Πολύ δύσκολο να βρείς πάργκιγκ και αυτό που βρήκα δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο κόστιζε 40 ευρώ την ημέρα

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Marianna was very helpful and was able to change my room for a view of the Palace for an additional fee but it was well worth it. Everything was very close by , great location and walking distance to restaurants , St Miguel market for the tapas, shopping and major cultural and historical sites. Public transit , Metro nearby , perfect for visiting Madrid. We loved our stay .

When I made the booking it was billed as a double room with two separate images which I took to mean two separate rooms. First they said they could give us a cot/bed in the room, next day they said it would chat €60. Classic bait and switch. Next time I’ll contact property for clarification.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura durante una trasferta di lavoro. A causa di un problema dell'ultimo minuto con una prenotazione già effettuata, mi sono trovato a dover trovare rapidamente una sistemazione alternativa. Oriente Palace è una delle tante strutture ricavate da appartamenti storici nel centro di Madrid, ma rispetto ad altre soluzioni simili si distingue per maggiore eleganza. La camera aveva dimensioni adeguate e offriva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il prezzo è in linea con quelli generalmente praticati nel centro di Madrid per una camera singola. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è però la posizione: si trova fronte al Palazzo Reale, in una delle zone più belle della città. Zona tranquilla. Nota positiva l'esperienza di check-in e lo staff. Pur avendo prenotato meno di mezz'ora prima dell'arrivo, intorno alle 20:00-21:00, sono riusciti a organizzare il check-in immediatamente, permettendomi di sistemarmi senza alcuna difficoltà.
Struttura semplice ma funzionale, perfetta come punto di appoggio per visitare la città. Non è l'hotel giusto per chi cerca servizi particolari o vuole trascorrere molto tempo in camera, ma offre tutto il necessario per dormire e riposarsi. La mia camera risultava piuttosto buia perché la finestra era esposta sul cavedio interno.

Внизу хорошая кофейня ,где можно позавтракать ,и поужинать с прекрасным видом на Королевский Дворец. Приятно удивил комплимент от гостиницы,бутылочка шампанского,и холодная вода в холодильнике, за это отдельное спасибо)
1. Очень скрипит пол ! 2. Рано утром систематические посторонние звуки с улицы. Разбирают летник ,а поздно вечером собирают его обратно . + Не трезвая общественность кричит всю ночь ,что закрытые окна не как не спасают ситуацию.

La habitacion era interior, pero no nos supuso ningun problema, pues tenia ventanas amplias que daban a patio.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La ubicación para nosotros fue excelente! En pocos minutos estábamos en la Gran Vía o en la Cava baja Nos dejaron para todos los días de nuestra estadía café, té, azúcar y agua! Disfrutamos de un champán de bienvenida! El apartamento es cómodo y luminoso! El baño amplio y bien funcional. Limpiaron y cambiaron sábanas y toallas en forma regular! El aire acondicionado fue fundamental para hacer nuestra estadía sumamente placentera

We rented an apartment on the 5th floor for a week; it was spacious with a small living room, a kitchen/dining room, bedroom, and bathroom. Thankfully, there was A/C in the apartment, which we definitely needed in Madrid in August. The kitchen also had a washing machine, dishwasher, and a fridge & freezer. It was ideal for a couple. It seemed like almost everything we wanted to see or do in Madrid was within a 15 minutes walk. The Royal Palace was opposite our apartment and there were plenty of restaurants, bars and small supermarkets nearby. The Opera metro station was just around the corner and the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, the center of Madrid, were 12 minutes away on foot. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We will be back.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Absolutely wonderful stay! Wow… staying here felt like being a princess in a palace! Having a view of the Royal Palace right from my balcony was absolutely magical. I honestly think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Jaime, who was such a wonderful guy. He happily showed me around the room, explained everything and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. I’ll never forget this hotel and would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Madrid. 5/5 stars — highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026O hotel é ótimo! Bem limpo, confortável, a localização é um presente! Fica praticamente dentro da praça do palácio! No meio de tudo, onde consegue fazer tudo a pé. Tem de tudo por perto, restaurantes, farmácia, praça para criança bem na frente! Eu recomendo! Os funcionários são super gentis e simpáticos! Liberou o checkin antecipado, e deixou as malas guardadas após o checkout pelo tempo Que precisasse! Podem ir sem medo que vale a pena!!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Lo mejor de todo la ubicación. En plena Plaza de Oriente, con vistas al Teatro Real y al Palacio Real. A 10 minutos andando de Sol o de la Plaza Mayor. Es un edificio antiguo remodelado como apartamentos turísticos, aunque se queda ya un poco anticuada la decoración Habitación amplia. Te dejan agua, vino y una botellita de cava, además de café Camas confortable. El parking está justo al lado del hotel, aunque es bastante caro (39 €/dia), pero es lo que tiene estar en el centro de Madrid
Necesita darle una vuelta a la decoración

Bei der Buchung stand Apartment, d.h. mit Küche. Bekommen haben wir ein kleines Zi. mit einem Minikühlschrank. Nach der Buchung kommt gleich eine Antwort mit dem Hinweis, dass nicht alle Zi. Küche haben. Storno heißt aber 1. Nacht, Geld weg. Ist für Kunde nicht klar ersichtlich, da ich bei dem Preis für nur ein Doppelzimmer woanders gebucht hätte. Es ist eher ein Hotel.
