הכל. דירה פשוט מהממת. מרווחת, נקיה, במיקום מעולה, שקטה. התחושה היא שלמארחים ממש חשוב שיהיה לך הכי נעים שאפשר. הדירה מאובזרת בכל דבר שאפשר לחשוב עליו ויש לה מטבח עם מלא פינוקים לשימוש חופשי. מומלץ בחום רב.

I give it a good as the bathroom is small and the kitchen very tiny. But we really weren't here long so no big deal. And the numerous keys you need to get in was interesting.

The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to plenty of restaurants and bars. We stayed in the luxury accommodation, which had two separate rooms and was very comfortable. The apartment came with everything you could possibly need during your stay, including chargers and even some personal-care essentials. There were also snacks and even wine available for guests, which was a really nice touch. Lorenzo was incredibly friendly and helpful. He welcomed us personally, gave us a tour of the property, and shared some great recommendations for places to visit. If you include breakfast with your stay, there’s a lovely little café nearby where you can enjoy it. They also offer options for lunch and dinner, including drinks. There’s also a convenience store right across the street, which is very handy. Overall, we had a great experience with both the property and the host. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommended!

Amazing host, fantastic room, very luxury and a lot included in the price. Location was amazing.

We really liked the location. Despite the main entrance being on quite a big road it opened into a lovely old courtyard with plants. Where the room was situated was very quiet. We appreciated access to kitchen facilities and it was lovely to have a door/window to the central courtyard. It was a really safe feeling area to walk down into the centre from and lots of lovely quiet streets with restaurants and shops to explore nearby. We felt that it was a lucky find to stay here. It was also great to have Lorenzo meet us and show us how everything worked. Being greeted by him made us feel relaxed and welcomed. We also liked that the breakfast was in the cafe downstairs and that they could accommodate our bags for us while we went to explore some of Milan.

This was a really great property and the set up was perfect. The amenities were above and beyond and this place had everything you would need and even had a stocked fridge!

Wir hatten die Junior Suite mit Balkon zu dritt. Uns hat es gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen vor allem wegen des Parkhauses und des bequemen Doppelbettes, sowie der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers mit unkompliziertem Check-In nach Kontakt per Telefon bei Ankunft. Außerdem der großzügigen Ausstattung der Minibar/Küche und Badartikel.

Bei Körpergröße jenseits der 1,75m ist die Dusche zu niedrig. Da man sich Eingang zur Wohnung und Küche teilt, kann das störend sein, falls man laute Nachbarn hat. Bei uns waren es rücksichtsvolle 2 Personen. Das Personal in der Frühstücksbar ist eher unfreundlich. Gegen Aufpreis 5 Euro kann man amerikanisches Frühstück mit Eiern, Pankakes bekommen. Das war okay. Ansonsten bekommt man italienisches Frühstück. Ebensogut kann man sich dann aber auch selbst in der eigenen Küche Kaffee brühen. Der Vollautomat in der Wohnung hat am 2. Frühstückstag besseren Kaffee gemacht als den, den man uns dann im Kaffee hingestellt hatte.

This is a well located, very comfortable small apartment. The rooms were super clean, with a generously stocked kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was easy and communication was excellent. Breakfast is provided at a restaurant nearby. It’s a great value for Milan. I highly recommend.

Lorenzo was very proactive and met us on time to help us to the apartment. The place was just as depicted. Cleaning staff came daily to ensure the place was tidy and clean. Our room was a good size, the bed very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The kitchen and lounge are only shared with one other room. So many extras provided, including drinks, cereals, milk, yoghurt etc. A typical Italian breakfast served at the bakery with all the locals. A great neighbourhood and easy to walk everywhere. Lorenzo was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Our host, Lorenzo met us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly. He provided great suggestions and directions for exploring Milan and couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was comfortable, colourful and retro themed and we loved the record player and music provided. Our fridge and the shared kitchen were stocked with delicious food, drink and snacks, ready for us to relax and enjoy our time there. Amazing!

たくさんのおもてなしが用意されていて楽しくワクワクします。観光に疲れて帰ってきても充分すぎる飲み物や食べ物があり助かりました。到着の頃、スタッフが連絡をくださり、スムーズにチェックインができ助かりました！とてもホスピタリティに溢れたB&Bでした。

いくつか部屋のタイプがあるようですが、自分が予約した部屋がどこなのか、今ひとつ分かりにくかったです。 共有のキッチンとリビングルームがありました。たまたま他のお客さんと顔を合わせることはありませんでしたが、少し気を遣います。 また、開封済みのクッキーなどがいくつかありましたが、いつ誰が開けたものかわからないため戸惑いました。

The communal spaces and ability to help yourself to tea, coffee, cereals etc, the additional free items in the fridge in the room and the complimentary wine. The room was perfect, a good size, very clean and plenty of room for the three of us.

De ligging was niet ver van de bezienswaardigheden en de restaurants, alles was op wandelafstand te doen. Het appartement was mooi ingericht en de host was zeer vriendelijk, vooruitziend en meegaand.

