Pulizie superficiali, i miei capelli al 3 giorno erano ovunque, non parliamo poi della polvere sul filtro del condizionatore (avendo la camera su 2 piani dal piano superiore si poteva vedere al di sopra ) calcare ovunque e bagno molto piccolo e poco curato. Colazione molto scarsa con pochissima scelta soprattutto nel salato.

La piscina era chiusa nel weekend, nel bagno non c'era la fltaviletta del wc, e alla nostra rimostranze ci hanno detto che non la potevano cambiare fino a lunedì (peccato che noi ci siamo stati sabato e domenica. Una notte l'impianto aria condizionata è andato in tilt e non abbiamo potuto riposare bene. Peccato, hotel dalle grandi potenzialità, ma gestito male

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026El desayuno tenía mucha variedad y estaba todo riquísimo nos encantó la habitación por qué era una con dos plantas y es perfecto para una familia de 4 -5 personas, encima tienen muy buena secretaria y la tienen 24h abierta y no sé escucha nada de las demás personas. Esta en el pleno centro del casco antiguo, Noe ha encantado.
Nos encantó todo, no hay nada malo.

La saleté (tache sur la literie), traces de moisissure dans le congélateur du mini bar et dans les pichets du buffet du petit-déjeuner. Buffer du petit déjeuner pas assez riche surtout pour l’Italie : manque de charcuterie, de fromage, de fruits comme les bananes, choix restreint notamment dans la viennoiserie.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Das Hotel liegt im Herzen Neapels und wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß genug für uns vier. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Espresso und Cappuccino haben ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt.
Wir waren etwas enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer. Bereits als wir eintrafen, war im Bad (Waschbecken, Dusche, WC etc.) zu sehen, dass nicht alles gründlich sauber war. Ebenso waren diverse Stellen im Zimmer nicht sauber.

Лестница на второй этаж достаточно безопасная. Рядом прекрасный храм с лимонными колоннами. Вокруг очень много интересных ресторанов и кафе! До Помпеи мы ездили на общественном транспорте! До вокзала и аэропорта не так далеко!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Appartamento in zona centralissima di Napoli, si raggiungono facilmente a piedi diversi luoghi iconici e d'interesse della città, comodo e pulito, dotato di due bagni, reception sempre attiva e buona colazione a buffet.
La casa non è dotata di stoviglie e strumenti per la pulizia della casa, viene gestita come una stanza d'albergo. Essendo un centro sportivo, la piscina non è accessibile come mezzo di svago e relax per vacanzieri dopo una giornata in giro per le vie di Napoli, ma come strumento di allenamento...tuttavia è specificato in fase di prenotazione.

Unfortunately their open pool times were very limited and were not able to utilize the pool (main reason for booking this place) Breakfast was very basic, unfortunately they did not have the meat proteins (hams and salami) that most Italian places serve. Only hard boiled eggs and some fair bread and pastry choices and cereal.

Mohli by popracovať na raňajkách,plastové poháre si myslím nepatria na raňajky. V izbe pod posteľou sme mali prach,obliečka na vankúši mala fľak, taktiež uterák v kúpeľni na nohy,bol dosť fľakatý.

Attribution d’une chambre ou kes toilettes étaient au Rdc et ke lit double au 1 et étage si bien que pour éviter tout accident ejnai du dormir sur 1 banquette lit 1 place en Rdc afin de pouvoir accès aux toilettes la nuit. Dans la description de la chambre cela n’était pas mentionné.IMPOSSIBLE DE CHANGER DE CHAMBRE ! En plus probleme de moisissures dans la SdB et odeurs pestilentielles. Et pour finir climatisation a 3 reprises sur les 4 nuits interrompues. L’hôtel contrôle la climatisation et se permet de couper la climatisation quand le client n’est pas là pour souci économique il faut. Foire. Personnel très agressif et de mauvaise foi notamment à la réception Angela . Seule Federico était très correcte. Et la personne qui s’occupe du Bar bar (Coro) pour le PDJ. JE NE CONSEILLE PAS DU TOUT ´ CET HÔTEL . C’EST HONTEUX.UN CAUCHEMAR !

The room was nice but the shower head was very worn and water went everywhere hence the only toiletry item provided was a shower cap. The breakfast was very basic. Mostly pastries.. bread.. boiled eggs, salad & yoghurt. Nothing was refrigerated. Nothing was covered the first day so they were a few ants on the cake. 2nd day food was covered. It was noisy from 6.30am with classes from the pool. The aircon was very bad. It did not reach the 2nd level floor too well. We had to leave it on all night but it was very loud.

