je trouve l’emplacement super que nous sommes pas au centre et envahi par les touristes. La maison n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée, mais le personnel a tout de suite fait le nécessaire et a fait un geste de commercial en offrant un petit déjeuner. Flottant. Le personnel était vraiment très agréable.

The staff were very good . House keeping came most days which was great. The bedrooms were modern clean with great comfortable beds. Good showers and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was good for price. Quiet area.

The location is very far out from Uluwatu. There is no cafes or beaches in walking distance. The Melasti beach is around a 10/15 minuet grab drive , apart from that its minimum 20-30 minutes on a bike to all locations. We found it difficult to get grabs at time due to location. The TVs also didn’t work.

Good place to relax. Pool, air con, breakfast, friendly staff. Save place.

Worst villa that we've stayed in. Would avoid at all cost if you're considering. We moved out a day before check out because of how unhygienic our room was. 1. Water heater wasn't working the first night and there's no one available to fix issues past 3PM so we had to shower with cold water. 2. Everyday there is a new cockroach and worm that appears in the toilet. 3. Toilet roof was leaking and rain water dripped all over our sink / towel which is highly unhygienic

Отель оставил крайне негативное впечатление. Дверь в номер не закрывалась на ключ, раковина была постоянно забита, вода не уходила. Шумоизоляции нет, спать спокойно невозможно. Вода из-под крана непригодна для питья. На завтраке постоянные очереди, мест не хватает, обслуживание медленное, меню бедное и однообразное.

Super endroit, spacieux et propre. Petit déjeuné au top, et le personnel au petit soin. Mention spécial à Surya qui s’est très bien occupé de nous .

The villa was super clean and well located (we rented a scooter to discover the cities) Breakfast was super good with different options that please everyone. A special thank goes to the staff especially Surya. He replied to our requests in a positive and rapid manner. He is friendly and kind.

A bit of a bad smell downstairs near the kitchen

Uluwatu is a bit crowded but this property lies in a very peaceful area. Property itself is very nice with a private pool and all. The staffs are really welcoming and humble including Surya and the lady at the reception. Surya even helped us with our luggage.

Restaurant is not open at all times and doesn’t have many options but you’d care less if you are here on a vacation and are planning to explore the rest of uluwatu and region.

The villa was clean. The breakfast could be better, but it was ok only for 2 days.

In the rooms, behind the bed was full of mold. Personally, I couldn’t slept because of the smell.

The property is high end and fancy in a quiet location with a nice view. The hotel is welcoming, and the staff are wonderful, nice smiles on their face. Really loved the hospitality as well. Overall satisfied with pretty much everything. The private pool was also an integral feature of the property, really loved it.

At night there are bugs waiting at the windows and the con is when you want to go to bedroom from living room. Bugs enter the living room.

* Misleading Photos: There is NO sea view despite what the pictures suggest. * No Privacy: There are NO curtains in the living room/kitchen. * Poor Maintenance: A plastic bag is taped to the top window in the bathroom, making noise when it's windy. * Unsafe Terrace: The wooden terrace is old, with exposed nails that could be dangerous. * Lighting Issue: The terrace and outdoor lights cannot be switched off, so your room stays lit all night. * Dirty Fridge: The fridge was really dirty upon arrival.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed nice pool. Quiet area away from traffic, great view.. We had free welcome drinks and snacks. We are looking forward to stay again in this villa

Room wasn't very clean when we checked in, lots of bugs and flies in the accomodation. Wi-fi internet wasn't great, poor connection in bedroom.

All was OK, couldn't expect more.

The property needs a huge deep clean, it was really dirty with mould in many places. The whole downstairs stunk of mould and as a result our guests couldn’t stay in the downstairs bedroom due to asthma conditions and the smell. Bugs everywhere in the property, towels and bedsheets stained.

It’s hiding away in the middle of nowhere, upon arrival we were given the key and room number then we had to go find the room ourselves, no help with luggage or anything that we are on the second floor. The bedrooms are small, king bed bathroom has tons of ants like in a horror movie. Living room sofa has unknown stain on it. No power outlets on the bedsides. Check out also took a while because rather had to find someone to check the room

Most of our guests that stayed here complained about the property condition- it’s old and unclean. They are also under staff even knowing the heavy arrival day.

Even if the reception staff were clueless and need more training on handling payment cases, they were still very polite and maintained their calm demeanor. They are also quick to respond to queries. Also I requested for our two villas to be next to each other, which was given to us.

