Location is amazing

The daily cleaning can be improved if the floor is vacuum cleaned (during 9 nights stay this did not happen except for the bathroom. The room should receive daily water bottles and this was not happening.

I liked the attention they gave me. I felt safe and protected as a black woman travelling into these countries that normally they dont really see black people with money exploring the world. I am always over protective of myself and i kept that energy. However it was a wonderful stay and i will definetly come back.

There was not much i didnt like only that the second day i had an issue with Mr. Victor whom i felt he was questioning my integrity when he asked me if i had water in my room and i said i didnt and he asked me again this same question after some hours passed and i said i didnt and he kept asking. I felt that my answer the first time was enough. But we talked about it and he apologised.

Perfect location and wonderful front desk service! The apartment was very well equipped and furnished and cleaned every day!

De kamers zijn zeer schoon en eigentijds ingericht, met een regendouche. De keuken bevatte alles wat we maar nodig hadden (vaatwasser, koelkast en vriezer, schoonmaakmiddelen, borden en bestek, koffie en thee). Onze kamer (212) was heerlijk stil. Temperatuur kon naar smaak worden aangepast. Het bubbelbad op het dak met het prachtige uitzicht was de kers op de taart.

Niets, hoewel ik wel aanraad een taxi te pakken want het ligt toch iets te ver bij de metro vandaan om met een koffer te lopen.

The apartments in terms of location, design, facilities, amenities were excellent. The staff were very helpful, even when there was confusion around the checkout time they addressed it immediately and were very accommodating. We tried the sauna and hot tub and they were a lovely addition! The steam was not operational during our stay but it was great to have the other amenities.

Nothing and would stay here again if visiting Montreal!

Clean, modern rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were kind and easy to communicate with. Amazing location, close to great cafes, the metro, notre dame +within walking distance to downtown, Old Port, and a local shopping district. Great stay. Reviews mentioned local noise but we found it perfectly quiet.

You pay for the quality of rooms, but prices are comparable with local similar stays . Coffee in the room was meh.

The appartment was very nice, modern, well equipped, and clean.

The staff we encountered were not as friendly as expected. In all the other hotels we stayed in whilst on holiday in Canada, the staff were extremely friendly. The noise from the street was far worse than we had anticipated. I checked the bedroom window was closed because the noise was so loud. I appreciate there will be noise, but I question the sound proofing measures that have been adopted.

It was very clean and spacious

Great location, we’re “old” and managed to walk from the train station with luggage. This is an old building which has had a major renovation to make this hotel. Our apartment had everything needed and loads of storage. There was even a kettle for tea drinkers. Quiet area, easy walk to the old town and port and a bit longer to the newtown. There’s a convenience store on the corner and big supermarket 1.5km away.

Nous avons du changer de chambre car la ventilation du restaurant chinois/coréen dans la bâtiment faisait un bruit excessivement fort ! Le personnel est venu constater et nous a proposé une autre chambre. À noter : pas de petit déjeuner proposé

In the old port but the area was quiet. Modern apartment, with all the facilities you need and a roof terrace! Friendly, efficient staff on the front desk and a superb housekeeping team.

We had a very comfortable stay at Eurostars Old Montreal. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a great convenience especially for a longer stay. We also appreciated having a coffee machine. The location is excellent, very central in Old Montreal, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff were also super sweet, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the toilet seat, but the team took care of it straight away.

The main negative was the cleanliness. Although the towels were changed every day, the bed was made and the garbage was taken out, the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as we would have expected. The overall cleaning was okay, but it could definitely be improved, particularly for a hotel of this standard.

Hele fijne sfeer van een oud pand in een nieuw jasje op een zeer centrale locatie. Er is 24u iemand aanwezig bij de receptie. De kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Een prachtige rooftop met jacuzzi en gym. Hele handige (gratis) bagagekluisjes als je later vertrekt dan de uitchecktijd.

