Dona Graca Lisbon Apartments

Het is een heerlijk appartement. Gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ligt in een leuke buurtals je even om je heen kijkt vind je leuke pleintjes en loop je zo Alfama in.

Het is jammer dat je na 18 uur het zwembad en tuin niet meer in kan. Even lekker buiten zitten is dan niet meer mogelijk. Hopelijk kan daar een oplossing voor gevonden worden.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lissabon! Vielen lieben Dank!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Our children loved the pool after a morning exploring the sights. Great that there was parking and we loved the breakfast.

Hôtel intimiste, personnel très gentil, espaces extérieur agréable. Super petit déjeuner livré devant la porte le matin.

Insonorisation des planchers qui grince, la piscine plus pour se rafraîchir que pour pouvoir nager très peu profonde. Le prix reste cher par rapport aux prestations.

L’hôtel a des allures de demeure ancienne, décoré avec attention. Les pièces sont lumineuses, le petit jardin et sa petite piscine sont charmants. Il est très appréciable d’avoir la possibilité de disposer d’un parking, même si ce dernier est en supplément malheureusement

Notre salle était sous dimensionnée pour un appartement de deux chambres et l’odeur d’égout y était très inconfortable. Le lit de l’une des chambres grinçait. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Il se compose d’un panier de viennoiseries et de jus frais accroché à la porte le matin et de produits frais au frigo. Malheureusement ces produits suffisent au premier jour et ensuite il est nécessaire d’en demander le renouvellement chaque jour. Cela permet de ne pas gâcher. Mais il est désagréable d’aller quémander sa confiture chaque jour. Le prix est extrêmement élevé pour les services disponibles : la piscine ( petite) n’est pas accessible après 18h.

We had a wonderful stay at Dona Graça Apartments in Lisbon. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful garden and pool area provided a relaxing escape after exploring the city. Pool towels are provided. The location in the Graça neighborhood was excellent, offering an authentic Lisbon experience with great viewpoints, cafés, and easy access to public transport. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the daily breakfast delivery, which was a lovely touch. Overall, Dona Graça Apartments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and relaxing place to stay in Lisbon. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

Établissement très propre, décorer avec goût, belle petite piscine avec terrasse, appartement bien éclairé, prend le tramway pour aller en ville.

Pool and outdoor space is amazing. So nice to be able to relax and cool off outside. Room was cozy and clean. The morning breakfast bag with fresh orange juice and the yogurt, milk, and cheese / meat in the fridge were such a nice surprise.

Pillows were pretty hard and uncomfortable and sheets felt synthetic which, given that the n air conditioner is in the living room and not the bedroom, made sleeping kind of hot at times. There is a fan in the room which did help. Would love to see some better pillows and natural fiber bedding (cotton, lineen, etc.).

Ruime kamer en prettig ontbijt elke ochtend. Zwembad fijn om af te koelen na een warme dag in de stad. Inrichting modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren was echt handig.

Breedte van het bed (erg smal). Het is best een stuk lopen naar de wat hippere wijken. Dat het zwembad om 18:00u sloot was wel jammer. Tip: eieren om te koken/bakken ‘s ochtends geeft wat variatie in beleg.

Beautifully clean and fresh apartments. Quiet and a great size with a lovely bedroom. Breakfast pastries and orange juice was great. The pool was a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. Excellent housekeeping team. Once we had our bearings, public transport was excellent.

Would have been even better if there was more crockery and a couple of larger bowls for fruit or salad. Too meagre at the minute. Hadn’t realised that the pool and outdoor area not accessible after 6pm. Most people would sightsee through the day and return to pool to relax late afternoon. Insufficient beds in the garden for people sadly. Just 3 or 4 more would make a big difference. Whilst housekeeping team were excellent, bedding not changed for the whole week.

Palazzo di appartamenti ristrutturati con gusto in zona Graca, posizione relativamente comoda considerando la geografia di Lisbona. Piscina molto carina integrata in un giardino. Parcheggio privato. Ottima colazione.

