Great place. Took a ride up the hill behind hotel to the restaurant and what a view!!

Excellent place to stay in Moab. Beautiful view, excellent rooms, good food. Breakfast included was steps above the usual included breakfast. Pool was terrific after hiking!!!

Breakfast was great. It varied slightly from day-to-day, which was nice. Location from Arches and Canyonlands is great. There’s plenty of parking and it’s easy to get in and out.

The pizza in the hotel restaurant was great.

The “free” breakfast, which was pretty much not edible. The eggs were water and flavorless. The toaster barely warmed a piece of bread. Tasteless yogurt and fruit.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab von Eierspeis mit Speck, Würstchen, Kartoffeln, Obst und Jogurt bis zu Waffeln, Pancakes…. . Für Amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Richtiges Besteck und Hartplastikteller. Die Aussicht vom Pool in die Felsen war top.

So happy we chose Hyatt Place Moab for our visit to the area. The hotel is modern, clean, well-designed, and surprisingly nice for a mid-priced hotel. Room was spotless, common areas comfortable, and the pool was a treat, overlooking distant scenery. The breakfast was really nice too - proper plates and silverware and a nice daily selection. Obviously a well-managed hotel all around. Location was towards the edge of town - close to Arches and convenient enough to drive 4 minutes to most everything. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Excellent accommodations in Moab. Convenient to both Arches Park and the downtown area. We Arrived a bit earlier than the normal check in time and were pleased to find that Sadik the front desk manager was able to not only get us in but upgraded our room to a suite. Thank you! On site pool, restaurant and bar are a plus.

The breakfast offered a good variety of breakfast options. Food was tasty and filling.

Loose wires dangling from the nightstands, broken blinds, gross white substances in the bathroom, loose door handles on the bathroom door, racks on the shower literally falling off the walls. View from the "with a view" rooms looks directly onto the freeway, and is not the view advertised on their website. $300 for a Sunday night. Appalling and disgusting hotel. Avoid at all costs.

When we first checked into our room, we were hit with a strong, skunky marijuana smell, which was a frustrating way to start our stay especially because I have asthma. However, Roberto and Jana stepped in immediately to help us out. Thanks to their quick action with auto fan and another fan exhausting, the room stopped smelling. While the initial odor issue was disappointing, their excellent customer service turned the experience around and made sure we had a comfortable visit.

Very friendly staff. So nice to have such a great pool area when it was so hot in Moab. Breakfast is free and kind of what you would expect for a free breakfast. Not amazing, but good. I will be returning for sure.

The pool area had plenty of clean towels, and the ice cold water in the lounge was a nice touch on a hot day.

The breakfast items were okay. If in a jam and no other options it works but I would almost rather go somewhere else than have it again.

Perfect! Sude greeted us at the front desk and set us up with an absolutely beautiful casita that had a patio overlooking the large spa and pool! The casita was tastefully designed with a roomy kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, large dining table, 4 TVs, and super comfortable beds! We plan to book 4 casitas in November for a family reunion.

Vraiment rien à redire sur cet hôtel ! Nous avions réservé une Capitol Suite (un véritable appartement) et tout était impeccable. Nous disposions d'un accès direct à la piscine, d'un parking privé, d'un balcon, de deux chambres séparées ainsi que d'un salon avec cuisine. C'était spacieux, confortable et très pratique pour un séjour en famille. Nous y avons passé trois nuits et la piscine est un vrai plus après une journée dans les parcs. De plus, elle reste ouverte jusqu'à 22 h, ce qui laisse largement le temps d'en profiter en rentrant. Le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le prix, est simple mais efficace. Enfin, le personnel de l'accueil est particulièrement agréable et accueillant. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Amazing hotel and outstanding service This hotel was absolutely amazing. The customer service, cleanliness, pool, location, and overall atmosphere were perfect. A special thank-you to the hotel manager, who helped us when our car battery died. He even offered us a free ride to the nearest dealer and made sure we were taken care of. The hotel is also incredibly pet-friendly. Our dog received a special goodie bag with a bowl, toys, treats, and poop bags, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

Gute Lage, sehr nahe zum Arches NP. Gleich oberhalb gibt es ein Restaurant mit schöner Aussicht, wo wir gut gegessen haben. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Schöner Pool, gratis parken vor dem Hotel. Gute Betten, geräumige Zimmer.

My goodness was this place amazing First of all Moab is a hidden gem, but if you are visiting Moab do yourself a favor and stay at Hyatt Place. It is by far the best place to stay at in Moab. Best location with beautiful scenery. Quiet, clean, pretty, just the most amazing staff and service. Orak, Sadik and Angelica were just the best. The whole team of staff was great. This place has a beautiful big outside pool and a big hot tub. It was not even busy on Sat afternoon and evening, yet I met tourists from several countries. Free buffet style breakfast is included with many options to choose from. With check in at 3pm and check out of noon we got our money's worth. The rooms are big, clean with very comfortable beds. Showers are amazing 😍 🙌. Thank you Hyatt Place staff for a wonderful stay and experience.

