We asked to be upgraded (and would pay) and each time they told us they would inform us later but never did. No streaming services avail in the rooms, only one snorkel avail so needed to wait for other guests to finish.

Very happy to stay at Seda Lio. Although every day raining, we still enjoy our holiday very much. The resort is beautiful, very peaceful, and all the staff are so warm and efficient. They always help us with big smile, so we feel very comfortable during our whole stay. We already decide to come back again soon, hopefully with sunny weather next time. During our check-out, Miggy helped us very efficiently and made everything smooth and easy. His service is very warm, professional, and caring. We feel very touched by his kindness. Seda Lio saved our trip! After realizing our booked hotel was not as it was advertised and a sense of danger was in the air. I had to find a hotel ASAP. It was about 8-9pm, I couldn’t get a hold of my concierge service so I looked online and was grateful to have been able to book 4 rooms last minute. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles, provided welcome drinks, and the atmosphere instantly calmed my family. We knew our trip was saved. Each interaction with staff was friendly and professional. The food, facilities, rooms were all great. Highly recommend Seda Lio as it is a hotel that prides itself in great customer service, cleanliness, and luxury. Feel at ease as your vacation needs to feel like a vacation. I was quite happy with Seda Lio.

We are currently enjoying our stay at Seda Lio with my husband and our 1‑year‑old son, and it has been nothing short of wonderful. This is actually my second time here—the first was two years ago with friends—and it feels even more special now, experiencing it with my family. Devine gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived, instantly making us feel at home. Heide thoughtfully prepared a wine set‑up in our room, which added a personal and memorable touch. Ronnie, the bellman, was quick and efficient in helping us with our luggage, making settling in so easy. CJ drove us to Shops@Lio, ensuring we got there comfortably and hassle‑free. And throughout our stay, Miggy has been incredibly helpful, always checking in and making sure everything is smooth and enjoyable. The staff’s attentiveness and genuine hospitality are what make Seda Lio stand out. Coming back after two years, I can truly say the service is consistently excellent, and this time feels even more meaningful. We’re having such a wonderful time here and already know we’ll want to return again.

We visited Seda Lio Hotel as walk-in guests to explore the property, and we had a wonderful experience. The security personnel welcomed us politely when we asked if we could look around the resort. They kindly allowed us to explore and even guided us on which facilities we could visit. The hotel has a beautiful, aesthetic, and relaxing atmosphere. It's peaceful, with stunning views, making it a perfect place to unwind. We took lots of photos because every corner was picture-worthy. After exploring, we ordered food and drinks at the bar. The mango shake and fresh coconut juice were delicious—you can really tell they use fresh fruits. We also tried their burger, and it was very tasty. What impressed us the most was the excellent hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and were always friendly and accommodating. Overall, Seda Lio Hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the entire experience was worth every peso. Thank you, Seda Lio Hotel, for making our visit memorable! The next time I return to El Nido, this will definitely be my choice of accommodation. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palawan.

I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent booking experience for my stay at Seda booked via Booking.com .When searching for accommodation, I explicitly filtered my search for two adults and two children, expecting the results to display rooms capable of sleeping four people. Your system permitted this search criteria, selected the room, and processed my payment for a party of four. However, upon reviewing the booking confirmation details [or: upon arriving at the property], I discovered that the room allocated contains only one King bed and absolutely no bedding or extra beds are provided for the children. I find this booking practice highly misleading and deceptive Additionally we also encountered examples of my wife having to wait while a staff member finished playing a game on his phone. Reception staff that write down transport requirements, just to be asked the same questions again and again 30 seconds later. There is absolutely no attention to any detail. Another point to note is that we hotel is in need to a renovation with mold on the roof and damage in most corridor's.

For a 5-star hotel with price points the same as Manila, I expected more. Here are the specific concerns: 1. Room and bed smell. The rooms with king sized beds smell old and musty. My room (248) and my friends’ (139) had the same unpleasant old smell. I already asked to have the linen changed and for the room to be deodorized but the smell stayed. When I got moved to a room with 2 smaller beds, the smell was better. 2. Service in the Pool Bar. I had brunch here. I asked for a spoon. It took 30 minutes and a follow up. There were only 2 or 3 tables occupied. 3. Coffee Station in Rooms. They are at the same level as budget hotels. Not really 5-star level.

This place is a gem. Filipino hospitality is top tier and Seda lio has the views to boot. Walk along the shore over to the peir enjoy a drink at the Lio collective with cafes, restaurtants and bars just a few feet from the shore, by the moon. Most nights in season will have a live band playing. Just go enjoy yourselves, enjoy the sunsets and have yourself a swell time. Shout out to May Ann from the front desk such a delight of a person helping us out and making us feel right at home. Kuya Eddie from the lifeguard hut. Thanks for taking the time to share the art of making origami from "dahon ng niyog" . Truley so tallented.

