Terra Prime Suite

Me and my husband stayed at Terra Prime Suite for our honeymoon and what an INCREDIBLE experience it was! Veronica makes you feel like a welcome guest from the second you arrive to after you leave! The suite itself is amazing - great AC, an amazing location, beautiful views, has everything you need! But Veronica truly goes above and beyond to make the experience 1000/10 - the breakfast was incredible, the snacks/drinks she stocks in the room came in handy many times, the porter service she provides was much appreciated , her advice on where to go as a local was perfect, and she was even able to make us some reservations! Having her made all the difference in the world! I’d book here again and again!

WOW!!! We loved this little gem in the heart of beautiful Riomaggiore! We found and booked Terra Prime through AMEX. What a find. Veronica started communicating with us the week before our arrival and made the check-in process so easy. She met us to park our car, get our bags to the porter and walked us to our suite. Throughout our 3 night stay, Veronica was such a wonderful hostess. She knew it was our anniversary, and she welcomed us with Aperol Spritzes and Bruschettas on the balcony with views of the the old town and the sea. She was so helpful with ideas of places to see and eat (even though we had planned most things already - she just reassured us that we made good choices). The suite itself is modern, updated, clean, amenities-filled (loved the private jacuzzi which we took advantage of late one night after a full day of walking up and down the towns of the Cinque Terre) and so comfortable. We opted for breakfast 2 mornings...and Veronica was our hostess - and the food...amazing!!!! the pastries, the focaccia...all homemade by Veronica!!!! We loved staying here in Riomaggiore. We LOVED Terra Prime Suite and highly highly recommend staying here.

Veronica made our trip. Everything from picking us up in beautiful BMW and a porter to handling our bags up and down the stairs to the custom names on the bed and breakfast with our names in chocolate on the plate- the trip was magical !

The Terra Prime suite is absolutely incredible! You MUST stay here for an unforgettable experience. Our host Veronica made our honeymoon so special and memorable. She is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. In fact, she even made us breakfast every morning at a time we chose for her to serve us. BEST HOST WE HAVE EVER HAD. Veronica gave us so many ideas of how to spend our few days in Cinque Terre and none of it disappointed. The hot tub and sauna is a MUST. They are both so relaxing for all the walking you will do around the towns. The suite is spotless and spacious with more than enough room for two people. I cannot rave more about this suite and the hosts are what make it so wonderful. Thank you again, Veronica for being so gracious and making us feel right at home in Cinque Terre. We will forever cherish the time we had here!

The best things about the property were the large room, king size bed, steam shower, private back garden with hot tub, front terrace overlooking the core of Riomaggiore.

A complete diamond in a world full of small, cramped rooms as you trapse across Europe. Nestled in a tranquil village of great restaurants, shops and scenery. Coming back to the suite at the end of a day of exploring was sooooo rewarding. Our host went over the top to ensure we had everything we needed and she was a huge help in itinerary shifts and advice that made our trip to Riomaggiore so incredibly memorable. Terre Prime Suite should be on your list.

Veronika, our hostess, was amazing. Already before we arrived, she contacted us to coordinate our arrival and make sure everything would go smoothly. It was raining heavily the day we arrived, but she was waiting in the pouring rain for us. She showed us our parking spot, then had someone take our luggage down to the loft, and then she guided us there. The loft is beautiful and modern, with a jacuzzi and a sauna! In Riomaggiore, very conveniently located, and with nice views of the town. The bed is comfortable. And Veronika was the most amazing and helpful host we have ever had in our travels, no exaggeration. She helped us plan our stay in Cinque Terre, recommended restaurants, and even booked for us the one we wanted to go to in the evening. And the next morning, the breakfast was divine! Anything we wanted, crepes, fresh fruit, bruschetta, eggs, you name it, she made it for us, and it was all delicious. Overall, one of the best stays ever.

We had the perfect stay at Terre Prime Suite! Veronica was so generous & welcoming. Riomaggiore has many places to eat- though you will be walking hills and stairs. We were very comfortable (great air conditioning!) and loved every minute. We will return!

