifically because it said they had an area to do yoga and only found out once there that this is not the case. The booking was also non-refundable which was a bummer because I do a pilates/yoga flow everyday and my room was far too small to do this in. If you're booking because of this I would reconsider. All of the prices at the restaurants close by are very high. Pho for 70-80k dong so if you're on a budget there are not many options for a quick and easy meal on your door step. There are lot's of ants and other bugs that would fall from the roof. If you don't like bugs something else to consider.

The family is extremely friendly. I felt at home and very welcomed. They were always smiling and being very helpful with everything. The value for money is exceptional, beds are comfortable, shower is hot, air conditioning is great, very family vibe and there is a great restaurant just 1 minute walking distance. The beach is really close and I enjoyed being in a more quiet and relaxing area of Hoi An. Rice fields are close by, you can rent a bike at the property and there are 2 cute dogs. You will feel at home here. Everything is simple but made with love.

This is a homestay, so keep that in mind when booking. However, to be honest, it’s better than most hotels in the area! First, the people running it are incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel right at home. They assisted us with everything we needed—arranging transportation to Cham Island and even storing our luggage for the weekend. Second, the rooms are properly cleaned, and the location is fantastic—close to the beach yet in a quiet part of the city, ensuring a great night's sleep. Lastly, the internet is reliable, making it a great place to work remotely if needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Really good position, very close to the beach. Lots of places to eat. Bicycle rental and easy ride into HoI An. Quiet at night.

The staff were very friendly and did their best to be accommodating. The hotel also had a bicycle rental so it was easy to get around. It is located between the beach and the old town so it was easy to go to both places.

The upkeep of the rooms were not up to standard and the pictures on the listing were outdated. The room smelled moldy, the bathroom sink had dark mold at some sections, and the taps were stained.

Very nice family, the lady helped us out with everything - rented us bikes to drive to the old city, rented us motorbike to drive around for a day and also organised motorbike rental for one way Hai Van Pass to Hue, with luggage transfer. We also liked the breakfast. The place is 3min walk from the beach and about 5km from the old city center. Can only recommend :)

It was very close to the beach, unfortunately the weather was not so good. The family who runs the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They also organized a table and chair for my room so that I could also work. Every day my room was cleaned and I got fresh towels. A fridge in the room would have been nice, but otherwise I had everything what I needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here, in fact we extended. The location was superb and close to beach and amenities. Most importantly the family were beautiful, kind and helpful people. 100% excellent in every way.
