We loved the view and the seating outside

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and centrally located. The check-in (self - check in) was smooth and excellent. Small attention to detail was appreciated.

It was lovely! Views were great.

As we were staying with family and it rained all of one day, it would have been nice to have an inside seating area so we could sit together. We thought even a sofa instead of a kist at the end of the bed in the penthouse would have been great. Also the outside lighting in both the penthouse and mountain view room could have been brighter. We struggled to see the cards to play. Just some thoughts.

We cancelled our booking with agreement by the owner as the access to the property was totally unsuitable for elderly people. We are both over 80 years old and there is no way we could have stayed in this accommodation. The owner agreed with our view and stated that they would contact Booking.com to refund the payment we had made.

We loved the view especially from our room and from the different decks.

It's a awkward using the pool when people are at the pent house also the entry point with decent stairs are on the pent house side.

We loved the room, very clean and neat. Huge bed with white linen. The room has everything you need, fridge, towels, cupboard etc..The view is absolutely breathtaking. Good security to get onto the premises and your room. Beautiful view from our bay window. Pool was clean.

No secure parking, you have to park in the street. There are alot of stairs, so make sure you carry light. No assistance available with luggage.

52 on Fish hoek, I dont know where to start The place was very nice, clean and the view was to die for We booked for 3 days, we received a message from Lizelle with instructions on how to get in. There was coffee, teabag and milk on the fridge. Iron, hairdryer and tissues in the bathroom. The area is close to shops, ATm's.anything you need is there. I honestly will come back over and over again. The cleaning ladies comes everyday to clean, honesty one if the best places I have ever traveled to

Kommunikation mit dem Host, Anleitung zum Check in, Check in und Schlüsselablage sowie die Erklärungen vor Ort. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich zu Empfehlen für den eigenen Besuch oder jemand der viel unternimmt.

War mir leider zu unklar, welches der Bilder vom Angebot zur Wohnung gehörten und welche nur der allgemeine Bereich war. Obwohl die Unterkunft einwandfrei war, traf sie nicht meinen Geschmack, mir haben insbesondere bequeme Loungemöbel oder gemütliche Sitzecken gefehlt. Aus meiner Sicht war sie eher ungeeignet für jemand, der einfach nur entspannen oder „chillen“ möchte. Daher bin ich auch am selben Tag wieder abgereist.

We loved the view from our room so much. It’s a great location and having a small kitchen was quite handy. We didn’t meet the owner but she easily explained how we gain access to the place. Would come again

The property is in a stunning location just across the road from the main Fish Hoek beach, making it very easy to go for early morning walks on the beach. It is on a dangerous corner, so you have to be careful pulling out. It's beautiful being able to sit on the decking at night, watching the sunset. It was a last-minute booking for us as our planned accommodation fell through, and we were really delighted having found it.

There are a lot of stairs leading up to the property, which is not ideal with heavy suitcases, or for those who are less able. Please add an extension cord for the hairdryer as the flex is so short that it's impossible to dry your hair while looking in the mirror unless you move the dressing table.

Beautiful views, amazing spot! Comfortable, a lot of space! Very clean! Clear instructions! Blissful, just what we needed for a good rest and relaxing vacation!

Great views with easy access to the beach. Despite not meeting Lizelle, she did check that I had arrived following flight delays, which was very thoughtful.

The air conditioner is a portable unit and incredibly noisy. The room was quite stuffy and needed airflow. It was impossible to sleep with it on, even when only using the fan mode. The property has a note that it is adults only. I did not book for this reason, but observed people with young children in the unit next to mine, who were noisy. The shower has a tiled seat in it. This collects water when you shower that floods the bathroom floor. Access to the pool is unclear. One of the guests was very rude to me when I went to the pool and walked through her units private patio, not realising that I should’ve walked up a different staircase. I note in an earlier review, someone mentioned a mouldy smell. I experienced the same.

A perfect location from where to explore the are in and around Cape Town. The accommodation is very comfortable and has the self-catering facilities to enjoy meals at the unit. There are also facilities to have a "braai" (bbq) should one wish to do so. The coffee and tea supplies with daily rusks add a homely touch. There are lovely spots from where to enjoy the view.

The swimming pool is oddly part of the top unit - there is a separation gate but it is not comfortable using the pool while other guests are at their unit. There are no swimming towels and a few of the bathroom towels can do with replacement.

1.) The code system works very well! 2.) The power tripped (possibly caused by the microwave) and Lizelle came out immediately to check etc. She is excellent! 3.) She also answered my questions very promptly. (E.g. when water was off.) 4.) The bay window with the view was the best! 5.) We very much liked the "stoep" by the kitchen. (PLease consider supplying a table cloth for the table...) 6.) Alll in all a VERY nice place and will strongly be recommended! 7.) Thank you for the container of drinking water. 8.) Beautiful, practical shower.

1.) A hook in the bathroom to hang clothes 2.) The twin beds (converted into one King size bed) could perhaps also be advertised as twin beds (3/4") and made up separately. Although there was ample space, my student son and I do not necessarily want to share a duvet. I did mention this in a message when I booked and never gor a reply. It was still comfortable, though. 3.) Please look into another storage higher up for the toilet paper. Upon arrival I blowed my nose with toilet paper and the smell was terrible. I put two and two together and realised that, because the toilet paper holder stands on the floor next to the toilet, there might have been urine droplets from previous guests on the toilet paper - stored on the floor and now in the holder for use. 4.) The hot water pressure was very weak. 5.) Round bush by steps just before entrance obstructing the pathway when you carry luggage. Safety risk. 6.) To have to be out between 10:00 and 13:00 for cleaning purposes. We know that the place needs to be cleaned, but fealt rushed in the morning to be out by 10:00.

Loved this place! Very cozey and felt like home, beautiful views overlooking the sea and really great location close to the beach and lots of restaurants close by to walk and take an uber. The host gives you lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit whilst you are there.

The advert indicated availability of a hot tub which was not there. No mention was made of the "climb" My wife is 63 years old abd has a hip problem.

Very nice little holiday flat right at the beach with ocean view! Very nice and welcoming owners!

There was a quite strong smell of mould every time one entred the flat especially when the windows had been closed before (we only stayed in the smalllest flat of this property - we cannot say anything about the bigger units....!!!!) and this smell was very very intense when one opened the cupboards with the cooking utensils.... Something like that can happen quickly in a coastal place and the possibility is quite high that the owners have already attended to this issue. We did not know that the entrance to all units of this property lies quite high in a hill and that one has to walk up a narrow stairway and carry one`s luggage and one`s groceries all the way up and down.... Therefor those units are NOT recommendable for elderly guests or handicapped guests.... Apart from that: We had a great stay!

The steps and that we had no kitchen hence it was there on the pictures, the fact that they were not specific while making booking that there is no kitchen. It is also far from places that attracts the tourists.

Great stay. Lovely penthouse apartment with fantastic views. We were lucky enough to see whales ans sharks swimming in the bay whilst sat on the patio of the property. Instructions on how to enter the property were clear. Good base for the Cape Pennisular.

We had a great stay and the service we received was beyond our expectations.

We didn’t get access to the pool,that really disappointed us because we chose this accommodation knowing that there’s a pool.
