I had a very good experience here. Ashish and his teammates Preeti, Abhishek, Kavita and Shyam were very helpful and responsive throughout our 3 days stay. Food is amazing and the vibe is royal and classy.

We had an amazing experience at Seven Seas Hotel during our wedding celebrations. A special thanks to Mr. Pankaj (Manager) for managing the entire bridal function at Bridewell Hall so professionally. Everything was well organized, and the wedding program went smoothly from start to finish. Pankaj ji ensured perfect coordination throughout the event, especially during important moments like the ribbon cutting ceremony, pheras at the wedding mandap, photoshoots, and the jaimala. He managed the waiters and service staff efficiently, making sure everything happened on time. His behavior was polite, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire function. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Room cleanliness was excellent, with housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout the event. The food was outstanding—one of the best among hotels in Delhi NCR. Our relatives from Germany, France, Dubai, and Australia also appreciated the quality, taste, and variety of the food. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for guests. A heartfelt thanks to the entire Seven Seas Hotel team for making our wedding memorable. We chose Seven Seas Hotel for our sister’s wedding, expecting a smooth and memorable celebration. Sadly, our experience was very disappointing. The package looked affordable at first, but later we were asked to pay many hidden charges, especially for the décor. We were told that they had a professional panel of decorators, but in reality, the entire décor was handled by their own family members, not by qualified professionals as promised. The sales team, especially Akash and Pankaj, was rude and did not manage things properly. The décor by Ishi (Rose Petal) and Hitesh was not as promised, even after charging a high amount. The rooms were also not clean or well maintained. The management never took responsibility for the problems we faced. Instead of enjoying our sister’s wedding, we spent our time following up, arguing, and dealing with poor service. Overall, it felt like the hotel cared more about making money than providing good service. We left feeling cheated and disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding.

Very disappointing experience during my sister’s wedding. We chose this hotel expecting a memorable celebration, but it turned into a stressful experience. Before booking, they made big promises about service, coordination, and full cooperation, but once the payment was made, everything changed. There were repeated mishaps throughout the function, and instead of accepting responsibility, the management kept making excuses. The rooms were not well maintained, and the overall hospitality was far below expectations. The sales team, especially Akash and Pankaj, was rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent in handling concerns. Ishi from Rose Petal and Hitesh from the décor team were equally unhelpful and failed to deliver what was committed. The entire setup felt like a family-run operation where accountability was missing. It honestly seemed like collecting money was the priority, not customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel for weddings or any important family celebration.

We genuinely feel cheated after choosing Seven Seas Hotel for our wedding. What looked like a reasonably priced package turned into endless hidden costs and unnecessary stress. They attracted us with good room and catering prices but recovered everything by charging ridiculously high décor rates. The sales executive, Akash, was completely incompetent and failed to coordinate anything properly. Every small issue became an argument, and the management never took responsibility. To make matters worse, we were charged on the total headcount instead of the actual plates consumed, which felt completely unfair. They even refused to allow outside alcohol in privately booked rooms. A wedding should be about making memories, not constantly fighting with the venue over commitments and billing. We deeply regret choosing Seven Seas and would never recommend it to anyone.

Nice location connected to Outer ring road, better views than radisson blu Paschim Vihar, more value for money for sure. The room was changed promptly upon request. Preeti & Abhishek hosted us very well and made sure we are at comfort

Special mention goes to these outstanding employees: Shyam Dixie,Ashish Gupta,Preeti kumari, Rajan, Ms.Sakshi, Ms.Neha,Ms.kasish as well they made my stay good and Anis from restaurant is also nice.

Worst service and hospitality I have ever experienced. I have never seen such poor treatment of customers. The staff and management show zero professionalism and absolutely no respect towards guests. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. This place fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Not recommended at all.

