The room was beautifully decorated, it was immaculately presented and in a perfect location. The hotel was very comfortable with some lively additional touches from the relaxation area to the teas, coffees and biscuits provided. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A superb location, complemented by courteous touches right from the start, an extremely attentive cleaning staff throughout the sejour and also a daily surprise breakfast, because was not mentioned at the time of booking, consisting of biscuits, toast, jam, and various types of espresso. The property offers easy access not only to three vaporetto stations, including those connecting to Piazzale Roma for airport transfers, but also to Venice's main attractions; St. Mark's Square is just a leisurely 15-minute walk away, for example. And if you plan to visit more distant locations or the islands (a travel pass is an incomparably more convenient option than individual tickets) these stations are just a few minutes away from Ai Cherubini.

I couldn’t find the remote for the thermostat so it got a little hot at night.

The location is decent enough but not as close to the centre as has been advertised. The rooms were small but clean and were serviced daily also which is good.

The reception was open for a very short time daily so if there were any questions or questions for guidance no one was available. Some basic upfront information about the place, what to do and what not should be provided to customers so they save time

The deluxe room is gorgeous and spacious. The showers are fantastic with great pressure and towel warming wracks . I love the table and chairs with the lovely breakfast nook . The woman checking us in was multilingual and more than pleasant and gracious. The room has good ac. There was not a single negative and any one should love their stay there !

Staff amicable and helpful, very easy to communicate with. Location was spot on, very central yet quiet at night. Room was spacious, clean and definitely much nicer than on pictures.

This hotel is more like an apartment but with the perks of room cleaning. Our room was so spacious, including the bathroom. Decor was classic and beautifully done. Bed was really comfortable. Overall, loved this place.

Very beautiful and elegant hotel. Close to restaurants and shops. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

I only saw the front desk person the first day when I checked in. I had questions the next day and needed help and the front desk closes at 4:00 PM, that day they left earlier. Having a front desk person is important, specially on a touristy area like Venice.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful! Our room was ready early which was fantastic since we had an overnight flight and were extremely tired.

Lovely room whose decor makes you feel like you're in Venice even when you're inside the room. Espresso maker inside the room with coffee pods. Good location with vaporetto access nearby. Nice sitting area outside of our room where cookies were provided. The host was very helpful.

Breakfast of drip coffee & packet of toast is sad , in a city of fresh bread & extraordinary coffee - sad for me as I did not have the time/leisure to go out & enjoy breakfast in the area as had to go directly to the airport at a very early time - that was just my personal destiny 🥲

The bed covers were damp and when I got home all my clothes in my case were still damp, I ended up with a sore throat after my night sleeping in damp bed covers, on the day I arrived they had no one on reception desk so no one to talk to about my room, in the morning I was leaving early so didn’t have time to talk with anyone about my experience.

Toilet flooded with urine and paper shower flooded that was start to our day. Went out not showered for the day back at 1420 floor still wet up to bed. Once we did get in the rest of the night barraged with mosquitoes. Should have moved our room. Half fee for the day back we lost the entire day from 8a to mid afternoon. They were like it happens yes of course fix it. So mis guided on this site and I use it often

Alles war wunderschön! Die Organisation durch die Rezeption per WhatsApp hat wunderbar funktioniert. Ganz hervorzuheben sind die kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zum Frühstück, obwohl es offiziell kein Frühstück gab! Das Vaporetto ist nur 3 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erkunden.

The hotel is a stunning example of Venetian style, boasting a truly classical and regal atmosphere. The intricate detail of the furnishings is remarkable, creating the perfect ambiance for a romantic escape in the heart of the city. We were particularly impressed by Linda at reception, whose warmth and helpfulness truly enhanced our stay. Upon mentioning our anniversary, the team went above and beyond, arranging a thoughtful welcome letter and a chilled bottle of Prosecco in our room, a truly beautiful touch. The location is equally impressive; it is exceptionally accessible by boat and ideally situated for exploration. We found ourselves just moments away from the city's historical treasures, including a pleasant 15-minute stroll to the Rialto Bridge and easy access to Piazza San Marco.

While the hotel itself was faultless, I would offer one practical piece of advice for future guests: avoid leaving the windows open, particularly in the evenings. Given the hotel's charming proximity to the canals, mosquitoes can become a bit of a nuisance. We made this mistake ourselves, but the staff were incredibly attentive and immediately remedied the situation by providing additional repellent units for our room.

Quite neighbourhood. Staff fantastic. Felt like we were staying in rooms of old Venice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stone floor in our room was chipping and had to be careful not to get sand in the bed.

The furnishings throughout the hotel were absolutely beautiful. There was also a shared lounge area which have chairs and coffee and biscuits. It was decorated beautifully. Linda on reception was exceptionally helpful.

Tesisin konumu mükemmel. Merkez tren istasyonunda indikten sonra yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Büyük kanalı 2euro karşılığında gondol ile geçebilirsiniz. Gondol durağı hemen tesisin yakınında. Yakınında bir çok restoran bulunuyor. Odamız büyük ve çok temizdi. Çay ve kahve çeşitleri vardı. Odada Su ısıtıcı ve kahve makinesi bulunuyor. Odaya Kahvaltı için reçel çeşitleri ve krakerler konulmuştu. Çok hoş bir ikram olmuş. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güzler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Venedik’e gelirsem tekrar bu tesiste kalırım.

Relaxed residential location within walking distance of a lot of Venice’s attractions. It was very calming. The triple room was spacious and ideal for sharing with our autistic daughter.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The street is quiet but you are very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Room was very comfortable with a great bed and lovely bathroom. We also like the little sitting room outside where you could grab a coffee and relax after a day’s sightseeing.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch ruhig gelegen und mit dem Vaporetto sehr gut zu erreichen.

Das Frühstück ist sehr wenig und der Kaffee nicht so gut. Milch oder Sahne für den Kaffee hat gefehlt.

Sehr nette Unterkunft nahe San Stefano in einer ruhigen Gasse. Wir konnten die gesamte Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden.

No lift in the building

Great location - quick walk to Rialto where the bridge is and all the restaurants! And another quick walk to St Marks Square! The St Angelo stop is only a 3 minute walk away from the hotel so you can quickly hop onto an ACTV. Nice few cafe's next to the hotel as well. It's away from all the noisy crowds as well so can get a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel itself is very italian! classical musical played throughout the hotel which gives it a lovely vibe

Camera ampia e silenziosa. Bagno con doccia molto spaziosa. Pur non essendo prevista la colazione, in camera abbiamo trovato una macchinetta per il caffè, un bollitore, caffè, tè, tisane, fette biscottate, marmellate, biscotti. Inoltre, al piano c'era anche una piccola cucina e un salotto perfetto per rilassarsi. Molto bello e curato l'arredamento. Posizione strategica per visitare Venezia.

Il riscaldamento un po' rumoroso.

Hôtel sublime. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. La décoration sur le thème de la Venise éternelle est magnifique et pleine de charme. Emplacement central idéal, tout en restant au calme. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.
