열쇠 센서키로 대문을 열고, 현관문은 열쇠로만 열 수 있다는 점 참고하세요 엘리베이터는 좁은 편이에요. 최대 2명까지 들어갈 수 있어서 2명이 같이 캐리어를 들고 가기에는 무리가 따릅니다. 하지만 엘리베이터가 충분히 빨라요! 이 숙소를 선택한 이유 중 하나는 세탁기 때문입니다. 러닝이 취미라 러닝복을 매일 탈수해서 말리고 싶었거든요. 정작 이스탄불 자체가 러닝에 좋은 환경이 아니라는 게 함정이었지만, 어찌어찌 달려내서 탈수기는 잘 이용했습니다! 여행중 예상치 못하게 더러워진 옷도 덕분에 그때그때 빨 수 있었어요. 냉장고도 있어 사온 카이막이나 수박을 보관해서 아침으로 먹을 수 있던 점도 좋았어요. 커트러리와 그릇도 있어 식사하기도 좋았습니다.

나중에 기회가 된다면, 화장실 샤워칸이 좀더 넓으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 체구가 큰 편이 아닌데도 편히 샤워하기는 좀 어려웠어요. 문 여는 방식도 비밀번호로 바뀌면 더 이용하기 편할 것 같습니다.

We would especially like to highlight the cozy and comfortable apartments, as well as the delicious and healthy breakfasts. The host was always available, so whenever we needed any help, we could reach out and always receive a response. Everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail: drinking water, dishes, toiletries, tea, sugar, and even a lovely bonus in the refrigerator in the form of Coca-Cola and water. We would also like to mention the hotel's convenient location. Everything you need is within walking distance. And if you want to explore more of Istanbul's sights, you can easily use public transportation with the special travel card, for which we are also very grateful. We would like to express our special thanks to the hotel owner, Emran, who was always polite, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. It is impeccably clean, spacious, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, quiet, and has excellent mattresses. Its location is also incredibly convenient for getting around: during our 8-day stay, starting from Taksim and using only public transport or walking, we were able to reach virtually everywhere we wanted to go. On top of all this, there is Enver’s kindness and courtesy. Even though we never actually needed his help, he made us feel completely at ease, knowing that he was available should any need or issue arise. At the end of our holiday, as I closed the door behind me, I found myself saying goodbye to this apartment with a tear in my eye. Taking everything into consideration, it is hard to imagine finding a better value-for-money stay.

Отель еле нашли - не было вывески на двери, что затруднило поиск. Отелей было много рядом, никто не знал про наш отель, искали около часа. Нужна вывеска! Завтрак был средним. Я пробовала лучше.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolto e messo a nostro agio. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato acqua e te. Gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati tutti i giorni. Lui super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Posizione eccellente a pochi metri da piazza Taksim.

Mutfak ekipmanları son derece yeterliydi; marketlere yakın. Bulaşık makinesi çamaşır makinesi bile vardı. Havlu da boldu. Klimalar çok güzel çalışıyordu ayrıca cadde sizi asla yanıltmasın son derece güvenli bir binada konaklayacaksınız. Kilitli kasası ütüsü çamaşır askılığı dahil herşey mevcut evinizde.

Ön cadde çok işlek ve turistik bir cadde olduğu için gürültü alıyor; ama arka oda uyumak için çok elverişli. İnternet Wifi ağı kaldığım süre boyunca çok fazla kesintiye uğradı belki güncelleme yapılabilir; yükseltici alınabilir.

Absolutely amazing! This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and all the major attractions in Istanbul. Our host was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked until we checked out, making everything easy and stress-free. We truly felt at home during our stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for making our trip to Istanbul even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. Five stars are absolutely deserved!

Perfect place for a few days city break. Great location, good breakfast, very comfortable beds, spacious, clean and tidy. And Enver is a great host - always helpful. The next time we visit Istanbul, we will book it again.

This place had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, very spacious, clean room. The host Enver was very kind, helpful, thoughtful person as everyone mentioned. The location was very convenient, easy access to metro or airport shuttle bus, so close to Taksim Square. We had a wonderful stay there for five nights, we would definitely come back when we get a chance to visit Istanbul.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Taksim Square, with everything you need nearby. The room is also very spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped with basic utensils. There’s even a washing machine, which was especially helpful for our family during a long trip! It’s an excellent hotel with amazing value for money. Highly recommended!

The bathroom faucet had some issues and couldn’t be fixed securely in place no matter what we tried. Hopefully this can be resolved.

Номер просторный, есть полностью оборудованная кухня со всей необходимой посудой. Приятный бонус — запас питьевой воды. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец — очень радует. Завтраки достаточно разнообразные. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяев: они всегда на связи, очень любезны и готовы помочь — могут организовать трансфер в аэропорт. Очень рекомендуем!»