We had a wonderful time! Veronica went above and beyond to make our time in Cinque Terre super memorable and enjoyable. She gave us a warm welcome and was available for any questions we had while even providing suggestions on the best restaurants and activities to explore during our visit. The property itself was private, clean, had great amenities and was very spacious with gorgeous views of Riomaggiore. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for an elevated experience while they are checking out the area!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! This was our first trip to Cinque Terre and Italy overall we were blown away by the beauty and hospitality. Veronica was incredible from start to finish, arranging pickup of our luggage and parking our car upon arrival, providing welcome drinks and bruschetta, and providing breakfast before our departure. And she was just a message away if we had any questions or needed any tips during our stay! The suite was walking distance from the center of town and the train station so it was easy to jump from town to town. Cannot recommend the Terra Prime Suite enough and we are already dreaming of returning!

The breakfasts could not have been better. The host Veronica was an amazing cook and one of the friendliest people we had met in Italy after traveling for 3 weeks. The breakfasts she made were delicious, and included fruits, cheeses, pastries, breads, yogurts--best meal of the day and great for the energy needed.

We just stayed here… my wife (Gigi) booked it… This place is a gem… Veronica our host was so pleasant to deal with, she made this trip magical. She knows where to eat, places to go, pretty much everything. (Hi Veronica, Gigi says Hi!).. Anyway this place is all you could imagine.. sauna, hot tub, close to the center of town, host who is willing to go out of her way to help you in any way! Veronica and her staff is the best! Love this place! If we are ever in the area again we would book this place instantly! ❤️❤️

We had been traveling in Italy for 2 weeks when we arrived in Riomaggiorie and Terre Prime Suite. Veronica, the most amazing host we have ever met kindly provided transport from La Spezia train station to the Suite. Her adorable son serves as her Porter. The suite itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The bed was larger than our King size at home and we slept so well during our 3 night stay. The bathroom is huge and includes a steam shower and sauna. There is also a hot tub, which is very private. We arranged for breakfast to be included and Veronica made sure we had more food than we could have ever imagined! In fact, she provided bags so that we could enjoy leftover Focaccia for our lunch while we hiked. She can answer any and all questions you may have and truly makes you feel like a member of her family. As for Riomaggorie, of the 5 cities of the Cinque Terra, Riomaggorie was our favorite. The harbor is exceptionally beautiful and you really get a feel for how residents from the area live. Plenty of restaurants to please any seafood or focaccia lover, and of course…the gelato! The ferry ride to the 5 cities is not to be missed as you get an amazing perspective from the sea. Our time spent in Riomaggorie was the most memorable of all our time spent in the beautiful country of Italy, and Veronica and her beautiful Terre Prime Suite were a big reason why. Highly recommend, you will make a friend for life when you meet Veronica.

If you are going to Cinque Terre, treat yourself and stay in Riomaggiore at Terra Prime Suite❤️Veronica is the best hostess ever! She took care of our every need and went above and beyond to make our stay so special. She began chatting with us through WhatsApp months before we went on our trip answering every question we had. When we arrived she picked us up at the train station, took care of our luggage and got us to our suite, made wonderful fresh bruschetta for us and the best aperol spritzes as a welcome! She gave us all the town recommendations for restaurants and views as well as different towns to visit, train info, literally everything you could think of. Little personal touches she added made the stay really special. You can tell that she puts her heart and soul into this place and into treating her guests like family. Breakfast every morning was the most delicious pastries, meats, cheeses, so much❤️We couldn’t recommend Veronica and her place more!!! Oh and the view from the terrace is amazing as well!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The host Veronica provided us with transportation to and from Riomaggiore and provided us with incredible a breakfast every morning of our stay. She was incredibly generous with her time and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The suite itself is incredible and has everything you’d need in it. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

It was the most spectacular suite! Very well though and accommodating to everyone’s need. So many different amenities in just only one suite. There’s a steamer, a sauna, a hot tub and the most beautiful and spacious bathroom. It’s a dream of a room.

A perfect place to stay when visiting Cinque Terre. The apartment is spacious with beautiful views overlooking the city and sea. There is a hot tub which is wonderful after a day of hiking. Veronica, the owner, is so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

A love letter to Veronica, our Terra Prime Suite hostess! By far the most magical experience in all our travels EVER. Veronica treated us like family, prepared a 6 course breakfast every morning, gave the best recs & had every detail covered. Her place is absolutely immaculate with the most stunning view. Loved every part of our stay. The host greeted us personally with a drink and snack to walk the suite and explain all amenities. An amazing view in a gorgeous town. She texted restaurant suggestions and had a porter there to help with our bags on arrival and departure. We were able to stay in for an evening and enjoy the hot tub. Great location. Would go back just for the owner she was fantastic

We wish we were still there. 3 nights was not long enough. Veronica is so warm and welcoming. Private and spacious like a house. The place is outstanding with a sauna, spa, complimentary drinks, view, insane bed and pillows, sunbeds, seriously everything you’d want.

