Stay Shark Villas Gili Air

Ótima localização, bastante acessível a todos os pontos da ilha, mesmo a pé - a villa também oferece bicicletas de cortesia. Pequeno almoço fantástico e sempre pontual. Piscina ótima para relaxar com privacidade.

A localização destas vilas é bastante próxima da Mesquita, o staff é bastante gentil e oferece tampões mas se for alguém com sono leve irá certamente acordar (a primeira oração inicia pelas 5h da manhã).

Je pense que l’hôtel devrait préciser que l’on va se faire réveiller tous les matins à 5 h par la prière (qui va durer 30 minutes). C’est tellement fort qu’on a l’impression que le haut-parleur est dans la chambre. L’hôtel fournit des boules Quies, mais franchement, ça n’y fait rien… Si vous venez ici pour vous reposer et que vous espérez faire la grasse matinée, c’est un peu foutu. Enfin, la chambre et la douche mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

La villa est juste parfaite. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et toujours présent si besoin. Leur breakfast est vraiment délicieux et varié. On dort extrêmement bien dans cette villa ! Le lit est très confortable et l'ensemble des equipements ainsi que la piscine sont excellents. Des vélos sont mis a disposition gratuitement aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

De fijne ruime kamer met zwembad en zitjes. Daarnaast erg schoon en alles wordt goed aangevuld. Snel schone handdoeken etc.

De geluiden van de moskee waren minder.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie bringen das Gepäck kostenlos zum Hafen bzw. holen es für einen von dort ab. Kostenloser Fahrradverleih, top Lage, Frühstück zu gewünschter Zeit aufs Zimmer, der private Pool ist auch wunderschön und alles sehr sauber. Wir würden immer wieder hier her kommen.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The villa provides everything you could possibly need. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. This island is a paradise for everyone who appreciates peace, gorgeous beaches, and beautiful nature.

La grande gentillesse du personnel. Le prêt de vélos. La salle de bain extérieure. Les frangipaniers dans le jardin et leur cascades de fleurs. La terrasse et la piscine sont petits mais agréables pour prendre le petit déjeuner et se baigner. La piscine et l'hébergement sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre jusqu'à 11h. Le staff nous a accompagné jusqu'au port le jour du depart avec nos valises sur leur vélos!

L'hotel est un peu excentré par rapport aux quartiers animés et le quartier n'est pas très joli. L'environnement est bruyant : la clim est bruyante, les coqs du voisinage chantent à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit, l'hotel est très proche de la mosquée et le volume des appels à la priere est élevé. On entend celui de l'aube même avec des boules quies.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The communication even before our arrival was outstanding. Every single question and request was answered quickly, and nothing was too much trouble. The team made us feel welcome long before we arrived. The service was simply the best I have ever experienced. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really tell that the staff puts their heart into what they do. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gili Air. Thank you for making our trip so special!

El baño al estar al aire libre daba el sol por la mañana en el lavabo, por lo que sí dejabas el neceser ahí se recalentaba

Teníamos al lado una mezquita y no paraban d rezar y cantar a todas horas hasta por la madrugada con unos altavoces a todo volumen, no le recomiendo a nadie está experiencia, los peores días d vacaciones que e vivido en 42 años que tengo me parece vergonzosa la poca educación y respeto que tienen hacia las personas,es una pena porque por lo demás muy bien personal servicio y instalaciones pero ya te digo que no compensa porq no te dejan descansar

Villa compleet ingericht, zeer vriendelijk en welkom personeel. Ligbedden bij het zwembad, gevulde koelkast, badkamer artikelen aanwezig en zelfs muggen wierook indien nodig.

Schoon verblijf. Mooie kamer met goed bed. Privé zwembad erbij. Ontbijt ook heerlijk. Niks op aan te merken!!

Niks negatiefs, maar hou er rekening mee dat er een moskee in de buurt zit. Hier zou je wakker van kunnen worden in de ochtend.

The staff were amazing, super attentive and friendly :) I felt very safe as a solo female traveller and the team went out of their way to look after me The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy and the air con worked great - overall a really comfy and cozy space! The pool and outdoor area was also lovely

The mosque is close and I was awoken at 4:30am by the call to prayer. I am a light sleeper so heavier sleepers might fare better. It is loud for the whole island, not just this villa. Religion is central to the culture of the island and it is important to embrace this, as ultimately as a tourist we are a guest in their space :) it wouldn’t deter me from staying here again - and it served as a great reminder of the diversity of religious practices and culture

We had a great time at Stay Sharks villa. It had all we needed, it was central and close to everything. Super comfy bed and nice privacy. Good breakfast and super cool staff! Everyone was so welcoming and easy going. Having the bikes ready to cycle is a must. Thank you!

The staff, especially Mong and Danu, were amazing – very kind, helpful and welcoming. Truly great guys! Breakfast was also good. Great male staff, but the facilities and service from the reception could really improve.

The woman at reception was unfriendly and didn’t explain that the minibar was extra. The prices were extremely high, and since the hotel is already expensive, I thought it was included. The bathroom/shower concept was very disappointing. Having only an outdoor shower felt unhygienic, full of insects, and the shower itself was covered in limescale. Honestly, I felt less clean after using it.

La villa è davvero bella come in foto, enorme e avere la piscina in camera non ha prezzo. I ragazzi al nostro arrivo sono arrivati con le bici per portarci le valige e con altre sue bici per me e il mio compagno (cosa che hanno fatto anche quando siamo venuti via). La colazione buona; aria condizionata ben funzionante e una splendida doccia. Staff molto cordiale anche quando abbiamo avuto dei problemi con degli animali hanno provveduto subito nel risolverli!

