The location and the surrounding area of Mallorca were beautiful. Unfortunately, the poor service and condition of the property overshadowed what should have been a relaxing family holiday.
We paid over £6,000 for 12 nights and the experience was nowhere near the standard or value we expected. From arrival, the host was unwelcoming and told us we could leave if we were unhappy, while also insisting the property, bathrooms and towels had to be left cleaned and in order. During our stay we had an ant infestation, bathroom problems, safety concerns for our young children, restricted air conditioning that was mainly available at night and sometimes did not work even then, and inadequate pool maintenance. For this price, the service and conditions were completely unacceptable.
