Location is good and it was very quiet in our 9th floor room.

The water pressure was terrible and we couldn’t take showers in the morning. Luckily we were just staying one night.

It is so small, which I knew from the booking but you have nowhere to store your belongings. The carpet was stained. You’re unable to open a window so it is just recycled aircon which isn’t ideal. One side of the bed is up against a wall so very little room to move. I only stayed here for 2 nights thankfully but it was not worth the money. The room is not cleaned between days, you have to request fresh linen if you want.

Lovely comfortable and considered space. I had a window view over Charring Cross Rd which was well soundproofed. The bed was really comfortable Very convenient for Leicester Square & surrounding area. As for the rabbits... well those are just the icing on the cake!.

Reception area felt a little dark and intimidating... but you're only in it to check in. I suggest more pink rabbits.

The location is hard to beat: right on Leicester Square. We stayed on the 7th floor and the view was absolutely spectacular. The room was spacious, clean, and even came with a balcony.

There is no proper hotel lobby, just self check-in – because apparently even saying hello has now become an optional extra. Without any prior notice, we were given an accessible room. That in itself would have been absolutely fine. What was rather less fine was the fascinating approach to interior design. The bathroom was enormous – easily 12 m² – yet somehow the designers managed to create all that space without providing a single useful surface for toiletries. Nothing. Nada. Not even a hook for the bath towels. The sink, meanwhile, was comically tiny at around 40 cm wide. And hand towels? Apparently an unnecessary luxury. There wasn’t even a toilet brush. Quite how guests are expected to deal with certain… unavoidable situations remains one of the hotel’s little mysteries. The bedroom continued the minimalist theme rather enthusiastically: virtually no surfaces, no chair, and hardly any hooks for wet clothes. There wasn’t even a kettle or any of the other basic amenities one would normally expect in a hotel room. Apparently, the minimalist concept extends not only to furniture, but also to hospitality. But the true masterpiece was the lighting system. There were NINE light switches in the room. Nine. Unfortunately, only three appeared to do anything, and even those required some mysterious combination worthy of an escape room. Want to use the bathroom at night? Excellent. First illuminate most of the room and wake up your partner. We eventually developed our own highly sophisticated solution: before going to bed, we UNSCREWED THE LIGHT BULBS. Yes, in a London hotel in 2026, our nightly routine included manually dismantling the lighting system so one person could use the toilet without waking the other. Brilliant. Then there was the balcony. A lovely idea, especially considering the fantastic 7th-floor view. Unfortunately, someone thoughtfully placed a roughly 2-meter-high wall directly between the balcony and said fantastic view.

O processo de ck in foi caótico. Enquanto estávamos a fazer o ck in a staff parou o processo 5 x para atender outros hóspedes em checkout. Inclusive quando estávamos a pagar o early check in o cartão bloqueou porque nos fizeram esperar 3x com o processo a meio. O quarto estava mal limpo e cheirava imenso a esgoto. A porta do chuveiro não fechava.

Znakomita lokalizacja dla tych, którzy chcą zwiedzać i korzystać z wydarzeń kulturalnych. Świetne śniadania w lokalu z którego roztacza się panorama Londynu. Sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa.

Małe łóżko. Miało tylko 140 cm szerokości. to mało jak na dwie dorosłe osoby. Pokój był mały i stosunkowo ciemny, gdyż był na pierwszym piętrze z widokiem na blisko znajdującą się ścianę brudnego podwórka. Uciążliwe były odgłosy przejeżdżających pod budynkiem pociągów metra, szczególnie w nocy.