We were exceptionally treated at this welcoming hotel, nestled in the heart of the Old Port area. The accommodations were perfect for our family group, which included two small children. We booked a 1- bedroom and a 2- bedroom suite, both ample yet cozy. The spaces were carefully planned to suit our every needs, even including a washer and dryer…very helpful for those of us who had been on the road. Our rooms were spotless and fresh, the decor tasteful, and the kitchenette area was fully equipped. I even was greeted with a note from the staff, wishing me a happy birthday. We all give thumbs up to this hotel…it was a fantastic find!

Was challenging to adjust the temperature to get some heat to flow in.

Had to carry my luggage up the front steps and only way in without steps was through the back but it needed a code which you can’t get until after you’ve checked in.

The apartment was very modern, comfortable and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. The location was incredible, such a beautiful part of Montreal. Many restaurants and historical attractions close by. We walked everywhere!

Puede que sea algo del contexto del país, pero la ventilación de todo el edificio está fuerte. Se duerme genial pero en verano es para pedir tapado o venir con algo de ropa más abrigada.

The hotel was modern, clean and beautiful. We especially appreciated the gym and sauna facilities. It was lovely to have a hot tub on the roof surrounded by the city buildings. Location was perfect for walking most everywhere in Old Quebec. All requests (laundry detergent, extra blankets) were satisfied in a quick manner. Great place!

Magnífico apartamento de dos habitaciones y un estupendo salón-cocina bien equipado. Moderno, amplio, luminoso y confortable. Cuando las cosas se hacen bien, con cuidado y detalle se nota. Gran servicio y atención del personal también. Nos alojamos aquí por casualidad ya que teníamos otro alojamiento que nos canceló la reserva tres horas antes de llegar a Montreal. Encontramos este apartamento que resolvió nuestro problema y es una inmejorable opción para ver la ciudad.

Nada que objetar. Es una alojamiento excelente. Para repetir. La única pega es que es caro, pero la calidad y lo que ofrece lo merecen.

I love the location! It’s very close to all the good spots in Montreal! I love the apartment, it’s very spacious and clean.

I didn’t like there’s no parking offered by the hotel. We had to remember to buy the parking ticket at 6 pm to pay for the next day.

Localização muito boa perto da principal rua de Old Montreal, quarto grande, o fato do quarto ser separado da sala e cozinha é muito bom, os comodos são espaçosos e muito bem decorados. Banheiro moderno o que facilita identificar se está limpo, sem marcas de ferrugem ou desgastes, com chuveiro bem moderno e muito bem iluminado. O atendimento da equipe também foi muito bom.

Gentilezza e disponibilità da orge dello staff sono al primo posto: purtroppo io e marito abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e siamo arrivati due giorni dopo il previsto. Lo staff ha fatto di tutto per non farci perdere i soldi spesi. Posizione ottima, mini appartamento molto bello, curato nei dettagli, pulito e fornito di tutti i servizi e confort necessari.

My partner and I were traveling to attend a conference, and we had a fantastic stay at Eurostars. The facilities were certainly what stood out the most. The terrace, including the jacuzzi, two saunas, and gym, were all excellent. It felt like we were at a spa! The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, although we did not cook and only prepared a light breakfast. The location was also great, within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and stores.

The coffee machine in the room was not working properly, but other than that everything was fine.

This is a really good location with lots of activities and opportunities within walking distance; also the excellent Montreal Metro.

There is no name on the hotel and it is in a former Board of Trade commercial building so doesn't look like a hotel at all. Our navigator took us to the approximate address, but until you go in the door and see a reception desk, no idea it would be a hotel. Just a business card taped to the front door would have helped!!

The property was very well equipped for a short stay and had excellent amenities.

A rubbish truck emptied bins outside the property at around 6.30am at the weekend which was a nuisance but this may have been because we were on the 1st floor - rooms higher up in the building may not have had a similar experience.

Construction starts every morning ~5:50 am so you have a hard stop on your sleep. This is illegal of courses, but no one seems to do anything about this although I complained.

The entrance to the hotel only has stairs and no ramp, which makes it difficult to bring luggage in and out.
