Oakwood Merdeka Bandung

Tout était bien le personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner, buffet, la propreté et l’emplacement

Great location and very friendly staff!

location

Lokasi super strategis Semua staff sangat ramah dan membantu Kamar luas dan bagus

Nothing

Breakfast was a disaster, toaster that only toasted one side at a time and was slow. Getting a knife was a special request. They run out of milk. Breakfast tablets were bear with no table settings, no better than a food court in a mid range shopping centre. The ash tray on the balcony was never emptied in 4 days of our stay. Hall carpets were heavily stained and needed a good steam clean. A 4 star rating for this hotel borders on fraud

Semuanya

i love the staff there

the air conditioner is not that cold.

Very comfortable place in the center of a crowdy and chaotic town. Good restaurant and nice personnel.

Not a lot of options for food in the area, especially early morning. The hotel is nice and safe, quiet. Nice rooftop pool and view of Bandung, especially at night.

Clean quiet room, nice rooftop pool, but not much in the area, hard to find a place open early for coffee. Darby.

Clean quiet room, check-in was slow but once inside it was good. Nice pool on the roof with views of Bandung city. Breakfast is pricy so we walked 10 minutes to a little dim sum restaurant for breakfast. Overall very good

Check in was slow but once in it is a nice place, the roof top pool is good and amazing views of Bandung especially at night. Room was quiet and clean.

Nice room and view.

Air conditioner looks so old and broke down the morning before checking out.

The Location is superb. Tidak macet. Adem, tidak bising. Dekat ke mana mana. Braga, paskal semuanya lumayan dekat. Kamar bersih, bedsheet bersih, toilet bersih.

Iron hairdryer kena minta. So bawa je sendiri kalau nak cepat.

The front desk staff were exceptional. So friendly and polite. Potable water in corridors was great.

The dining room staff looked uninspired and depressed. The buffet breakfast was fairly ordinary.

The location

Limited amenities

Near everywhere

Good staff

Strategic location, well-known property management

Bad maintenance, questionable cleanliness

The staff, the location, the breakfast and the dinner that I had at the restaurant (the food was great!)

I booked the room with balcony, it was quite expensive (100 euro/night) but it was quite a disappointment (the discrepancy between the price and the facilities).

No alcohol

Breakfast was good, I stayed for 2 nights and there was different set of menu each day. Swimming pool was fine as there was a decent pool for kids although there's room for improvement for example, adding the slides for kids. Some additional greenery around the pool would also be nice,as it can be really hot during the day.

Location. In the central city, not in the main street. It’s quiet, trees n birds are everywhere. Reminds me of my childhood. Perfect place to stay for exploring the city.

Nothing

Small cozy room.

The smoking room should be clearly stated for the rooms

Nice place with good location.

Very comfortable, clean. Even the location is fair, walking distance to pagi sore. Quite a long walk to braga centre.

The breakfast food can be improved, pastry little bit soggy, please put under heat lamp so its tay crispy.

It was a great stay in Oakwood Mereeka Bandung..very close nearby braga city..the staff were very helpful.

Good clean

Requested for a non smoking room but was given smoking room ☹️

방이 너무 비좁고 물품이 너무 비치가 안되어 있네오

All good

Location

Breakfast just OK.

More towels needed. Safe deposit box didn't seem to be working. Water not flowing properly out of the shower base. Towel rail broken, not fixed while we were there.
