If I had to put any negatives in , I would just say it needs a little bit of an update .

Good location. Breakfast was fine.

Bathroom not serviced properly. No shampoo or body lotion in dispensers for shower. Only found out when taking the shower so too late to do anything about it. Shaver light and fan not working. Noise from the main road outside.

We had a sea view room, lovely big room with seating in the bay. Could not fault the accommodation at all. The hosts were excellent, so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this B&B.

Great hosts, really welcoming and friendly. Loved the brekkie! Location was ideal for town centre, walking to Bowleaze Cove and only 5 mins from train station.

Door lock tricky to our room and Couldn't get out, had to email and knock on walls to get attention. No phone in our room.

Such a warm friendly welcome every time by the hosts, they were very knowledgeable off the local amenities and recommended various places to dine and places to visit

A lovely place to stay. The location was amazing. Caroline and Nick are lovely people and very accommodating. Breakfast was very nice. We will definitely be returning!

The bed was harder than we like, not a complaint just our personal preference.

Opposite the beach ⛱️ and beach view from window and the room it's self was clean and tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked well and tasty 😋 had lovely time in Weymouth 🙂

Quite noisy early in morning from busy main road traffic on the side of the building I was on so had to use ear plugs to try and block out the traffic noise. Weymouth is lovely but parking is atrocious round there hard to get a space near to b&b and we had blue badge.

Lovely friendly welcome super helpful with a parking permit, great breakfast nice quiet location, room very clean. Comfortable bed. Bonus of small fridge in room and all we needed for.overnight stay.

Would like to decide when to have breakfast in the morning rather than the night before. Also pillows were a bit old.

We had the front room over looking the sea, with a four poster bed, very comfortable. Breakfast good, lovely & hot.

Nick and Caroline are very good hosts,very welcoming and make you feel at home. The room we stayed in was spaclous and clean with a great view of the bay. Breakfast was gorge with a good selection. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We liked the location of this B&B ,room was large, view from our room was great & tv with many channels to choose from. Nick was amazing, nice person with a great people skills. He was warm, friendly & charming. We didn't spoke to him many times during our stay but when we did he was a huge star. If we were to visit this B&B it would be because of him & how he made us feel.

Room needs help like to fix things or replace items (like broken window, carpet...) Breakfast felt rationed, like a small bowl of fruit with a tiny amount of yoghurt, a small glass of one juice, menu offers sausages but on plate comes with one sausage & the staff will inform you that you'll be charged extra if you choose from another option. (like for this small bowl of fruit & spoonful of yoghurt, we were so embarrassed!) But breakfast was cooked very well & tasted great, we polished our plates, thank you chef. Please improve your breakfast menu & size of the portions, options, variety. Over all this B&B was good, just needs a little touch to make it great, thank you for having us.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren Super, man ist in zwei Minuten am Wasser. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft ausreichend.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr warm und stickig am ersten Tag (allerdings waren es auch über 30 Grad draußen)....und leider doch recht klein Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße sind eher begrenzt, am ersten Tag hatten wir noch Glück und sind dann später zum Swan car park ungefähr 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg...

I put my order for breakfast in but unfortunately some of it was delivered to my table Our towels could of done with changing but wasn't plus we had to buy extra toilet rolls as only X2 was issued

The property was in an ideal location to explore Weymouth, also adjacent to the beach front.

The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I liked the location which is situated at the quieter end of Weymouth but with good access to lovely places to eat out. We visited the fort and found it a great place to visit and very entertaining for children

Très bien accueillis dans cet endroit chaleureux. Superbe emplacement sur le front de mer, et très bien situé pour aller sur les plages et falaises chercher des fossiles. Le parking en face est très pratique.

It’s so cute, and the owner is lovely! We were late for our check in and didn’t have cellphone reception, and he waited for us without even knowing if we were coming or not. The location is also very nice! We could see the coast from our window. (mini toys are so cool!! we loved the idea)

There wasn’t anything unlikeable for us, but if you light sleeper, don’t choose a room facing the road. you can hear every car and motorcycle outside.

The smell of fat and cooking each time you walked into the hallway which then drifted throughout the house especially when you walked out your bedroom, breakfast was ok , bread seemed very dry apart from last day, cleaning of house could be better alot of areas dusty could do with a refresh in areas looking a bit tired

Located directly on the Esplanade of Weymouth, it is very convenient for the beach and in easy walking distance from the centre. The host and hostess are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and this really is very good value for money.

In the room in which we were, number 5, some attention is required for the plumbing : the toilet cistern does not refill easily and the basin taps are not awfully efficient.

Great location and I had a lovely, bright spacious room with sea views. The room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable breakfast was lovely and the hosts were very friendly.

The only negative was the fact that as my room was on the main road and the room wasn’t double glazed and had original windows, it was very noisy.

It was a lovely room at the Valentine Hotel, everything we needed for a lovely stay, good bed, excellent breakfast, Nick & Caroline were wonderful hosts, very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that could have been better, was getting to stay longer.

The toilet seat was nearly coming of and when you flushed it the water would over fill. The sink tap needed attention also. Glad we only booked for the 1 night . Breakfast was the only saver here that was fairly good.

If you struggle with stairs four flights to rooms 4 and 5. Traffic noise quite busy at times. Parking can be a bind at times.

The location is great. Just across the beach and with many restaurants in close proximity. Our room had a partial beach view and was of a good size. The breakfast spread was good. It was a good value for money.

The bathroom was small for the size of the room. Soundproofing of the room could be better.

Everything was as expected, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more!
