A swimming pool was really nice.

A sofa bed was not good for sleeping. A unit was only good for two people.

Great location, loved backing onto the golf course. Saw a momma bear with her two cubs just before sunrise, walking across the golf course, 50 feet from our balcony.

Jetted tub did not work, sign above the tub informed us that the conversion was done. Was looking forward to using it alot, as we golfed 3 days in a row and could have used the therapy. Blinds were in disrepair. Dishwasher screws had both come out, holding the dishwasher in place. When we loaded the dishwasher after dinner, the dishwasher tipped forward and the racks full of dishes nearly fell out and onto the floor.

the room was spacious, and the hotel was conveniently located near the hot springs.

The advertised jacuzzi tub turned out to be non functional. No one responded to me when the option was available to extend my stay, until the morning of check out.

The sofabed was not cleaned. There were popcorns on it and we had to call them to clean. They provided only two pillows and two towels despite the fact that we are four. When we asked for additional towels and pillows, they reacted negatively.

Our place wreaked bad of curry - we could smell it before we opened the door. We attempted to air it out ( no screens in the windows) but it didnt really help much. There were holes ripped in the couches - I understand it was a pet friendly unit ( which was an additional charge of $50 for 1 pet) but still 😳. This unit was in rough shape, carpet was lifted in several places and damages throughout. Only conditioner was provided - no shampoo. For $470 all in with the pet fee for 1 night it was very disappointing.

The staff was really nice! We asked if we could stay a bit longer than 11 and they allowed us until 1! To enjoy a good wedding day get away! Also when our keys stopped working and we wanted to swim in the pool before leaving. They happily helped us in to enjoy those last few hours our stay! Really enjoyed this venue

I didn’t like that I almost encountered bears twice in one evening but they do have signs around to say to becareful!

The beds were VERY comfortable and the area is top tier. The suite size and layout is awesome. The pool area is nice and the slide was super fun for all our kids. Its also located 5 minutes from fairmont hot springs which is why we picked the place.

The pool and room towels were very small.. like hand towel size. The jetted tub is no longer jetted ..we've been to the location many tomes before but not in years. We were excited for the jetted tub, so that was a disappointment.. but they are large so thats nice. Although the room was nice it seems overpriced.

It was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable

Everything was cheap. Hasn’t been updated in years, looks like it has been furnished from Facebook marketplace. Even the bathroom items that I generally don’t care about fit the theme of cheap.

The staff were so wonderful, we had such a great time here.

Run down. Stains on the ceilings, broken blinds, chipped paint on almost everything, very outdated. View was a parking lot, 2 doors with kids went into a parking lot. Sofa bed was thinner than my iPhone standing vertically - no one could sleep. Window air conditioner was very loud. Question cleanliness as previous persons products were left in shower. Not worth the cost.

Great pool!! A fun place for families, kids had a blast. Water was perfect temperature, slide was fun and restaurants attached was good! Beautiful area to stay in. The bed was very comfortable! Friendly staff!

The rooms need a lot of updating, also the rooms were not stocked with enough plates, utensils, tea towels, etc.. we had to ask for coffee cups and kitchen towels, a couple plates were dirty, and had to use plates and cutlery from other people we were staying with in another room. Pots and pans need updating as well. For what you pay, rooms need a bit more updating and care!

The views were nice... thats about it

Not enough parking, hallways are loud, fridge sounded like it was leaking all over the floor, room fan crackled when running, window air conditioner to cool a large suite is not enough, and the bed was THE WORST one I have ever slept it. We don't normally complain but both our backs were so sore that even the pathetic shower head in the couldn't soothe in the shower. Not a great value for dollar here. Do not recommend.

The water park was amazing and never too busy to be enjoyable The staff were always helpful. We had a couple things needing repair in our room, but nothing that hindered the stay or wasnt addressed by staff.

Bathroom floors need deep cleaning. They were sticky Parking was sparse Broken window in main area. Couldn’t open windows.

The pool and hot tub were great! Couldn't check in but was able to enjoy the outdoor pool and hit tub.

Our bedroom light had open lights in the ceiling fan, clearly the fan cover was taken off or broken and not replaced. Tub didn't drain very well and I used bandaid was found in the bedroom, missed by the housekeeping.

Arriving and being told I didn’t have a reservation was frustrating however it was found and apparently didn’t spawn over to the regular site. Booked for three people so was using the pull out which was not made and when I called about bedding I was told in curt format the bedding is in the cupboard make the bed yourself. I called that night about pillow that never arrived. I called the following morning to request the pillows again. They were brought with a hair on the pillow and cases were separate again for me to assemble. There were ants crawling in the kitchen. When I brought this forward the next evening along with a burnt out bathroom light they informed me someone would be there to correct the issues. Someone came with a mop to clean the floor in the kitchen however some ant traps are more required. The burnt out light was never fixed. There was also a crumpled tissue on the white alcove above the fireplace. I brought this forward as well however it was never cleaned up. I had to request a refresh of the room for the Saturday so that the consumables were replenished and that was nice however again. 3 people booked and only towels for 2. For the price I felt it fell flat for service.

