Comfortable size of room and bathroom. Breakfast was great. Only partially self service, but could ask for more, like eggs, bread or cheese from the breakfast staff. They also provided gluten and lactose free alternative. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. We liked the decoration chick, the mix of authentic plantation style with a newer style. We also enjoyed a lot the Ananas tour in the plantation.

There is wooden floor in the main old building, and foot steps were very noisy when other room guests were arriving at late night and walking around their room constantly.

Fantastic hotel with history, great staff and breakfast. It’s a unique boutique experience in a pineapple farm and you are well taken care of by the amazing staff!! Would definitely come back!

Because it’s an old hotel the noise does carry through but it’s not big issue for us. The plus offset this.

La location è davvero speciale e suggestiva, immersa in una piantagione di ananas e circondata da uno splendido giardino. Gli ambienti sono molto curati, in particolare la sala ristorante. Cena deliziosa, con ingredienti di ottima qualità, e colazione ricca, varia e altrettanto curata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, anche se talvolta poco presente, soprattutto nell’accoglienza e alla reception. Nel complesso, un luogo originale, piacevole e decisamente fuori dal comune.

Alcuni aspetti del servizio non ci sono sembrati all’altezza del livello e del prezzo della struttura. In particolare, un pomeriggio abbiamo trovato la porta della camera completamente spalancata e impossibile da richiudere poiché si era evidentemente inceppata il meccanismo. La camera si affaccia su una zona di passaggio per interni ed esterni (la piantagione è infatti visitabile da tutti) e mi è sembrato un problema di sicurezza importante, gestito senza particolare attenzione né scuse. Altra perplessità ha riguardato la proposta di un upgrade a 99 € a notte, da noi rifiutata, salvo poi ricevere comunque la camera superiore senza alcuna spiegazione. Circostanza certamente gradita, ma che rende poco comprensibile la precedente richiesta di un supplemento. La jacuzzi privata non funzionava all’arrivo, ma è stata prontamente sistemata. Infine, il ristorante è rimasto chiuso per cena per due giorni consecutivi, al di fuori del consueto giorno di chiusura, senza che ne fossimo state preventivamente informate.

Herdade do Ananás överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Vacker design i rummen, lugnt och tyst läge, supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket god och riklig frukost. Vi hade rum med privat pool. Superlyxigt!

Aucun des 2 chambres ne correspondaient à la photo de la chambre que nous pensions réserver ; il n'y avait pas réellement de "coin salon" et la terrasse de la chambre n'en était pas vraiment une, mais plutôt un lieu de passage pour aller au parking. La dégustation apéritive à 25 euros par personne (prix client de l'hôtel) nous a paru un peu élevé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de place/nuitée possible pour séjourner dans un bungalow.

This was such an incredible experience. Our room had its own jacuzzi — it was brand new, super stylish, and the jacuzzi was pure love. We were blown away by the pineapple plantation excursion. Delicious breakfast, wonderful staff. Highly recommend staying here!

As a pineapple lover, this place is a dream come true. Everything is tasteful, stylish. Well thought out interior with lovely, soulful touches. In my book it deserves a lot more than 3 star rating. (We stayed for a few days at a run down, borderline disgusting hotel at the other side of the island before. It had 4 stars.) Spacious room, tasteful design, huge and comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with a window and roomy shower. There's even a jacuzzi in one of the glasshouses where you can relax surrounded by pineapples. As a guest you can also join the short plantation tour after breakfast for free.

Would have been nice to have more vegan options for breakfast. I had to supplement with some items from the supermarket. But of course, I really enjoyed the pineapple jam.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. A fruit, ham and cheese platter with a bread basket and eggs cooked to choice. Enjoyed the soak in the pineapple greenhouse jacuzzi. Had a very nice dinner in the restaurant.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist super und auch der Pool in der Ananas Plantage ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Frühstück wird mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal morgens ist sehr freundlich.

Wir waren einmal abends im Restaurant essen. Das Essen war wirklich klasse, nur leider war das personal etwas unbeholfen.