Lorenzo was very kind and thoughtful. He reserved a parking‑space in advance and purchased the Area C access‑ticket on my behalf. He waited for me in front of the building and accompanied me to the car‑park. This B&B enjoys an excellent location, only a 20‑minute walk to Milan Cathedral. Along the way you can admire some fine‑looking buildings and find good‑quality restaurants. The room was comfortable and the minibar was well‑stocked. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place and location, Lorenzo was so friendly and helpful. An upgrade and an early check in and prosecco were much appreciated! Breakfast was great, again Lorenzo welcomed us immediately and breakfast was perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Lorenzo est très gentil , a tout bien géré., nous a réservé le stationnement, le pass pour circuler dans le centre.de Milan. Le logement était, propre, une literie très confortable, tous les produits pour votre toilette est à votre disposition, le petit frigo rempli de boisson et d' encas , pareil dans la cuisine. Le logement est situé tout près du métro. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce logement si vous venez à Milan

Everything you need in a location near everything. This place exceeded our standards. Clean, well appointed and with an owner who is responsive and friendly. If you choose to stay, you’ll love the proximity to the metro, not so touristy restaurants and the walking distance to Brera and many of the sights in Milan.

Die Lage im Zentrum von Mailand ist perfekt. Man kann alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und es ist trotzdem ruhig in einem Innenhof. Auch die Unterkunft (Appartement) ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Der Kühlschrank ist gefüllt mit Getränken und Snacks, die im Preis inbegriffen sind. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Best place to explore Milan. This accommodation presents an Excellent value based on location, cleanliness and extra facilities which you don't get usually for free (minibar, fruits and snacks). Also, the available private parking in the vicinity comes very handy. Worthy to note that the short walk restaurants recommended by the host were of extremely good quality.

The wooden gate at the entrance is little tricky having a reduced height door. Eventually you'll get familiar with it after few gentle head kicks

Un apartamento excelente en un edificio muy tranquilo. Cuenta con todas las facilidades necesarias para disfrutar de una cómoda estancia. Además, está decorado con muchísimo gusto. Todo está muy nuevo y muy limpio. Nos sorprendieron con muchos detalles gratuitos que agradecimos un montón (nevera con bebidas, vino..., pan y embutidos, patatas fritas..) El desayuno está incluido en un bar justo debajo, muy bueno. El anfitrión, Lorenzo, un encanto.

Nada, para nosotros todo fue perfecto. Lo recomendamos al 100% y si volvemos a Milán, repetiremos!

Ścielone łóżko wymieniane ręczniki jak w wysokiej klasy hotelach. Z Gospodarzem kontakt przez cały pobyt. Pyszne śniadanka w przytulnej restauracji nadają włoskiego klimatu a lokalizacja bezbłędna do metro kilka kroków a tam cały Mediolan na wyciągnięcie ręki! My za wskazówkami Lorenzo byliśmy na całodniowej wycieczce w Como Lago. Przepięknie polecam!!!

Quarto perfeito!! Um dos melhores da viagem. Ficamos impressionados com a atenção do anfitrião, ele deixa absolutamente tudo a nossa disposição gratuitamente, desde o frigobar abastecido, cremes e protetor solar e vinhos. O quarto era lindo e limpo, ar condicionado muito bom e o chuveiro maravilhoso, amei a pia do lado de fora do banheiro. Amei e com certeza quero voltar.

The owner Lorenzo is a super nice guy, easy to talk to and very helpful. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and all the small extras that Lorenzo supplied were not expected but greatly appreciated. We were made to feel welcome. The accommodation was quirky, charming and clean. Should we visit Milan again we would certainly stay here. Great Location too.

Eşimle birlikte, kiralık araba ile seyahat ediyorduk. Bilmediğimiz bir şehirde, kapının önünde karşılanmak, otoparka kadar eşlik edilmesi, evin bütün detaylarının sunulması çok özverili bir davranıştı. Minibardaki ve ortak alandaki atıştırmalıklar ücretsizdi, çok çeşitli ve boldu. Kahvaltı, hemen kapının yanındaki kafede, bir kruvasan, bir meyve suyu ve kahve şeklinde, kaliteli ve doyurucuydu. Oda temiz, romantik, banyo temiz, banyo eşyaları kaliteliydi. İşine özen gösteren birisinden hizmet aldığım için mutluyum.

Otel konum olarak ve temizlik olarak çok güzeldi. Lorenzo çok ilgilendi kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Located within walking distance to key attractions and restaurants. The Air B&B itself was beautifully appointed and so relaxing. Plenty of food and drinks were included in the price. We got clear guidance on sightseeing and helpful tips upon arrival.

We liked everything about the property. Maybe the elevator could be larger? But really, we’d have to nitpick to find something.

There is really nothing I did not like about this place. It was wonderful and I’ll recommend it to anybody who wants to spend time in Milano.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr central gelegen. Die Ausstattung war ein Traum. In der kleinen Küche gab es Obst, Tee, Kaffee, Getränke usw. gratis zu entnehmen ! Garage gleich um die Ecke !

Excellent communication from Lorenzo in advance of arriving, even giving clear directions on how to use the subway to the location from airport, following up with excellent local recommendations for food and places to see. The room itself was outstanding. I wasn’t expecting much given the price I paid but I could not fault a thing. Even stocked up the fridge for us which we didn’t expect. The beds were extremely comfortable. The whole place was spotless and everything you could think of was available.

Lorenzo couldn't have helped us more. The children loved the banana, biscuits and yoghurt left out for them.

I didnt know it was a shared apartment with separate living areas and a common room. It worked out fine but I think that could have been clearer on the website.

The sitting room apart from the bedrooms was great, and we really appreciated all the available snacks and water.

We wish we could have made the rooms cooler during the heat wave, but understand the units have limits.

Fomos tão bem acolhidas, tratamento 5 estrelas! Tantos mimos, uma suíte maravilhosa bem decorada!! Tudo impecável: equipamentos, limpeza, produtos no frigobar e um vinho de cortesia delicioso! O trabalho de Lorenzo e sua equipe transcende aos atendimentos em alojamentos B&B. Estão de parabéns!! Super indico! Será um lugar que voltarei quando retornar a Milão.