L'unica cosa davvero non buona è la mancata pulizia giornaliera almeno del pavimento (moquette!!!) per il resto ottima camera (con grande finestra!!! SUPER!!!), ottima posizione e staff MOLTO gentile. Potreste però evitare di far pagare (15 sterline!!!) il parcheggio bagagli l'ultimo giorno dato che la struttura non è proprio economy... Absolutely nothing. I have stayed in hotels ranging from very basic budget accommodation to luxury hotels, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such an unpleasant, disrespectful, uncomfortable and frustrating stay.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that several policies and additional charges were not clearly communicated before booking. Had I known about them beforehand, I would have chosen another hotel. The most shocking part was the luggage policy. We had already paid in full for four nights and informed the hotel through Booking.com that we would be arriving early. We understood that early check-in was not guaranteed, but being charged an additional £15 simply to leave two standard-sized suitcases until check-in was completely unreasonable. We were paying guests arriving for our stay - not people who had already checked out. We were then told we would have to pay another £15 to store our luggage after check-out. Ironically, on our last day, another receptionist allowed us to leave the exact same two suitcases until the evening completely free of charge, making it difficult to understand why we were charged in the first place. Housekeeping also had to be specifically requested every morning within certain hours; otherwise, the room would not be cleaned. This was not clearly communicated before booking. The hotel itself had an uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere. I would not have felt comfortable staying there alone. The room was poorly designed, and we experienced repeated plumbing issues, including a blocked toilet from the moment we arrived and a blocked sink. Most interactions with the staff were unpleasant, and we often felt like an inconvenience when asking for basic things such as an extra towel or blanket. We chose this hotel because it was cheaper, not because we expected luxury. However, the unexpected charges, poor maintenance and customer service made us regret our decision. Had I known about these policies and issues before booking, I would have chosen another hotel without hesitation.

הייתה תקלה במזגן ונפלנו על השבוע הכי חם שהיה שם, למרות זאת איך שדיווחנו באותה שעה נשלח טכנאי מאוד חברותי לסדר את התקלה. אבל לגמרי אפשר להבליג על זה, לונדון בכללי לא יודעת להתמודד עם חום כבד

A wonderfully clean and well-kept room in the heart of London, with very lovely and friendly staff at reception. I will definitely be back.

Instead of a large, rabbit sculpture in the room, would be better and more helpful to have a table and a chair.

La première chambre que l’on a eu avait la Clim en panne et tant mieux car c’était vraiment très petit et quasi sans fenêtre.. la deuxième était top et c’est celle que l’on avait réservé d’après les photos booking..? Un peu cher mais c’est Londres au centre donc..

The location was excellent in good walking distance to many top attractions in the west end and beyond. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was basic but not bland so it met our expectations. Breakfast in the nearby partner Hotel Indigo was excellent with wonderful rooftop views of London

The room was decent however the bed wasn’t very comfortable and only two flat pillows were provided for the two of us. My husband woke up with backache because of the bed

Posizione eccezionale!, a piedi raggiungi tutti i posti più importanti, sotto l’hotel c’è una fermata di bus e a pochi metri la fermata della metro.Struttura molto carina e insonorizzata, ottima l’aria condizionata regolabile dalla stanza; Sei al centro e vicino a tutto, la Zona è servita da bar, ristoranti e tutto quello che occorre, zona anche molto sicura sia di giorno che di sera. Lo staff è super gentile e sempre a disposizione. Pulizia della stanza molto buona, anche se bisogna chiedere la pulizia giornaliera della stanza.

Stanze un po troppo piccole, mancano piani di appoggio per gli oggetti e per appendere i vestiti, manca un frigo bar in stanza che sarebbe molto utile. Le finestre non possono aprirsi, sarebbe utile per far arieggiare la stanza anche se comunque sono dotate di riciclo dell’aria.

er was geen ontbijt, er was geen tv. Persoon was op zich wel oke maar het was echt vervelend om constant te moeten vragen of je kamer verschoond wilt hebben. Beter in 1 keer alles opvoeren in het systeem. Daarnaast vind ik hygiëne ontzettend belangrijk. Light of full cleaning het hoort gewoon volledig worden gedaan. Ik heb namelijk smetvrees. Kamer was ontzettend klein. Geen ruimte om spullen op te bergen

De locatie is geweldig! Ondanks dat het buiten druk is, heb je er geen last van in de kamer. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De kamer zijn klein maar wel netjes en prima voor een stedentrip! Wij zijn hier nu voor de 2e keer wezen overnachten, en beide keren waren wij blij met het verblijf :D

Bedden zijn prima! ik vond alleen dit keer de kussens wat hard. Helaas sloot onze douche deur niet goed. Voor de rest hadden wij helemaal geen min punten!