We were pleasently surprised how bright and spacious the common areas and the bedroom were. The bedroom had a high ceiling, a large bathroom/shower room, as well as a large dressing/storage area. It also had a fridge and a combination safe. We had a TV with Sky.
While the breakfast food was of a high standard, I would have liked fresh fruit rather than the sweet cakes and pastries. Coffees were very nice.

I stayed in room 310 for my first night. When I first entered the room, there was a strong smell of air freshener and damp. I was in a rush to get out exploring so I did not think too much about the smell. The next day, I noticed that the bathroom roof was covered in mould. During my 3 night stay, I stayed in 3 different hotel rooms. I had to plan my days around check in / check out times of the hotel. I paid for a relaxing 3 days, but I felt like a homeless person scrambling for emergency accommodation.

We choose the room with the kitchen so we could cook some stuff and it didn’t have some basic things like a Knife. The breakfast has a very limited offer but good coffee and nice attention.

Läget. 2a våningen ut mot en väldigt trafikerad väg. Sov ej på hela natten. Det kändes heller inte helt brandsäkert i de husen. Hissarna kändes ej ok så vi fick gå sex trappor upp till receptionen. Alla plan under plan 6 var ej bebodda. Shady känsla.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The room was on the top floor, spacious, and with access to a private terrasse - this was all really great. Location was really nicely central. Underground parking is available just around the corner, and accessible directly from the reception; but be aware it costs 20€ per night, and you need to leave them your car key.
Access by car is not trivial if you're not used to southern Italy city traffic. The pool seemed nice, but access hours are very limited, and both a swimsuit and a swimming cap are mandatory to use it.

Reggeli színvonala kritikus ! Sok olasz szállodában voltunk már de itt 1-1 db megszáradt croissant volt, kávét sem kaptunk automatikusan mert a pultban lévő lány unottan rágózott, szinte ránk se nézett. A második napon már nem is mentünk le reggelizni .Illetve hiába írták , hogy lehet parkolni de NEM találtuk meg a mélygarázst mert rosszul van feltüntetve a cím.

Pool nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten und dann mit nur mit externen Schwimmkursen nutzbar. Matratzen dreckig und ohne Schutzbezug, Leintuch passt nicht - also liegt man auf der dreckigen Matratze. Bad klein und ranzig. Klimaanlage zu schwach und sehr laut.

The hotel indoor pool is used mainly for outside activities...ie. aqua aerobics & training. It can be a little noisy.

Italialainen aamiaispöytä tuntui aluksi melko vaatimattomalta, mutta lopulta siitä löytyivät kaikille omat suosikkiruoat. Huoneen varustelu oli muuten hyvä, mutta laseja, lautasia ja aterimia oli liian vähän.

I don't like it because it is very noisy, evaporation from the pool that hotel guests cannot use. The room is not vacuumed, I would not recommend it to anyone. Doricak ditto, boiled egg and three types of croissants. The worst hotel I've ever been to. The area around the hotel is dirty and stinks. a man who works at night is like a namcor and doesn't know English. They turn off the air conditioning, set it to turn off after an hour at 40c. it is not humane

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Sehr gut gelegen Unterkunft im Herzen von Neapel. Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend! Hat man einen Wünsch wird er prompt erledigt! Fitnessstudio und Schwimmbad sind sehr gut! Frühstück ist nach Italienischen Standard, aber frisch!
Es ist Süditalien und nicht Deutschland, Schweiz oder Norditalien. Wenn es halt mal Kalkflecken gibt, ist das nicht schlimm! Keine Kritik!

Das Frühstück war später als bei Booking angegeben. Dadurch konnte ich es nur 1x statt 3x nutzen,da es sich nicht ausging.

El personal fue muy atento, nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje antes del check in, y nos llevaron las maletas a la habitación cuando estuvo lista. El desayuno muy rico!!

Our room was a split level, with the bed on the second floor, so it was very hot and it did not feel like the AC was working really well. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well, and the toilet seat was broken. And overall the bathroom fixtures felt a bit dirty with hard water stains and mold in the shower.

Le personnel a l’accueil absolument pas orienté client, l’impression de déranger à chaque interaction. Le petit déjeuner minable avec le même gâteau du Mardi au Vendredi. Pas de prise pour charger le téléphone à côté du lit. Odeur très désagréable qui émane du lavabo de la salle de bain. Piscine ouverte sur des plages horaires absolument pas en accord avec le rythme des touristes.

We had kitchen and we thought we can make something, but no dish soap, sponges chopping board etc even we wanted make a tea they didn’t have kettle. And downstairs bathroom is big and great but shower was broken like water was sprayed over the shower screen. I paid city tax £102.67- but booking.com said £81.67- I would like to know why different prices.
