At first we were given a room with no view of the river and when we asked for another room they immediately gave us a room with a river view. Awesome! In general it is an amazing hotel with extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

Our fridge had no shelves in its door. We requested this to be remedied and it never got done! Just a small blemish on an otherwise perfect stay!

Big and spacious room. Comfortable beds with airconditioning. Appreciate a location with a view of the bridge and water. Breakfast got great selections, they were busy during our stay. Nice indoor and outdoor pool with a bar.

It will be nice to have coffee machine with pods, otherwise it was great

Oh my goodness! What didn't I like? This hotel probably over delivered. I had a beautiful corner suite overlooking Han River. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby. I love the decor all over the building. The location was perfect! I would rate this hotel 10/10 stars!

Nv lễ tân quá nguyên tắc. Dù khách mua phòng giá cho 2 người, nhưng bị nhầm lẫn lúc note số lượng khách trên app booking, nv lễ tân bắt khách mua thêm, 2 phòng gần 6tr nhưng chỉ được ở 2 người. Đoàn của tôi 3 người lớn 2 trẻ em nhưng phải trả thêm phí cho 3 người. Thật vô lý, cứ như ks chỉ chờ khách sơ hở bị nhầm lẫn là tận thu vậy. Đây là lần cuối cùng tối ở ks này dù đã ở đây nhiều lần

Das Hotel ist sein Geld meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht wert. Die Lage ist zwar gut und der Ausblick wirklich schön, aber dafür zahlt man einen extrem hohen Preis, der in keinem Verhältnis zum Zustand des Hotels steht. Alles wirkte alt, abgenutzt und teilweise ungepflegt. Die Betten waren unbequem, in der Dusche war Schimmel und insgesamt hatte man einfach nicht das Gefühl, in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse zu sein. Vieles war sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen oder beschädigt. Gerade bei diesen Preisen erwartet man eine ganz andere Qualität und einen deutlich besseren Standard. Für uns war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich schlecht und völlig überzogen. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele andere schöne Unterkünfte, bei denen man für sein Geld wesentlich mehr bekommt. Für uns war dieses Hotel leider eine große Enttäuschung und wir würden es zu diesem Preis definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of tasty food, catering to different preferences. The location was ideal and made it easy to get around and explore the area. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Highly recommended!

No hay un lugar cerca para ir a hacerte un masaje, a las 8 de la noche tuve que caminar por el sendero solitario con ratones, aunque si pasas la acera en frente del hotel esta mas concurrido de puestos ambulantes (por en esta acera no hay masajes tienes que regresarte otra vez al frente, pero puedes irte por ahi para no sentirte tanto) caminar 10 minutos y encontraras uno caminando. Al final si quieres puedes tomar un grab y ya. Todo en da nang es cerca y puedes llegar muy muy rapido a mercado local y zona comercial. (Otra cosa, hay una obra a lado, justo por donde vi algunos ratones, pero NO senti mucho ruido. Muy buen hotel

It wasn’t worth the money we paid. Didn’t feel like a 5 star property at all.

In my room, the fan and ac was not working. The fridge was damaged. When we left leftover food in the room and went out, the plates were there till next day without being cleaned. Elevators take a really long time to come. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Won’t recommend the hotel. However, when I escalated to the GM, she was kind enough to extend out checkout for our late night flight.

La propreté, le calme de la chambre, l’emplacement de l’hôtel en face de la rivière et au-dessus d’un centre commercial.

Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas bon et pas frais du tout. C’est vraiment la chaîne, trop de monde. Il y a pourtant plusieurs plats représentés mais ce n’était pas bon. Les deux piscines ne suffisent pas pour le monde de l’hôtel. Service bagage dépassé au Check-out. Hôtel sympa mais pas du tout familial.

Very dirty .. this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel (the price doesn’t not reflect at all) (Cockroaches, egg shells on the carpet -not ours-, mold and dirt under bathroom items. Breakfast was expansive & not worth it. Construction next door was loud Requested room service- they just mobbed the dirt in its place.

