The ONLY negative is there is no separate shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, it’s just a two in one shower gel / shampoo combo - apart from that I loved everything else

A really good location along the main street. Despite having a room close to the road, we didn't experience any noise at all. All staff members were amazing, especially the reception staff. The breakfast had a good selection of foods. I liked that we could change our pool towel throughout the day if needed. I enjoyed the DJ in the afternoons.

I really don't think this hotel is worth the price we paid. For this reason, I wouldn't return. We expected it to be of higher quality considering the brand and the price point. Rooms were poor quality. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No tea/coffee or a kettle in the room. The shower was old and there was a large crack in the glass surrounding the shower. The cleaner attended everyday (we stayed 6 nights), however she didn't take/clean/replace any of the used glasses from the room. We were advised you can't reserve sunbeds and the staff would take them if seen on the sunbeds. This was correct until about 10am, but after this people leave their towels on the sunbeds and they aren't removed for the rest of the day. On our check in day, we arrived at 11am and sat by the pool from 11-3pm on chairs by the restaurant as there were no sunbeds. I saw sunbeds with towels left on them for hours at a time while people left the complex or went up to their rooms etc - very frustrating considering there's plenty of room for more sunbeds or beanbags around the pool area.

This was our second stay at Cook's Club, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, the hotel is spotless, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Fresh towels were provided daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Stravos, Erika, Adonis, Naysika, and all the team for making our holiday so special. Their exceptional service and warm personalities really made a difference. The cleaners worked so hard, and the chefs served delicious food throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from each morning. The cocktails were delicious, and the bar staff were brilliant—always friendly, attentive, and happy to recommend drinks. The DJ created an amazing atmosphere every day, and the massage was one of the highlights of our holiday—so relaxing and well worth it. The sun loungers were really comfortable, making it easy to relax by the pool all day. We had another unforgettable holiday and are already looking forward to returning next year. After visiting Cooks Club In Rhodes last year, we loved the brand; unfortunately, the brand didn’t live up to our expectations this time. I’ll start with the positives first: Stylish, clean, with a boho vibe as expected. The food is excellent and staff are attentive. It’s in a great location, close to the sea from with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Now for the negatives: It’s supposed to be a chilled place to stay but honestly, you cannot relax during the live DJ sets from 1-6pm each day. I mentioned this to staff and they said it’s advertised as a ‘lively hotel’ (so is it chilled or lively - make your mind up!) The music was so loud during the day to the point you couldn’t hear yourself speak. The music played in the morning up until the DJ comes (which is 1-6pm each day) was easy and relaxing (Chill House). The average age group is 18-25. Mostly young, immature groups of lads. We were woken by rowdiness in the early hours. We witnessed 14 lads who decided to throw ice from a bucket at one another who were close by us on the grassed area at the side of the bar. The hotel also allow passing public into the resort, but say they’re not allowed to use the sun loungers; whilst they did move some chancers on, a lot slip through the net and enjoy a day for free. The restaurant is more like a cafeteria, it’s definitely not à la carte as advertised. You order your food at the counter and have to collect it yourself. We came to an adults only hotel - we didn’t expect to be surrounded by mostly roudy teenagers. There were too many ball games in the pool with lots of inconsiderate splashing, my drink went over twice with not so much as an apology. We did mention about the very loud music and a member of staff did come to address it, however she was very firm in her stance by reminding us that it’s clearly advertised as a lively hotel. Disappointing stay, but we made the most of it.

I've been coming to this hotel for four years in a row, and there's a reason I keep choosing it every summer. I've stayed in different room types over the years, and every visit has been a great experience. In fact, many of my friends now come here every year too because they love it just as much. The hotel has a modern feel, the rooms are always very clean, and everything is well looked after. One of my favourite things is the atmosphere around the pool. It's relaxed, young, and full of good vibes. The DJ always plays great music, and it's the perfect place to spend the day, whether you want to chill or have a drink with friends. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Everyone, from the kitchen staff to the bartenders, the waiters, and every other member of the team, is incredibly friendly, polite, and always happy to help. You can genuinely feel that they want every guest to have the best holiday possible. A special thank you to **Erika** from Guest Relations. She is one of the reasons this place feels so welcoming. She's always smiling, approachable, and genuinely cares about the guests. It's people like her who make you want to come back year after year. I'd also like to thank **Stavros**, the hotel manager, for leading such an amazing team. The excellent service and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel are a reflection of the great job he and his team do every day. After four years, I can honestly say this hotel feels like a second home during my holidays. I already know I'll be back again next year.

