Conveniently central but without being in a really busy area. Ideal. Small but with excellent facilities and staffing.

A beautiful hotel in the old part of Palma but very close to everything. The attention to detail was exceptional and the staff were so lovely. Breakfast was lovely and great cocktails in the bar. The perfect place to spend a few days.

We liked the breakfast - particularly because we could also order off of the menu. But a special shout-out goes to Daniella who went above and beyond the call to meet our needs relative to observing to eclipse.

Arranged a private transfer through the hotel, driver not there and had to wait 40 minutes for pick up. The hotel were apologetic and reimbursed us for half the fare.

Great location in the old town, real friendly helpful staff, great room, clean throughout and excellent breakfast. Roof top and plunge pool were a bonus and the spa facilities were great. Daniela on the front desk was particularly helpful in sorting and making our stay a memorable one.

This place doesn't feel like a hotel but rather like home! My girlfriend and me greatly enjoyed the hospitality, the wonderful decor and facilities. I would come back without hesitation. To illustrate the hospitality let me just say that they open the spa for you in the middle of the night!

Von vorne bis hinten einfach perfekt. Ein langes Wochenende, an dem mir jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen wurde. Wunderbare Architektur, die das Historische respektiert, und mit tollem und zeitgemäßem Komfort kombiniert. Ein abschließender Lunch, liebevoll zubereitet, mit lokalem Fisch und netter kreativer Note, war neben den atemberaubenden Cocktails an der Bar eines der absoluten Highlights. Pool auf dem Dach nett zum „Dippen“, der Pool und Spa im Keller einzigartig und entspannend. Ich komme wieder, das nächste Mal mit meiner Frau.

Es gab wirklich absolut gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Tout, Nous ne sommes pas habitués aux établissements de ce standing, mais nous avons tout adoré. L'accueil parfait, les conseils pour découvrir la ville, le personnel aimable et aux petits soins (nous sommes arrivés très tôt le 1er jour, mais la chambre étant prête nous avons pu en prendre possession, le petit dej nous a été offert ce jour-ci aussi) La chambre sublime, avec un lit de qualité. Le spa (piscine un peu fraîche) avec la piscine sur le rooftop (petite mais plus chaude). Le petit déjeuner avec du choix et hyper bon. La bouteille de vin qui nous attendait dans notre chambre pour le dernier soir. Bref, si nos finances nous le permettent nous essayerons de revenir avec plaisir.

The staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. In a fabulous boutique hotel that made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A welcome cocktail and ‘checking in’ whilst sitting in the lounge was a special touch and felt a bit more personal. The roof top pool area is just stunning, we were pleasantly surprised with its facilities, everything you could wish for, pool towels parasols as well as a pool service offering lunch drinks etc… never felt busy, in fact most of the time had it to ourselves. Lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. And the sun stayed up on the roof till very late if you wanted to make the most of the sunshine . Breakfast was just exceptional with plenty of choice. Location just perfect, walking distance to everywhere, only few steps from the main ramblas.

We absolutely loved our 3 nights at Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume. The highlights were the outstanding staff at front desk, at the bar and in the restaurant. They were all genuinely outstanding. The girls on the front desk were unbelievably helpful. The room was a good size, bathroom was huge. The floor to ceiling glass doors were lovely opened in the morning hearing the children go to school nearby. The bar area is small but plenty of seating and an incredibly well stocked bar. The bar staff were superb. Breakfast was outstanding. The rooftop area is gorgeous later in the day to chill out after a hot day in Palma. A lovely touch was having bar service up there. The building itself is stunning and the history of it is fascinating. The location is superb. We’ve been to Palma many times but staying here we discovered many new fab places to eat & drink. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel and would definitely stay here again. One tiny point, at check in it would be good to know that the restaurant isn’t open on a Monday & Tuesday. We saved Tuesday, our last night, to eat in the hotel as the reviews are excellent but unfortunately we didn’t know the restaurant was closed that night. The lovely girl on the desk did suggest an amazing place to have cocktails then somewhere local to eat that served the most fabulous tapas, so all wasn’t lost 😂

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is small but incredibly cozy and charming. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were beautifully presented. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary gifts, which made our stay feel even more special. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and full of character, preserving the authentic charm of the building. The hotel’s location is also perfect for exploring the city on foot.

There was very little to dislike. The only suggestion would be to heat the indoor pool, as it was a bit cold. However, the small saunas were excellent and made the spa experience very enjoyable.

Das Hotel liegt inmitten der Fußgängerzone in der Nähe der Rambla. Aufgrund des angebotenen Valet-Parkservices hat man keinen Stress und kann das Auto auch mal kurz vor dem Hotel parken. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um ein restauriertes Herrenhaus mit wunderschönen und liebevollen Details. Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstück hervorragend. Uns wurde wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das einzig störende war tatsächlich der Lärm in der Nacht. Obwohl wir in den Nebensaison gereist sind, war es nachts aufgrund von Straßenreinigungsarbeiten und dem Leeren von Mülltonnen sehr laut. Wie schon aufgeführt handelt es sich um ein altes Herrenhaus, weswegen die Schallisolierung eben einfach zu kurz kommt.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again very happily. We were flying home that evening of the day we checked out and and we were able to leave our luggage there and use the spa facilities while we waited. Breakfast was delicious, and the spa and rooftop terrace are both beautiful spaces

Unfortunately the noise from the street was very bad when we went to bed. This is probably due to it being a listed building with old/original windows but I had to use earplugs and was still woken repeatedly by noise

The Property is outstanding it is perfection so clean and stylish We loved it and can’t wait to go back .