The hottest room of the hotel : gym room! Insane, no conditionning air. The quality of the food at breakfast was very inconsistant, some were ok but some really bad quality. No possibility to see the world cup match : TV too old to be connected with smartphone, no effort of the reception staff to propose a solution or a place in the city to watch the match…no service!

Overall nice hotel. Still looks new and has a resort-type feel. The pool area and gym are very nice. I wish the breakfast was optional, really frustrating when we have to pay for it but it's mostly things we won't eat. HVAC needs a cleaning, I briefly turned on the heat to take the chill out of the room and about 1000 dead tiny flies blasted out all over the room.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way from Page to Colorado, and it was an excellent experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel was spotless, with plenty of comfortable seating areas for relaxing, as well as spaces for working or studying. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. They also offered a good buffet breakfast with a nice variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The only minor issue we noticed was that we could occasionally smell food from the kitchen in the hallway leading to our room on the third floor, which was near the end of the corridor. At times, the smell could also be noticed inside the room. It was not a major problem, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The pool area was wonderful, and breakfast was very good. We had a room facing the hill so no views, but it wasn’t facing the noisy highway, so very happy about that. Beds are comfortable but very soft if that’s your thing.

I stayed at this hotel as part of the Rocky Mountaineer Canyon Spirit train trip. It's located on Main St., approximately 1.5 miles north of downtown and a few miles south of the entrance to Arches National Park. The room was modern, with lots of storage space, a desk and a separate sofa and TV area, which made it like a mini suite. There was a coffee/tea service and mini refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. This hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool on the second level for those traveling with kids, as well as a hot tub for adults. A nice breakfast is served each morning with indoor and outdoor seating areas. The town has a free shuttle service to take you downtown to shops and restaurants if the weather is too hot to walk there. This hotel is in a great location for visiting the area National Parks, with large, clean rooms and a welcoming staff. I'd recommend it for families or anyone visiting Moab.

Personal nett, Zimmer wegen der Aussicht auf die sehr befahrene Strasse gelegen. Einrichtung zweckmässig und funktionell. Frühstück ausreichend, besser als im Hyatt in Salt Lake City. Wir finden den Preis etwas zu hoch für die Leistung.

Clean, comfortable and the front staff was very kind, inclusive breakfast was decent.

Splash pad was turned off. Kids were sad about that. I ended up burning my foot and going to the hospital it was so hot. But that isn’t the hotels fault. I’m just glad it was me and not one of my children.

Fantastic facility well maintained I believe the best in Moab the front desk staff specifically Angelica and Sadik were always more than accommodating always with a warm welcome and a smile. There is no better place to stay.

Great hotel right on the outskirts of Moab. Not walking distance to food if that’s what you are looking for but the views and sunsets were outstanding and you are closer to the parks. Great breakfast and clean!

Spacious room, we really enjoyed the secure bike storage so that we did not need to worry about our bikes. The breakfast was very good and options changed day to day. The pool was wonderfully relaxing with plenty of umbrellas for shade.

Property was very nice, breakfast was very good. Only issue was that during a two nights day housekeeping never cleaned the room.

My friends and i had a great time staying in this lovely hotel. The room is very spacious and has a nice scent and very tidy. This Asian girl named ANGELICA did an excellent job assisting us throughout our entire stay. She’s very helpful to us. She even recommended some activities and nice food to try here in MOAB. Hope we can go back here next time and i’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they coming to UTAH.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Moab. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The 2 girls at the front counter were very welcoming and helpful. Sude in particular went out of her way to help source batteries for my little torch. There was always a smile with our daily supply of water!

Stayed at Hyatt Place Moab for two nights during our family road trip and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Moab and Arches National Park. The breakfast staff was especially friendly and did an excellent job every morning. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after long days of hiking and sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!

​We booked one of the expensive casita units expecting a high-end, comfortable experience, but it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The unit was completely infested with flying bugs. We spent our stay swatting and killing hundreds of them, and they simply would not stop coming inside. ​The way management and staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable: ​Incompetent and Rude Maintenance: When we called for recourse, the maintenance technician arrived without even greeting us. Instead, he made a incredibly rude and highly improper joke, asking, "What did you do to my room?" To insult guests who are actively dealing with an active infestation in one of your most expensive rooms is mind-bogglingly unprofessional. ​Dismissive Front Desk: When we checked out and brought these issues to light, the manager at the front desk was entirely unhelpful and dismissive. No accountability was taken, and no real solution was offered. ​This property completely lacks basic customer service. Between the bug infestation and the sheer disrespect from the staff, it is not at all worth the price, especially given the high fees they charge. If you expect a premium experience for premium rates, avoid this place. Hyatt entirely failed us here.