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorabile, anche se è comunque buona! Come avevo letto dalle altre recensioni vicinissimo c’è una moschea e devo dire che il rumore si sente parecchio. La struttura fornisce comunque dei tappi che qualche notte sono riusciti a fare il loro lavoro altre no.

Bellissimo hotel con piscina privata. Un vero sogno in un posto incantevole.

Siamo stati accolti al porto e accompagnati all'alloggio. La stanza é come sulle foto, molto grande, con un letto molto comodo e lo spazio esterno. La colazione era ottima e i ragazzi molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di usare le biciclette che abbiamo preso tutti i giorni per girare l'isola.

La moschea che di base non ci crea problemi, è molto vicina e i canti durano a lungo. Perciò se si è sensibili al rumore, a lungo andare diventa un po' difficile.

Die Lage, das Zimmer, der eigene Poolbereich, das Frühstück, die kostenlosen Fahrräder, der flexible Check-in und check-out… Alles war sehr gut, aber besonders hat uns das sehr freundliche Personal gefallen. Definitiv zu empfehlen und jeden Cent wert.

Die Zimmerwände können etwas dünn sein und die Gesänge von der Moschee übertönen leider selbst die Ohrenstöpsel, die man bekommt. Würden trotzdem jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Where you stay on the island doesn’t really matter. It’s a small island, and the ocean is close no matter where you are. (On the map, everything looked farther apart than it actually was.) So instead of worrying about location, just pick a hotel you like. I highly recommend Stay Shark Villas. I loved the sense of privacy there. It was only a three-minute walk from the main street, but you couldn’t hear any noise at all. You have your own pool in the backyard, and breakfast is served by the pool every morning. It’s clean, fresh, and beautiful. The staff were fantastic. They helped us with anything we needed, always respecting our privacy while also being available whenever we wanted to ask questions or chat. When something went wrong with our tickets back to Bali, they ran down to the ferry, talked to the manager, and took care of everything for us. That’s world-class service!

Spacious & clean rooms, comfy bed. Thanks to the very friendly staff, especially Liz was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was served in the room and always on time, it was delicious too. The pool was very clean and everything was well-maintained. Loved the plants on the walkway leading to the rooms. The Mosque although is close, can not be heard too loud from inside the room but earplugs are provided if you need them. Bikes are also there to use. The staff were kind enough to bring a bike to the Shark Bites restaurant (which I also recommend), so I could cycle to the property as I only had a small backpack. The offer was made several times to assist with pick up from the harbour which I appreciated but did not personally need. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely villa, privacy and very helpful staff.

Sadly this lovely villa was ruined for my fiancé and I. The villa was very close to a mosque, in fact so close, so when they had their morning prayers. We were woken up, every morning of our stay at 4.30 am, it sounded like they had a speaker inside of our room. Sadly this was not written anywhere where we saw it, nor was we told about this once we confirmed our stay. So to me, it seems like they know it will turn a lot of people off their place. With this being said, the staff was very nice, and helpfull. They helped us with our laundry. They also give free drinkable water each day, and very nice breakfast with more than enough for you to get full. The pool was quite deep, and not so big so it felt a bit weird too but very nice still. The wifi was none existent either, we both had to use around 5-7 gigabytes of data for the 5 nights we had there, if we wanted to get online. Since the wifi was less than 1 mbps. Which was not enough to watch a movie on. If the mosque part was not there this would definitely be a place I would recommend, but when they charge the price they do, it's simply not okay to not inform your guest of things like this. I wouldn't recommend this villa at all due to this, I would say your money was better spend elsewhere, unless you of course like to get up early.

The staff at this hotel we exceptional, they couldn't do enough for us! They were messaging me prior to arrival and if it wasn't for our boat being very delayed they would have met us at the dock. The breakfast was freshly made every morning, and brought to our room at exactly they time we wanted. The room was exactly what it says, super clean, spacious and lots of facilities including female products, hair dryer and iron. The free bikes were amazing, and just meant we didn't need to faff about renting bikes etc.

I wish it was a little closer to the beach, however an extra 5 minute cycle isn't the worst problem. Just a head up its right behind the mosque on the island and you will get woken up at 4:30am by the call to prayer. I didn't think it would be an issue but its very loud. Not the hotels problem and they do warn you and give you ear plugs.

Très bel établissement, le personnel est juste incroyable. Ils font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour vous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible. Rina et Putra sont simplement géniaux. Profitez à fond de votre temps sur place. Petit bémol extérieur à l’établissement : ne travaillez pas avec « agent Anto » pour réserver excursion ou billets de fast boat, il n’est pas fiable.

It was so nice to have your own little oasis to use after a long day at the beach. Ofcause it is not 110% perfect. But compared to alot of hotels in Bali or gili air this is pretty good. Breakfast was amazing. If you ask nicely they Can customize to your liking, within normal limits. The staff are almost the best part. They are amazing.

The sound from the mosque. But it is not just this place. But this place is abit closer. But they do provide earbuds you can use at night. This wont stop us from booking this place again.

Beautiful property conveniently located within the island with lovely private pool, room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was lovely.

The only downside for us was the condition of the cycles, quite old and they felt unsafe to ride, please do change them in the future!

Walked in stayed for an hour and got a refund. Perhaps it’s because we had stayed in 3 stunning places for lower prices before this and we expected more….. but this place is not worth the money atall and needs some money spent on a refurb
