Tesis sahibi Giorgia gerçekten çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Bebeğimiz de olunca ekstra sorular sormamıza rağmen her soruyu eksiksiz cevapladı ve ilgilendi. Odanın içi oldukça temiz. Kahvaltı saatinde geldi. Asansör mevcut ve bulunduğu konum gayet güvenli binanın yanında 2 polis arabası sabit duruyor. Üstelik her yere yakın. Otobüs metro hattı 600-700 metre İlerde. Yemek yiyebilecek yerler hemen konumun altında. Biz bebekli aile olarak çok memnun kaldık. Sessiz, sakin, temiz bir ortam ilgili ve yüleryüzlü karşılayanlar vardı

Sabah kahvaltıları daha zengin olabilir. Aç kalmıyoruz ama Türk kahvaltısından sonra eksik hissediliyor 😊

I loved my stay! The hosts were very attentive and helpful, and the location is great. You can walk to the Trevi Fountain in just 13 minutes, and the Colosseum is also nearby. There are supermarkets close by, which was very convenient. The room was super clean, pleasant, and cozy, and the bathroom was just as nice. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Ottima posizione, si raggiunge facilmente la stazione e la fontana di Trevi. La camera si affacciava sul Viminale.

La colazione poteva contemplare anche altre varianti: cornetto vuoto, ecc. La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. Rispetto a quanto pagato, mi aspettavo un po' di più.

Localisation idéale (pres de la Gare et du centre historique), personnel accueillant, chambre confortable avec la clim et une bonne literie.

Un peu plus de choix sur le petit déjeuner (oeuf, autre type de viennoiserie, jambon, fruit ).. mais il était déjà bien. Quelques chaines de télé en Français ou Anglais...

Amazing location, 11 minute walk from Termini station (are we were carrying 3 heavy bags), close to everything. Great instructions sent via whatsapp (with video and text) for entrance/check in. Very clean room (our family of 5 was in the apartment, with 2 separate bedrooms, sharing a washroom). Giorgia was always responsive via whatsapp, although we only saw here when we were checking out on Monday morning. Elevator, although it looked scary/old, worked well for our big luggage. It's just one set of stairs, so we used the stairs the other times.

Breakfast is simple and the same every day. We were only there for 2 days and it didn't bother us, it's nice that it's included.

Assolutamente da evitare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbarazzante. Ho alloggiato in questa “struttura” la notte scorsa, esperienza pessima!! Il prezzo pagato è completamente spropositato rispetto a quello che viene realmente offerto. Partiamo dall’accoglienza: non c’è nessuno alla reception, ci si arrangia praticamente da soli! Durante il soggiorno la luce scattava continuamente, lasciandoci spesso al buio. Una situazione assurda e decisamente non accettabile. Come se non bastasse, l’aria condizionata non funzionava, rendendo la permanenza ancora più sgradevole considerando le alte temperature di Roma in questo periodo. La colazione è un altro punto negativo: solo ed esclusivamente dolce, praticamente un cornetto accompagnato da cappuccino o caffè. Bisogna compilare un foglio e il giorno dopo la colazione viene portata in camera (chiaramente abbiamo fatto colazione al Bar). Nulla a che vedere con una vera colazione da struttura ricettiva. Poi il cosiddetto letto a castello: in realtà è un divano trasformato in letto a castello. Una soluzione davvero discutibile e poco confortevole. In sintesi: servizi scadenti, poca o nessuna assistenza, problemi strutturali, comfort insufficiente e una colazione ridicola rispetto alla foto che viene pubblicata nella loro galleria. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è semplicemente vergognoso. Non ci tornerei assolutamente e non la consiglio.

We hebben hier echt genoten bij Leonardo en Marina. De locatie is perfect met veel leuke dorpjes op rijafstand (Locorotondo, Alberrobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino). Onze overnachting was een gezellig ingerichte Trullo en er is een heerlijk groot zwembad met fijne bedden en parasols om te ontspannen. Het ontbijt van Marina is geweldig! Echt met liefde bereid en ze probeert je elke dag weer een beetje te verrassen met lokale lekkernijen. Leonardo gaf ons tips om Puglia te ontdekken en hij is ook goed per app of telefoon te bereiken voor vragen. We hebben het hier heel fijn gehad en raden iedereen deze B&B aan. Nogmaals bedankt voor de goede zorgen Leonardo en Marina!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, and the location was excellent, with many of Rome’s main attractions within a 15–20 minute walk. The staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage for several hours after check-out without any problem. They were also very flexible with breakfast and kindly served it when I returned, so everything was fresh and the cappuccino was hot. I also accidentally left my phone in the room and had no access to the entrance codes. Even though it was around 5 a.m., they answered my call immediately and helped me get inside. I really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.

The room appeared slightly larger in the booking photos than it was in reality, but it was still clean, comfortable and perfectly suitable for our short stay.

Awesome place to stay close to the Colosseum. The service and breakfast are great. The place is quiet, a short walk from the train station and most tourist attractions in Rome.

Giorgia was more than helpful. She was so sweet in assisting with our tickets for the train, she responded to all of my messages very quickly. The location of the accommodation was very convenient as it is close to the train and metro station, and there are some good restaurants around. It didn't take long time walking to some of the city amenities.