I've just returned from my 9th stay at Cook's Club Hersonissos, and I honestly can't believe how this place keeps getting better every single visit. I keep going back to the same hotel because I've never found anywhere that makes me feel so welcome. From the moment I arrive, it feels like coming home. The staff are incredible; they're always smiling, friendly, and genuinely care about making sure everyone has the best holiday possible. Their hard work never goes unnoticed, and they're a huge part of why I return year after year. The hotel itself is always spotless, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the atmosphere is second to none. Whether you're relaxing by the pool during the day vibing on the music with 3 different DJs or enjoying a cocktail in the evening, there's always such a great vibe. There's always something going on in the evening from live music and movie night to karaoke, creating a fun atmosphere. It's the perfect way to end the day, whether you want to relax with a drink or stay out and enjoy the music. The food deserves a special mention too. The variety is fantastic, and the themed evenings are always something I look forward to. The Greek night is a real highlight, the Mexican night is packed with tasty options, and the sushi selection is always fresh, beautifully presented, and surprisingly good. Every year the food seems to get even better, and there's always something new to try. What impresses me most is that after nine visits, the hotel never stands still. Every year there are little improvements that make the experience even better, while keeping the friendly atmosphere that made me fall in love with the place in the first place. A huge thank you to every single member of the Cook's Club Hersonissos team. You all work incredibly hard, and it really shows. Nine visits says more than any five-star review ever could. I'm already counting down the days until visit number ten, and I can't wait to come back. If you're thinking about booking Cook's Club Hersonissos, don't hesitate. There's a reason I've chosen to return nine times—and once you've experienced it for yourself, I'm sure you'll understand why.

Fabulous hotel, had a really lovely stay here! Location was perfect, being a very short walk away from the restaurants and bars, but also a short taxi journey into Stalis and Koutouloufari (would definitely recommend going to both of these.) The lunch time food was great, lots of options, really tasty and reasonably priced. It was mostly fine to get a sunbed around the pool, though I imagine in the busier months of July and August this may be more tricky. This was one of the best 4 star hotels we have stayed at across multiple European destinations. The only downside was the price of drinks around the pool which were very expensive (beer was around 6 euros). The room was also one of the smallest we have stayed in but this didn’t make much difference to us given that we don’t spend much time in there. Would definitely recommend to younger couples but might be too loud for those wanting a more peaceful stay.

I expected to love this hotel after reading so many positive reviews, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. I want to make it clear that this wasn’t because of the hotel itself, but more the type of guests it seemed to attract. The facilities, food and room were all excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We spent most of our time exploring the island rather than around the pool, but the overall atmosphere at the hotel just wasn’t what we were looking for. While we knew it was marketed as a livelier hotel, we expected it to feel a little more mature and higher-end based on the way it’s advertised and the reviews we had read. The biggest issue was the noise. Late evenings and the early hours were consistently disruptive. On one night, at around 4am, a group of drunk guests banged repeatedly on our door shouting “Room service!”, which understandably gave us quite a fright and woke us up. We could laugh about it the next day, but it certainly wasn’t funny at the time. There also seemed to be very little consideration from some guests. People were smoking in their rooms, leaving the corridors smelling strongly of cigarettes, while others played loud music with their bedroom doors open as groups gathered outside talking and shouting. Unfortunately, the noise wasn’t limited to the evenings. There was a constant level of disturbance throughout the day and night, whether it was loud conversations in the corridors or furniture being dragged around in the rooms above. It made it difficult to properly relax. One other downside was the cost of drinks at the hotel. If you’re planning to spend the day by the pool, be prepared to pay premium prices. It cost €6.50 for a beer served in a plastic cup and €4 for a can of Fanta, whereas many of the local popular restaurants were noticeably cheaper. Overall, the hotel itself was good. The rooms, facilities, food and staff all deserve praise. However, the atmosphere simply wasn’t the right fit for us. My partner and I are in our late twenties, and this review probably makes us sound older than we are! If you’re looking for a lively, party-focused holiday with DJs you’ll probably have a great time here. If, however, you’re hoping for a more peaceful and relaxing stay, this may not be the best choice. Sadly, we wouldn’t return.

