Excelente Localização perto de supermercados e restaurantes

Gostaria de ter o espaço melhor higienizado

Pictures of property looked good but when we arrived it was a disappointment! It was small and grubby, sofa was dirty, kitchen looked tired and fridge had butter which was open and a couple of other used items which we binned but fridge hadn’t been cleaned. Walls were dirty, the bed frame was really dirty. Toilet seat broken, shower rail broken hanging off the wall. Outdoor space unusable as decking dangerous and bench broken. The supposed flat screen television was absolutely tiny! Paint peeling off walls grease marks all over kitchen walls. Coffee machine we thought was an nesspresso machine so we bought the capsules only to find out it’s a special capsule needed which if they had at least left a couple of capsules or maybe left an information leaflet regarding appliances that would have helped. Honestly would not recommend anyone to stay here

No tea to drink in the morning & couldn’t find a supermarket very close. Water pressure in shower not great & I was eaten alive by mosquitoes, so maybe worth having a mosquito candle or something

La ubicación era perfecta. El apartamento muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario. La comunicación por WhatsApp rápida y fácil, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La entrada y salida cómoda, con la información facilitada. Restaurantes de la zona muy recomendables. Un supermercado muy cerca. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos por Oporto.

Nos gustó todo, pero por comentar para evitar sorpresas a otros clientes: - No tiene ascensor, lo sabíamos y contábamos con ello, para nosotros no supuso un problema, el momento de subir y bajar las maletas más rollo, pero son solo unos tramos de escalera, si vas con personas mayores o carritos de bebé hay que tenerlo en cuenta y valorarlo. - La zona es centro y para aparcar en la calle entre semana imposible, pero tiene un parquin muy cerca (Estacionamento Praça dos Poveiros)

Lovely location, easy check-in process, nice view to a beautiful park, plenty of nice restaurants, breakfast places nearby. Also option for a parking place not far away which was a big help on the city.

Am genialsten war die Lage am Rande des Stadtkerns. Wir hatten eine günstige Parkgarage in 3 Gehminuten Entfernung. Der belebte Platz bei der Haustür raus war voller Leben und Aktivität, spitze. 2 kleine Supermärkte ums Eck, alles da, sehr empfehlenswert. Klimaanlage lief bereits auf angenehmer Temperatur, als wir kamen. Wohnung mit super Ausblick und gut lüftbar. Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Klare Empfehlung.

Zwischen den Schlafbereichen ist keine Tür sondern offen, hier wäre eine kleine Abtrennung eine Optimierungsmöglichkeit. Nachtlampe bei Doppelbett funktionierte nicht. WC-Lüftung könnte etwas besser sein.....aber alles nur Kleinigleiten.

Cet appartement est très bien situé dans Porto avec une belle terrasse, un grand dressing et le nécessaire de toilettes (draps, serviettes, gel douche, shampooing et papier WC).

Nous notons qu’il mériterait de petits travaux (un coup de peinture sur tous les murs, réparation de la fixation du pommeau de douche et de la lunette des WC) et un bémol pour la literie où l’on sent les ressorts du matelas. Nous ajoutons aussi que la porte des parties communes est défectueuse (ne se ferme pas bien et se rouvre après un laps de temps).

El llit no era del tot còmode i els coixins eren massa plans.

Super emplacement. Studio au premier étage, (pas d'ascenseur) d'un immeuble typique, sur la cour Sao Lazaro. Le studio ne donne pas sur la cour,donc très calme. Livré très propre. Bonne literie. Plein de bars et restaurants dès que vous sortez de l'immeuble. Café/pâtisserie à l'angle, un mini market pour vos diverses courses a 1mn. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de marche des boutiques, en 15mn, vous êtes sur les quais hyper animés. Une vraie super adresse.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho bastante obsoleto un halógeno de la cocina no funcionaba, la cama el colchón blando ,poca presión del agua para ducharse y no había mando a distancia de la televisión.

La ubicación. También que el apartamento estaba muy limpio y que a pesar de estar encima del locales con terrazas, las ventanas insonorizan muy bien

Le falta algo de espacio. El armario era muy grande, pero no tenía cajones ni baldas, solo una barra con apenas seis perchas. Había un tendedor, pero estaba oxidado.

Lage war ideal um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erkunden. Gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt - Pingo Doce - ebenso wie Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Gutes Bett und moderne Einrichtung mit Retro-Vibe.

Einfach nur, dass wir das Apartment ohne Balkon im 1. Obergeschoss hatten. Aber das war einfach nur Pech und lag natürlich nicht am Vermieter. Man bekommt ein bisschen die Geräusche der Stadt am Abend mit, aber es ist nicht wirklich laut. Nur sehr Empfindliche würde es stören.