We had a wonderful stay at Taksim House Suites Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even lent us a scale and regularly checked if everything was going well during our stay, which was a very thoughtful touch. The apartment was cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. I highly recommend this place!

El trato del anfitrión era excelente, estuvo muy pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, nos asesoró en todo, sin duda volveremos , todo estaba muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones, la ubicación fue muy buena, estaba cerca de todo, principalmente del metro, y el sector es muy turístico, taksim a pesar de ser un sector con una vida nocturna muy concurrida y turística, no se escucha ruido en el alojamiento, tiene buena insonorización, sin duda lo recomiendo

Me decidí por este establecimiento porque tenía buenas reseñas que indicaban que en realidad existía y el pago se realizaba a la llegada (es muy arriesgado coger alojamientos privados en Turquía; ya tuve una mala experiencia en Rice hace dos años). Me puse en contacto con Enver previamente para avisar que llegaría de noche y estaba esperándonos delante de la puerta en la calle. Agradezco que nos recibiera y nos diera las instrucciones personalmente, pues me gusta conocer a mis anfitriones ¡Lástima que en Europa cada vez haya menos contacto humano; te dejan la llave en la cajita y las indicaciones por whatsapp! El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, limpio, luminoso, acogedor y la ubicación inmejorable.

El ruido en la calle, pero si uno quiere estar en Taksim, que es el centro neurálgico del país, tiene que estar dispuesto a soportarlo. Le recomendé a Enver al salir cuchillos afilados que en realidad cortaran. No le había dicho nada porque yo me llevo los míos propios cuando salgo de viaje y me respondió que estaban así a propósito para evitar accidentes debido a malas experiencias en el pasado.

Внутри хороший ремонт, есть отопление, посуда и что немаловажно - хорошая шумоизоляция. Енвер, очень гостеприимный хозяин с хорошим уровнем английского, всегда готов был помочь. Хорошие большие кровати, качественное постельное белье. Ежедневная уборка! Завтрак в отеле по соседству. Завтрак однообразный, но вполне съедобный. При такой стоимости проживания, очень даже неплохо.

Exactly as advertised: nice flat to stay near Taksim that is suitable for a family, gives you a feeling of being home while on a trip. Kitchen has everything you need, just take some cooking oil with you.

Very good accommodation, just one-minute walk from Taksim Square. Enver, the landlord, is always available to solve any issues and answer questions—even those not directly related to the apartment. He communicates in fluent English, which is extremely important in Istanbul, where many people do not speak English. The service was excellent: always hot water , clean towels and room cleaning every day and all that in a consistently warm apartment (considering we were there for New Year’s Eve and it was snowing). I highly recommend this place and once again , thanks for everything Enver !!!!!!

Located in prime area, many supermarkets & eating places nearby, short walk to high street and public transports. Owner, Mr Enver is an excellent host, very prompt, has kindly arranged for transport from/ to airport. His staff Batu has been equally kind and helpful. One of the best accommodations i had ever stayed. I truly recommend this place to anyone.

O edifício é uma propriedade familiar, e o atendimento é muito atencioso, sempre disponíveis por WhatsApp ou pessoalmente. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e a localização é excelente, sendo possível fazer muita coisa a pé, mas também com transporte público. Voltaria a me hospedar sem dúvida.

필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖추어진 넓은 아파트예요. 우리는 2명이었지만 성인 4인까지 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 크기입니다. 보통 세탁기는 공용인 경우가 많은데, 여기는 세탁기가 아파트 유닛 안에 들어있어요! 마시는 물을 아예 큰 통으로 준비해주셔서 정말 좋았어요. 물을 담아서 외출할 수도 있으니까요. 엘리베이터가 있어서 편리하고, 직원이 정말 친절합니다. 위치는 탁심광장까지 정말 가깝고 경사도 없어요.

클럽 소음이 있다는 후기를 봤는데, 저는 전혀 듣지 못했어요. 제가 소음에 예민한데 괜찮았어요. 그리고 창이 아주 두꺼워서 소음방지를 잘 합니다. 소음걱정은 안 해도 되겠습니다. 샤워부스가 좀 작아요. 성인이 샤워하기에 편안하지 않은 느낌. 하지만 이건 아주 사소한 단점이고, 저는 다음에 다시 탁심에 온다면 여기 머무르고 싶어요.

Sofa a bit older than expected with some tears. Both TV's were good, but a bit small and not not a big selection of channels.

Perfect place. You have everything you need. Even cofffee and washing powder. Very close to Istiklal shopping street but at the same time in a quite area. El alojamiento está situado a un paso de la Plaza Taksim donde se cogen los autobuses ,metro o el funicular de kabatas y junto a la calle istiklal que dando un paseo bajas hasta la torre Galata.