Tolles Ambiente, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kostenlose Upgrade bekommen. Klasse Frühstück.

Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass der Privatpool sehr nach Chlor/Chemie gerochen hat.

The check in is a bit odd as you have to walk through the restaurant and wait for someone to turn up in a small room. Also, although the website said that the taxi from the airport would be paid by the hotel and this was confirmed in writing by the manager, the person at the reception had no clue what I was referring to. They paid at the end after some consultation with the taxi driver waiting. Anyway, other wise, the staff were amazingly friendly.

Style Frühstück Whirlpool im Ananashaus kostenlose Fahrräder - man kommt gut zum Hafen und kann dort am Radweg entlangfahren (ansonsten eher keine Radwege). Super wenn man mal das Auto stehen lassen will.

Übernachtungstaxe wurde in bar kassiert, obwohl bereits bei booking abgezogen. Etwas hellhörig!

Property was spotless, inside and outside. Immaculately maintained. Staff was kind and service oriented.

Room 4, a triple room, was fine, BUT, a family above us with a child was noisy from the ceiling to the point we were awoken at 630am by his/her antics.

L'endroit est calme et serein la proximité de la ville est un atout très intéressant. Le déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. La zone spa est très jolie jolie au milieu des ananas. La zone cabine avec piscine privée est magnifique.

Super séjour ! Malgré une arrivée tardive, j'ai reçu toutes les instructions pour pouvoir faire le check-in en autonomie. Tout était clair et facile. Le personnel est très agréable, la chambre super, le jacuzzi est un havre de paix, et la visite de la plantation une expérience enrichissante. Mention spéciale pour le petit déj qui est incroyable! Je recommande vivement!

L'établissement est situé dans une plantation d'Ananas ce qui fait son originalité. La bâtisse principale est décorée avec goût et la salle de réception avec la terrasse sont très agréables. Le jacuzzi au milieu des ananas est génial. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le restaurant vaut vraiment le détour, le meilleur que j ai fait sur l'île.

La situation géographique de l'établissement, nous avions une chambre qui donnait vraiment sur la rue et au dessus des cuisines.

A localização e o facto de ter parque no alojamento gratuito. O pequeno almoço era bastante agradável e o Sr. Edgar é um colaborador excelente do espaço, muito prestativo e sempre sorridente.

O quarto era o primeiro do primeiro andar, ficava perto do hall que encaminhava para as escadas do segundo andar…o barulho era imenso, acordamos várias vezes durante a noite e as 7h da manhã já estávamos a ouvir barulhos, não deu para descansar devidamente. Ouvíamos também o portão do estacionamento. O cheiro a comida que vinha do pequeno-almoço era muito enjoativo, tínhamos de abrir as janelas logo de manhã para não ficar mal dispostos…acontecia o mesmo ao jantar.

Wonderful family-owned and run pineapple farm. We stayed here for my husband’s 50th and it was perfect. The staff prepared a lovely birthday card and surprise desert for my husband. The kids loved the small pool outside our room, as well as the pineapple jacuzzi. It was a treat to take the pineapple tour and enjoy the pineapple wine. Everything is done with care for the guests and for nature. The grounds, greenhouses, and lemon and orange trees are beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic and the breakfast was hearty. Maria was very welcoming and took excellent care of us! We also appreciated that our luggage was brought to our room on the day of our arrival after we had gone out to town.

The room was beautiful but there is no separate bedroom (just so that families are aware). Also, there is no heating in the room other than the small fireplace. But the beds were cozy and we slept very well!

Everything ... Bedroom comfortable, modern bedrooms, with a lot of light, parking spot great, jacuzzi great and also the pineapple greenhouses. The breakfast is cute and cosy and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Edgar for the tour guide in the pineapple greenhouses. Such a funny and very nice person, 5* I would say. A big thanks also to the gentleman that worked at dinner in the restaurant, a very helpful person and super friendly.

Nothing at all. Just a suggestion: in the suite with terrace a ventilator in the bathroom would be great but no big deal because there was a window.
