A little tired

We loved the hosts and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Our room was comfortable and bed very spacious. Facilities were great There was honest bar so we could use that when needed which came in handy.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as just 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Jane was very helpful. The breakfast was so good.

The location was perfect. The hosts Jane and Mike, went above and beyond, to make your stay, amazing. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety. Parking was definitely a bonus. We had a fantastic time.

Exceptional location, right in front of the beach and centre also very accessible. Parking was available though it had to be synced with the owners to ensure we aren't blocking any emergency which wasn't much of a hassle as Jane was easy to find.

The cleaning staff didn't do their bit very well as we found our room door wide open on returning after a day out. Room wasn't cleaned and only a single bed was made, no towels changed, no toilet rolls kept. Since we followed our usual instinct and carried all essentials, we had our own toilet roll after returning back to the room as it was already after 8 pm and no staff was available to ask for it. We did raise all of this to Jane and she did acknowledge them but it was already too late to do anything anyways. Hopefully they will be able to find an efficient cleaning staff who don't let them down because leaving the room door open isn't acceptable though the other essentials are manageable.

Tap over the washbasin is in the way, but one can just move either side of it. Maybe look into installing mixer taps/mono taps going forward as these give the user more space when using the washbasin.

I initially booked a different hotel, the day before we were due to leave they cancelled my booking due to a leak in the room and I can honestly say thank god they did. I booked this last minute and didn’t pay attention to what room etc as we just needed somewhere to stay. We got there and Jane showed us to our room and it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed at that is a small business. Room amazing size, bathroom beautiful great size and great shower. Balcony that overlooked the sea so my morning coffee and late night drink couldn’t have gone better. We didn’t have breakfast included but I regret that as it smelt amazing and also at £10 for a breakfast you’re not finding cheaper in the town. Didn’t speak with Mike but Jane is honestly amazing and so helpful and just so bubbly and great!! We’re already looking to book again for next year. This isn’t a paid ad, I could not fault the place and it was a well needed break away with the partner away from kids and work to reset which it done exactly that until we got back and realised we forgot to put the bins out!

Not the properties fault at all but I booked one less night than we needed, Jane managed to get us another room for the night and I think we were so lucky with the first room that the second room and it’s shower just wasn’t the same. If you book here, book a sea view room with a balcony and I promise you will not be disappointed.

We had a rear room which overlooked the car park. It was a good size with a little table and 2 chairs to sit and drink your coffee/tea if you so wished. The shower was good with decent pressure and no problem with the hot water.

Wasn't a problem but personally I'm not into glittery things. The cushions on the bed were silver sequinned but with half the sequins missing. Personally I thought they were tacky and could do with being replaced.

The property was in a good location, it was clean and well presented. I travelled on my own and have mobility issues. Jane and Mike were friendly, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Marina Court was excellent- the location is perfect, the staff are very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like or thought needed improving.

Well appointed modern hotel in lovely listed building. Comfortable room, great fan supplied for what turned out to be the hottest two days of the year so far, so we’re able to sleep. Left my keys behind on check out and Mike, the owner, very kindly drove to the railway station to meet me with them. Excellent service.

Thought the breakfast was expensive so we didn't have at the hotel which would of been nice also for the price of hotel the breakfast should be included.

The little table on balcony needs changing as very rusty and old.

Deluxe double king room was modern, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

Hours of availability for breakfast could be extended. Should highlight car keys policy more clearly in the booking process.

Right from the word go it felt friendly and a nice place to be. My room was beautiful, not a speck of dust anywhere. Maybe a larger bath towel, that’s a tiny observation ! Parking was free and well managed. There was a good choice for breakfast too. Excellent 👍

Parking is an issue you can’t just go out in your car have to book to be able get car out , rooms very dusty and in our case had a terrible smell making us not want to be in the room and sleep was difficult

Everything, absolutely spotless. I have never stayed in a hotel with so much attention to detail on cleanliness, above and beyond. Jane was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. This is a hotel that is first on my list to stay in Weymouth. Well worth the visit.

It was unseasonably hot when we went and our room was very hot at night even with the fan on.

We loved the location, beautiful, clean room with a sea view, fabulous welcome by owners who even carried our case from the car to our room on arrival and from reception to car on departure! The staff couldn’t do enough and they were all so happy and absolutely lovely! Check in and out was super quick and easy. Would definitely go back!

Wasn’t so keen on the corner shower but that’s a minor thing and would have loved some water in the fridge on arrival.

Super friendly staff, great fan provided in the room, tea making facilities, iron & ironing board in the room, incredible views. Good location. Bar is great.

Extremely loud saniflow system when flushing, using the tap and shower. Travelling with a baby made it more bothersome than if just with adults. Even though the amazing staff helped take suitcases up stairs, bringing all our things down for check out was challenging especially with a baby. Bit of a wait to check out. Shower filter loose and a bit dirty, needs replacing. 1 light not working but no big deal.

Location is perfect, close to the railway station. Seafront accessibility to almost everything. Mostly, the warmth service and hospitable staff of Marina. I highly recommend this acommodation and we'll definitely coming back and book our stay with them again.

We are on our 30's so going up and down via stairs won't be a problem at all but there's no lift so it's the only way to come in and out of your room. Other than that nothing at all. Our stay is perfect!

Jane and Mike are amazing. They are a lovely couple with a genuinely lovely place. The while atmosphere / experience from start to finish was great.

Mike and Jane are wonderful hosts, so welcoming. The hotel is immaculate, lovely modern rooms, comfortable bed and fabulous breakfast with delicious vegetarian options in a lovely sunny breakfast room. It's in a great location with sea view and easy walking distance to the town centre and harbours. We will definitely be coming back and recommending it to our friends and families. A special thanks to the young lady who plays for the local football team who served our breakfast and offered advice on local sites this morning, she was a delight to talk to.

Kindness of the owner and the lady at breakfast. The location.

The bedroom was really tiny, the shower room was even tinier and the toilet didn't work properly and no air con! The bedroom faced the back street, not really noisy but because of the single-glazed window you will be provided with earplugs. Be aware that for the car park, you will have to leave your car key with the reception.

The owners and staff were very helpful, the room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable and view of the sea was beautiful. We definitely stay again

Marina court hotel was amazing . We arrived over 5 hours early, the owners could not have been more helpful they took our cases said go and enjoy your day when we got back the cases were in our room. The hotel is spotless the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone
