Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Les équipements sont un plus, le spa et les masseurs pour les pieds sont très agréables. Le personnel parle correctement anglais ce qui est un plus indéniable et peu courant au Japon. La chambre est très spacieuse par rapport aux chambres japonaises.
La climatisation dans les couloirs est beaucoup trop froide surtout par rapport à la température extérieure (prévoyez un pull dans les parties communes).

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026第二次入住comfort inn Kyoto，飯店從櫃檯到早餐的工作人員都十分親切，房間每天都整理得很整潔，飯店的位置非常方便，是地鐵站步行的距離，街口也有通往各個觀光景點的公車站，我們也很常直接步行外出用餐、或是從鴨川附近逛街後一路散步回飯店。雖然房間內的廁所很小，但是有公共澡堂可以使用，總得來說是CP值很高的選項，下次來京都我還會選擇！
房內的廁所比較小，對於比較魁梧的人可能會有點擁擠，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，沒什麼好挑剔的。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026地點非常好，不管離那裡都很近 早餐看起來很好吃，因為在飯店的入口每天都會有手繪的菜單可以知道明天吃甚麼，覺得非常可愛 6/18住宿的早上不知道為甚麼明明住在頂層，卻有聞到食物的香味，感覺是早餐的油煙味，非常香但在房間裡很怪 飯店附有溫泉池和按摩腳的機器，非常優秀!!很喜歡溫泉池外面的吹風機 每天也會有手寫板繪有當天的天氣提醒帶傘
只有房間小，洗手台很淺其他沒什麼問題

朝食サービスがあり良かったのですが、こちらはここならではとか御当地のと期待していたのとはちょっと違ったかなと。おみそ汁はちょっと残念でした。 腰痛がある私にはベッドは柔らかめで、もう少し硬めだとありがたかったです。

Das WLAN war eine absolute Katastrophe. Gerade in den Abendstunden mussten wir unser mobiles Internet nutzen, da wir teilweise minutenlang auf das laden einer Seite warten mussten. Das Zimmer war nur oberflächlich sauber. Wir haben Pillen zwischen den Betten und Dinge im Tresor gefunden. Einmal haben wir das Frühstück ausprobiert. Die Dame dort war sehr nett und brachte mir eine Auflistung von Allergenen, da ich vegetarisch bin. Neben dem Joghurt, Ei und Reis konnte ich kaum etwas essen. Zudem haben uns frisches Obst und Gemüse gefehlt. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und japanisch ausgelegt. Die Klimaanlage wird zentral gesteuert und ich muss sagen, dass ich, bis auf den Bereich des Onsens, immer gefroren habe. In der Lobby und beim Frühstück war es eisekalt.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The employees were super nice, the room was great, the cleaning was awesome AND the hotel had its own onsen! Insanely nice facility and much appreciated. The location was also superb and it was very easy to access the subway and busses quickly.
If we’d have to be picky then the walls to the bathroom were very thin. But that’s literally the only thing we could think about.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Nothing was too much trouble. From leaving our luggage for a few hours on our last day.to supplying umbrellas for the rain. The on site public bath and foot massage machine was a godsend after many hours walking around Kyoto. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable.
Nothing to really dislike.

Reviewed May 29, 2026ロケーションは完璧ですし 何よりも大浴場があるのが最高です。 0時までのフリードリンクサービスが良かったです。 杖をついている母を見て、バリアフリールームへのアップグレードをしていたお心遣いに大変感激いたしました。
化粧水と乳液がお部屋にも完備されてると思ったらされていなくて持っていかなかったので、毎回大浴場に行って顔洗って化粧水と乳液を使っていました。フロントのところに、セルフで持っていくヘアコームが置いてありましたので、そこに化粧水と乳液のミニパックのようなものを置いて頂けたらすごくいいと思いました。 ドライヤーも希望者にはお部屋への貸し出しをしてもらえるとありがたいと思いました。

Reviewed May 22, 20261. 位置佳、市內巴士搭到四條大宮站下車步行3分鐘即達 2. 酒店樓下就有Lawson，附近亦有非常多食肆 3. 酒店出門右轉直走5-10分鐘，即到達錦市場 4. 有大浴場可泡澡，浴場內用的吹風機是鼎鼎大名的ReFa，浴場外亦有兩台小型按腳機可供使用 5. 1樓餐廳裡有簡單飲料供應至晚上24:00 6. 退房後可以寄放行李 7. 入住5樓513雙床房，入住期間隔音還不錯，基本上沒有受到什麼噪音騷擾
1. 住宿三天，有使用房間的杯子沖泡咖啡飲料，第二天整理房間的員工沒有把使用過杯子收走，而是把它留在房間，也沒有補新的杯子，清潔不夠仔細 2.廁所內的衛生紙用到只剩3,4格，員工也只是把它摺回去，沒有補新的，非常節儉。 3. 退房時間早上10點比較早 4. 帶24和28吋行李箱，沒有辦法在地上攤開，必須要把小梳化和小桌移開才可以

Não há outra opção (janela) para refrescar or ar fresco no quarto excepto o ar condicionado.

Breakfast was sufficient but not terribly exciting. The room was a bit difficult to maneuver around. A strategically placed shelf for shoes might help with that.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026綺麗で快適に過ごせました。隣の部屋の物音とかも全然気にならず、静かで快適な空間を提供して頂き、感謝しています。また手書きの飲食店情報が役に立ち、錦市場やイノダコーヒーに迷わずいけました。
大浴場の脱衣所が宿泊者の人数に比べて狭くて、着替えに苦労しました。鍵付きのロッカールームがあればもっと良かったです。

シーツがジメジメしているように感じた。 カーテンやソファが臭かった。 外国人が多く、なんとなくゆっくりできなかった。
