The whole apartment had great space for 4 people. It is like in the pictures.

That it didn't have air conditioner. You have to be prepared for the climate change and the coffee. It is sooo bad those capsules. We are coffee producers so we could tell the bad quality.

Comme par hasard une fois que nous avons communiqué nos identité la vielle et qu’ils ont vue que nous étions africains, la vielle le lendemain jour j du Check in on nous annonces que la chaudière avait un problème et on nous annule notre réservation sans même nous demandez si ça nous dérangeais de nous laver à l’eau froide , et nous avons due trouver une solution le jour même , alors que nous ne sommes pas du coins . Bizzarement d’autre amis à la famille ont pue loger dans ce rbnb sans problème !

El apartamento es excepcional. El apartamento es magnífico , enorme con dos baños y un servicio. La cocina y el salón magníficos. Ha sido de los mejores apartamentos en los que me alojado. El trato de la persona que nos atendió maravilloso , siempre repondiendo super rápido y con una atención exquisita. Sin duda repetiré en mi próxima visita a Bruselas.

The apartment was so cozy, modern and stylish that it felt like home right away. Its location was fantastic - we could walk everywhere and it was very safe. Huge windows with lovely views and lots of light. Small details like Nespresso capsules and milk pods available for us to use, umbrellas available in case it rained, slippers to use inside, a fair amount of towels for each one of us. All details that added comfort. While the weather did not allow us to use it, the apt it had a nice balcony indeed.

Mattresses were too soft for our taste but that is very personal to each person.

Great location, super clean and very helpful host

Die Unterkunft war in allen Räumen sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Ein- und Auschecken waren einfach und unkompliziert. Die Klärung einzelner Fragen war kurzfristig möglich. Der Service war sehr gut und entgegenkommend.

Not a dislike, but should report that one dining chair was broken. Only appeared to be missing a bolt, so should be easily fixed.

部屋が新しく、綺麗だった。大きな窓から見える緑に癒された。 入室もスムース。メールに送られてきたコード入力。室内に建物の鍵が置いてある。 係の人も入室日に来てくれて、使い方を教えてくれた。 質問も連絡すればすぐに回答してくれる。 スーパーや店なども少し歩けばあり、UBERやTAXIも建物のすぐ前に止まれるので、便利だった。 中心部までUBERで２０００円位。トラムも近くにある。

TVの使い方を教えてくれた。その後自分でやってみたが、よくわからなかった。 海外ではTVの使い方が、わかりにくことが多々あるので、このアパートだからという訳ではない。 言えばまた来てくれると思ったが、今回は言わなかった。

Grosse Wohnung, zwei Duschen und WC. Gute Lage, das Zentrum ist zu Fuss allerdings rund 30-40 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz ideal und viel Licht und Platz. Grosse Schränke und grosse Küche und Schlafzimmer. Eine schöne Wohnung!

Geschirr war bei Ankunft übermässig schmutzig. Geschirrspüler spülte nicht restlos sauber (Wartung nötig?). Es fehlte einen grösseren Kochtopf z.B für Pasta. Fenster unsere Ansicht nach nicht sonderlich schallisoliert. Vorhänge könnten mehr abdunkeln.

Die lage war optimal, der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar.

Everything 😊 The apartment (modern and well appointed- loved it), furnishings, amenities, the entrance, the security absolutely fab! The location is super handy with 2 tram stations so very very close (it was a breeze to zip to anywhere in the city and outskirts, eateries almost practically at your doorstep. I will come back anytime. Highly recommended 😊

Nos encanto el espacio y luz interior del apartamento, las atenciones de los anfitriones y la excelente ubicacion (en una calle muy tranquila a un minuto andando de la avenida principal, la parada de tranvia y muchos restaurantes

Como unico detalle, vendria bien in pequeño banco para maletas en la habitacion principal: en estancias cortas no llegas a deshacerlas por completo y siempre estas poniendo y sacando cosas

Tout a été parfait . Le contact avec l’agence, l’appartement, tout . Les 2 chambres avec salle de bain toilette privé, bien équipé et avec une belle terrasse qu’en été doit être parfaite . Salon, cuisine et salle à manger bien spacieux avec un balcon .

Petit point sur le chauffage par le sol un peu capricieux

It was clean, spacious and very conveniently located.

The water pressure in shower could have been better and better hot water control.

