It was actually funny. Sometimes the waiters would talk about you :) because they thought you didn't understand Turkish :D

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026First contact was very nice. I've been arrived early about 11:15 and they arranged my room kindly. So I didn't wait till 2 pm o'clock. Another one is close to Marmara Park which is very good to visit with most of the brands and wonderful coffees and restaurants. Good Luck.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Il buffet di dolci e anche poco cibo salato molto apprezzato soprattutto dopo essere arrivato in bici. Mi hanno fatto mettere la bicicletta in un locale esterno all'hotel, abbastanza sicuro. Era chiuso ma spesso lo aprivano perché facevamo dei lavori e da sulla strada. Stanza bella e comoda.
Il rumore dalla strada i segue di notte quindi consiglio i tappi. Ma è Istanbul non ci si può fare nulla

Gün içinde atıştırmalıklar ve içeceklerin sınırsız sunulması çok güzel bir hizmet. Ancak akşam 21.00’den sonra tamamen kaldırılmasındansa, en azından çay ve kahve seçeneklerinin bırakılması konuklar için daha faydalı olabilir

Reviewed May 26, 2026Die Betten waren nicht durchgelegen,die Putzfrau war sehr gewissenhaft.Das Frühstück war wirklich umfangreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Auch die Umsonstverpflegung ,die es jeden Tag von13.00Uhr bis 21.00Uhr gab,war einerseits ungewöhnlich andererseits aber auch sehr schmackhaft. Dazu zählten Gummibärchen, Kekse,Torten, Chips,Schokolade und sehr viele Sorten Kaffee,als auch eine Suppe mit Brot.Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Al ritorno bisognava sempre avvertire il taxi che la rampa di accesso all'hotel era piuttosto piccola e non ben visibile ( i taxi vanno piuttosto veloci)

Reviewed May 13, 2026La ubicación, la atención desde la bienvenida y toda la experiencia del buffet —tanto en el desayuno como en la tarde— fueron excelentes. Las habitaciones también estuvieron muy bien: cómodas, limpias y agradables.
La atención de las muchachas del desayuno podría mejorar; se percibían desmotivadas, fueron poco amables y prácticamente no hablaban inglés, lo que dificultaba bastante la comunicación. El internet funcionaba de manera irregular y, lo más incómodo, es que las habitaciones no contaban con aire acondicionado frío, solo calefacción/aire caliente.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Never again in this travmatic non professionaly runned hotel.Never!!! 3rd world behavior from the front desk who treat us the worst way he could.Imagine a hotel that supposed to be 4 stars WITHOUT AIRCONDITIONIG .Actually operating only in the heat and not cooling.Sleeping in an oven...while aircon was pooring warm air in any temperature function. The suggestion was to open windows...in a high way full of traffic where noise was like sleeping in the street!!! Bad behavior! We asked to talk to his manager...and he simply replied...that he was sleeping and he would not want to disturb him.Never again in this hotel where the guest is not sleeping while the manager of the hotel does.

Бях резервирал стая в по-тихата(задна) част на хотела. От хотела бяха потвърдили, че ще изпълнят заявката ни. при настаняването ни увериха, че ни дават такава стая, но уви стаята ни беше от към главната пътна артерия преминаваща до хотела и беше доста шумно от трафика дори и при затворен прозорец.
