Room was gorgeous, beautiful breakfast, great location
Tammy and her husband were great, friendly and helpful, and looked after us at breakfast and Tammy again at dinner. We had a very delicious plant based Penang curry (some tofu in it for protein would have been good, and a slightly larger portion). Good coffee at breakfast. Small car park at the rear for residents. Good location.
There needs to be a luggage rack and more hanging space, particularly for coats and walking/climbing clothes + somewhere to hang wet clothes (it rains a lot in Wales and people climb the hills!). The lighting is rubbish for doing makeup. We said in advance (and reminded when we checked in) we wanted an early breakfast as we had to leave early on the Saturday but that was not passed on. Fortunately we anticipated and had taken our own breakfast, but we shouldn't have had to in a hotel! more plant-based/healthy breakfast choices would be good. The apples had been on the dish a while. The cooked breakfast took AGES to arrive, maybe 45 mins. Breakfast staff very apologetic. The bathroom window doesn't open and the bedroom blind is partially broken.
Beautiful new rooms, great location
Food for diner was very poor,
Great quiet location, very comfortable and clean room. Very good and tasty evening meal and breakfast . Lovely friendly and smiley hosts. We would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

From start to finish the staff the room the service 10 out of 10 excellent job 👏
Staff were amazing, went above and beyond. Fantastic room, really lovely pub. Breakfast was exceptional. Dinner excellent. Could park easily … Will be going back!

I booked the Saracen's Head for myself and 4 mates to stay after completing the 3 peaks challenge and it was absolutely perfect. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were great, beds comfy, and the food at the bar was excellent. Thanks for a great stay, I wish we could have stayed longer.
Bel emplacement. Parking privatif. Petit déjeuner correct

Comfortable and nice staff
The room was spacious, and beautifully decorated, as was the bathroom. The whole place was clean and well decorated, enhancing the beauty of this lovely historical building, which is in a magical position on the river. There are 11 rooms, all with local, Welsh names directly associated with the history of the area, and the rest of the hotel is spacious, light and airy, which isn't easy to achieve in a property of this age. It's really very charming, homely, clean and smart. The breakfast was OK. I would have liked overnight porridge, with a greater amount of fruit, but the cooked breakfasts all looked great, especially as this is a small hotel. The evening menu was quite 'pub-like', but we both enjoyed the food, which was tasty, and... goodness!...there was plenty of it!! The menu was a bit "chip heavy," but we were able to substitute chips for mash. All in all, a really lovely place to stay, in a great position to take in the beauty of North Wales and Eryri.
Probably a greater variety of healthy home cooked food, and fewer chips.
Location and standard of accommodation

Beautiful spacious room, light and airy.
Noise carried up from the pub below. We could hear every word of every conversation, and could not sleep at all until the pub closed despite wearing earplugs.
Lovely rooms. Loads of space, comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious.
Kitchen closed at 7.45. Too early for a hotel.
Bed was comfortable
Breakfast was very poor
The breakfast was fine and the service was very good
Beautifully appointed and clean room, excellent breakfast and very accommodating and friendly staff. Beddgelert is quite remote and quiet so we were really pleasantly surprised at the high standards of this place.

Modern, clean bedrooms, friendly staff, good food.
Lovely village setting. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Extra long bath and good shower. The young staff were friendly.
The breakfast was average.
Lovely room, comfy beds, spotless room, felt quite newly decorated, great location
Slow service on breakfast, appeared to be a little understaffed
Location
No atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast poor.
Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen. Ausreichend Parkplätze hinter dem Haus vorhanden.
Great location, clean room
The restaurant food was horrible
Room was spotless and bed was comfortable with superb bathroom. Food was terrific and staff very friendly
No dislikes
huge veggie breakfast and i couldn't eat it all. Room was excellent. Wifi was a bit dodgy.
meals/ food in pub was distinctly average and closed at 8pm? Straight out the brake bros lorry. :-(
The breakfast is superb.
Great location Comfortable rooms
Lovely staff! Really working hard during heat wave and World Cup games. Kept old charm while successfully updating w modern rooms.
Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Beddgelert. The rooms were beautiful and all the staff amazing
The lady we dealt with at breakfast was really helpful
The check in was awful the guy on reception didn’t have a clue couldn’t find our room had no idea about our booking it took over an hour to get the keys, told us to go and get a drink
staff very friendly, breakfast lovely, room spotless
2 flights stairs. stuffy attic room despite fan but we are in heatwave, windows only open few inches

