The staff where very welcoming, location great. Bedlinen crisp and fresh. Shower clean and hot. The roms where small but ok.

It was so loud-between 2 restaurants and blaring Portuguese TV I wasn’t able to fall asleep till after 4am for 3 nights .

The historic adjacent to the busy area a little down the hill. Room 7 was super spacious, bright and had the most amazing view of the hill below and all of port lodges. The kitchenette was well appointed. The staff, particularly Sebastian, welcomed us and oriented us and the ladies prepared a tasty, hearty breakfast each day with eggs made to order.

I wish there was a mirror with better lighting to do my makeup and a hook in the bathroom to hang up my outfit.

דירה מקסימה ומיוחדת בלב פורטו. נקיה ומאובזרת. לא זכינו בחדר עם הנוף לנהר אבל גם לחדרים עם החלון למרכז העיר יש קסם משלהם. סטנדרט אירוח גבוה. מיטות ומצעים מפנקים. הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי במיוחד וארוחת הבוקר מושלמת. נהנינו מאוד!

Our room had the most beautiful view of Porto and the Douro River! The 18th century building was tastefully updated retaining the charm of the past. Breakfast was in a cozy room at the lower level accommodating all guest with a great selection of meats, fruits, breads and eggs made to order. Sebastian was the best at recommendations and a perfect, kind host.

I cannot think of a thing that could have been better. Both my 18 and 10 year old grandchildren loved everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Mo House Porto. The building has been beautifully renovated, with so much care put into preserving its character while creating a calm, elegant space. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed, and the blend of historic charm with modern comfort made our stay feel special. From our room, we enjoyed an excellent view — one of those rare, picture‑perfect outlooks that immediately makes you slow down and appreciate where you are. Waking up to that scene each morning was a real highlight of our trip. The location couldn’t have been better. We were perfectly positioned to explore Porto on foot, with the river, key sights, and great places to eat all just a short stroll away. It made getting around incredibly easy and added to the relaxed feel of our stay. Overall, we found Mo House Porto to be a beautifully restored, perfectly placed gem — with views we’ll remember for a long time

The location was perfect!!! It had a Porto vibe which was nice. Sebastian was so helpful to us with every question we had prior to the trip and during.

The elevator😬

It was located in the middle of the city, could walk everywhere (also necessary as absolute no parking was possible, need to buy a slot in a parking house well in advance!). Interior had some Charme as the building was old and renovated. Everything was very small and narrow.

We thought we were sleeping on the street, never had a louder hotel room in our life (facing towards the street). Bathroom Floor had not been wiped in weeks. Breakfast was served by the cleaning ladies wearing cleaning hoodies…

Just missing a safe for valuables

This is a unique hotel experience for us. Our accomodation was spacious and lovely. It was a bit noisey outside, but the streets are close and sound certainly travels amongst those tall buildings. It was a neat experience to peer outside our windows and see the locals living and hanging their laundry outside their high windows. The hotel is well placed midway between the river and the town centre. Of course everything is either up or down hill. The breakfast was delicious as were the options to enjoy it. I spent a bit of time on the outside patio and just listened to the city around me. We did enjoy the re staurants surrounding the Mo Hotel, and all in all it was a definitely unique place and great location.

Honestly, I cannot say anything negative. It was definitely a time period place and most delightful.

We had a really great stay at Mo House. We checked in late but the instructions given were really clear and the communication via WhatsApp before and during our stay was really useful. The rooms were lovely and a great location for exploring Porto. Breakfast was also great!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this charming boutique hotel. With only nine rooms, it has a cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, spotless, and included a small kitchenette equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was decent with freshly made eggs cooked to order. The hotel has a lift, which is very helpful when carrying luggage, although it operates quite slowly. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again, especially for its fantastic location, beautiful views, and unique boutique charm.

Since the building is historic, the wooden floors are a little squeaky, and we could occasionally hear guests walking in the room above us. However, this is understandable given the character and age of the building.

The views! Great location and super stylish.

The place is very stylish but all wooden floors so the noise from people staying above was very loud. You can hear them walking and moving suitcases early morning.

16th Century entry door, two feet deep cut granite walls, historical beauty, sumptous bkfst, incredible front desk, location, balcony, river views, ad nauseum - underated but highly appreciated hotel and staff. Highly recommend even as a longer stay apt flat for single or couple as kitchenette was more than amply stocked.

This was an incredible hotel and we would go back in a heartbeat. Well positioned and close to the river + the best parts of the town. The room with an incredible view was akin to something you would see in a movie. Breakfast was great - especially enjoyed the smashed avocado toast. Sebastian provided a warm welcome and tour of the facilities. What a find ✨

We loved our balcony and view. The mini kitchen was a nice addition. Breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were always helpful with dining and sightseeing recommendations. Great location as many sightseeing, diningand shopping locations were a 5-15 minute walk. And it was quiet in spite of being in the city.

The rooms are small so having a couple luggage racks would be so helpful when you are only staying a few nights and don't want to unpack your suitcase. We came back from a day of sightseeing and our room had not been made up. Luckily the front desk staff was still there and it was taken care of right away.

Fantastik hotel I centrala Porto. Originella, snygga och välpanerade rum med sköna sängar och bra luftkonditionering. Servicen var utmärkt och jag fick all hjälp och information för att göra vistelsen i Porto bra. Frukosten i den fina lilla matsalen är utomordentlig och servicen väldigt bra.

the location is excellent, just need to remember if you have a car to arrange carpark as not many parking lots on the street and it's restricted timing. Nuno at the reception was absolute star! extremely helpful with everything- advice, knowledge about town and what to do and see. all the ladies in the kitchen - very nice and helpful. facility was clean.

Our stay at Mo House exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights to make the most out of short visit. The breakfast offered great variety of fresh food and made-to-order eggs. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, and the view from our room - spectacular! The location was centrally located and we walked everywhere we wanted to go within 20-30 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

Fantastic place and highly recommend to travelers in Porto. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions for sites and restaurants and the building was clearly renovated with a keen eye for detail and design. Our room (top floor apartment) was super clean and well-appointed with a functional kitchenette, the most comfortable bed ever and an expansive view of the Douro River that was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved our stay at Mo House!

Bon rapport qualité/prix Excellente situation entre le Douro et le centre historique. On peut tout faire à pied Établissement avec beaucoup de charme et de cachet. Accueil type "beds and breakfast", notre hôte n'est présent que le matin. Le cheking se fait avant 18h sinon le code de la porte d'entrée est envoyé par mail. Chambre N°1 (Deluxe) au -1 est très calme, elle donne sur une cour intérieur. Lit de 160 et matelas de qualité Le petit déjeuner est au -2 et dispose d'une terrasse fermée. Buffet complet et bien fourni à partir de 8h. Avons pu le prendre plus tôt pour un départ aéroport.

La salle de bain est un peu désuète et la douche fuit. Manque thé et tisane avec une bouilloire. Il y a café et cafetière Éclairage insuffisant. Uniquement des lumières tamisées.

Bel établissement dans le centre historique de Porto décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Belle grande chambre confortable avec vue sur la ville et le fleuve Douro. Très bon petit déjeuner. Sébastian, à la réception est attentionné et nous a facilité des informations pour la visite de Porto.
