Le personnels était très sympa 😊 que j’ai aimé leur façon d’accueillir

Juste au niveau du petit dej et aussi pas de gel douche et champion pour se doucher

La atención fue excelente, pude hacer el check in a las 2am, y al ser el desayuno algo tarde (8am) me han hecho un descuento en el precio.

No hubo nada relevante por lo que quejarme

La chambre n’étais pas propre, cafard dans le lit, absence de petit déjeuner 3 jours de suite. Personne accueillant au début mais à la fin du séjour nous fuyait, pas de réponse à nos message ni croisait dans l’établissement même pour le départ.

When the pool was in working condition and good breakfast

Bathroom facilities, door lock not working, old musty mats around the rooms and pool area, all must need replacing and we had ghekos and cockroaches in our bedrooms, kids had trouble sleeping!!

La piscina y la terraza estaban genial, además de que el dueño era muy agradable, nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo.

El baño era muy pequeño, y nos encontramos con unas cucarachas que entraban por la terraza, eso no nos pareció muy agradable.

Bien placé et tres mignon

La ubicación era bastanre tranquila y cercana a la plaza y medina o zona de taxis

La suciedad que habia los bichos y vicarachas que habia seguido por las habitaciones y instalaciones y la calidad de los materiales y instalaciones como la cama el colchon las almohdas el baño que estaba todo muy sucio y en mal estado.

Lit confortable, clim, petite piscine, gérant gentil et de bons conseils

Dans le 1ere chambre, puces de lit en nombre, eau evier orange car robinet rouillé, sol sale, demande de changement de chambre accordé. Pas de gardiennage la nuit, juste un numéro de téléphone. Dans la 2eme chambre, 4 gros cafard, pas de bac douche, l'eau va partout, lunette wc cassée, sol sale, pas de petit déjeuner si départ avant 8h.

Pas de table ni de chaise pour s'asseoir, aucun nécessaire de toilette à part les serviettes, le tapis dans l'entrée est très sale, la porte d'entrée ferme avec un cadenas

Nous avons payé pour une suite deluxe, nous avons eu la chambre la plus précaire. Sale, pas de Wifi, très cher pour des prestations absentes. Douche sans produits d’hygiène

Les deux frère sont très sympas, toujours prêt à aider et nous prépare un excellent et copieux petit déjeuner chaque matins!

C’est beau mais il y a de l’humidité, des travaux sont à prévoir… Beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à tard le soir dans la ruelle…

La relación precio calidad, imágenes nada que ver con la habitación que nos asignaron, no se veía aseado.

Localisation dans un quartier animé à 10 min de Jama El Fna. Le personnel a accepté de nous préparer un petit déjeuner très matinal, avant notre excursion.

Piscine froide à la mi-saison

El trato por parte del personal es muy amable y el servicio de taxis. Está a 15 minutos del zoco pero la calle para entrar por la noche no es muy oscura y no da muy buena espina.

La verdad que la limpieza no es uno de sus fuertes, las habitaciones huelen mal, las toallas están muy reusadas hasta tal punto que son grises, las instalaciones distan mucho de las fotos. Si te quieres duchar elegir la temperatura del agua es un trabajo… Además te cobran un suplemento de 2,5€ por persona al día cosa que está bastante escondido en el anuncio.

Les propriétaire des lieux étaient absolument géniaux d'attention de mise a disposition et écoute de toutes nos questions et demande. La situation géographique parfaite a pied .

Wallie and Anwar were great hosts. They arranged everything we needed or wanted to do.

The general cleanliness was below standard.

Kleine kamer en niet super schoon.