Sash windows would not stay open No fan or air con
Excellent location, great parking and staff were very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast included in the price was very generous and well presented. Spacious, comfortable rooms.
Some noisy guests returning back to the Inn at 02:00 in the morning, even though the property’s bar stopped serving at 22:30.
Beautiful room and location, friendly staff
Slightly wrong information given to what times the restaurant served food till on an evening. Although we where lucky enough to have some kind staff who sorted it for us
Breakfasts excellent, dinners not so much. Very accommodating staff when it came to the England v Mexico world cup match.
Good food, safe parking and room ok. Staff were OK but not great.
Welcome was underwhelming, bar service average and despite asking about bar closure, grumpy looks when asking for a night cap 1hr before stated closure time when we returned from a wander round the village.
Location to die for Staff very accommodating.
Wi-Fi
The location
The wifi did not work. it’s rained one night and the drains from the bath room made the whole room smell, room also smelt damp on the first day. There was no fans or AC.
Location- breakfast
We have mobility issues and were put on 2nd floor- that’s our fault for not mentioning it but they said had nothing else available. We really struggled and ended up leaving after 1 night even though we booked for 2. We booked a deluxe king room and the pictures showed a lovely big bed , 2 armchairs and a walk in shower. The room we were given was nothing like that. The bed wasn’t king size, there was only one chair and the shower was in the bath so we couldn’t use it. There was no wi-fi, no phone connection and a very small tv high up on the wall. Compared to many other places we have booked through you this was one of the poorest. For the price it definitely wasn’t deluxe. Very disappointed unfortunately.
A good location in a very pretty village, convenient for Snowden. Rooms were very comfortable clean and well presented, the nicest towels ever!
The property lacked care and attention, plants and flowers dying and not looked after, dirty tables left for over a day. We did not try the 'pub' as it did not appeal.
Lovely friendly place great staff great food
Wifi
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very nice
The car park wasn’t big enough. There was a sign that the car park was for residents but I think other customers were filling it. We did eventually get a space for our car
Location
Food wasn’t great, and expensive for what you get,
Great location. Lovely bathroom & very clean
No fans. Was hot out & the rooms had been left with windows open so the room was very hot when we arrived. I asked for a fan to be told no, they only have 1 between all of the rooms. We did then get the fan as the room that had it checked out early however it was very noisy. The window cleaner also came at 830 in the morning & was suddenly looking into our room.
Spaceplane very comfortable
Very good
close to everything
dinner prices and quality
The room itself
Check-in and service. I was waiting 20 minutes for a member of staff to pause serving drinks to all the people turning up to the bar as I waited. Breakfast itself was OK but it took a long time to be served.
Rooms and location were fabulous. Clean and lovely decor.
The staff need extensive training. Whilst friendly they lacked the basic professionalism required for hospitality. There was no evident leadership and to sit and have breakfast whilst listening to the kitchen staff bitch about their jobs and bosses is inappropriate. The breakfast room lacked any atmosphere and felt like being at a Wake.
The rooms were fantastic, spacous and nicely decorated. Very comfortable room
Internet was hit and miss and the shower only ran cold but the bath was good lots of hot water
Room was ok, if a little time worn. Staff were friendly enough.
Food options or food itself wasn't great.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location , Beddgelert is so beautiful the pub was lovely and so comfortable
Nothing
Although some of the furniture needs TLC the staff makes up for it. I had a horrible day, missed my flight, had to sleep in the airport when I made it to Saracens breakfast service had ended but the owner still served me a full English breakfast so I could go hike Snowdon. The other staff member I interacted with later that evening was also very friendly.
Great location, cute village, nice rooms, food was amazing
It’s a bit expensive for what it is
Clean and tidy, had everything we needed in our room. Staff were very professional and pleasant. Great location for exploring the local area and beyond.
Staff were extremely busy, but still efficient and polite, could have been due to the lovely weather or that it was a school holiday. Long wait for food and disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open. There was no mention it was closed on the website.
We love the location, Beddgelert is stunning, our rooms were lovely, though boiling hot. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing.
On finding the rooms were sweltering hot on arrival we asked at reception if there were any fans we could use, we were told no... Half of our party had virtually no sleep due to being far to hot, which was a shame as everything else was lovely. Room 7 was unbearably hot, room 10 was fine, so i guess a few fans would be brilliant.
The room was so clean, lovely and cozy, upto date, location was spot on ! Breakfast was lovely!
TV wouldn't connect to Internet WiFi wasn't the best, food stopped at 9pm
Everything was fine except the breakfast, location was awesome, the room was clean ! .
we waited for more than an hour for breakfast
Breakfast room was a very nice room and layout. Dinner was good, pity it wasn't in the same room as the breakfast. The bedroom was spacious and the refurb was excellent.
The staff weren't totally on the ball, either in appearance or the service they offered.
Really good location.
The staff were a bit slow. Took an hour to get out to get our breakfast. The bathroom in our room was pretty bad, it really needs a bit of a revamp and it will be lovely.
The central location, the awesome breakfast, the friendly staff, the great beer, the atmosphere (the locals like coming in just for a drink, which makes it really good for a convivial evening), the well-appointed rooms, the choice of evening food if you want it, and the decor (which is updated, but not horribly modern and soulless)
The wifi was pretty bad. It seems to be provided by some third party, who force you to sign up for "an account" to use it, and then it didn't actually function consistently enough to be able to use messaging apps to send any pictures. Discord just refused to use it at all. The car-parking, with it's overly complex technology that forced you to register your car every day with a third-party provider- it wasn't clear at what point in the day you had to register by, and the anonymous nature of the control left you constantly on edge as to whether you'd made it in time to avoid an unpleasant surprise being mailed to you.
Location and it had a busy bar areas
Location , Clean and great food
Could have better organised breakfast bar , keep cereal and milk topped up .
Clean good food
The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Snowdonia. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast for us and the dog!
Our bathroom was in need of a little attention. Only cosmetic defects. It was spotless and everything worked as it should.