À côté d'un arrête de bus, d'un arrêt de métro. À deux pas de trafalgar square et de china Town. Je sais déjà que pour mon prochain séjour, j'y resterai.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue, avec une vue tout simplement magnifique. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Eles cobram 15£ por mala para deixar guardado antes do checkin ou depois do checkout. Como tínhamos 2 malas pequenas e 2 mochilas seriam 60£ antes do checkin e mais 60€ depois do checkout. O problema todo é que eles não avisam isso antes da reserva. Não está informado na política do hotel e você recebe a surpresa depois. Além disso, o quarto é muito pequeno e o banheiro é minúsculo. Eles só limpam o quarto, trocam toalhas e colocam papel higiênico se você pedir. Se você não pedir não fazem.

위치가 아주 좋았어요 레스터스퀘어 역에서 5분이내 거리였고 트라팔가광장 내셔널갤러리 초상화미술관도 바로 인접해 있어요 주변에 식당도 많았고 활기가 넘쳤어요 조식이 맛있었고 식당에서 런던 시내가 훤히 내려다 보이는 일종의 전망대 였어요

주말엔 조식 먹던 식당이 클럽처럼 변해서 11시 정도까지 음악소리와 약간의 진동이 있었습니다 제 숙소가 9층이라 바로 식당 밑이라 더 잘 느껴졌던 거 같네요

Una delle due camere prenotate era veramente opprimente per quanto era piccola non sapevi come muoverti in due, l’altra leggermente più agevole e abbiamo pagato lo stesso prezzo per entrambe quindi non ci è stato dato quello per cui abbiamo pagato nelle condizioni. Inoltre dovevi richiedere la pulizia della stanza se la volevi (l’abbiamo scoperto per caso in un messaggio scritto in ascensore l’ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno nessuno al check in ce lo ha detto). Ci hanno fornito un solo asciugamano per persona per i tre giorni che siamo stati lì. Poi ci hanno mandato a fare colazione in un altro hotel poco distante dove abbiamo per fortuna trovato un’ottima colazione.

Lo mejor del hotel , sin duda, la ubicación. La cama era pequeña pero cómoda.

No limpian la habitación si no pasas más de 4 noches, siendo el suelo de moqueta podrían aspirar cada día. Pagué más por una habitación con ventana y era minúscula, con vistas a una pared y no se podía abrir, así que 4 días sin ventilar la habitación. En el baño la luz no funcionaba, solo una lucecita lila insuficiente para ver algo. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien y el agua salia más por la manguera rota que por la alcachofa.

Ho prenotato una camera per due ma una volta entrati in camera era per una persona. Camera piccolissima, un solo comodino e asciugami per una persona. Dovevamo chiedere ogni giorno gli asciugamani. Aria condizionata centralizzata a 20 gradi, dentro la camera faceva molto freddo dato che era minuscola. Scendiamo nella hall dal personale, dopo aver detto che in camera era molto freddo, hanno risposto che era la prima volta che succedeva una cosa simile. Aria condizionata a 20 gradi con 24 gradi esterni. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Londra, non sceglierò questa struttura.

Siitä että tuuletus ei toiminut ja pyysimme useastu, että se katsottaisiin. Sitten se aina toimi 10 minuuttia ja sammui. Jouduimme aina selittämään ongrlman uudelle henkilölle. Yöt oli tukalan kuumia. Huone oli siksi kuuma ja suihku lisäsi sitä, koska meillä ei ollut ikkunaa. Pieni hyvitys olisi kohdallaan.

The fact that we couldn’t open any window, the clima was always on at a very low temperature although we kept closing it. We had to ask down at the reception to clean our room. No fridge to keep at least cold water or to store something savory we had bought. No closet, just a few hangers on a tiny rack.

Fantastic location, easy check in, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Decently sized shower, some clever aspects to the compact layout (there is a short rack of coat hangers above the bedside table and under-bed suitcase storage) and greatly appreciated the air conditioning.

