The property is old and poorly maintained. The first room clearly smelled of smoke, while the second was dusty and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The fixtures were rusted, the shower door didn’t close properly causing water to spill everywhere, and the shower diverter kept coming off. Breakfast was also very average. Overall, a disappointing experience and not what I expected from a brand like Hyatt.

I request that same will be cleared in morning but the staff was so arrogant. they wanted immediately as i would run away without paying.. Post check inn date, your staff tried to swap my card without intimating me. i was forced to repost as suspicious transaction and i was f force to block my card. Breakfast spread was not upto the mark.