מיקום המלון, הצוות והחדרים גדולים והנוחים, בריכה נפלאה, סה"כ מלון מומלץ ללא התקלה שהיתה לנו סביר שהיינו מדרגים 10

קיבלנו תחילה שני חדרים בקומה 15.לחדר אחד היה ריח ממש לא נעים של עובש ובחדר השני ריח לא נעים, סדין קרוע ושערות על המיטה כאילו החדר לא עבר ניקוי. בקשנו שיחליפו והם העבירו אותנו לאותה רמת חדרים כמו שהזמנו בקומה 23 והחדרים היו נעימים ונקים, דבר ששיפר מאד את השהות במלון וחוות דעתינו על החדרים מסתמכת על חדרים 2305/ 2309 שהיו נקיים.

To be honest everything was perfect, but the AC is too bad. They changed our room and faced same issue.

C’est une usine, le petit déjeuner jusqu’à 9h30 pour le petit déjeuner et l’autre jusqu’à 10h30 , il ya du monde, l’hygiène est plus que douteuse, la qualité du petit déjeuner laisse à désirer Le ménage dans la chambre n’est pas ou très peu fait Ne mérite pas un 5* Très souvent déçu par la chaîne Meliá

יש המון בניה מסביב, למרות שהחדר פנה לנהר, נוף מהמם , שמענו בלילה את רעש המנופים, אז מי שיש לו שינה קלה לא מומלץ

Did not try the breakfast buffet but had brunch and coffee at lobby cafe (with Starbucks coffee menu).

For the lobby cafe - menu is good and like the option for Starbucks coffee. But kitchen was really slow as we waited for almost an hour for a sandwich and nearly missed our day activity. For the room - the pumps for the shower gel and conditioner bottles not working well and the fridge is not cold at all !

Located 7 min walk from the Dragon bridge and the night market. In Proximity to Vinpearl shopping mall. The room is actually a suite with a small kitchenette and very spacious.

The room window could have been cleaner and so would the lamps beside the beds been replaced.

Great location, clean room and facilities, but the best is the staff. They are awesome.

We had a wonderful experience at Melia. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The excellent service and beautiful atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Helen staff !

My husband and I eat breakfast at Han River 2 several times a week. While there is room for improvement with regards to the lukewarm temperatures of the hot food section, the Torta de Santiago is quite delicious, the staff at the egg station always produces perfect eggs, and the bibimbap station is reliably delicious. The wait staff is very nice but the real standout is Kieu. For some reason, they rarely offer fresh beetroot at the salad bar anymore. I asked Kieu once if she could grab us a plate of beetroot from Rumba restaurant. Not only did she deliver it that day, she now brings us a plate without us asking when she sees us. That is the epitome of going above and beyond to provide the very best experience for the customer. She is one of the reasons we keep coming back. She found an opportunity to make us feel special and continues to do it. Thank you Kieu for your excellent professionalism and proactiveness.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The hotel is conveniently located with a shopping mall just behind it.

The lifts were slow during peak hours. Apart from the mall behind the hotel, walking elsewhere requires passing a nearby construction site with poor pedestrian paths. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and communication in English was limited, which was unexpected for a higher-end hotel.

Overall, the hotel's location is good. I had no issues getting around, and my room had a nice view of the Dragon Bridge and several other buildings. The biggest downside is how overcrowded the hotel feels. Waiting for the elevators often took several minutes, especially during busy hours. The towels were also low quality, and the bathroom felt quite small for a hotel of this standard. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Even with both air conditioners in the living room and bedroom set to 18°C and the fan speed on maximum, the room never became comfortably cool. I was still sweating throughout my stay. I live in a climate similar to Da Nang, so I am used to hot and humid weather. The room simply retained too much heat, likely because of the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Laslty it was not a clean hotel, many things were simply dirty, there was hair in the toilet at check-in etc. Overall, the location is a positive, but the overcrowding, weak air conditioning, and lower quality room amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected.