This is an exceptional hotel. I’ve stayed in great 5* hotels before but the difference with The Gloria is the personal touch and atmosphere. I felt taken care of as soon as I walked in the door to a warm smile and welcome.

Très bruyant, les matelas bradés de boutons durs que l’on sent dans le lit, les mauvaises odeurs parfois, la différence entre le descriptif et la réalité- par exemple le petits déjeuner n’a rien d’exceptionnel, la piscine du haut est en fait un bassin d’un mètre quinze de profondeur d’1 m50 de large et 3 m de longueur-. Pour moi ce n’est absolument pas un 5 étoiles.

The rooftop sunbathing area is fantastic for a few hours of relaxation before heading out on excursions. The spa area in the basement is perfect for evening relaxation.

It’s only place for improvement. I would suggest the Coffee machine at the breakfast as it takes time while the waitress is gathering the orders and preparing a coffee individually for everyone. Breakfast is very special and individually made.

Spa opening times misleading.When I arrived at 8. 20 there was no sign at door that spa was not to be used,as pool was being cleaned. When in pool someone told me to get out and to come back in an hour!? Steam room did not function the day before. Small problems, but annoying at time . Window in room did not open as wood seemed swollen.

A conseiller pour vos vacances ..situé au cœur de Palma ,à 500 m de tout ,dans un décor de rêve , bâtisse en pierre et bois a l image de Palma , chambre luxueuse,en matériaux anciens ,accueil formidable , d une délicatesse que l on ne trouve pratiquement plus dans nos hôtels 5 étoiles français !tout y est…le personnel à votre disposition totale avec le sourire , un verre d accueil vous est offert , une fois dans votre chambre , encore une attention particulière,on vous offre une bouteille de vin à déguster, accompagné de petits macarons …un personnel adorable.. une superbe literie … et que dire du petit déjeuner ou tout vous est proposé…pour passer un superbe week-end en couple rien de mieux que cet hôtel !! L hôtel, le personnel est à l image de la ville , des majorcains , accueillant et sympathique… nous français avons vraiment besoins de nous remettre en question au niveau tourisme et communication

Der Service, das Personal, war perfekt. Sehr zuvorkommend und hat wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich sehr gut (mitten in der Altstadt) aber das bieten auch andere. Wie gesagt, der Service ist das besondere in diesem Hotel.

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones que tenia. El servicio excelente, el personal nos aconsejó sitios y lugares para visitar. El hotel queda a 10 minutos andando de casi todas las atracciones. Tiene un spa super acogedor y relajante. No tengo nada malo que decir. Me encantó

Me gustó todo. El desayuno buffet tenía poca variedad de comida pero como se puede elegir del menú fue muy satisfactorio.

Aamiainen oli kohtalainen, hieman niukan puoleinen ja tilatut annokset viipyivät turhan pitkään. Maku sinänsä erinomainen. Aamiaisen tilaaminen oli hitaanpuoleista, ilmeisesti henkilökuntaa ei riiottävästi paikalla näin off season. Huoneet siistit, mutta hieman kuluneen oloiset.

The staff above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had a lovely stay. The service was personal and friendly, from booking restaurants recommending things to do as well as the cocktails from their beautiful bar. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel - if you go try the Haka!! One of the best cocktails we’ve had 🤩

The hotel has a beautiful design and atmosphere, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the reception staff as well as the cleaning ladies were very polite, friendly, and always smiling. Check-in, check-out, and room service were quick and smooth, which I truly appreciated. The hotel has a great atmosphere, beautiful interior, and most of the staff were pleasant and professional.

Breakfast – The food was absolutely not fresh, clearly reheated in the microwave and tasteless. None of the dishes we tried were enjoyable. It really felt like the chef did not put effort or passion into the preparation. For me, breakfast was the weakest point of the whole stay. 2. Breakfast staff – Not very welcoming or friendly, which created a negative impression in the mornings. 3. Rooftop pool service – Extremely inconvenient organization of orders. I placed my order through the hotel’s app/website, but the restaurant staff downstairs never received it. I had to call by phone to make sure they checked the system, and only after my call they noticed my order. This is very frustrating for a guest. 4. Shower in the room – The shower handle was not fixed properly and kept rotating, making it very uncomfortable to use.

Wry friendly, convenient clean what a joy!!

This hotel is FABULOUS! The design of the entire hotel was so elegant and gorgeous and meticulously maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I loved going up on the terrace and laying by the pool and then going down into the spa which had a really cool underground pool and sauna. It is a small hotel, only 14 rooms so it was like having the whole place to ourselves! The breakfast every morning was delicious, I loved making my way down the menu. We also ate dinner here and it was all just great. I was genuinely so sad when it was time to check out :( I will definitely be back!!

What a find, a beautiful Hotel in the center of Palma away from the crowds. Staff were fantastic and the rooftop sun deck / poll were a real bonus. Breakfast was superb.

Amazing service, personalized touches everyday of our stay. Staff are super attentive and lovely overall. We needed to checkout early due to a 6am flight and they packed us a picnic breakfast and helped organize our bags.