The place needs some upgrading. The pull out bed in the living was very uncomfortable and old. Asked for a mattress top and they did bring a better mattress to put ontop of the old one but delivered it at 9:30 PM and we wanted to go to bed early as we had an early start the next day.

Badly needs a major renovation. You can barely see out the windows as they are milky white. Bathroom is falling apart, drywall flaking off in shower, toilet broken. Beds are old and uncomfortable.

I liked the separate bedroom from the living room. It was nice to have a full kitchen option as there weren’t many restaurants in town.

There was no elevator. The staff were having problems with their phone system so we had to walk down a flight of stairs and across a large parking lot to get to the front reception to ask a question. There weren’t enough signs to direct you to the building where the reception desk was. The steam room wasn’t working.

The pool is clean and the hotel location is convenient

The floor in the room was very dirty. After walking on it, my socks and feet became black. The table, kitchen, and all the surfaces were also dirty and sticky. I was worried that my baby might have a fever, but the hotel did not have a thermometer available in their first aid kit to check her temperature. Because of this, I had to leave the hotel one day earlier than I had planned, as staying there with a baby in such unclean conditions was not comfortable.

The only thing we liked was the location and pool zone.

It’s was filthy, the carpets were covered in stains, as was the couch. I had to put a sheet on the couch before sitting on it.

The views were beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great burgers. The sauna was very large and clean.The units have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The carpet was had a lot of stains and no elevator with luggage on the 3 rd floor was a challenge.

Room was a layout. Great view of the pool area and the mountains/valley. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Pool area was well done and a great place for a family.

There was some maintenance issues; jet tub didn’t work, kitchen counter laminate was bubbled, ceiling in shower was peeling. The worst thing was the BED, worst two nights sleep ever (why do some hotels cheap out on beds?!

Like the ad says it is 3 hours drive from Calgary. We were enjoyed for a short one night stay like a retreat.

We came to stay for a hot springs pool experience but didn’t know it was closed for maintenance.

Staff are very kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and huge.

Dated furniture inside, hard mattress so couldn't sleep and woke with back ache, pillows cheap and way too thick, no bed side table or plug so had to rig up an extension cord for my CPAP machine. The shower head is in an inoperable Jacuzzi tub (high to get into) and it's floor is deadly slippery so washed in the kitchen sink.instead, the fireplace didn't work. So odd the kitchen had a popcorn maker and hand mixer but there was no toaster. Not their fault but kept up late with the people above us running around and moving furniture, not soundproofed, kids ringing the door bell.

Despite being a long walk from the town of Banff, the views from this hotel are amazing! The hot tub, patio are and fire pits all offer beautiful views and a relaxing experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating too. They offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to get into town, as well.

The highway runs right below them, which creates a little noise. But, the views make up for it.

We did have a kitchen which was appreciated. The apartment was spacious with table and chairs and a Chesterfield. The staff/owners(?)were very friendly.

We liked the view from the window, it was truly beautiful, however dirty balcony furniture and the overall condition of the shared space did not allow us to fully enjoy it.

During our stay, there was no housekeeping at all: trash was not removed, towels were not replaced, and no one entered the room. For a resort, this level of service does not meet expectations. It would be helpful if guests were informed in advance when daily housekeeping is not provided. Additionally, the sound insulation was very poor — noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible, including late-night check-in and activity during the night. The shared balcony also caused discomfort, as there were children running around in the morning, which affected the sense of privacy and relaxation. Overall, the experience was negatively impacted by noise levels and the layout of the property.

I stated 2 adults and 1 dog when I booked on line. The price was $138.00 plus applicable taxes. The day of the reservation I received a phone call saying an additional $50.00 plus tax for the dog. What bullshit, I couldn't cancel or I would lose the deposit. I will never stay with you again.

Size of the suite was great, it was nice having a kitchenette. The price was decent for the amount of space.

The property is dated and needs remodeling. The unit had only one tv in the living room with none in the bedroom, if traveling with multiple people, that’s inconvenient.

Next time I will get a place on the top floor because I could hear people (children) running around upstairs.

Very good place for the rest and spending time detween mountains. Clean, big rooms, with a fantastic view. There is grill for chilling and cooking something delicious.

Check out to 11 am is too early for the weekend