SERVICE The staff kept bothering my guest to make the payment for the villa even if I already told them I will be the one to pay. There is a reason that credit card information is provided upon making a booking. I had to get upset just so they would stop texting and calling my guest for payment. You need to train your staff to handle such cases better. For the sake of clarity, this is what happened. On the date of arrival on 04 September, my guest arrived earlier than me. I told her to inform the reception that I will present my card when I arrive after lunch. Upon check in, I asked to make sure that I was not being charged twice because my card was charged for part of the reservation on 14 August (before our arrival). The staff at the reception had no idea what I was talking about and she did not know what to do so I told her before my card is charged again, that she should reconfirm the right amount. In the evening, I came back to reception to check but was informed that there was nobody to do this anymore and that it is better for me to come back the following day. The next day I had a wedding to attend so I was not able to drop by. However, I sent a text to the reception to inform that I will settle the charges on my return. This did not stop them from disturbing my guest asking for payment! LOCATION The only reason we stayed here was because it was near to The Edge where we had to attend a wedding. Other than this, it is very far from town and difficult to book transportation (Grab/Gojek). CLEANLINESS and MAINTENANCE OF VILLA The standard is passable but can be improved much more. I know that we have a couple of friends whose villas were not cleaned properly even upon check in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hideaway Residence during my trip to Bali, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself was a serene oasis, with beautifully maintained facilities and a tranquil atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. A special note of gratitude goes to the incredibly helpful staff (shoutout to Desak Anya) , whose warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of my trip. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager, Made Lawho. His exceptional treatment and dedication to ensuring that every guest's needs are met did not go unnoticed. His professionalism and genuine care for his guests were evident in every interaction, making my stay even more memorable. Made Lawho's exceptional service truly deserves the highest praise.

The property is really nice and spacious. Everyone was very comfortable. It’s very quiet and relaxing and the privacy is top notched. All the staff were really helpful and kind.

Needs more cleaning, maybe. And the air-conditioning in the top room, is a bit weak.

The breakfast was not good, we had it the first day then chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay even though it was included. The location is a little difficult because you have to get through bad traffic to get back to the accommodation in the afternoon.

It was beyond my expectations. It was clean and nice plus the atmosphere outside was very calm and quiet. I love it.

It’s just hard to get around. And gets confusing to find the main road. But other than that everything was good

The pictures looked wonderful however not true. They fixed the door which didn’t lock the villa securely.

Bed bugs in our bed, staff are not helpful at all, restaurant is not as described on website. It’s nothing like the images on the website. Room service was served cold, drinking water unavailable as staff cannot attend however 4 staff at reception.

Nothing. The whole property was in a bad condition, including health and safety concerns. We left after 1 hour as it was disgusting and impossible to stay.

The condition of the hotel was a disaster. As we arrived, the following issues were found: - cigarette butts on the floor - large cracks through the glass windows - the accomodation was surrounded by a construction site which was not disclosed on the website - food scraps were left in the fridge - human hair on the floor, on the couch and in the bed - deck around the pool that has not been cleaned and was dusty from the construction site next to the room - the worst part was the bed: there were large human fluids, sweat and blood stains on the sheets, pillows, mattress topper and the mattress itself. We have asked them to clean and put on new sheets. Unfortunately, the “new” sheets were covered in sweat stains aswell. There was human hair left throughout all layers of the bed which indicates it had not been cleaned prior the arrival. - the toilet had not been cleaned and the bathroom bench had not been wiped, neither had all mirrors on the premises.

This was one of the worst stays we had in Bali.

I like the location, it’s peaceful and I love being around a local area instead of one of the many expanding tourist strips. Surya’s team went above and beyond to help, they were lovely - so friendly and helpful. Any issues and they sorted things out for us straight away. I loved having a space like this with a living area to relax in during the evenings, once our daughter was in bed. She also absolutely loved the pool.

I loved the property, it could have done with a bit of a deeper clean over all (like I noticed a few other reviews had mentioned) but overall clean and tidy. I wouldn’t let it put you off. I would go again.

We had a great stay at HIDEAWAY RESIDENCE. Nice villa , nice rooms, nice pool. We were 3 and they upgraded us in a villa for 6! The staff is so great and nice. They offered me a birthday cake for my birthday! Would recommend 100%!

I was really surprised by the same room condition as the picture. It was nice to be able to stay with the reservation in my eyes because I fell in love with the picture. The staff is kind, too. (especially a female employee named desak(?). It's pretty and lovely) However, it was a little disappointing that there were old traces or stains on pillows and towels, and dust and hair all over the room. I think it would be great to stay with my family, but there's nothing around. It's over when you enter the accommodation.

We booked a 3 bedroom villa - unfortunately it wasn’t disclosed the one of the bedrooms was seperated from the villa which means we did not use the 3 rooms. If I had of known I would have only booked 2 bedrooms. As we had 3 children we could not leave us or them separately
