Black Art Otel

I stayed 3 nights at the Black Art hotel, the staff who work there are so helpful and friendly, the room i stayed in was very comfortable, and the breakfast was super. It is around a 10 minute walk to the main Taksim area, this means it is quiet at night and you don't hear the noise from the busy Taksim area. The hotel is excellent value for money, I'll be stayig there again when i return to Istanbul next year. Thank you Black Art hotel!!

Odalar çok küçük çok temiz değildi ama çok kirli de değildi kahvaltı var dedi ben kahvaltı almıştım uygulamayı üzerinden sabah uyandığımda kahvaltı dahil değil dediler. Gece sabaha kadar sürekli sesler geliyordu uykuya girmekte zorlanıyorsun

Otel genel olarak iyi. Detaylar da ortalamanın altında. Oda fena değil . Yatak ve yastıklar çok kötü. Duş başlığından nerdeyse su gelmiyordu. Duş gideri tıkalıydı. Temizlik de ortalama. Personel iyiydi. Tercih etmemde yorumlar etkili oldu. Kahvaltı iyiydi. On üzerinden dört.

The rooms are in excellent condition, the staff are extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure all guests are content. The hotel is about 10-14 mins walking distance away from Taksim. It’s in a good location about 15 mins drive from nisantasi and other ferry piers. Good quality breakfast. Complimentary drinks throughout the day in the lounge area. You won’t regret it!

Prima kamer die schoon is. Elke dag wordt de kamer netjes schoon gemaakt. Het bed is prima en de badkamer is ook helemaal in orde.

Hotellet var ok. Personalet var også fint og venlig. Det er eneste minus er meget larm om aften/natten.

Fiyat performans olarak idare eder. Ücretli otopark var. Taksim meydanına 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibar. Kahvaltı fena değil.

my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I had made a reservation for a king-size suite room for four persons from [29 july 2023] to [01 August 2023] under the reservation reference number [55251989]. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards that were advertised and expected. Upon my arrival on [29 july 2023], I was shocked to discover that the room I was assigned did not match the specifications I had booked and was promised in the booking confirmation. Instead of the king-size bed and an extra bed, the room contained a double bed and a single sofa bed. This left our group with a missing bed, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort throughout our stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning at all during the first two nights of our stay. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk and address the issue, the AC remained inoperative. It was only on the third day, late at night, that an electrician was sent to fix the AC unit. This prolonged lack of basic amenities significantly marred our experience and made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially considering the sweltering weather. I believe that as a guest, I have the right to expect a comfortable and accurate accommodation that aligns with the reservation I made and the promises outlined in the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this expectation, and it has left deeply dissatisfied.

喫煙スペースは屋内にあり、なかなか良い。 ただ、朝食のときに驚くことを見てしまった。 客が食べ残したオリーブを元の容器に戻している。 家族間でならまだしも、客に出すのにこれはあんまりだ。 部屋は清潔ではあるが,、別の面で清潔とは言い難い。

I wish I could give them 0 or maybe less. Super filthy room, no elevator, unsafest location in Istanbul. Photos of the hotel are unrealistic. Breakfast can’t be worse. Literally awful. I stayed for 1 night but they charged me for 4 nights and never refund me. Since I reserved it for 4 nights initially but due to reasons that I have mentioned I cancelled that but they didn’t refund me. Never ever recommended whatsoever. If you would like to loss your money choose this garbage.

Oda çift kişilik diye satıldı ancak iki yatak arası 1 karış yani 15 cm mesafe vardı. Yatarken kolum arkadaşıma dolanacak kadar yakındı. Duşu kapı değil bildiğin plastik paravan ile ayrılıyor. Eğer kalacağınız kişi çok samimi ise burayı tercih edin. Eğer samimi değil ama olmak istiyorsanız da tercih edebilirsiniz.

Was staying in this hotel room 102, for 11 nights the people are good but to be honest some of them don’t speak 1 word english. It’s oke but it would be nice if they would try because with good communication everything would go way smoother. But the first guy that received us was amazing for fixing a problem we had. Bonjour il y a des choses négatifs est positif négatif,il est serré là-bas y’a pas trop de plasse de parking et de bruit nuit et jour et quelque chose positif il et dans le centre-ville d’Istanbul il est pas trop propre.

I had a great stay at this funky little hotel. The rooms have modern decor and illuminated signs in room that are pretty cool. The staff are friendly and always try to help, a big thank you to the manager Baris who speaks good English and assists guests. This is a family business hotel and they are trying hard to please guests. The rooms are clean and have tv air con and it was a bargain last minute price for me so i will stay here again. It is in a good area by the foot of Taxim but is at the bottom of a steep hill. I recommend staying here.

I informed the owner or front desk person that I would not return..I took all my suitcases. The property is not what the description presented. The owner would not refund my money. The place was not safe, clean, and very outdated. The internet did not work ...or I should say the connection was very weak and I was unable to connect to the internet.