We spent 3 nights at the Terra Prime suite and it was lovely. First, we really enjoyed staying in Riomaggiore. Somehow it felt less crowded than the other villages. The suite is a fabulous place to stay. It is spacious and decorated beautifully. There are all the great amenities like a mini fridge, robes, slippers, Nespresso coffee maker, high quality toiletries …. And then some special features like a hot tub and a sauna. There is a lovely garden and patio with several places to sit in a very private setting. The location is overlooking the village, with a short walk (and several stairs) to reach the main street. Veronica is a gracious hostess, responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. She gave us a welcome snack of bruschetta and aperol spritzes, and then a huge breakfast each morning. We highly recommend the Terra Prime suite!

We cannot say enough good things about this place! We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon, and it was worth every penny. It’s essentially a private, one room bed and breakfast with your own personal concierge/host who did SO much— arranged a taxi to pick us up at the train station; made dinner reservations for us; provided tons of recommendations and was basically on call to answer questions via WhatsApp at any time. The private hot tub is amazing, there is a gorgeous view of the water from the front balcony, bed was super comfy, the sauna was incredible, the room was incredibly clean and quiet, and included endless snacks and drinks that were restocked daily. It should go without saying because of the location that you have to walk up several flights of stairs to get to the suite from town, but that’s the case for just about anywhere in Cinque Terre! We particularly loved this location because it was away from the crowds and other tourists, and really gave us a little peek into what it would be like to actually live on Riomaggiore. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a truly unique, comfortable and luxury experience.

This was our first trip to Italy. My wife and I arrived in Milan (MXP) and traveled 3.25 hours for a two-night stay at Terra Prime Suite. As we were approaching Riomaggiore, Veronica was in communication with us providing exact instructions on where to arrive. She and the porter met us to receive our luggage and got us immediately checked into the suite. After reviewing the entire suite with us, how to use the train app/schedule, where to dine locally, etc. she returned with Aperol Spritzes and homemade bruschetta from her garden which was greatly appreciated after our drive. The suite is exceptionally clean, spacious, and has everything that you could possibly want. After a long day of hiking, site seeing, food and wine, the private hot tub was very relaxing. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning while overlooking the village. On our day of departure Veronica arrived 30 minutes before we were to leave with homemade croissants and cappuccino's which was a very nice treat and surprise. She and the porter delivered all our luggage to the vehicle which was very helpful. I began speaking with Veronica on WhatsApp nine months before our trip and she provided many helpful suggestions prior to our arrival. Veronica is an absolute gem and exudes customer service! I can’t say enough great things about our stay!! Our host was beyond amazing! She attended to our every need. The place was fabulously furnished! The location was perfect! The town is adorable! You should definitely stay here and let Veronica spoil you rotten!!

First, Veronica is like a wise Italian sister who knows everything and everyone, and is super responsive, kind and generous. She made reservations for us before we arrived, met us at the train station and helped us land after a very long trip. The suite is spectacular! With two outdoor spaces, one smaller with a gorgeous water view, and one huge with a porch swing, full table, outdoor shower, and hot tub! The inside is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is especially wonderful with the steam room/shower and sauna combo that our sore muscles definitely appreciated. If that wasn't enough, Veronica create delicious snacks (e.g. bruschetta with fresh tomatoes from her garden) and treats her guests like royalty. She even helped us find our way back on our first day, after taking the long, arduous way back from the train station. Veronica will let you in on all the details that you can't find anywhere in guidebooks. Truly a magical place!

My husband and I traveled through Italy for 3 weeks and stayed at a variety of hotels (all 4 or 5 star hotels) and Terra Prime Suite was one of our absolute favorites! Room: 10/10 The room is large, clean, modern and bright! You have everything you could want and more- including Nespresso machine, mini fridge, hot water kettle, sauna, walk-in closet, additional luggage closet, jacuzzi and balcony! The room is beautifully curated and very comfortable with attention paid to every small detail. The room also comes stocked with beverages and snacks, which is all included in the price of the room. (Also, Salvatore Ferragamo bath products!) Hospitality: 10/10 The hospitality at Terra Prime Suite was by far the BEST from any hotel we stayed at. The owner and her husband offered to pick us up from the La Spezia train station and drive us into Riomaggiore so that we could avoid carrying our luggage up the stairs. After escorting us to our room she greeted us with fresh bruschetta, fruit and aperol spritz’s! This immediately transported us from travel mode into vacation mode! The owner communicated with us the whole time on WhatsApp. She was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, helping us make the most out of our time in Cinque Terre. Overall - outstanding 10/10 experience. Would come back in a heartbeat and will be recommending to family and friends!!