O que mais gostei, sem dúvida, foi da comodidade do riad e, principalmente, da forma extraordinária como fomos recebidos. Desde o primeiro momento, os senhores Anouar e Walid foram extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e prestáveis connosco. Fizeram-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos, quase como se estivéssemos em casa. Estavam sempre disponíveis para ajudar, dar sugestões e garantir que não nos faltava nada. Esse cuidado e atenção fizeram toda a diferença na nossa experiência. O pequeno-almoço também foi um ponto muito positivo — bastante completo, variado e muito saboroso. Era notório o cuidado na preparação e a qualidade dos produtos. Além disso, o riad em si é muito bonito, com uma decoração típica encantadora que nos fez sentir ainda mais a essência de Marrocos. A localização é excelente, muito perto de tudo, o que facilitou bastante a nossa estadia e deslocações.

O ponto menos positivo da nossa estadia foi a questão da higiene, principalmente nas casas de banho e nos lençóis, que poderiam estar mais bem cuidados. Sentimos que este é um aspeto que precisa de mais atenção para que a experiência seja totalmente confortável. Também achámos que poderiam disponibilizar mais comodidades no quarto, como champôs, outros produtos de higiene e mais toalhas, para tornar a estadia ainda mais completa e confortável.

Vår vistelse var i Januari och det var kallt både inne och ute. Frukosten serverades ute på takterrassen 🥶, hade funkat om det var 20 grader. Inne blev det än kallare, då det var väldigt fuktigt. Sängkläder var fuktiga och mögel på väggen som vi informerade hotellet om. Städningen var mindre bra och bekvämligheter så som tvål fanns inte. Förvaring för väskor och kläder existerade inte. Rummet var väldigt trångt för 4:a sängar. Förvaring var dock ett problem vi ofta stötte på och möjligheter att torka handdukar eller hänga upp kläder var ett problem. Vår vistelse hade varit trevligare om klimatet varit bättre.

La propreté du riad laissant à désirer. Draps tachés, taie déchirée. Locaux, salle de bains très vétustes, piscine à repeindre car négligée et craquelée. Tapis au sol sales et trop vieux, feuilles de plantes et vieilles plantes poussiéreuses...aurait besoin d'un grand changement propreté, ménage et coup de neuf

L’accueil des personnel était top

Pas comme sur les photo. La piscine était sale, pareille pour la chambre, douche bouchée et lavabo qui fuit. J ai été déçu. Je ne recommande pas. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, mais on a attendu 45 min pour être servis. J y ai passé 2 nuit et heureusement.

Desayunos muy completos, la habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy amable.

Es un acogedor alojamiento que te hace estar como en casa, por no hablar del personal, personas que te hacen sentir especial y como en casa. Mucha atención y dedicación hacia los clientes, me encanto!

Les instal·lacions han envellit i ja no es igual que a les fotografies. La piscina era buida i estàvem en plens onada de calor, hagués estat bé un detall per compensar aquest contratemps.

The boys were absolutely lovely and helpful. The place is clean and it has a little pool. A relaxing vibe.

Don’t expect perfection. It’s in the medina and things are old. There is nothing that bothered us.

The Staff were very accommodating and helpful. They were always available and answered any queries. Such a friendly place ro stay. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Easy going and relaxing.

The size of the room. Lack of closets to store clothes. One small side table for 2 people. The actual lock on the door was missing a screw. I had to insist on a room safe. The pool was minute and dirty. Lack of comfortable loungers. Only one on the roof terrace.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Value for money. The location is near to everything.

Location was great and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The riad was perfectly located in the kasbah, near restaurants and sight seeing. 15 mins walk to the Medina. Walled was extremely helpful showing us where things are and sorted our SIM with the local store. Breakfast time was amended to suit one of our day trips. Felt safe walking to and from the riad in the evening. Comfortable, clean, basic but had all we needed.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful host, authentic feeling place, nice rooftop area which you can also use to eat/chill etc outside of breakfast hours.

Somewhere to store clothes in room, maybe a bit of variety at breakfast instead of different breads. During a 4 night stay maybe room needs to be cleaned, rubbish emptied which ours wasn't.

Very good location close to the action and a close walk to many of the main attractions! The staff were so, so kind and helpful I can't thank you all enough 🙏 . The breakfast area is beautiful.