Personal war sehr nett. Die Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend. Die Lage aber Katastrophal. Keinen Taxi möchte hin fahren, da von Zigeuner angegriffen werden können. Wir haben uns ausserhalb der Hotel unwohl gefühlt.

Die Lage war sehr gut. -Die Dusche war sehr schimmelig ! -mussten fast jeden Tag nach sauberen Handtücher betteln

It is very noisy all hours of the day, the wifi here does not work, rooms are very small, and the receptionists are very shady. I checked out of my hotel and waited in the lobby for a taxi for about 15 minutes and when the taxi pulls up the hotel worker claims I still owe money.

The weather was mild to to warm. The hotel location is close to Taksim sq. Plenty of eateries around. Staff are polite and helpful

we paid for 4 beds but got a 3 bedroom. they kept promising to change the room but did not do it.

Honestly, the staff are very helpful and friendly, according to what you pay its fine with the service but the smell on the stairs is something really confusing, no elevators ، this make the stay harder.

The hotel is one km away from Taksim Square and the hotel has 5 floors with staircase access and nice lounge area where the breakfast was served. The lounge area is linked to the reception area which directly leads to the street entrance. The area has some stores and local businesses and also to the main traffic road which can be crossed to the VFS visa application centre, which I have heard accepts the visa applications to the most of the European countries and Canada too. The room was clean and well lit. Came in the evening with the Google map directions by walking from Taksim Square, which brought us with rather unique walk trip along the local residental small buildings and neighborhood. The receptionist and the staff were friendly and helpful to our needs and would like to propose others to stay with this hotel.

Black Art Otel cancelled my family’s three-day stay less than 24 hours prior to our arrival — with no solutions presented — and sent us scrambling to re-accommodate ourselves (wife and two young children) for double the cost.

タクシムから近く、観光には便利だが、周辺は結構な傾斜の坂があるので、その点は気になる人は注意した方が良い。部屋はベッドはそこそこ大きかったが、狭めなので荷物が多い人には向かない。アメニティにはリンスがないので、必要な人は持参する必要がある。朝食は価格に見合っていると思う。

The room was small. The staff were good, the guy at the check-in table was friendly. Noises from other rooms were so much heard in the room. The breakfast wasn't really something special. The neighborhood wasn't safe enough if you have car and want to park it in the alley or you want to walk in evening. But there's a parking space with fee close to the hotel that uou can usr and feel safe.

It’s very bad hotel even the area it’s not save to stay out side the rooms in the hotel it’s very small the mattress cover it’s not clean there are bugs in the rooms and the bathroom the pictures in Expedia it’s not the same when you go there it’s the worse hotel I see

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but wifi didn’t work properly and in the room (for non-smokers) there was a strong smell of cigarettes. Also when I came into my room there was a half-empty bottle of water on the table which was pretty disgusting

The staff are amazing. Friendly place with really good food options. Rooms were very nice and very clean. Internet worked great and i would stay again and again.

Great if your looking for a budget simple place esp for traveller's. Room for us as a family of 5 was two small. If I had no kids would happy stay again for a budget hotel. There was a smell that was not so nice. But the day time guy in reception was so helpful and lovely. Credit to the hotel.

The staff are amazingly helpful and were always happy to provide us with much needed drinks, tea, coffee & water, after dealing with the only negative I have, The Steepest Roads!! Unfortunately, to go anywhere you either turn right & pray for a taxi or turn left and start climbing, like seriously steep/calf burning/uphill roads, naturares way of reminding me how unfit I am given how hard my lungs were working, which, for some reason felt twice as hard/thight burning/tiptoeing back down to BlackSuits as it did going up!! Anyway we both enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we return to Istanbul, plus the kebab shop on the corner is amazing!!

The staff and service was outstanding, unfortunately building work was being done on the attached property so it wasn’t exactly quite, which wasn’t under the control of The Black Suits Hotel, apart from that I can’t think of anything negative re our stay and I would stay here again, once the renovation next door has been completed.

Just very basic hostel. Location is good. there were no internet during our stay (we coud not connect to network and administrator couldn't help). The other administrator was extremly helpful and nice.

The hotel room didn't have a good lighting system and two lamps in my room were burnt, so I asked for it to be repaired, but unfortunately they did not! The room and the bathroom didn't have slippers! The room didn't have a kettle, cup or tea! The room TV was broken! In general, with this review and user ratings, I didn't expect such a hotel.

When i saw the reviews before I booked i said its a good hotel because of reviews but after i bookbed and want there i been on shock because it was so dirty and there was som of cobble out of outlets and the doors handle was broken and the below was so dirty and the towel has blood on and the light on bath was not working and the drawer was broken and left smoke cigarette inside. All of those things was in first day then i speak with reception they told me that well change my 3 rooms in second day and they change it but some dirty and in 3 rooms just have 1 small refrigerator not enough for 6 people and in one room the ac was dripping water and the light of both room has verdigris on and the both shower was broken and dirty we can’t take shower on. All of those think should not be available in hotel like these reviews And all of that things i have prof of pictures