I vicini si sentono, anche se nel nostro caso sono stati molto silenziosi. Parcheggio caro.

O pequeno-almoço é muito parco e básico. O logradouro e zona da piscina é uma zona maravilhosa. O nosso quarto tinha acesso directo para lá. Porém, a partir das 18h30/19h o logradouro era transformado em sala de refeições do restaurante Plano, com música e pessoas a jantar, o que inviabilizava que tivéssemos uma janela aberta ou que fossêmos ao logradouro ou até às escadas e varanda do nosso quarto.

Het zwembad was erg fijn met de hitte. Alleen jammer dat het na 18 uur gesloten was. Het ontbijt was ook goed en voldoende. Erg fijn dat de afwas werd gedaan.

Voor deze prijs had ik wel verwacht dat de douchedeur zou sluiten zodat het geen waterballet zou worden na het douchen. Ook het doucheputje was niet berekend op de hoeveelheid water.

Tolle Location, schöner Garten mit Pool, super Lage, ruhig. Frühstück an der Tür am Morgen, mit Saft und frischen Brot und Dolce, perfekt. Schönes Bad

Super Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Sehr ruhig und erholsam nach dem Trubel in der Stadt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal

Gäste müssen auf ein steiles Treppenhaus eingestellt sein.

Total schönes, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit idyllischem Garten und schönem kleinen Pool! Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und gleich mit ordentlich guten Informationen über die Umgebung versorgt. Unser Zimmer war einfach toll! super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr angenehme Größe, und es hatte direkten Zugang zum schönen Garten. Ein Essplatz gleich vor der Terrassentür, daneben ein Orangenbaum - traumhaft! Wir haben dort immer unser Frühstück eingenommen welches morgens vor die Tür gehängt wurde (Frisches Gebäck und frisch gepresster O-Saft im Beutel, alle anderen Zutaten gekühlt im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft. Man bekommt alles nach was man braucht). Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab genug Platz und Stauraum im ganzen Zimmer. Kleiner Supermarkt der wirklich alles hat in 3-4 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. 10 Min zu Fuß fährt die Straßenbahn 28 und man ist am Miradouro da Graca mit Blick über die ganze Stadt. Von dort ist man zu Fuß dann schon fast in der Altstadt. Alles super machbar. Im Dona Graca fühlt man sich nach dem Trubel der Stadt wie in einer kleinen Oase! Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn wir nochmal nach Lissabon kommen!

Das Bett hat sehr doll geknarrt und jeden Bewegung war sehr laut. Die Glasscheibe an der Zimmertür müsste eine Möglichkeit haben abgedunkelt zu werden. Wenn nachts draußen Licht war, war es im Zimmer sehr hell. Und noch eine Anmerkung die sicher auch im Sinne des Hotels sein dürfte: Bitte darauf achten, dass nicht mehr als die Hälfte der Zimmer an Gruppen vermietet wird. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass wir an 2 von 4 Tagen eine große Gruppe Britinnen als Nachbarn hatten, und diese sowohl den ganzen Garten in Beschlag genommen hat, als auch sehr laut war. Komplett ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste... Wenn die nachts nachhause kamen war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken! Und leider war die Rezeption nur bis 18h besetzt, so, dass auch niemand einschreiten konnte.

Das geräumige Apartment! Nutzung des Garten. Viele Abstellflächen.

Das Bett war klein, ebenso der Schlafbereich, in der Dusche war eine Pfütze, das Wasser lief dort nicht ab. Bad generell sehr spartanisch. Frühstück musste selber zubereiten werden, es wurde lediglich eine Tüte mit Brötchen und ein Glas Orangensaft vor die Tür gestellt.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was nice to see living plants within the unit. Unable to use the pool area which did look nice because of the rain and cold weather.

