We checked in late in the night and due to some issue in the room which was given to us ,we have to transfer to another room at another floor.

The first hotel I have seen which charges you for dental kit and sleepers. I paid them 3200 for one day stay but the room was like you can get for below 1000. Washroom was in pathetic condition. Room was full of mosquitos . No balcony attached. It was really a bad experience.

The TV and electric kettle in the room were broken, and the person sitting at the front office had a very bad attitude.

Rooms were pretty good and clean Only bathroom need maintainance. Room service staff was good front office staff was good Housekeeping need to learn manager.(They enter in my room without ringing bell or knocking)

Breakfast fast menu have fresh juice but doesn't have actually there. Food served by kitchen was not upto mark- they served reheated food. Chicken biryani was pathetic At the time of checkout I request for water bottle, housekeeping ask me to call reception- is water bottle is that costly that you can't serve it at the time of checkout. When I can pay for 4 nights I can pay for 20 rs as well. Even room sleepers were on chargeable basis imagin basic room amenities. That is funny

The TV should be a smart TV, as we were unable to watch Netflix during our stay.

The staff was cooperative and supportive. Food was good and tasty.

The room was not at all good. Torn wallpaper, broken tiles, broken bathroom tap, seepage on the room wall. Such a room should not be offered to the customer.

Food was not good i ordered a veg platter they served only paneer in the name of brocolli they served cauliflower and i ordered veg cheese grilled sandwich they served simple sandwich with only tomato and cucumber slice .. pathetic food rest staff n room is ok

Bit expensive as property is old and bathroom needs renovation. Faucets were broken. Showers not working and even flush button was broken.

The rooms are nicely done, spacious and good ambience. Staff is good. Dinner was yummy, we ordered Dal makhni and mushrooms nasal and both were delicious, the property had good parking space.

The bathrooms weren’t that clean and would need some renovation. If you like specific brand of toiletries l, then please carry yours coz the one at hotel is too basic. No hair dryer or fridge in room. Breakfast is okay if you dont mind eating food cooked in refined oil.

An average hotel, on the outskirts of the city, the peaceful and traffic-free environment, has good space for parking, and has sufficient space in the restaurant.

The poor facilities such as a broken bed, fouled sandwich in breakfast and broken utensils. Moreover, the room was not as per the images shown at booking.com The size of the room was good but the facilities were not.

Only the location as it was convenient to the wedding venue for us

Rooms were unclean, untidy, leaky washrooms. Breakfast was worst. Staff unresponsive, delayed service.

Shit Place.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The bathrooms were dirty, the towels were old and rough, and the soap quality was poor. The AC didn’t work, and to make things worse, electricity kept going out repeatedly — with absolutely no generator or backup support. Breakfast was almost non-existent, and there were no other food options available either. This place failed on every basic standard of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. I would never recommend it to any traveler — not even if it were free. I deeply regret staying here.

My family was excited with the quality of breakfast and Dinner served in this hotel. Location for breakfast is very attractive, neat and clean. Hotel is located at Highway with lots of peace and greenery. Myself and my family will like to stay in this hotel at every visit in Dehradun. However, it is little bit costly but with lots of facilities and good foods with lots of comforts.

Hotel from the outside looks good and welcoming for a 4* Hotel but that is all I will say was positive about this hotel

Everything about this so-called 4* hotel was very poor and I am not sure on what basis this hotel has been rated as 4* Hotel. Hotel staff were uncaring with no one willing to take responsibility for poor level of cleanliness and service offered. Room furnishing felt little greasy to touch, dry water marks around the bathroom sink, fridge was not working and air condition did not lower the room temperature below 21.5 - 22 degrees at night. Bed sheets had large blobs of grease and separately mould (dark blocks) on the duvet which only came to light when it was pulled from being tucked under the mattress. This was reported to the hotel reception staff but no action was taken. Hotel Restaurant offered very poor choice of meals and for breakfast there was less than 6 options in total with no juices. Unfortunately, I had already paid for the breakfast when the room was booked and therefore we had no choice to receive back our money. I will not rate this hotel more than 1* and I will certainly not stay at this group of hotels.

Didn't like most of the things. Mirror in the toilet appeared to be removed and fixed again as there were loose screw. A toast took around 40 mins to be prepared. Broken tiles and toilet areas. Dirty towels and the shower area.

Decent rooms in a generally decent place. Staff were very helpful at Reception, not so much in room.

Staff responding to housekeeping requests were generally not particularly helpful and in one case rather aggresive. Had to call on reception staff a number of times to get things done

The behaviour of the staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping was marvellous. Cleanliness was perfect. The location was also very good. The food was tasty. There was ample parking space. The only issue which I faced was there was no exhaust fan in the washroom. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