The pictures on the booking.com were showing much better shape of rooms. Maybe it was just our experience but the walls were not painted and looked damaged. Pillows were extremely thin, so that was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen didn't have cups or much of the necessities. Breakfast was the same, and coffee offered was not good.

The room was spacious, there was an elevator option. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was always on time and as we requested. The location was great.

Our room was over the main door to the building and the door was quite squeaky. We could hear it every time someone went in and out.

We liked the location, thw bed was comfortable and tbe room made up each day was nice. Good air con. The owner was always quick to respond to messages and they sent us entering instructions in good time. Great for restaurants and shops.

The walls between the rooms were thin and definitely not soundproof as advertised on Booking.com. Breakfast not great, croissants weren't fresh, only allowed one coffee and there were no facilities in the common area to make a drink during the day.

Bon emplacement, 10 mn de la gare Termini et de Ste Marie Majeure, 25 mn à pied de la Fontaine de Trévi. Chambre tout à fait correcte, bonne literie. La propriétaire très sympa et arrangeante. Personnel souriant. Bon petits-déjeuners servis en chambre aux heures convenues. Bâtiment bien sécurisé. Nous avons apprécié l'envoi sur le portable de petites vidéos explicatives pour l'entrée et les codes.

Dostupnost do centra a množství restaurací v okolí. Snídani nám přinesl personál do pokoje na čas, který jsme si určili den předem. Lednička na pokoji byla fajn.

V bytě číslo 6 s terasou byla tma, vchod na terasu byl jediným zdrojem přírodního světla. Terasa byla do vnitrobloku a zadělaná rákosím. Těšili jsme se na posezení, ale bohužel řemeslníci poblíž budovali a tak byl slyšet od rána velký hluk. Také jsou ve vnitrobloku všude na stěnách vývody klimatizací a ventilací vůbec. Je třeba počítat s tím, že to není žádná romantika. Museli jsme nakonec terasu zavřít a snídat v pokoji s rozsvíceným světlem.

The pillows- no bounce in them, they weren't replaced in a long time. This gave me an uncomfortable sleep and a really bad neck and back. Having to let them know what time you want your coffee/ breakfast - we would have liked access to the kitchen to make our own coffee/ breakfast

Stanza a adatta a tre persone (due adulti un bambino) posizione perfetta vicina a tutto, letti ottimi (non dormo mai bene fuori casa, qui sì), pulito e con tutto il necessario. Comodità della colazione in camera e del check in autonomo.

Colazione standard dolce ma un po' uno spreco se non mangi tutto quello che portano o s preferisci colazione salata.

You can tell this was once a real hotel and we paid for a real hotel, but it was underwhelming. The only communication was via WhatsApp and paper. There is a reception desk but no one there. The air was stale and the showers had poor shower heads.

This place is sweet. It's a little old but that's the charm. The breakfast in the morning is huge and lovely. It's location is great we could walk to trevi fountain and Colosseum.

Opravdu skvělá komunikace s personálem, dobré místo poblíž Colosea, skvělá dostupnost od vlakového nádraží, čistý pokoj i koupelna přestože zařízení a nábytek byly už staršího data.

U našeho pokoje č. 1 byla sice terasa, ale z ní nebyl vůbec žádný výhled. Celá terasa byla obehnána záclonami a závěsy, přes které nešlo pomalu vidět ani denní svit a čerstvý vzduch. Bohužel ani snídaně nás nenadchla, která byla velmi chudá.

It's our 2nd time at the Locanda, and their staff continues to be friendly and helpful. The place is clean, convenient, and safe.

The condition of the bathroom was wanting. Water pressure was erratic as was the hot water. The shower fixture was wobbly, and the main shower head (out of one head and one hand shower) was not working. In addition the hair dryer was also on a loose fixture.

Basic older room amenities and breakfast worth max. 4 EUR / person do not correspond at all to the price paid (190 EUR / night). The photos on the website are much more better than reality. Ceiling light in the bathroom - just a bulb without a cover, rusty towel holders. Cracks in the walls. For breakfast for two people we asked for two cappuccinos and one tea for breakfast, they said it was not possible, we got 1 cappuccino and one tea + 2x basic juice + 2x croissants + 2x basic yogurt + 2x biscuit + 2x one pack of butter + 2x small jam. Ham or cheesse was not in the offer even if they are in pictures on web. The water for the tea was heated in the microwave. Overal - the breakfast was the biggest fail for us!

El apartamento está cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías donde puedes disfrutar de comida excelente a la romana. El lugar es seguro, lo cual se agradece cuando llegas a altas horas de la noche. Giorgia la anfitriona es excelente y transmite la información a la llegada de forma muy eficiente y durante los horarios de recepción está muy atenta a cualquier petición. La limpieza es excelente y las camareras de piso y personal es superamable y sorprendentemente se habla en español!! Mil gracias por todo

Las instalaciones necesitan alguna reforma, nosotros viajábamos por trabajo y nos alojamos en el apartament0. La wifi tampoco tenía una conexión muy estable.