⭐ Review for Seven Seas Hotel Rohini Pathetic and completely unacceptable experience. This is by far one of the worst hotels we have ever dealt with. We had booked the stay for multiple days, but the situation was so bad that we had to leave within just one day. That itself says everything about the condition and management of this place. The main problem is the manager, Aakash Deep. His behavior is extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He has no basic manners or professionalism. The way he talks to guests—especially women—is shocking and completely unacceptable. It feels like guests are being treated as a burden rather than customers. My wife was staying there with our 1-year-old baby, expecting a safe and comfortable environment. Instead, she faced rude behavior and zero support from the staff or management. Not even basic courtesy was shown. There is absolutely no coordination or help from the staff. Nobody cares about guest concerns. On top of that, the hotel lacks even basic facilities and does not meet minimum standards of hygiene or comfort. Overall experience: Extremely rude and ill-mannered management Zero support from staff Poor and below-standard facilities Not safe or suitable for families We had no choice but to leave within a day despite booking for a longer stay. Strongly NOT recommended. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are traveling with family.

As a Canadian visiting India for the first time. Lots of things were very overwhelming and hectic. The one sense of relaxation I got was coming back to the hotel. Service is impeccable and extremely accommodating. Rooms are gorgeous and the bed is super comfy compared to the other beds we slept in at other hotels. Menu is great and you truly have no reason to need to leave the hotel to eat. Dozens of different options for all kinds of different foods. We actually stayed here and then left to another city just to come back and end off the rest of our trip at the hotel again! Location is great for us as it’s close to everywhere we needed to go. And the sound insulation was great. Couldn’t hear the busy streets of New Delhi. Truly a top pick for anyone visiting.

I am also a hotelier and I have spent almost 18 years of my life working in hotels in India and on luxury cruises in Australia. The hotel is good, and I would like to give a special thank you to Akashdeep, who works in the front office department. He is very professional and very good. There is only one drawback in the hotel: the shampoo and hand wash you provide have a very unpleasant, eggy smell. Otherwise, everything is very good. Once again, I would like to thank Akashdeep.

I called Seven Seas hotel on 26th October with an unusual request. I had to get a parcel delivered to the hotel & picked up by a guest who was part of a wedding group & coming to stay at the hotel in a few days. The reception desk listened to my request patiently and said they will call me back. At first, I was unsure of the outcome but the next morning their very helpful bell captain Mr. Shyam Dixit called me. I was about to get onto a flight; he very patiently listened to whatever I had to say in a short time, asked the correct questions, gave me his contact number and assured me my request will be done. Long story short the couriered got delivered to the hotel & was handed over to the guests & I got my parcel :). I am extremely grateful to Mr. Dixit for his proactiveness to help, I wasn't even staying at the hotel, however they say some hoteliers go that extra mile to make a customer happy and that's Mr. Shyam Dixit for you.

Service and staff behaviour was impeccable. We enjoy their food and it's a regular place for us for a family event and get togethers.

Pathetic service. Stayed for 2 nights and will never stay again in this hotel. Hotel staff at reception started laughing while on call for no reason, seems like they are there to crack joke and have fun and don’t take there job and services seriously. Rooms are also very old, gates are jammed and charging sockets don’t work. All in all - it was the worst stay of my life.

The food was very tasty and the service were excellent. Specially mr ranjeet and Amit ji treated us with lots of love and tasty food and yummy recommend combinations.

Staff was really nice and kind

It was nice but noting special, we arrived late at night and after a really long day traveling we entered the Room and took a shower but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because there was no hot water, the day after we had the same problem even if I told the staff to solve the problem by the afternoon because we had a trip that day and we were coming back tired at the hotel and wanted to shower but when we came back the problem was not solved and we had to wait an hour and half more to shower.

Poor service, extremely dissatisfied. They have denied outside liquor in room however it was not stated in MMT platform , when i showed them same they allowed us after making us wait 15 mins. Wifi was not working and was rectified later after 35 mins when I called 5 times. Room service too slow.