The suite is beyond impressive, we had stayed in all top intl hotel group & resorts but this suite was very well appointed especially love the setup of the Jacuzzi, steam & sauna.

Veronica was an exceptional host. Communication with her way easy and she was very responsive! Plus, she makes the absolute BEST bruschetta! Our breakfast in the morning was the best of our whole trip through Italy. The location of the apartment is fantastic. The balcony view is the best. The hot tub was perfect after a day of walking up and down the hills in Cinque Terre. And I have to mention again what an amazing host Veronica is!

Honestly, there was nothing to not like. Our stay was perfect!

We were met at the train after a long trip from Australia, Breakfast was all we could ask for. Veronica was a great host - restaurant bookings. Sunset boat cruises, transfers to the train etc etc. Nothin was too much trouble. A relaxing spa, steam room ,sauna. - more than we expected and made our stay.

Veronica was such a lovely helpful host she has thought of every possible thing to make sure you have the best stay. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed from picking us up from the train station to making us some bruschetta and drinks on arrival and helping us plan our day in Cinque Terre. The room was clean and comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. The hot tub was soo lovely under the stars.

We stayed at the Terra Prime Suite in Sept 2022. Our first time in Cinque Terre and we were so pleased we had found the perfect place to stay. The apartment is very clean with recent updates.....high end sauna, shower, bath fixtures, etc. The host was Veronica who was the best host we have ever experienced. She was on time to meet us and arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the apartment and our car to be garaged. She was a wealth of information and so very helpful and accomodating. When we return to Cinque Terre we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Perfect location and ambience. Wow!

The apartment was extremely luxurious and beyond comfortable. The amenities were like a 5 star hotel coupled with a high end spa. The bed was super comfy and the shower, sauna and jacuzzi made our stay super restful and relaxing. But the best part was our host, Veronica, who did everything possible to make our stay exceptional—from communication to the amazing homemade appetizers and breakfasts!!!!

Veronica is the BEST host. This is really all you need to know. We travel a fair bit, and I’m not exaggerating at all when I say she is the #1 host we have ever stayed with. Everything before, during, and after your stay is absolutely perfect. She is very communicative, the suite is amazing, the amenities and view are all you could ask for, and Veronica is just one of the most fun and thoughtful people you could meet. There is absolutely no question that this is where we will stay any time we come to Cinque Terre.

This is the most amazing place to stay and in such a great location. The owner/host is fantastic and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect including picking you up from the train station, arranging someone to carry your luggage, complimentary drinks and snacks refilled every day, the list goes on. The private terrace with hot tub is truly incredible at night after a long day of walking/hiking/swimming and there is a second balcony on the other side of the suite overlooking the town/sea (perfect spot for morning espresso, also stocked and refilled each day for you). We only stayed 2 nights but wished we had stayed longer.

We have just had the most wonderful 2 night stay at Terra Prime Suite. From the start to the end of our stay Veronica went over and above, she is so thoughtful with her hosting including helping us with making reservations (with the best tables!) and making sure we had everything we needed including helping us get to La Spezia. The suite speaks for itself with an amazing view and fantastic ammenities including a sauna, steam room and a hot tub. She has truly thought of everything you may need, including a mini bar with free drinks. The bag service made our stay in the Cinque Terre painless and one less thing to worry about. We wished we stayed longer, we would come back in a heartbeat!

