Reviewed May 10, 2026It was clean and quiet with very comfortable rooms. Nicely appointed with a good sized bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds too! Perfect location, central to everything! There is a great coffee shop and cafe downstairs near to the coded entrance to the property. You are given the code upon check-in and there are strong locks on the room doors as well. As a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe and secure there.
Just a note, not a complaint...It is common in México for towel sets not include washcloths, so if you stay there, you might consider including them in your luggage, other than that, the towels were lovely.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The location Is so perfect and it’s sooo clean!! I’ve never seen one bug or speck of dust. The staff is so attentive and friendly and it feels so safe. I love the little details- the little shower to rinse your feet, the water bubbler to always have water on hand or fill up water bottles. Everything is perfect
WiFi is a little bit patchy but it worked when I needed it to. Also the shower was really hot or really cold. Wasn’t a deal breaker, I adjusted but that’s the only thing and everything else made that worth it hahaha

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Casa Pia was a great place to stay while in Sayulita. It was within walking distance of so many delicious restaurants and beaches. My partner and I stayed in the Deluxe Queen room which had a small terrace. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
It was difficult to find with the check in desk being inside a cigar shop. Once found, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Reviewed May 15, 2025My family of 4 had a happy time, the room was clean and spacious, and the shared kitchen area was well-equipped. Carmen communicated promptly and didn't mind us checking in an hour or so early. The 8-minute walk to the beach is ok, though it's 15 minutes to get to where there are no rocks or stones underfoot in the sea. Though the place is excellent value for money, it has a rustic quality: the bathroom door doesn't close easily; the toilet is one of those 90s models (common in cheap Mexican hotels) that can't handle toilet paper, so you have to drop it into a bin, and the seat tends to slide off the rim when you're sitting on it; the kitchen patio roof is built too low for anyone who's 6 feet tall (I hit my head several times); and the pool is the smallest I've ever seen, ok for a dip to cool off but nothing more.

That's not acceptable. 2) The shower leaks into the toilet area even if you've closed the shower curtain properly so you're left with cleaning duties in your trip.

Was harder to find...have to go to the smoke shop below the place to check in. He wasn't friendly... just ok but not welcoming. We picked this place as we wanted a quieter place. The reviews said it was quieter as it was a bit further from the action. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night it was incredibly noisy until about 100 am. Just from noise outside....while laying in bed, it was like you were in a night club it was that noisy. True story. So maybe on other nights it's quieter but definitely not on Friday or Saturday. We totally would be fine if it was noisy till 11 pm or so...but 100 am was not what we were looking for.