If you're looking for the ultimate hotel for an unforgettable party vacation, this is the perfect place! The hotel is absolutely amazing, with stylish and comfortable rooms, two beautiful swimming pools, and outstanding food that exceeds every expectation. The brunch is delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality dishes. The pool bar serves some of the best cocktails I've ever had, and the DJ creates an incredible atmosphere every day with great music, positive vibes, and endless fun. If you love parties and vibrant holidays, this is definitely the place to be! The staff deserve special praise. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. This hotel perfectly combines luxury, relaxation, and unforgettable entertainment. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

We had a great week at the hotel. The hotel's location is great, a short walk from the beach, and local bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are just outside the hotel. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice and freshly cooked omelette's. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The only downside is on our final day when we left our luggage at the luggage storage area, we believe our Airpods were taken. I have reported this to the hotel. As we were only made aware when looking for them at the airport.

We booked this hotel because it was adults-only, looked stunning in the website photos, and was described as an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday. Its location is excellent, with restaurants, bars and the beach all within easy reach, and previous reviews made the half-board option sound particularly appealing. Unfortunately, the reality fell well short of our expectations. While the hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, we would rate it closer to 2 or 3 stars. We booked Junior Suites, which felt tired, basic and in need of refurbishment. Our room overlooked a semi-derelict building, which was hardly an appealing view. The bedroom itself was extremely poorly lit, yet keeping the curtains open wasn't really an option as neighbouring balconies and the building opposite had a direct view into the room. There was certainly nothing luxurious or 4-star about the accommodation. Having read positive reviews, we opted for half board and paid extra for the €22 daily allowance. In hindsight, this was a waste of money. While the food quality was generally good, the menu was very limited, offering only around five or six main dishes alongside burgers and pizzas. As this was an all-day menu, the options felt more like snack food than dishes you would expect from an evening restaurant. We assumed the menu would change throughout our 10-night stay, but it remained the same every day. As a result, we only ate at the hotel on four evenings. The dining experience was also disappointing. Rather than a restaurant, it felt more like a cafeteria: guests had to order at a counter, wait for a buzzer, and then collect their own food. This meant people dining together often received their meals at completely different times. Again, this felt far removed from the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The allowance system was equally frustrating. Drinks ordered in the restaurant counted towards the allowance, but drinks from the bar did not, which made little sense. Previous reviews mentioned a mobile app that tracked your remaining balance, but this is apparently no longer available, leaving guests with no way of knowing how much of their daily allowance remains. Although some reviews suggested the biggest issue was guests taking endless Instagram photos, we found the atmosphere challenging for a different reason. Many guests were significantly younger than we expected and often showed little consideration for others. The stay was anything but relaxing, with frequent shouting, screaming, singing, banging doors and other disturbances coming from neighbouring rooms and corridors. On one morning we were woken early by someone repeatedly hammering and kicking their room door. On our penultimate night, a party in the room above us continued until around 1am, making it impossible to sleep. In response to another review, the hotel stated that incidents had been reported and dealt with, but when we attempted to contact reception that night, the telephone in our room didn't work. The hotel also claimed security would have intervened had the disturbance been reported; however, throughout our entire stay we never saw any security personnel, so it was unclear what security presence, if any, was available. The reception staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they deserve credit for their professionalism. However, service in the bar area was less impressive. Staff were present and serving tables but rarely approached us, seeming to focus their attention on younger groups of guests. The music around the pool was also extremely loud throughout the day, although this wasn't a major issue for us as we preferred spending our time at the beach. We mostly visited the beach in Hersonissos opposite Cozy Beach Bar, where sunbeds cost €10 each. This beach was nice, but the pebbles and slippery rocks made access to the sea difficult. For our final two days, we took the bus to Stalis Beach (Bus Stop 28), which we found far superior, with soft sand, easier swimming access and sunbeds costing €8 each. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Crete, but the hotel was the biggest disappointment of the trip. It did not live up to its marketing, was far from the relaxing adults-only retreat we had expected and certainly did not provide the standard associated with a 4-star hotel. Given the price we paid, we would not return and would struggle to recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, high-quality holiday experience.

Stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for 10 days in June 2026. Hotel was nice and very clean. Very modern, comfortable beds, large rooms. On site restaurant was fantastic, we ate lunch at the hotel everyday and feel we would’ve been better opting for half board as the menu was really big and portions were excellent value for money. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Had an issue on the first day regarding sun-bed reservations and one particular staff member was rather rude. We were told on arrival that there were no sun-bed reservations which is understandable and is not something that is new to me when staying at a hotel, however on our first morning when heading down to the pool there were several sun-beds reserved. So me and my boyfriend laid out things on the beds and had breakfast, after breakfast we went to the shops to grab some snacks for the poolside, we were away less than ten minutes and when we came back our things were removed from sun-beds and at reception. I had no issue with this as the rules were clear however, there were more than 10 beds that had been reserved long before we had came down that had not been removed, when discussing this with a staff member he was very impolite and did nothing about the situation. Spoke with the manager the next day and she was phenomenal, she understood my frustration and could not have been any nicer. Dealt with the situation very appropriately, and was constantly checking up on us throughout our stay. Spa in this hotel is amazing! Lovely lady walking around the pool during the day offering a few minutes free massage. After this I opted for a 50 minute candle wax massage. It was amazing and costed €70. Would recommend this spa! Location wise this hotel was fantastic, walking distance from lots of lovely restaurants and less than a few minutes walk away from the beach! Hotel helps arrange taxis who are fast and reliable. Would recommend a trip to local town Koutouloufari, taxi needed to get up but lovely walk back! Although we had an amazing time at this hotel I feel there is something’s had we known we would’ve considered other hotels such as: -the sun-beds around the pool have no shade so if you would like somewhere with an umbrella you must sit on a grass area a few metres away from the pool, the umbrella's are fixed to the ground and therefore you have to move your sun-bed throughout the day if you needed shade. Sun-bed around the pool are very close together. -there is no designated smoking areas in the hotel, therefore people are smoking all around. As much as this might not bother some people being this is something we did not like as 2 non-smokers there was times where we were sat very closely to people smoking while sunbathing. This was not something I had read in other reviews, and had I known I may not have picked this hotel. Would recommend this hotel to stay in clean and comfortable. Location is ideal.

We can’t fault our stay at cooks club Hersonissos. The hotel is super clean, great location, all staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their attention to detail isn’t missed, they’re on it constantly with tidying & cleaning. The drinks and food menu is great with lots of choice, as is breakfast in the mornings. The pool is such a cool vibe during the day when the music is playing and they always have some sort of entertainment on in the evenings. The ladies at the spa were also exceptional, so lovely, professional and I had a fantastic massage. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking other cooks club hotels in the future! Thank you for making our holiday!

Brilliant hotel in a prime location. All the staff were so friendly and looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were modern and very clean. The pool area was fantastic, lots of sunbeds and the bar next to the pools done some great cocktails. There was a DJ on every afternoon from 1pm, the atmosphere was excellent. The food from the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. We normally had to order one meal between the two of us as the portions were massive. The breakfast had so much choice, from fruit, cooked breakfast and lots of cakes and pastries. When you stepped out of the hotel you were on the main strip, bars, restaurant’s and shops all around you. I loved that it was adults only. The age range of guests staying the week we went was between 20’s and 70’s. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. Definitely recommend staying here.

What an amazing place! I am here with my girlfriend we came 27th of June to the 3rd of July and we got a free room upgrade the bar staff are so friendly and welcoming and there is also a great dj on during the day which is great. The food is also excellent and is great value.

Another fantastic two weeks at the hotel behind us! There’s loads to do in the area and around the island, but honestly, the hotel pool was our favourite spot. It’s well designed, spotless, full of atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly. A special shout-out to Antonis at the pool bar — if you see him, say hi from us! You’ll spot him by his wonderfully cheerful and welcoming personality. All in all, a fantastic hotel and we’ll definitely be back!