Spazio per riporre gli indumenti inesistenti, terrazzino impraticabile e senza vista praticamente un muro, e in 6 giorni nemmeno un cambio asciugamani, lenzuola e pulizia. Richiesto un cuscino supplementare mai arrivato. Nei mobili idella cucina una pizza di muffa.

Posizione molto buona al centro. Comoda la possibilità del parcheggio. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Ampio appartamento

Letto molto scomodo rumoroso. Il condizionatore in zona giorno raffreddava pochissimo. Sarebbe indicata un po' di manutenzione perché i cassetti della cucina non si chiudevano e il box doccia faceva uscire acqua. Niente che non si possa sistemare

El grifo de la ducha y la iluminación de la ducha se pueden mejorar y que no haya opción de hacer checkout más tarde en caso de tener el vuelo o transporte tarde.

The location is good and convenient for walking to and from old city. There are several restaurants nearby, bakery in the same building and shopping center 5 minutes away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor windows facing to the small park.

As the building is quite old, the wooden floor is very creaking :( Though the apartment was described as suitable for 4 people, there were only 3 cups for coffee and no coffee capsules.

Escaleras para subir dos pisos, la tapadera de tirar de la cadena se caia,en cada tirada y el agia de la ducha se salia tambien cada vez que te duchabas,y no habia nada para poder recogerlo

The black tiles in the shower made it feel dirty. No light in shower made it worse. Middle of afternoon when sun came through the small window the tiles looked even dirtier. Shower holder broken and could only hold head very upright. No plugs in bathroom basin or kitchen sink. Latter especially irritating for dish washing. Sent message to ask for plug without reply. TV remote did not work, so TV stuck on one channel. No shelves in wardrobe to unpack clothes

La cama un horror. Se escuchaba mucho ruido, tanto de los vecinos como la limpieza de la mañana. No avisan que la plaza de parking no está en el mismo alojamiento.

Tenía todo lo necesario, además de bonito y practico. Nos tocó al patio interior, pero la zona era muy tranquila y bonita. Las sábanas estaban limpias y tenían todo lo necesario.

Las paredes y suelos aislaban muy poco y se escuchaban a otros inquilinos. El día del check out, los limpiadores barrian muy fuerte dando golpes en las escaleras y haciendo mucho ruido. Daban la sensación que querían despertar a todos los de la planta….

La ubicación, la comodidad del check in y el check out, y que nos guardaron las maletas gratis el último día. También que los apartamentos están dentro de un edificio antiguo reformado, lo que les da mucho encanto.

Aunque la decoración y el moviliario son modernos está un poco dejado, si prestaran atención a determinados detalles sería de 10. Por poner un ejemplo la ducha y todo su mecanismo están para cambiar, había que hacer un “invento” para que la alcachofa se sostuviera en su sitio.

The apartment is advertised as accommodating four guests and has a double bed, but the entire space is open-plan. There are no doors, not even sliding doors, separating the sleeping area from the living room, which offers very little privacy. It is also very noisy in the evenings, especially on weekends, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The staff were polite, but the communication was disappointing. When I asked whether it would be possible to change the reservation dates, I was simply told that it could not be done. There was no attempt to explore any options or offer assistance, which gave the impression that they were unwilling to help with the request.

Schönes, helles Apartment am Rande der Altstadt. Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung sehr viele vorhanden. Trotz der vielen Restaurants ist das Apartment recht ruhig und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf einen Park. Die Größe und Aufteilung des Apartments ist angenehm.

Das Apartment wird mit privatem Parkplatz angepriesen. In der App ist allerdings nicht erkennbar, dass dieser fast einen Kilometer entfernt ist. Das war für mich sehr enttäuschend, da ich es bewusst wegen des Parkplatzes ausgewählt hatte. Das Frühstück aus der Tüte ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der O-Saft ist frisch gepresst aber Kaffee und Butter ist sehr wenig. Der Rest ist in Ordnung. Es gab ein Problem in der Wohnung, weshalb wir kurzfristig ausziehen mussten. Der Vermieter hat uns einen angemessenen Ausfall erstattet. Wir hätten uns aber von einem vor Ort ansässigen Unternehmen ein wenig Unterstützung bei der sehr kurzfristigen Suche nach einer neuen Unterkunft erhofft.

Acomodação excelente! O apartamento é muito bem equipado e aconchegante, bem localizado e muito espaçoso. O atendimento foi excepcional, funcionários muito prestativos. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente quando voltar a Porto.

O apartamento é ótimo e muito bem localizado. O anfitrião foi solícito e atencioso.

Não foi um problema para mim e meu marido, mas em função de estar muito bem localizado e numa região movimentada, o barulho pode ser uma questão. Os pontos de melhoria são: a cama (o colchão afundava no meio, então, acabou sendo um pouco desconfortável) e o banheiro estava com vazamento do boxe (quando usávamos o chuveiro, a água molhava bastante o banheiro). Mas nada disso atrapalhou nossa estadia. Valeu a pena a locação.