Location is perfect. We love that it has a beach front but also access to nearby restaurants. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Kudos to them. The rooms are not that new but they're well kept and clean. The bed was also comfortable. I just wish there were more hooks for clothes and hanging area for wet stuff. The pool area and the free activities were really good. The kids lounge was a plus even if it had limited activities. The shuttle was very convenient and we didnt have a hard time going to places. The only point of improvement for me was the food. The breakfast buffet wasn't good so I dont recommend getting it . It was raining so we ate at the rest a lot but value for money can be improved. Otherwise, I highly recommend this resort to families.

Boss Mary was incredibly helpful! The security guards and all staff went above and beyond assisting my sisters-in-law, who are in their 70s and 80s. The food selections were excellent. Myline at Misto Restaurant was very patient with all our questions, including where the local beer is made. Housekeeping was also outstanding — Dichel Abrera and Linda Rosalado found $160 in cash that my son left in the room and returned it to us immediately. Their honesty and integrity are truly commendable. Q

An easy to get to location with the airport so close. A lovely big pool and the beach so close. We enjoyed our stay and we were even lucky enough to see a turtle on our snorkelling tour.

My husband and I were here for part of our honeymoon and had a great experience! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the beach view is incredible, the staff are very pleasant and friendly, and the spa/massage services are awesome! It’s also really nice to have the little Lio town within walking distance with restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!!

location is great, atmosphere and scenery here is beautiful looks like a wedding resort type of hotel! the rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are great we had a comfortable stay! food at breakfast is great! the value of service and the great cost here is honestly shocking! very clean facility and i know we wernt there during peak season but it does seem like a nice quiet relaxing resort! their service here is also amazing! Seda Lio is part of the Lio resort complex so you can use their buggys to go around to other hotels and restaurants and really anywhere around this huge resort complex! it was a cool neat experience! We stayed here in between our stays in El Nido and Coron to rejuvinate and enjoy night life in Proper Town El Nido!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seda Lio. The location is great since it’s right in front of the beach, and the area is very relaxing and peaceful. The pool was also nice, and we enjoyed the food during our stay. From the airport pick up until check out, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The front office manager Sir Ricky, security manager Sir Douglas, and all the staff made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They assisted us with everything — from bringing us to our rooms, answering our questions, helping us around the area, arranging our beachfront dinner, and even sending us off for our island hopping tours and welcoming us back after. Special mention also to Ms. Cris and Ms. Cha from the spa. Their massage was really good and the pressure was just right. The spa itself was also very relaxing and peaceful. Overall, service was excellent from start to finish, including the transfer back to the airport. Thank you Seda Lio for making our El Nido trip more enjoyable and stress-free.

Stress free as soon as you land in El Nido. Really appreciate the airport pickup and service to Lio Beach. The food selection is great but when you’re there for 6 days, we ventured out to nearby restaurants. We also appreciate having the private island hopping tour boat pick us at the beach vs going to the town which avoids the crowds and hassle.

Incredible staff, beautiful big room and bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff are so welcoming and lovely. There was a wedding on st the time which just looked spectacular. Very close to airport. Good gym and plenty of tracks to run or walk around the hotel area. A lot of beach activities included.

An absolutely wonderful experience at Seda. It is incredibly convenient for island hopping as the boats come directly to the beach in front of Seda. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and there are many options provided. The staff is what makes Seda truly special. We had a last minute flight cancellation and they sprung to action getting us to the airport in a hurry. We left before our dinner arrived and they even boxed it up and drove it to us at the airport. Truly five stars!

HORRIBLE. Full of bugs. Super old hotel

First time in El nido and we wanted a waterfront resort. This is definitely in a prime spot. Open spaces, walkable area and very close vicinity to many restaurants along the shore. The pick up from airport was seamless, quick check in and check out. Breakfast comes with room booking was delicious. Service staff was great. Would definitely be a place to come back to if I visit again.

Some places leave footprints in your heart long after you leave, and this Palawan trip was exactly that. Our stay at Seda Lio was nothing short of relaxing and memorable. We were warmly welcomed by their GM Marc and the Front Office Manager and some thoughtful kasoy and wine from my wife's old friend, Gleen Ursal. From the beautiful beachfront atmosphere to the warm hospitality, it truly set the tone for an unforgettable getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the exclusive beachfront sunset dinner — dining by the shore while the sky turned golden felt surreal. Huge appreciation to Mylene for her impeccable service and to Chef Ivan for preparing a fresh live seafood paella right before us by the beach. It was more than just dinner; it was an experience we will always remember. It honestly feels unbelievable that a place this beautiful and world-class exists — and even more amazing that it is within reach. Never did I imagine experiencing something like this. Not even my bucket list included it because it always felt beyond reach. Yet this trip became one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. This is truly one for the books, and we already know we’ll be coming back — next time with our families, so they too can experience this little piece of paradise. The location is amazing, they have free transfer from and to the airport. The staff is so kind and helpful. The pool is amazing, rooms are clean, and restaurant is good as well. The beach is clean and empty, which is amazing!!!!