Area a bit too touristy but that's Chersonissos

Wow what a place !! Took us a few days to get into it as we have been to the same places every year for the last few years, but I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Pushing 50 this place is lively but not rowdy everyone super respectful the poolside vibe is amazing with a daily DJ setting the scene, The food was amazing , staff super attentive and proactive and in a location where a short walk takes you to restaurants and bars with a panoramic view of beauty. In short if you have been going to the same resort for a while this place will capture your heart and mind !! Excellent work team Cooks club Hersonissos , we shall be back 👏👏

Beautiful and clean hotel with the perfect location and super friendly staff. The restaurant also has really good food and there is a daily evening program. We had a wonderful holiday, but please note that this is a hotel for young people!

Fantastic hotel, travelled as a family of 4 with young adults and it was brilliant, the staff are amazing, shout out to George and Adonis who worked so hard to keep drinks flowing all day. The hotel is spotless and their attention to detail is superb. We had a pool facing room with a mezzanine and it was perfect for the 4 of us. The food was fresh and great value for money we ate at the hotel more than we had planned to. The white sangria was amazing. I cannot fault this hotel it was 10/10

Great location, gorgeous hotel for the price you pay, great vibe around the pool, staff are so friendly and super helpful (especially Erica who was so accommodating and was checking in with guests all week), food was lovely. 10/10 all around

Nothing to complain about

I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one. It’s honestly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed, and I’ve had such an incredible holiday here. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I have a gluten allergy, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay as the staff were knowledgeable and very accommodating, especially when it came to food. The meals were not only safe for me to enjoy but also absolutely delicious. The facilities are fantastic. There are two beautiful outdoor pools as well as an indoor pool with a steam room and a gym, which made it easy to relax at any time of day. Our room was also lovely and spacious. The hotel also offers a great range of activities we especially enjoyed the movie night and yoga sessions, and there were also pool parties and Pilates classes available. The location is another huge plus. It’s perfectly situated close to local restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for both relaxing and exploring. I genuinely have no complaints about this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here. I would definitely come back!

This was our 5th stay at this hotel, which says it all really! It’s a lovely, well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly staff too. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, and I particularly loved the Greek yoghurt each morning. Lunches are generous and freshly prepared too. Definitely try the salads, they are excellent. The pool area is clean and well looked after, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The music around the pool can be quite loud at times, but that’s a matter of personal preference. There are also some beautiful beaches nearby if you fancy a change of scenery. The location is perfect, with restaurants, bars and beaches all within walking distance, and it’s only a short taxi ride to the Old Town. A couple of minor points: the rooms can be quite dark, don’t have a full-length mirror, and the hairdryers aren’t particularly powerful, so you may want to bring your own. I always take a travel mirror too. The hotel provides basic shower gel, and there’s a fridge in the room which is handy for keeping drinks cold. Overall, another wonderful stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

We were gifted a 7 night stay at Cooks Club for my 60th Birthday by a family member. We are huge music lovers and that’s why she booked Cooks Club , we were a little apprehensive as we thought it would be full of young party people but we were so pleasantly surprised to find there was people of all ages there, all having a fab time, which was great. The hotel itself was truly wonderful ! We had a junior suite, overlooking the pool , which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel was also spotlessly clean , the staff are all so friendly and happy , and they seem to want to genuinely know personally that you are having a good time. The food in the restaurant , although not a huge menu, was so tasty and the portions were really generous, so much so, that some days we actually shared a meal at lunchtime and then again at dinner ! We tried most of the menu and there was nothing we didn’t like (and I am quite a fussy eater) the music was great, night time entertainment was pretty decent and cocktails & beers definitely hit the spot too. We will definitely return to Cooks club & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Huge shout out to all the staff, they definitely make this hotel amazing.

Lovely hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk from the sea and lots of restaurants and shops. The vibes are immaculate- honestly as a 40 year old I was a bit worried I might not fit in, but there is a good mix of people here and this is also reflected in the music that's always being played at the bar and around the pool. We stayed in a junior suite which had plenty of room for 2 people and it's nice that there's a separate bedroom. Only downside is that the room was pretty dark and the bathroom quite small. Food and cocktails are really good, and also value for money. But I think the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and we got some great restaurant recommendations too. I'm looking forward to coming back here.