Location was rather far from center of city. Breakfast would be even better with also a fresh fruit as the whole package was rather expensive and you would expect something extra. What really was disappointing was the receptionist's attitude in relation to the TV. We were not able to get any TV channels and only paying channels or YouTube programs were available! She was rather rude and although she tried her attitude was poor and condescending. She did contact the manager but failed to get the channels working. She also said she would try again but never returned or advised! There was no offer of any discount. Also, we were charged extra daily parking fee although the parking area was not locked and accessible to anyone from the street.

Sehr ruhige Lage,doch sehr nah an den schönen Gassen ,tolle Betten,privater Parkplatz ist sehr angenehm da auf der Straße fast unmöglich was zu finden.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. In old building with beautiful detailing but refurbed wonderfully. The patio/ garden area was lovely to sit in on a sunny morning. If you can make use of the pool, great! Staff onsite to answer questions, queries.

No dislikes as such. Breakfast was perhaps a bit lacking in variety. The coffee from the pod machine was fairly poor. But otherwise no obvious negatives about our stay.

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gab alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Für unsere einjährige Tochter ist uns ein Babybett aufgestellt worden. Zudem fanden wir die Lage ausgesprochen gut und haben das leckere Frühstück auf dem Zimmer mit Blick auf den schönen Garten mit Pool sehr genossen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Auffüllen von Kaffee und Joghurt hat geklappt, nachdem wir um Nachschub gebeten haben. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Lissabon kommen, würden wir ohne zu zögern wieder ein Apartment bei Dona Graça buchen.

Es war etwas schade, dass es trotz geschlossener Vorhänge und Jalousien immer recht hell im Schlafzimmer war, sobald die Sonne aufging.

Lovely quiet garden with small pool, good location in walking distance (30min) to historic city centre and close to tram stops, nicely refurbished property, apartment is comfortable. Fresh bread, pastries and orange juice every morning in addition to products provided in the fridge. Our apartment faced the street but it was still quiet at night, I imagine the garden-facing ones are even quieter.

Breakfast could be a little better at this price point (esp. ham and cheese were the same basic slices every time), but this was a minor detail and didn't bother us. There were only three loungers at the garden during our stay, a few more would be nice.

Oaza v prestolnici! Nahaja se na najvisjem hribu Lizbone. Možnost parkiranja za doplačilo. Stilsko urejen apartma, ki ponuja vse kaj potrrbuješ. Svež zajtrk ti nastavijo pred vrata. Pes do mesta cirka 15-20 minut hoje.. blizu Pantheon.. spodaj se nahaja restavraciaj z Michelinovo zvezdico. Bazen in dvorišče sta super dodatek za sproščanje po potepu po mestu. Priporočam!!!

Das Hotel ist schon alt, aber mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag in einer Tasche vor die Zimmertüre gestellt.

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend mit Lieferung ins Zimmer. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren gut erreichbar. Relativ ruhige Lage in einer nicht zu stark befahrenen Straße. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kontakt per WhatsApp war gut.

Kein TV Empfang und der Innenhof mit Pool war nicht sehr einladend (sah auf den Bildern besser aus).

Bella posizione e struttura

La struttura non è curata come sembrerebbe: aria condizionata e televisore non funzionanti, muri rovinati. La colazione deludente: non c'erano bustine di tè sufficienti per ogni giorno, poche fettine di prosciutto e formaggio il primo giorno (una volta finite non sono state integrate), nessun bollitore. La camera non è stata fatta mai in 3 giorni.

Das Apartment war geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Der Frühstücksservice bringt frische Brötchen und Croissants, dazu O-Saft. Wurst, Käse, Butter und Marmelade befinden sich im Kühlschrank.

Etwas Obst zum Frühstück wäre noch schön.

They provide a light breakfast of buns, fresh orange juice, and pastries. The fridge is stocked with yogurt, jams, cold meat, butter, and cheese. For an old building it was modern inside retaining the old character, and tastefully decorated. The hosts were terrific.