The apartment was clean, modern & spacious & with well-eqipped & supplied furniture. fittings & facilities that are as needed & worked as they should. The property appeared very well-manged & communication from the team was clear. The room, bathroom & water heaters worked well in winter with minor & short drops in water temperature. We were fine that the only TV was in the living room. The shared free-to-use industrial-standard washing machines & dryers on the 1st floor were simple to use & washed & dried our clothes well in a jiffy. The location was largely residential, quiet, near the Louise shopping street & a short 2-tram stop via frequent tram 93 to the Louise metro station that is well-connected everywhere. There are at least 2 small supermarkets within walking distance nearby but we only frequented the closer one, a Carrefour Express, which was around 250m away. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing that was due to the apartment or its facilities.

Clean, well equipped and good location

We had a nightmarish experience on the last night (Oct 11) of our 3 days stay at The Livorno. The guests in the apartment directly above us had what sounded like an ALL-NIGHT PARTY. There was non-stop, loud, pounding music and noise, people coming and going, shouting, dancing and stomping of feet all over the apartment. This went on all night. At around 2.30 am someone rang our doorbell and banged on our door a few times. This was a bit scary to us as we did not know who it was and what to expect. We were of course unable to sleep the entire night.

The location is great for us and only 30 minutes walk to tourist spots too

Wow! I liked everything a bout this apartment. The hospitality, cleanness, decorations, etc. It's quite clear that they paid attention to all details.

A little dust on fans but not a big deal for us as we didn't use them.

All of it was amazing.

Maybe have extra pillows for sleeping.

We loved our stay at the Livorno! So many great things: clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great bathroom facilities - two toilets and showers, modern furnishings/fixtures, near great restaurants/shopping/vibrant areas, friendly and helpful staff. The neighborhood felt safe and was clean. It was walkable to the city center. Our check-in was easy - Anna met us at the property to give us a facility tour and explain the doors and laundry. She also provided excellent restaurant/cafe recommendations. We were able to check in early which was fabulous after a long journey there. And we were able to store our luggage when we checked out to allow us to tour all day before our evening departure from Brussels. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, from the size of the apartment to the amenities and all the facilities. We also loved the view with the beautiful tree from the backyard.

The mattress on one of the beds was a bit hard.

The apartment was very tastefully furnished, very modern and clean. The set up was great with ample closet space and easy access to laundry. It was stocked with the basic amenities that you’d need. Very nice views from wrap-around balcony. The pictures accurately described the apartment.

We hit a warm spell so wish there was AC, but made do with the available fans and big windows that allowed for a cross breeze.

Despite being so central, the area is peaceful and feels very safe. The apartment itself is comfortable and offers plenty of privacy. Parking is available, though it comes at an additional cost. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to explore the city while enjoying a quiet retreat.

The bathroom showers could use more thorough cleaning, and there weren’t enough towels provided during my stay. Also, if you visit during the summer, the apartment tends to get quite warm. While fans are available, they may not be sufficient to keep the space comfortable on particularly hot days.

Excellent property that is well equipped with whatever you could possibly need for a short stay. In a convenient yet quiet neighborhood with nearby Carrefour supermarket and multiple restaurants.

I stayed in the duplex for 12 nights, Would be nice if complimentary cleaning is provided after a week.

Great location, clean apartment and was easy to navigate. Had 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms and a full kitchen! Space to do yoga in the morning too!

The location is great, the apartment is beautiful and clean. 2 bathrooms.. One ensuite, one in living room. The host is excellent and very easy to contact.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to this 2 level apartment. So spacious and lovely for our family of 4. Well equipped. Close to public transport and lots of places to eat within 10min walk. The immediate area did not feel unsafe. Streets well lit at night. Building manager ?Anna was lovely and responsive via whatsapp.

Second time staying! Thanks to the excellent hospitality, we will come back again. The apartment includes everything, there is no need to bring anything. Cleanliness is very important to us and we see that the host pays a lot of attention to it. Everything is clean, quiet and spacious and the staff is available for any request quickly and nicely. Nicely designed, comfortable, well equipped, good location. Good value for money

Communication was great. The apartment was extremely clean and had a good amount of amenities with fully stocked cupboards for glassware and plates etc. The property was extremely spacious and the surrounding area was ideal. Check in was easy with a message was sent the day before arrival with a code for the door. I just had to call the host upon my arrival so they could grant access to the main door downstairs then after that it was all digital. An amazing property for the price.