The location is excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is modern, very clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere with great vibes.

We booked the large room with two big beds, which was comfortable. However, there was only one closet, and it was not large enough for three people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a couple (F23 & M25). The hotel is just a stone’s throw from town, yet once you’re inside it feels incredibly private and relaxed. The biggest highlight overall was definitely the staff — everyone made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They truly go above and beyond. Service at the bar was fantastic, and a special shoutout to George, who recommended we visit the nearby town of Koutouloufari for the evening. We had such a fun time there! The team also helped us book a reservation and organise a taxi, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself has such a calm and private atmosphere despite being so close to everything. We walked everywhere during our stay, which we loved. The pool area was lovely too. We especially enjoyed the DJ who starts around midday, while the music beforehand is more mellow and chilled from around 11am — such great vibes all around. There were plenty of sunbeds available, and we appreciated that the hotel had a “no reserving” policy which staff actively monitored. That said, there were still plenty of other places to relax. The food was also excellent. We ended up using the street-food style menu far more than we expected! My boyfriend absolutely loved the dirty smash burger, and the fries were amazing too. The drinks were equally great — especially the smoothies, coffees, and the white wine sangria, which deserves its own mention. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the availability of alternative milks was much appreciated. Our room was lovely with an incredibly comfortable bed, a great shower with strong water pressure, and it was surprisingly quiet. Once the balcony door was shut, we couldn’t hear any music at all. The gym gets a little busy in the mornings, but it’s much quieter in the afternoons. The equipment itself was high quality and very well maintained. We also loved that there was entertainment every evening. It was such a nice mix of performances and always felt relaxed, fun, and low-pressure. Overall, we had such a brilliant stay and would absolutely return.

This hotel is gorgeous, the pictures make it look exceptional, and it really lives up to the hype you read in the reviews. The staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant - from the receptionists, to the bar/kitchen staff, to the housekeeping. They are all happy to see you and nothing is too much hassle! During our stay, the hotel was relatively busy, so getting a sunbed poolside is tricky, there are plenty on the grass area, 10ms from the pool that aren’t taken so quickly! You cannot reserve Sunbeds at this hotel - if you put your towel down and then nip in for breakfast, it will have been taken away by staff. Some people might not like this, but I personally found it to be a great deterrent. You don’t need to bring your own beach towels - each day, you are given fresh towels to take to the pool or the beach. The breakfast is great - it’s the same every day, but you could have something different every day, there is so much variety. For lunch/dinner - you get your moneys worth - the portions are huge! The staff at the bar are brilliant, you don’t need to hang about for your drinks, they bring them right to your sunbed! My partner is vegan, and there was a few choices for her, but they were limited and same-y - to be honest, if you are vegan, this area may not be for you - almost every menu has a plant based burger and that, is it. The evenings can be loud if you are earlier bedders - the music goes until at least 11pm or later and it’s quite loud. This didn’t bother us, as we were usually up until it finished. Overall - if you want a relaxed and fresh vibe this is the place for you. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. All the best, Mia and Katie :)

Nothing was great

Had the best holiday with my best friends! Visited cooks club Crete, as have previously been to Rhodes cooks club and loved it so was keen to visit the Crete location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t not on our side but that didn’t affect our trip at all! All of the employees, George, Ericka, Mary, Eirene, Nikos and Vangelis made sure we were well looked after and our trip was full of good memories and laughter. Not only was the food and cocktails perfection the service was even better. All these people truly made our trip. Special shoutout to Erika who spent her time making sure each guest was happy, and entertained, leaving everyone around her feeling positive and excited for the day. A true asset to cooks club. Room was perfect. Morning buffet style breakfast was perfect! overall vibe of the hotel was warm, friendly and made us think about returning as soon as we left.

