It was very close to the metro and old town. it was clean. but at nights there was a noise from neighboring club, they played till 4am.

Noise at night and not really comfortable bed. It was clean, but I don't like memory foam mattress.

Excellent location right in Old Montreal. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the Metro. We loved the apartment feel of the room. Two bedrooms gave us good privacy, and the room was so quiet. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. I loved the Nester Finn model so much, I looked up other locations and will stay at another one in future travels. Good to know the front staff is not there 24 hours like most hotels. This was fine as we used an entry code to access the property but handle any issues with them during normal working hours.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful, so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the warm, family-run atmosphere, and it was clear how much they genuinely care about their property and their guests. Their hospitality made our stay truly special!

Le bruit de la boite de nuit à proximité de l'établissement et le fait que nous avons étés incapable de retourner a Notre chambre le matin puisque l'acenseure etait brisée. Mon Mari avait un rendezvous chez un medecin a 9hres pour ses genoux et nous l'avons manque puisque nous avons etes dehors jusqu'a 9hres et avons du prendre les escaliers pour descendre nose bagages.

Very clean! Very well kept facilities. Staff was exceptional. Texting for assistance with quick responses was greatly appreciated. I had an issue with my first room so we had to switch and they offered to handle everything. No complaints regarding service, location, cleanliness.

The bed in room 408 makes so much noise that every time someone moved everyone in the apartment woke up. No AC’s in the bedrooms so the living area was nice and cool but the bedrooms were so hot. You can request fans, which they brought up, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough. The bathtub in room 408 is so high off the ground I needed a step ladder to get in and out.

I loved the location and room was a good size with all the facilities for cooking and laundry. Enjoyed being in the Old Montreal area close to nice coffee shops and sightseeing places only walking distance.

It’s in a great location and the rooms are like studio apartments.

It’s a real stretch to come up with something, but I’d say that I didn’t like the way you had to enter a code to LOCK the room door upon leaving.

About a 12 minute walk from Notre Dame and old town, ( go left from the hotel), we were perfectly positioned to do the best of old town and Montreal on foot. The apartment was amazing - large with a separated sleeping area. The staff was exceptional. Best part- cheaper than other hotels comparable- but the just offer a room , not an apartment . If you are lucky to be in Montreal - highly recommend . Thank you Nester Finn. Also - have other US friends lined up and considering Montreal and staying at NF . Parking is just across the street - reasonable and your entrance to underground Montreal.

No cleaning! 3 days and no one came to clean the room. We are even supposed to carry our garbage to the chute ourselves. I was not happy paying CAD2000 for 3 days to throw my own garbage and use old towels and sheets

Our two night stay didn’t have anything that we disliked.

Room exceeded expectations and was very cozy, felt comfortable to come back from the business in the streets. Clean and well furnished facility that has everything you would need for a short stay!

It seems like the location is close-ish to a club, so there would be loud bass playing late into the night (1-2 am). The facility does provide earplugs, and the music wasn't blasting, so I didn't have a problem sleeping.

The staff was by far and away some of the best we have experienced. Such lovely people who excelled at communication, were friendly and charming and fun, and went above and beyond to help us with our requests.

It was super clean, had anything we needed, everything working. Comfortable and cool when the weather was quite hot. The location was excellent, so many great restaurants and attractions right nearby. The staff was very kind, checking and check out were well communicated and smooth.

Had to pay for parking elsewhere but this is common to all hotels in the area. Parked at Victoria Square and walked everywhere in Old Montreal.

The lack of airflow in the bedroom made it warmer as it was hot outside. A fan was offered but we adjusted fairly well.

The location was great.

1. The property doesn’t have 24/7 staff and even though they have entrance codes, one of the evenings a delivery driver was let in by other guests. Safety could be an issue. 2. The AC unit is very small and is not strong enough for the space. We had to ask for fans in a $600 per night room. 3. We were told point blank that they are not a hotel, they are more like an airbnb, so then why are they listed as a hotel? 4. They also told us that it was expected that the guests would take out their own trash and shown where the garbage shoot was. 5. No AC in the rest of the building, so going in and out felt like you were walking through a sauna. 6. Our stay was 6 nights and we had only one cleaning included, which we had to request at least 24 hours in advance. The day they were supposed to clean they didn’t, because they didn’t have time as they decided to prioritize brand new bookings that has just come through that day. Cool cool 7. We had no hot water for 36 hours, and they didn’t let all guests know until halfway through this period, even after many guests complained. 8. The bed in my room was a very small double bed. I’m 5’4” and my feet were dangling from the bottom of the bed. Received many apologies by text and in person, that at some point it became awkward. Every interaction with staff was now an apology for something else not working. This place is completely overpriced for what you get, even though the space is good and the location is good. I do not recommend staying here.

Spacious studio apartment, located on the edge of the old town and close to the station. Nice layout inside, appliances available, restaurants adjacent. Plenty of storage space.

Despite being on the 4th floor it was a little noisy on Saturday night (earplugs were provided so presumably a known issue), other nights were quiet. Noisy bed. Aircon a little fierce and too near the bed.