We spent 2 nights in Riomaggiore - the first night was at <La Vista di Marina> where everything except the view was HORRIBLE - it’s more airbnb style than hotel, please avoid at all costs. <Terra prime> was utopia in comparison to that hotel, and in fairness, for every luxury hotel out there. We were so touched by the thoughtfulness and generosity that the owner, Veronica, extended to us. To quote her - “I treat my guests the same way I want to be treated when I’m on holiday”. Ive never written a review to laud and compliment, but “Terra Prime” made it impossible for me not to. It surpassed any and every expectation I had. For the sake of brevity, I will summarise what made our stay at <Terra prime> a memorable one: 1) There was a porter service that Veronica offers who’ll collect your luggage to and fro train station 2) Veronica greeted us and showed us around the room 3) Everything was per as description and Photos shown - what you see is what you get! 4) There were guide books and train schedule, and Veronica recommended restaurants which we tried and things to do 5) We were served tea - Hummus and Foccacia and SCENTED hot towels - the thoughtfulness really touche us! 6) FREE water, drinks and snacks (these were chargeable at <La Vista di Marina> Which is around the same price point as <Terra Prime>) 7) Netflix was available! 8) there was a pillow menu with many pillow options. Veronica said she incorporated this when she stayed at a hotel in Milan. From here, you can tell that she strives to be better every time. 9) The shower had 4 modes - fountain, rain, mist and handheld- it was so fun trying all 4. The sauna had dry/humid options and was such a treat. 10) the outdoor jacuzzi was already prepared for us when we arrived 11) the breakfast spread was fit for a king - Veronica personally cooks and prepares the food - there was sweet pineapples and tiramisu with our name in chocolate 12) Veronica extended our check out time by 30 mins as I had fractured my foot.

We spent 24 days traveling in Italy , spanning over 7 different cities and staying with Veronica and and Terra Prime was definitely one of the main highlights! Riomagiorre is awesome to begin with so I won’t spend any time speaking about the area because you already know why you came. But if you do decide to see Cinque Terre, do yourself a favor and stay at Terra Prime. Location is excellent, 10 min walk to the train station and also the boat docks. There are lots of steps, but this is part of the Cinque Terre experience. Veronica gave us excellent service starting from picking us up from La Spezia station, giving us excellent breakfast each morning and making sure she was available for any questions we had. Service was super excellent! The suite was another level! The room had a sauna! A SAUNA!!! And then also we had our own PRIVATE JACUZZI!!! And trust me, you will need it at the end of the day after all the up and down walking you will do enjoying Cinque Terre. It’s the perfect way to unwind and relax! Veronica even had Netflix working on her TV so yet another perfect way to chill after a long day! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Veronica’s terre prime suite is amazing. 1st class all the way. She picked us up at the train station and had our luggage delivered to our suite. The suite has a beautiful patio and sitting area with a great hot tub with total privacy. The suite is immaculate, great king size bed and you can choose from five different pillow types. In the suite is a beautiful bathroom with a sauna and steam room. The suite near the top of riomaggiore so it has beautiful views and it’s only a five minute walk to the train station. When we arrived Veronica brought us bruschetta and cocktails. Breakfast each morning was great but be warned, it’s a lot of food!

Very convenient and beautiful scenery location, comfortable and clean room, especially quiet environment. Everything is perfect. Thank you for your warm service, including the shuttle train. I'll come back next time!！😂

This is a beautiful suite with views of town and the sea from the outside deck. Our hostess was friendly, kind and accommodating and ensured that all our needs were met. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the steam shower / sauna made our stay here like being at a spa.

We had an amazing time on our trip to Riomaggiore and Veronica and the suite were a huge part of it. She picked us up promptly at the train station in Le Spezia. She brought us to our room, and had her husband bring our luggage down. She showed us all the amenities. She offered us a later than normal check out and drove us back to our rental car at the end of our stay. We had a long day of hiking and she coordinated the in room massage at the end of the day at 8 and 9pm. The massage was very good and relaxing. After the massage Veronica served us bruschetta and mojitos. Sauna and steam room worked perfectly and were outstanding amenities. The money she saves you on transport and the added service is well worth the price. She is the definition of an amazing host. My wife is a flight attendant and we travel everywhere and this is one of the best experiences we will ever have. She is truly passionate about what she does. Thank you Veronica!

Only stayed one night but truely wish we had stayed more. The suite is located in the high area of the village so has great views and is near the Main Street. The suite is super clean, spacious, and just absolutely beautiful. The bed is huge and I loved spacious bathroom area with a sauna and luxurious amenities. There are two outside spaces where you can lay out in the sun or have drinks outside. The owners Veronica and her husband were wonderful people, picking us up at the station, letting us know their favorite places to eat, and planning the best way to go to our next destination. We will definitely stay at this suite again if we come to Riomaggiore!!

The suite is set on the hillside overlooking the charming village with an amazing view. The suite is newly remodeled and very well appointed. The couple that own it are very caring and accommodating. The little village is beautiful has great restaurants. Veronica and Alessio are exceptionally nice people they insisted on picking us up from the train station in La Spezia and driving us to the Suite getting us settled . They gave us a run down of the area made sure we had train and ferry schedules. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Riomaggiore was perfect.