Really nice hotel. Reception quick at check in and the hotel is in a central position for all amenities. The rooms are bright, modern and spacious. Adults only which is great. Barcarea where you can chill and open poll with chairs and sun loungers. Great access in to the centre of town and short walk to the beach and local transportation is cheap and handy. Rooms are great we had overlooking the pool area and rooms cleaned daily and towels changed on a daily basis. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice hot and cold. Would deffo stay again and kept our room on for €30. Will love to come back soon.

Just returned home from a 10 day stay at cooks club. Me and my partner had the best time and would definitely return. The bar and reception team were absolutely amazing and so friendly! The bar staff remembered our drink orders. Special shout out to Erica who helped us with restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond. We got engaged during our holiday and they sent a bottle of Prosecco sent to our room which was a lovely touch. We weren't happy with our view from the room so asked to moved. Couple of days in we were moved to a pool view room which we appreciated. Reception were very accommodating and did wish they could! The vibe around the pool was amazing with a DJ every day. Sun loungers really comfy. Food and cocktails were 10/10. Thank you and can't wait to come back. ☺️

Amazing hotel, well worth the money spent for the week. Reasonable prices for food and drink and absolutely incredible food. Bar staff are so friendly and we have come away making friends with the staff. Erica really looked after us and if we needed anything she would help us straight away. Really made us feel welcome the whole time. Really sad to be leaving and will definitely be coming back regularly!

Went to cooks club for 10 days had the best time everything was amazing the staff were so friendly especially the bar staff and waitress who end up knowing our drink order by the 3rd day (2 Natasha’s) we end up staying in hotel every night as the entertainment was better than the bars down the street would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning x

Sehr schönes Konzept mit besonderer Atmosphäre und wirklich hervorragendem Essen! Der DJ am Pool sorgt tagsüber für eine entspannte Stimmung. Jeden Abend gibt es abwechslungsreiche Angebote wie Karaoke, Live-Musik oder auch mal einen Filmabend. Dadurch wird es nie langweilig, gleichzeitig gibt es aber keine aufdringliche Animation oder ähnliches. Die Unterhaltung ist angenehm dezent und passt gut zur entspannten Atmosphäre des Hotels. Durchweg sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Hotelpersonal. Auch unter den Gästen herrschte ein entspanntes Miteinander, es gab zum Beispiel keinen typischen „Kampf“ um Liegen am Pool oder andere Ressourcen. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, wenn man genau dieses Konzept sucht und sich darauf einlässt.

The boho-style hotel is modern and has a wonderfully lively atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade and stayed in a lovely junior suite for the week. There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the room. Just one small suggestion: please consider adding softer and thinner pillows as an option. We had chosen the BB meal plan. The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious throughout the week, although the selection stayed mostly the same every day. We especially loved the possibility to order custom-made omelets with our preferred ingredients. Throughout the day, it was possible to order food from the restaurant menu whenever desired. The food was prepared quickly, always fresh, and very tasty. The hotel also has a spa. We tried the back, neck and shoulders massage, which was extremely relaxing. There is a live DJ every day, and different themed evenings start at 9 pm. And what truly impressed us was the amazing staff. Every question was answered and every request fulfilled. You are simply wonderful! We wish you an amazing summer season and thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable! Maiu and Ave

Overall very good experience within the spa, we came in the day before to book our treatments, very helpful staff explaining all of the different treatments available. I had Eleana as my therapist, I had a head massage was very very good and relaxing!

Best aromatherapy massage I’ve ever had! My spa therapist Ioanna was lovely & I left feeling very relaxed. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at Cook’s Club in Crete and had a really lovely experience overall. It’s a very modern hotel with a stylish atmosphere, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. We were first greeted by Iro at reception, who gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Naysika at reception, who was just as friendly and accommodating. As the hotel had just opened for the season, it was very quiet during our stay. However, I can easily imagine it having a really fun and lively atmosphere when it’s busier, with the sun out and the DJ playing great music. The hotel also has a spa on site, which is independently run. The spa receptionist, Irene, was so welcoming and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I had my treatment with Ioanna, and it was absolutely lovely—very relaxing and just what I needed. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to consider including access to the spa and hammam when booking a treatment. At the moment, there are quite a few separate charges for different elements, which can add up and slightly take away from the overall relaxing experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with genuinely friendly and attentive staff, and I would definitely recommend it.