Very comfortable unit, all was great and close to Old Montreal.

Since the hotel was located in the city center, it was convenient to get around on foot. And the facilities were also very clean. And it was nice having a washing machine and dryer so I could wash the clothes I came in wearing cleanly.

It was a real shame that there was no parking lot.

So spacious, clean, and amazing and helpful staff. Great location. Well stocked. Loved the record player. Great air conditioning, great shower pressure. Plenty of towels. Didn’t feel the busy street below was loud, nonetheless they give ear plug and a really cool sound machine!

One day the evaluator was down and had use the stairs, it was fixed by mid day. On arrival toilet didn’t work, the next morning they came to fix with ease. Since no true lobby, there was no where to go to use the bathroom. All slight inconveniences that left minimal impact on my overall stay.

It was super clean, the location is incredible (everything walking distance in Old Montreal), the room has everything you need (including a washing machine and dryer which came in super handy) and Roa assisted us with the checkin. She is amazing. We were also able to leave our luggage after checking out because we had a few more hours to spare. I would definitely stay here again when in Montreal.

The apartment was well-appointed, spacious and met our requirements of the number of rooms and bathrooms. The location was excellent with old Montreal landmarks just a small walk away. The staff was courteous and very helpful. They met our request for a late check out.

The size was so accommodating for 3 people like us and the beds were very comfortable. It was incredibly clean, had everything you would need in the kitchen, and the location can not be beat. Good value for the cost. The staff allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby area when I arrived before the room was ready. They are very friendly and made great suggestions. The entrance lobby and locks created a level of security, especially for us as single women traveling.

No complaints beyond, an extra blanket or two in the room would be nice.

Location was great - a close walk to everything. I felt that it was safe and well lit for a single female travelling solo. At no time did I feel unsafe in the general area nor in the building.

Nice location，Located in the old city, close to the subway station, with convenient transportation. There are welcome cards, snacks and drinks, and the staff is very cordial and patient. The water pressure in the room is sufficient, the bedding is clean, and there are rich supporting facilities.

Fantastic location, roof deck had beautiful view of the river and a gas BBQ that I was not sure would work. We stayed in the summer and the one AC unit was in one of the bedrooms, so we had to run it all day with the bedroom door open so that it would cool more of the apartment. The bathroom is spacious with an interesting set-up: a tub on the left, a step up to the washer and dryer in the back wall, and the toilet, shower, and sink on the right. Kitchen was ready for use and we easily cooked our dinner procured from Le Grand Marché de Québec (take Uber). The apartment was not cramped like those in many of the old buildings (elevator was quite tight, though).

Only one of the front windows would open and the other had to be propped open. Fabric couch was overly dirty, did not want to sit on it.

Check-in could be arranged better. It took us nearly an hour to get in because the given door code was incorrect and no staff were on site. Communication through call center was helpful, though.

It does get quite loud on Friday/Saturday nights as there are clubs and bars nearby.

Very bad stay at this accommodations. I would not recommend this for anyone. The front door code didn't work most of the time. Was given two codes for the door which one didn't work! Even just trying to get the TV local channels was impossible.

This property does not have anyone on site and it’s next to impossible to contact a real person through their app. Even though they claim you can do so 24x7 you’re just connected to a “bot”. A productive back-and-forth exchange via the app can take hours. Hours!!!! Air conditioning didn’t seem to work well. It was always hot in the room. Couldn’t ever contact anyone about it, just a “bot” in the app that told me to set the thermostat. There is a TV but there is NO TV content provided. Nothing! Not even local channels so you can watch news/weather. I have never encountered that anywhere else! If you want entertainment you’ll need to access whatever you have on your phone. There was a city wide power outage. So the keypad door locks & building code didn’t work. Asking for help or clarification via the app was useless. Wasted over 2 hours sitting in the room waiting for power to return. Very poor design. WiFi stopped working. Took most of a day to contact someone to get that resolved. Finally someone came to reset it. Lots of street noise. My room looked nothing like the photos in the listing.

The location was superb to old Montreal.

The carpeting and walls in the entrance foyer to the building and hallways were pretty scruffy. They need to be replaced and repainted. Also, the bathroom in the suite needs to be repainted as it also is starting to look scruffy.

It was like a tired, crusty air b&b. Dried drips of paint on the floor, chipped mirror and cabinet, very basic kitchen equipment. No service whatsoever. We asked in advance for a nice aspect for our room as it was our anniversary… and got a room looking into the inner building void. It doesn’t take much to make an effort and they didn’t. Disappointing.

Spacious and quiet. Loved having laundry in the unit. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the heart of old town. Metro stop on the corner so easy to get around. Good cafes and restaurants nearby.

We came in on a cruise ship in the am and had to use a commercial luggage storage facility until 4 pm check in since there is no reception at the property. Property did provide a 25% discount code to use with bounce or stasher and we had no issues, just a bit inconvenient.

TV didn’t work, had no terrestrial stations and after searching still didn’t work. Air Con kept Turing off by itself intermittently and then would not turn on.
