The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable.

The fire doors near my room need slow closers so they don't bang with people coming and going at night. A bit isolated so info on local shopping and buses would be helpful

Food was good, room was clean. Plenty of car parking. Bathroom was clean.

Bed was 2 singles desiged to be zipped together, they weren't zipped!...just pushed together. The whole place has an air of neglect. Marks on the bedroom walls, coat of paint needed. Rotting window frames. Outside doors rusty, outside of accomodation block needs painting

Free parking and the availability of EV charging in the car park were useful.

The property felt dated and poorly maintained, and it was noisy.

Staff were great, food was good.

Location: in the middle of a busy area, shopping mall & business park. But that cannot be changed, of course.

The idea of staying in the pub chain. New concept to me. Liked the big bed comfy pillows. Big tv and great use off desk. Breakfast was tasty. Bar area good space.. I'm def going to try another site in future.... staff really good. Enjoyed the place. Thank you to the staff working..

Room smelt damp and felt cold prob as no sun gets in to the room. The shower curtain is too short, although it is a good idea with magnets. The noise from rooms opp under the door. The bathroom sink drained so slowly. And bubbled black stuff when clearing.

The location as we were a group of four playing Golf and this was central. The rooms were simple and clean with a good shower over the bath. The breakfast choice were varied and met all our needs. One morning I just wanted a cuppa and some water and wasn't charged that's good customer service

Rooms were either very hot or very cold, the air con wouldn't get the balance right over the four nights. It's set up for one night really as there is no storage just a couple of hangers. I asked the maid for more tea bags and they never appeared

Lovely room nice and clean. Staff were amazing, had a slight problem with the curtains gone off the runner, were so helpful to rectify the problem. Had evening meal and breakfast enjoyed.

It had parking. The rooms were good.

The so called EV chargers didn’t work. So you had to run a mile to charge the car. The cleaners changed towels. And clean the bathroom and did the bed. Didn’t put any coffees or teas, neither did they clean the bins. So had to overflow on the rubbish. Disappointing. When you come to the hotel at 11pm it wastes time to then go to the bar/ reception area which is already closed to ask for these.

Great clean room with a/c. All staff very helpful and pleasent. Goid value food and drink. Fab hotel.

Staff were excellent. Room was spotless. Lunch was very good value. We would return if needed.

We wish breakfast was available from 7am on the Saturday due to a family commitment at 8.30am as we had a 20/25 minute drive away.

When I booked I sent a request to say my partner was disabled when we booked in we were put on the second floor no lift my when I told reception we were told the first floor was booked because people were staying ten nights so my partner struggled up the stairs and I had to carry his walking frame I told them I sent a request saying my partner was disabled and they did say they got it but still put us on the second floor because we were staying only five days so my partner struggled every day going up the stairs.

Helpful staff, comfortable room, good night's sleep about 5 minutes drive from Llanelli centre.

The staff were lovely and the cooked breakfast was very good.

There was a very loud, constant sound of gurgling water all night which maybe had something to do with the shower only being a dribble and the bed was very hard. The room was a little shabby and needed a freshen up.

Have stayed here before when attending Ffos Las racecourse. Perfect location, staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. Bed very comfortable

The family room was exactly what we needed - clean; reasonably priced and air conditioning

The breakfast was disappointing. They were short staffed - took 20 mins to take the order taken. (It was not busy at all but the 2 people we saw were rushed off their feet). The cooked breakfasts were disappointing - I wish we had booked room only and go e off site (as many options available within a 5 nin drive on the retail park)

Accessible room ground floor very clean, double bed option catered for and a very short walk across the car park to the bar/restaurant. Hot water for coffee on the first morning was luke warm, but the second morning an excellent cup of coffee. Breakfast made to order and fresh, staff were excellent. Bar was reasonably well stocked for choice of drinks, but expensive compared to prices in the town centre. Location on the main route from Swansea to Llanelli and Uber Taxis available within 6 - 8mins and under £6 into the town centre.

Rooms are a little dates but extremely clean. Only one member of staff on duty at breakfast time. Price of drinks compared to town centre.

Staff are friendly and helpful, always available to assist.

Beer is a bit on the expensive side but that is Marston's full stop anywhere in the country. Happy hour was a good call though 👍

Great value for money. The room was very clean with comfy beds. The air-conditioning was great and a welcome bonus after a long day on the motorbike in 30-degree weather. The breakfast was tasty as well.

The air conditioning didn't work in very hot weather. ( the member of staff on duty tried hard to fix it but couldn't). The room needed some upgrading - looks tired - bathroom in particular.

Quiet room

The fact that the " double bed " was 2 singles.put together. Myself and my partner didn't like the break in the mattress , double should mean double . No Gaps !!!

I have stayed at Sessile Oak on a number of occasions. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming, which is why I return there.

The property is getting a bit tired. On this occasion the basin plug was stuck down it took me about 5 minutes to sort this out, I didn’t want to get the staff involved as it was a Sunday evening. The Sunday Carvery was a little tired and although the gammon was very tasty the beef and vegetables were definitely past their best. Next time I will order from the menu. I look forward to my next visit and hope things will have improved.

Over a £110 a night there was no soap no body wash no toilet brush so couldn’t have a shower

The air conditioning in the room was good and the bed was comfortable, albeit it was a little too near the wall on one side yet there was a great deal of space on the other side.

The bathroom floor was rotten beneath the vinyl floor covering. This create an unpleasant smell, caused the floor to be uneven and if not dealt with it could be quite dangerous. The pictures are of the bathroom floor. The pub next door was expensive and the food was very poor.

Great venue , well located

Location for the coastal walk we wanted to do. Air con was amazing as are stay was during a heatwave. The people who worked there were polite and helpful and great knowledge of the area

Wir haben B&B mir Frühstück gebucht und das war absolut okay - die Frühstückszeiten bis 10 Uhr sind top für Langschläfer. Da das B&B an einen Pub/Restaurant angegliedert ist konnten wir dort auch andere Mahlzeiten/Getränke bekommen. Es sind superviele Parkplätze (auch für E-Autos) vorhanden Die Zimmer/Bad/WC sind okay und sauber

Wie in vielen Restaurants / Pubs werden die Tische mit Sprühlösungen gereinigt - deshalb sind die Tische leicht klebrig Das Essen war okay, aber eher Hausmannskost (viel Öl und fettig) Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch eingerichtet (Tischchen/Stühle/Schrank fehlten) Bad/WC ist okay, da aber nur eine Badewanne installiert ist und die Duschvorrichtung fixiert ist, ist das Duschen ein bischen problematisch

Litter outside the accomodation. Bin spilling over with litter. Had to reprort this both days. Bath plug broken. No liquid soap in either bath or basin. Had to call 9n house keeping to rectify. Disappointed stay.

We received a courtesy call informing us of the unavailability of a room, which was preferable to discovering this upon arrival.

I got a call on the way there saying it was full and no rooms were available because a guest didn't check out. I guess I had to drive back to Cardiff to get a room since there were no rooms available at that price, maybe because of bank holidays. This totally changed my perspective on hotel booking. And based on the conversation, it's normal for them, but not for me. I had to drive for 2 hours back and forth the next day for a small room and paid more. Totally unfair.

No working shower for the first four days despite attempts to report and get to work. Was actually told that it was working as someone had turned the bath tap on thinking this proved the shower was working.

I had room 210 on the first floor and the shower pressure was very poor and needs addressing. Also needs a wardrobe for a longer stay. As I was there for one night only the handing rail was ok.