Excellent location: close to the Ponte Luis I bridge and other attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby, supermarkets, metro stations, and bus stops nearby. The staff was very friendly: they brought us breakfast very early because we had an early checkout before our morning flight. The apartment itself had everything we needed, although it wasn't exactly new, everything was clean and in good working order

We didn't stay in the advertised apartment due to there being an infestation of some sort as we weren't told the day prior. They quickly offered us a newer, larger and more centrally located apartment which was greatly appreciated and it was fantastic!

Het interieur is oud en versleten, er was een wasmachine maar geen vaatwasser, de airco werkte niet, het wc deksel was kapot, servies en bestek was erg karig en een samenraapsel, je kon elke stap van de bovenburen horen

Nos gustó la ubicación era excelente. Tenía todo lo que necesitabas para 4 dias. La cama cómoda. La comunicación con el staff genial todo facilidades y nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora del check in.Cualquier duda te contestaban al momento.

Great location right in the middle of lots of restaurants and breakfast was nice. The staff really pushed my review up as without their lively engagement I would probably have scored this lower.

Sadly we had probably the worst of the flats on the ground floor. There was an issue with cockroaches (one inside, 3 just outside on our decking) and lots needs updating. Aircon disconnected (heater provided but you can’t keep that on all night so I was cold), mattress very old (you could feel the springs), percolator broken but changed immediately when mentioned . Sockets ripped, bench broken, no outside light candle without a wick, bathroom smelt at times and you can’t keep the windows open during the night as they are big enough for someone to fit through. The staff got us a free bottle of port for the creepy crawly so that was nice but I would sadly not stay here again or at least not in this flat.

Lokalita byla super, všude jsme došli pěšky, v okolí skvělé kavárny na snídani. Apartmán měl vše, co jsme potřebovali.

Podlahy byly velmi tenké, bohužel jsem slyšeli každý krok člověka, který bydlel nad námi, což bylo v noci nepříjemné.

They were repairing the apartment we booked, so they immediately asked us if we were okay staying in an alternative apartment. Location was even better and the place had everything we needed :) it was very convenient and easy to access, all new and clean, we felt very comfortable, thank you!

Os anfitriões são super acessíveis. A localização é bastante central o que permite andar sempre a pé, além de ter todo o tipo de serviços perto. Têm um local seguro e perto para deixar o carro por um valor bastante acessivel.

A cama era bastante desconfortável. Para quem vai ficar apenas uma noite, é toleravel mas mais do que isso, torna-se dificil. A higiene dos utensilios de cozinha e do apartamento devia ser melhorada.

La ubicación. La decoración / diseño. Las vistas. Poder dejar las maletas en la oficina el último día. Poder acceder mediante códigos a la entrada y luego poder recoger la llave también mediante código en una cajita.

La mampara de la ducha estaba rota o desajustada. Resultaba difícil regular la temperatura del agua y en alguna ocasión se terminó pronto el agua caliente. Faltaba un poco de menaje (por ejemplo, había solo dos tapetes para la mesa, había pocas tazas y cubiertos, no había sartén pequeña y la que había estaba un poco gastada...) La iluminación del baño era un poco pobre. El suelo crujía al andar; los vecinos de abajo oían nuestros pasos.

It was a nightmare. One of the worst experiences ever. Let me start from the beginning: - The flat was old and very run down. - It was incredibly cold inside, and even when I turned on the air conditioning, I couldn't get the temperature above 20 degrees (there were obviously a lot of draughts). It was 5 degrees outside. - The bathroom was very damp and had no ventilation. - Several lights did not work. - It would have been nice to find at least two coffee capsules, but that was not the case. The worst thing, however, was that during the two nights, the other flats belonging to the same host had been rented to groups of men who shouted, banged on all the doors and bullied the other residents all night long until 6 o'clock in the morning. I tried several times to contact the property but no one answered. I had a panic attack on the second night because of these bullies and still no one from the property ever answered me. An incredible nightmare. Since no one ever answered me, I'm curious to see if anyone will at least respond to this review.

I loved this apartment! Super cosy and beautiful, it had everything I needed and more. Staff was friendly, helpful and quick to respond when I had issues with the door. The location was perfect as well, I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Porto.

The host was very responsive to our messages. We initially had some issues opening the door and the host helped us to get in without having us waiting for a long time for replies. The room was very clean with good location.

Cet appartement n’est pas cher à la location. En revanche, il n’est pas du tout entretenu. Le frigo est rouillé, dehors sur le banc il manque des lattes, sur la climatisation il manque aussi une pièce, le canapé est déchiré, le tableau cassé. L’appartement n’était pas très propre, lorsque nous sommes arrivés la poubelle de la salle de bain n’était pas vidée et dans le lavabo il y avait un essuie-tout usager.