We cannot say enough about this resort. This is been the most wonderful experience and what is probably one of the most beautiful parts of the world.. We have not even checked out and we truly want to write this review immediately The people are very warm and kind. The grounds are beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. The food has been wonderful and breakfast are always a delight. We just went to the Seda Spa for a massage and must say it was the best massage we’ve ever had. We would like to commend Roxanne and Nicole for giving us a wonderful relaxation massage. And while there are many people we have met here that we have found delightful, we especially want to commend May Ann, Reza, Jewel, Louis at the restaurant, and who we like to very warmly call wee (little) Karla. And we cannot forget the Manager Miggy, who so kindly and well addressed our concerns. This is a must visit resort and if you’re going to come to El Nido, this is definitely the place to stay. We had a great stay at Seda Lio El Nido. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The pool was wonderful and very enjoyable for both adults and kids. The beachfront location is beautiful, and we loved that the area offers many activities that are included in the stay, which made the experience even more fun and relaxing.

The grounds was well maintained, superb service by all staff. The guys who handle marine sports were quite pro active. Food was excellent. Breakfast was of good spread. Value for money, for sure. Room was really nice. Slept really well

I also loved how convenient everything was, from the airport shuttle service to easily booking different island hopping tours directly through the resort. The hotel also offers complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient given how close it is to the airport. The beach is quiet and well-kept, creating a peaceful place to unwind. We even watched a few planes land while sitting on the beach, though it’s not disruptive since flights are infrequent and noise is minimal. Breakfast is okay, with enough variety that everyone should be able to find something to eat. The resort also offers plenty of activities for different ages, making it a good fit for families and couples alike. The layout is also ideal for events and weddings, with open spaces and a natural backdrop that make it easy to see why it’s a popular venue for celebrations. The surrounding Lio area is great for walking and running, adding another nice option for staying active.

The room where I stayed was great—spacious with a balcony, coffee table, and sofa. It was very well cleaned daily. I loved the view of the beach, especially during sunset, and the calmness of the sea, which is great for swimming. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The estate property itself has some great restaurants nearby with live music while sitting at the beach with a good view of the sunset. I loved the pier too—very romantic. I will go back soon with my family. The airport is very near, just a few minutes' ride by shuttle service. Overall, the experience was great.

Our stay was superb—it truly reflected a “tatak Ayala” experience. The team was very welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything, from the accommodations and amenities to the food, was worth every peso. We took a chance on Seda Lio for our destination wedding and it was the best decision ever. We initially chose Seda Lio for it's beautiful venue, but it was the staff and experience that made our wedding week unforgettable. Doris and her team took the greatest care of us from start to finish; from our initial ocular visit where she was very informative about process and approach, down to our bittersweet check-out on our final day. The venue itself is gorgeous and offers so many amazing amenities that helped to settle our guests and make them feel comfortable after a long day of traveling. We loved how family friendly it is and is also very accessible artist calle down the street where you can wander and explore. It's the perfect offset to the hustle and bustle from town proper (which you can still easily access through shuttle rides). We had spent a year pouring our heart into planning our special wedding week, and the Seda Lio team made a great effort to help bring our vision to life. Doris was very attentive and collaborative in all of our ideas and offered solutions that suited our needs and/or budget. She even included us in the turtle hatching event where we got to release baby turtles into the ocean as newlyweds! It was truly a week that is forever imprinted on our hearts. Even though we are back in the states, our hearts are still with Seda Lio - a true embodiment of what heaven on Earth feels like. We will never forget the unmatched hospitality from Doris and the team. Thank you to the team for making our week so special and something that we can always cherish and look back on for years to come. We can't wait to do it all over again for our vows renewal!!

Il servizio di transfer verso El Nido è un servizio pubblico, quindi in base alla disponibilità di posti. Questa cosa non ci era stata spiegata bene, e quindi nonostante ci fossimo presentati al terminal con largo anticipo, non siamo riusciti comunque a usufruire del servizio. La reception si è messa a disposizione fornendoci un taxi per el nido in maniera gratuita, quindi comunque siamo molto soddisfatti

What a wonderful resort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed, pampered and catered to at a very high level. The hotel and it's amenities are first class. Everything works, everything is spotless, the food is incredible and the service team are all incredibly friendly. This resort has multiple pools, loungers, chairs, cabanas, bar, restaurant, beach toys, beach loungers, and wifi everywhere!!! It's an absolute treat and everything you expect when you're looking for unsurpassed comfort and leisure... good for kids too, with an entire play / adventure setup, cornhole, volleyball/badminton, pool table etc etc... and let's not forget the beach access for your island tours! Pickup / Dropoff right at the beach, just walk out to the boat! Loved our time at Seda Lio, will return!

Every detail on the day came together so beautifully, and it honestly exceeded anything we could have imagined. We felt so well taken care of the entire time. All of the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive — always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. A very special thank you to our wedding coordinator, Doris, who was absolutely amazing. She was so organised, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Since we didn’t have a wedding planner and were organising everything from overseas, Doris made such a difference and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The hotel itself is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms, the facilities, and the overall atmosphere are just beautiful. We especially loved all the amenities and beach activities available, like kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding — such a fun addition to the stay. The location is absolutely stunning. The beach is gorgeous, clean, and so well maintained, and the area feels peaceful and relaxing while still being close enough to El Nido town. We feel so grateful to have celebrated our wedding at Seda Lio. It was truly the most perfect setting, and we’ll always look back on our time there so fondly.