The location is great, you can walk to pretty much everywhere. The staff is very friendly.

The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly, arranged a trip for us to the Agafay Desert to ride Camels and for dinner and fire show which was great and good value for money. Location of the Riad is brilliant only a 10 minute walk to the main square, walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions, overall a really good experience.

The place was clean, the staff was super friendly and ready to help for whatever we needed. The breakfast was amazing, a big variety of options and very nice quality food. They let us check in a bit earlier and check out earlier as well, even gave us some helpful tips during our stay.

The Staff were super friendly providing answers to everything we requested and allowing us to pay over a few days due to ATM issues. The facilities were fantastic and we were well catered for with breakfasts included and any query we had being taken care off. The property was secure and accessible at all hours. The pool was fantastic providing a relaxing and chill area after our Hike up Toubkal. Amazing stay and so central to many of Marrakech's varying areas

If I had not paid for this already I would have left on the first night itself. The room was small, shabby, dark and dirty. The bathroom was a wreck. We didn't dare go back for breakfast after the first morning because it was so bad. Really poor experience.

The location in the Kasbah and the structure

The location of the Riad is quite central, Abdo the riad manager is quite friendly and helpful.

Unfortuntely the place is quite noisy we were able to hear someone playing loud music outside the riad at 1 am in the night and it didnt stop until 3 am. Also the Riad seems slightly dated,we didnot have a fridge in our room.The breakfast was also not the best when compared with our other stays during the trip.

The room is small and the property is not as nice as it looks in the pictures. It's not bad, but looks much nicer in the pictures. The bathroom is miniscule and requires a fair amount of maneuvering, though it is a creative use of space. The breakfast wasn't great. And it did take a long time. Not enough seating for all the guests, so there was a wait for space as well. We've stayed at nicer places at the same price point in Morocco so it was disappointing.

It was a brilliant Riad right in the centre of where we needed to be. After having a nightmare with Loveholidays (our hotel was closed), we found Road 46 online and it was a great price. The staff were excellent and spoke great English, French, Spanish and of course Morrocan. Even after our checkout time, they let us leave our luggage there until our late flight. Breakfast was good and Fresh.

Shower filled up with water quickly. But an easy fix for the guys there hopefully. But I didn't let this effect the 10/10 rating from us.

All the staff are very helpful and polite and will go out of their way to help. Location is fantastic.

Myself and my friend had a great stay at Riad 46! The hosts were amazing and extremely helpful! Very friendly, enthusiastic to help us. We had an early start one morning, and they arranged early breakfast for us. They also arranged discount for us in the hamman beside them.

A shorter curtain for the window wouldve been great to prevent it rubbing off you while you sleep.

The place was nice, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower with hot and cold water. There is an AC which works well. Pool was good size and refreshing. Breakfast was great served with pancakes, bread, egg, jam, butter, cheese, juice and tea/coffee. Abdul & Walid looked after us very well. And on day where we needed the breakfast earlier, it has been sorted out for us. Very good location. The Riad was walking distance from various tourist spots. Very nice accommodation and superb customer service for an affordable price. Thanks to Abdul & Walid. Highly recommended

There was a bad smell in the shower room coming from the gutter Property needs some renovation and attention to detail to meet the asking price.

The hospitality

Upon arrival we quickly decided not to stay at the property for several reasons. The room was very small, nothing like how it was advertised when we booked it. The picture of the room when we booked it did not resemble what we were given. It was very dirty, stains on the bed and towels, hair in the plug, dirt on the floor. The lock on the room door was faulty with a loose screw. There was no hair dryer, which was advertised in the room description. The air conditioning unit was inside a cupboard!? When we enquired about an excursion, they told us a price which was a lot more than what it should have been. When we said we would not be staying and were going to leave, they asked us to pay a 60 euro commission fee which was something they paid to booking.com, absolutely nothing to do with us! We refused this and left immediately.