Being an older couple we found the sofa was a little low and the bed a little soft, but that's just us. We were fortunate to be on the top floor but the floors are very squeaky, so if you were below I could see that would be annoying. There is no lift for people with mobility issues. The location is on a hill...but that is Lisbon.

Hotel is dated, but is ok. We have very huge balcony. For good weather is very nice to seat outside.

No sockets next to bed. Instead of small coffee cups, can be normal mugs. Providing cofee, tea, but you no have from where to drink. Breakfast was very poor.. Always que next to cofee machine . Because cofee mashine just 1, and working very slowly.

The sofa wasnt very comfortable to sit on ( but in saying that im no small man 6ft 200lbs+man ) locations was 15-35 minutes walk to centre with steep decline and incline hills not that the hotel can do anything about that

Durch die starken Regenfälle gab es wohl einen Wasserschaden. In Schlafzimmer und Bad waren viele Wände feucht und es gab entsprechenden Geruch und hohe Luftfeuchte. Wir haben nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt, das war nicht möglich. Weitere Kompensation wurde nicht angeboten. Eine Stornierung durch den Anbieter wäre der richtige Weg gewesen.

Es war sehr ruhig, man hörte keine Geräusche von der Straße, der Blick in den Garten auf die Orangenbäume ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung der Wohnung einfach, aber stilvoll und es ist alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist auch einfach aber lecker mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft.

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig man hört die Bewohner über einem ein bisschen

Very nice apartments. Well furnished. Good lighting. Nice bathtub.

Our apartment had trouble with electric supply twice. The first time for more than an hour. Was sorted out eventually. Then it happened again late at night. We managed to turn the electricity on by ourselves that time. But the problem seems to be with the electric load. Both times when the electric supply failed, the shower was on with the room heater also on at the same time. The hot water is very temperamental. Lasts for around 15 minutes at best and takes a while to heat up again. The apartments are not very sound proof. And you can hear sounds of the plumbing from within the walls. All night long , I could hear the sounds of the water running from the plumbing pipes whenever someone in the next apartment would turn on the water or shower or something etc. Lastly, the reception desk. Was closed at 5pm on our first day when it should be open till 6pm according to their information. Secondly, very cold vibes from the lady at the reception desk. Just not a very positive interaction. As if she wasn't happy to be there or as if we were doing something wrong. We had paid an extra 50 euro for a late check out at 2pm, and our mistake we were 15 minutes late checking out but very hostile behaviour from the reception lady. Attempting to unlock our apartment at exactly 2 pm and then being very rude and pointing to the clock that we're 15 minutes over and forcing the housekeeping staff in while me and my wife were still in the room. I get it. Yes. It was 2pm. But a slight delay can occur and this is not the way to address it or deal with clients. We were made to feel like we were doing something illegal or were living there for free. Just not a very warm experience.

Very spacious apartment with style, 20 min walk to the center of the center of Lisboa, nice surroundings, a good choice for a cozy stay, not directly in the center, but a good walk uphill and close to the magnificent castle with a view. Very nice breakfast included, very nice hosts as well.

Der Parkplatz am Hotel war ok. Leider geht das Apartments für 3 Personen auf die Straßenseite und somit hat man keinen Zugang zum Garten war wir eigentlich wollten Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, da die Matratze sehr durchgelesen war. Leider konnte man vom Schlfzimmer auch nicht auf den kleinen Balkon,da hier der Boden fehlte und die Türe somit auch nicht zu öffnen war. Das Bad war für 3 Personen viel zu klein. Das Frühstück war ok,aber auch nicht mehr. Wenn wir das Hotel nochmals buchen würden,dann nur noch für 2 Petsonen da diese Apartments viel größer und schöner sind.

Δεν ειχε σωστη θερμανση.το πρωινο θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο ποιοτικο. Γενικα περιμενα μια μικρη σουιτα.