Would have been nice to have a hand towel (towels generally were a bit flimsy), there was an odd hole in our bathroom mirror and unfortunately some of the light switches seemed to be out of order. Room felt a little dark as a result, even on bright sunny days. Ventilation could have been better, sink was v tiny, and while it wasn’t a problem for us - as a good to know there’s no fridge/cold storage/chair/table in the cosy room, and it was cramped with the suitcase open (the rabbit sculpture could just have not been there and given us a bit of extra space). Aaand the kink(?) theming was a bit odd.

Appena arrivati, abbiamo notato che la struttura non dispone di una vera e propria hall o di un servizio di accoglienza. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in autonomamente tramite un tablet e siamo andati direttamente in camera, senza alcuna assistenza da parte del personale. Già durante la prima notte, l'allarme dell'aria condizionata ha iniziato a suonare ripetutamente. Abbiamo segnalato il problema il giorno seguente e ci è stato riferito che sarebbe stato risolto. In realtà, l'allarme è stato semplicemente disattivato nelle ore mattutine, mentre durante la notte l'aria condizionata continuava a non funzionare correttamente, mostrando un avviso relativo alla necessità di sostituire i filtri. Inoltre, la qualità dell'aria non era particolarmente piacevole. Il secondo giorno, al mattino, ci siamo recati all'ultimo piano per fare colazione, visto che la colazione viene pubblicizzata come uno dei servizi della struttura. Arrivati lì, abbiamo trovato l'area completamente demolita e trasformata in un vero e proprio cantiere aperto. Solo in quel momento ci è stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto recarci in un altro hotel, situato a circa 150 metri, per poter fare colazione. Riteniamo che una situazione del genere avrebbe dovuto essere comunicata chiaramente già in fase di prenotazione, così da permettere agli ospiti di scegliere consapevolmente se soggiornare o meno nella struttura durante i lavori. Anche il servizio di pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Gli asciugamani non vengono sostituiti regolarmente e bisogna richiederli ogni volta, così come la carta igienica. La camera viene pulita e sistemata solamente ogni quattro giorni e, nonostante il soggiorno sia durato 8 notti, è stata effettuata una sola pulizia completa, senza che venisse effettuata la seconda prevista. Non è previsto un frigobar e tantomeno non dispongono neanche di un frigo per venderti una bottiglietta d'acqua. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti molto delusi dal soggiorno.

Location is brilliant . View from our room was amazing ( larger room city view 9th floor ) free wifi was a bonus. Lovely and clean in the room .Was able to check in at 2pm . Air con was too notice in rooms

There’s a awful smell in the hallways - like dirty unwashed washing - I think it’s because there’s no windows so it can’t be aired out - but they need to sort that it’s disgusting. Get some oil water air smelly things or something! Lifts and hallways hot which is a shame after coming out a nice cool room. The charge to store bags is ridiculous! Every other hotel I’ve stayed in London they don’t charge!

Het personeel van de dag van aankomst. De airco werkte niet, en om 23 u 30 kregen we pas een andere kleinere kamer dan geboekt. We hebben van de accommodatie geen vergoeding gekregen, ze ontkende,booking geeft een tegoed bon.

The location was good.

The air-conditioning didn't work during the hottest day and took several tries to fix it. When checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage for a couple of hours at the designated area by the reception. That's when we were told it's 15 pound PER EACH ITEM. There wasn't even a locked area or room, just an open area by reception. Completely unacceptable and a total rip-off.

There was a problem with the air-conditioning on the floor we were on which couldn’t be resolved and the hotel was full… we were moved (as well as other guests) to another hotel. On a side note the rooftop bar was closed and still being promoted which didn’t go down well with a lot of guests.

Ubicación excelente. El desayuno está muy bien (aunque no se realiza en el propio hotel, sino en un hotel cercano a unos 3 minutos andando). La habitación es básica pero cómoda.

La única pega es el cobro de 15 libras por maleta en la consiga del hotel, me parece excesivo (hemos estado en otros hoteles y el servicio de consiga era gratuito)
